  Amazing, highly recommend

  We had both Adam and Katie as photographers for our wedding, and I can't say enough good things about them. I absolutely love Adam's style, his photos are so creative and artistic. Adam and Katie both made us feel very comfortable, having pictures taken was one of the best parts of our day even though I normally don't like having my picture taken at all. I also loved the way they took such beautiful candid pictures of the guests. I am so grateful for the amazing pictures we have to remember our wedding day.

  Great value, made everything easy

  I took way to long to write this review, but Adam was awesome. Such a great value for his services. He spent the entire day with us, up until the very end of the reception. He got so many great candid photos, not only of us, but of our guests. I hate having my picture taken, but I was very comfortable with Adam. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

  Adam is perfect as a photographer. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Adam. It’s not exaggeration to describe him using all the good words: fantastic, amazing, professional, talented, accommodating, passionate. And if you've gone through all the reviews about him on this page, you will find that everyone feels the same way.
  
  To me, finding a truly professional photographer is the first priority on my wedding planning list. I had talked with more than 10 photographers, and none of them seem to be a good fit. When it came to Adam, I just immediately knew he would be the one to capture my wedding.
  
  Adam makes people feel relaxed when taking photos. My husband has always been uncomfortable in front of camera, but even he enjoyed working with Adam. Adam gave about the right amount of tips, and instruct couple how to “pose” when needed (such as portraits). Other times, he would just be observant, and captures things and emotions as they happen.
  
  The wedding photos turned out to be far beyond my expectation. The day we got our wedding photos, I was so excited about the pictures and I stayed up until midnight keep looking at each single one. Adam really captured every moment, captured our wedding day story in the most touching and vivid way. He didn’t miss any shot I was hoping to have (even those ones I never explicitly told him to shoot). He just has the super power knowing how to capture the wedding in the perfect way. My family and friends are all impressed by the pictures saying how beautiful.
  
  Adam is very well equipped too. He has a full suitcase of lens that are intended for shooting for different purposes, and each of those is backed up by an alternative. So he is really prepared for shooting any moment, in any condition. You would be astonished by the stuff in his suitcase that travels with him. Check out his Facebook page for more :-)

  Adam was truly wonderful to work with. We first saw Adam at work at a friend's wedding in the Summer of 2014 before we were even engaged. I remember thinking that he was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. He's like a ghost, somehow managing to capture everything without anyone even noticing. When we got engaged, I decided to look Adam up and thankfully he was willing to come to the Albany area to meet with us. We liked what he offered and were impressed by his portfolio, so we decided to book. What a great decision. Adam was so accommodating, from driving through the mountains in a snow storm to shoot our engagement photos, to honoring all our weird photo requests for the reception. On the day of our wedding, Adam arrived to the venue with his assistant and sent a second shooter over to where my husband was getting ready to ensure we didn't miss anything. We also decided to add on the photo booth which was so much fun for our guests. The photo strips print out immediately for the guests, so we opted to use those as our favors. Less then two weeks after our wedding and our photos were already done. We have hundreds and hundreds of photos and enjoyed looking through every single one of them. The wedding and reception were pretty much a blur to me, so looking through the photos make me so happy and I was able to see all the moments I missed. Let me tell you, I could not think of one thing missing from our photos. From the detail shots, to the first look, to the reception...everything was perfect. Adam made sure we had both traditional photos, as well as fun and edgy photos as well. I would recommend Adam to anyone I know who is planning a wedding and looking for a photographer. The value is unbeatable, not to mention Adam is fun and personable. We are thrilled with with the results.

  Simply put, Adam is frickin' awesome. He was down for all of our crazy ideas, and isn't afraid to try new things. Both our engagement photos at Green Lakes and our wedding photos at the Kallet Theater are amazing, dramatic, and very reflective of the fun, quirky personalities we are. The man is enormously talented and seems to be constantly in motion--likely a necessary skill to keep up with the fast pace of weddings. In short, check this guy out and have him along for your important day!

  ADAM IS AMAZING AND WONDERFUL!!!!! :) :) He is sooo talented and creative with all his photos!! He made our wedding day beyond special and we loved working with him!! He took AMAZING photos of us and everyone at our wedding! He captured every single detail right down to the diamonds on the flowers and he never stopped the entire night to make sure he captured every moment! You can tell that Adam truly LOVES what he does and it comes across in his pictures!! :) Adam is so determined and dedicated in capturing the best picture possible, even when we did our engagement photos up at Fox's waterfall. He was climbing trees, jumping from rock to rock and even at one point he was laying down and hanging upside down over a rock!! Adam had no hesitation with hiking 2 hours with us to the waterfall and he made it an amazing, memorable and fun experience for both of us!! The best part is that my husband Mark is not a fan of taking pictures and Adam was able to break him out of his shell, make it a fun experience and Mark loved every minute of it!! :) Our wedding pictures came out FANTASTIC!! :) He would take us to a tall patch of grass and was able to take the picture at an angle to make it look like we were in a huge field! He would find the craziest and most random places to take picture and they would come out AMAZING and are some of my favorite pictures!! :) :) His assistant Nicole also did a FANTASTIC job!! She helped me every step of the way and made sure my hair looked good and every detail was perfect! :) We can't say enough good things about our experience with Adam! He is truly a sweetheart, he made taking our wedding pictures fun and memorable and we loved working with him!! :) We would HIGHLY recommend Adam Brockway Photography for ANY EVENT!! :) Thank you sooo much for EVERYTHING that you did for us, we greatly appreciate it!! :) :)

  Our wedding was a garden wedding with lots of pink/blush/cream/ivory/peach colors and since I was going for a softer look, I wanted the pictures to look softer too. I'm sure it has a technical name but that's how I described it to Adam and boy did he deliver! Plus he gave us some SUPER cool pics with really nice exposure and contrast. I can't describe it as anything other than high-editorial. The pictures he took in "his" style are very high-end and ended up being some of our favorites. So we got two styles for the price of one! Best of both worlds!
  Adam was also super helpful. Whenever I had a question, I'd email him and he would get back to me the same day. Usually within an hour or two. For me, that's priceless.
  I like that his pricing includes all day photography... so you're getting him from start to finish, not just for a set number of hours. So if you think his prices are high, once you add extra hours fees to someone else's pricing, you may as well go with Adam because he's extremely talented. They're not expensive for the quality you get, by the way.
  Annnnd we only found out AFTER the wedding was all said and done that Adam went to Alfred U. for photography. (Cool!)
  Check out Adam's blog. You'll see the type of quality work he provides. And he has several pictures from each photo shoot so you know that it's talent and not just a "lucky shot."

  Adam is a true professional. His work is fantastic. He is extremely creative and accommodating. He was with us from beginning to end and captured every single moment of the day. I get so many compliments on our wedding photos and I really do look at them almost every single day. There are a lot of fun shots and a lot of sweet, romantic portraits of my husband and I. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him in the future for other things! Keep up the great work, Adam!

  Adam Brockway is unbelievably talented. Not only that, he is completely dedicated to your wedding day and does everything that he can to capture your moments. He works his butt off the entire day and doesn't miss a thing. Even my guests told me that they loved him and were impressed! Everything that Adam has done and every product that I have received from him I have been in love with. He has gone above, beyond and done things that I didn't even think were possible to make sure that I was happy and loved everything. I highly recommend Adam and would use him again in a heartbeat!

  Adam is an amazing photographer who was willing to go above and beyond to get the perfect picture you are looking for. My Fiance and I wanted to do a very unique engagement shoot and Adam made it happen! I would highly recommend Adam to anyone who is looking for an easy photographer to work with! He Rocks!
