Elaina and her team were absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, they ensured our wedding day flowed seamlessly and without a single worry on our end. Their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail were unmatched — every element of the day was executed perfectly. They coordinated flawlessly with our vendors, managed the timeline effortlessly, and made sure every décor piece was set exactly as envisioned. As a DJ and emcee who's been a part of many weddings, I’ve seen the full spectrum of planners—and Adore Event Coordinators stands out as one of the best. From our first vendor email to the final send-off, they were organized, communicative, and invested in creating a seamless experience for the couple, as well as the entire vendor team.
What impressed me most was their attention to flow and guest comfort. That kind of trust and collaboration is rare, and it made a huge difference in the energy of the night.
Behind the scenes, Elaina and her team were calm under pressure, quick to troubleshoot, and respectful of every vendor’s role. They checked in about my setup needs, confirmed cues without micromanaging, and even made sure I got a meal (which, believe me, doesn’t always happen).
If you’re a couple looking for someone who blends logistics with heart—or a vendor hoping for a true team player—Adore Event Coordinators is it. I’d work with them again in a heartbeat. -

Amazing team

Loved working with this team! Elaina and her team attending to all our needs. As the mother of a groom, I was at a loss for where to start, but wanted to make the welcome reception and rehearsal dinner unique. Adore handled everything! From ideas to the night of the event - I didn't have to worry about a thing. They shared creative ideas with us, worked with my daughter-in-law to makes sure the events looked similar, handled all the details and let us have a wonderful stress-free evening. Totally appreciate the attention to detail and all the little touches. Truly made for a memorable day. I also consulted with them about an out of town event and Elaina did all the research for me, gave me great ideas, and connected me with a local florist to make an event across the country also super easy.
