Planning a destination wedding in Las Vegas comes with its fair share of stress. When extreme weather forced us to switch our ceremony location the day of, I truly don’t know what we would have done without Ann, our incredible florist from ACS Florals and Events.
From the very beginning, Ann’s communication was exceptional. Planning from out of town can be overwhelming, but she was always quick to respond, clear, organized, and so thoughtful in answering every question I had. I never once felt out of the loop. Ann made the entire process feel seamless and calm, which is priceless when you’re planning from miles away.
She was patient, kind, and unbelievably professional. And then there were the flowers that were absolutely breathtaking. My bridal bouquet was a stunning muted map themed dream, romantic, elegant, and perfectly balanced. It was everything I envisioned and more. And my maid of honor’s bouquet? I have been a bridesmaid seven times, and I can confidently say her bouquet could have passed for a bride’s bouquet in every other wedding I’ve been part of. The attention to detail, fullness, and artistry were next level. I am getting my bouquet preserved and can’t wait to relive their beauty every day.
The ceremony florals were just as incredible. The draping behind our sweetheart table was soft and romantic, and the lush bunches placed at each corner created the most beautiful frame for our vows. Even better, those arrangements were thoughtfully repurposed for the sweetheart table at the reception, which was such a smart and seamless transition.
Despite the last-minute ceremony change due to extreme weather, everything was executed flawlessly and without stress. She handled it all effortlessly, adapting with grace and ensuring every detail was perfect.
If you’re planning a destination wedding in Las Vegas, you want someone who is talented, flexible, communicative, calm under pressure, and truly gifted. Ann exceeded every expectation and then some. I cannot recommend her enough. -

Acs floral's work is incredible
Ann and her team executed my vision for my wedding and blew me away - my florals were above and beyond what I had even imagined and I am so happy with her work. I really enjoyed working with Ann because she is very responsive, easy to work with and you can tell she truly has pride in her work and is an artist. We had a consultation call and I sent some inspiration photos and she provided some amazing recommendations to me and a quote FAST. Once we booked with Ann, her responsiveness remained as I added and updated our quote several times through the planning process, and she never made me feel like a burden and was always enthusiastic and ready to make it happen. She even did a consultation in advance to show me my centerpieces, which was really helpful so I could take photos and measure them for my design.
For me, I loved how willing Ann and her team were to work within my budget and still deliver amazing results - her willingness to work with me was refreshing and I tell you the florals blew my mind away on my wedding day. They were everything we had discussed and even better than the inspiration photos! My ceremony florals, arch and bouquet were stunning and some of my favorites - I couldn't believe it when I saw my florals during my first look & I was smiling from ear to ear. I was obsessed with every arrangement and bouquet - the fireplace arrangement she designed for us was chic and original.
Ann provides exceptional value for her services and florals. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a florist for a wedding or event. She is a pleasure to work with and I will miss texting her about my latest wedding floral ideas! -

Was a venue vendor, but treated us like we were one with the family!, I would have chosen them even if they weren't a venue choice, listened to all requests, allowed me us to add our own items to the floral, responds just about anytime of day or night, and finds solutions to problems that arise, so you don't panic, Thank You for everything!, I'm currently trying to persevere all of the floral I can as we speak -

We used ACS floral for our wedding in Nov 2022, and Anna truly delivered my vision on an amazing arrangement. Anna was very upfront and flexible, she was very detailed and amazing with suggestions. My wedding was a tropical theme and Anna was able to create such amazing arrangement with my choice of flowers and greenery that were out of season. Anna was very organized and Knowledgeable about flowers and arrangements that go together. She did not disappoint with the creation she has done for my wedding. The crew that came to arrange and set up at the chapel and reception were very professional and amazing as well. ACS did such an amazing job creating a tropical feel to my wedding that truly made my vision to reality. I would definitely recommend and use ACS floral once again to any events or weddings. Anna is straight forward with pricing, esp with out of season arrangements, she was very flexible to work with. Truly an incredible experience working with ACS floral on my wedding, they made my dream wedding come true with such beautiful and amazing floral arrangements. -

Ann was absolutely amazing in helping me pick the flowers for my wedding. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but wasn't sure how to create my vision and she did just that. Everything went by so smooth, it was very easy to communicate with her and get everything done in a timely manner, even when I made some changes along the way. She helped me create my dream wedding within my budget and I'm so grateful to ACS Floral for that. The flowers were so beautiful, and everyone was raving about them. Thank you guys so much! -

Ann & her team created the most beautiful florals for our September 2022 wedding! I first reached out to her in June for the September wedding, a short timeframe for sure. But, Ann was SO easy to work with and she helped shape my ideas in to a vision which she executed absolutely perfectly!
She was extremely professional from start to finish and she was so knowledgable. She listened to my ideas, asked for inspiration photos, made some suggestions, sent me some photos for approval and then created the most stunning florals I could have imagined. I had some very specific flowers I didn't like and she worked with me to make absolutely sure I loved every flower there...and they were stunning beyond what I had imagined.
Also, less than a week before the wedding, I realized I was one centerpiece short. I texted Ann who had already predicted something like this may happen and had ordered extra flowers! She immediately put me at ease and build an additional, stunning centerpiece for us.
The day of the wedding, she had the ceremony site set up ahead of schedule for photos, left the arch up after the ceremony for more photos AND managed to transition the arrangements from ceremony to reception in under an hour!
Her team absolutely made my wedding floral dreams come to life, no detail was left out and she gave me exactly what I had imagined and more. I can't praise ACS Florals enough! -

Ann and her team were absolutely incredible!! We had the absolute BEST experience from start to finish! They made our floral dreams come to life, and everything was absolutely stunning! We got so many compliments on our floral arrangements, our arch, and my bouquet. Ann was so professional and sweet to work with. She was kind and understanding when we had to postpone our wedding because of the pandemic, and she made the entire process so easy! Also, ACS is very fairly priced! ACS Floral made our wedding ceremony and reception truly beautiful with their exquisite arrangements. They were the recommended / included florist service in our venue's event package, but I would not hesitate to use them again for any other events in the future.
I greatly appreciated their flexibility and understanding when I had to postpone our original wedding date. They made the transition as seamless as possible. I made several adjustments to the arrangements throughout the planning process, and they accommodated for all of those as well.
Ann is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about her business. I had no prior experience ordering flowers for a large event or otherwise, but Ann was patient, and guided me through the entire process. From our first phone meeting, to our emails finalizing details, it was as if she could read my mind. In the end, the arrangements they created were even more stunning that I had envisioned. -

I booked with ACS and I was so amazed by how great it was to work with Ann. She worked with my budget and provided so much useful information on floral arrangements. She made the venue and my bouquets looks absolutely stunning. She arrived early the day of the event and even had everything set up before my bridal party and I arrived at the venue. -

WOW! We got married at Wedgewood Las Vegas on 09/19/19. My floral arrangements turned out so beyond what I was even dreaming of and I owe it all to Ann and her amazing team at ACS florals! If you are debating who to choose, don’t look any further because you’ve found the best Vegas has to offer! Ann was so accommodating whenever I needed anything she was just a text away and when we had our meetings over the phone she would text examples and we planned everything long distance. I absolutely loved working with Ann, she was so sweet and worked with my budget to make sure I had everything I wanted, including a flower crown which was to die for. I really wanted all tall arrangements on all 10 of my tables but as I said before I was working on a budget. Ann worked it out within my budget to where I got Half tall arrangements on the center tables and went with the less expensive shorter ones on the outside tables which created this beautiful view of our reception room. I can’t believe how phenomenal everything turned out!! ACS helped make the wedding of my dreams! Just check out the pictures and you will see what I mean! -

There is no exaggeration when I say that Ann was more than amazing in handling our wedding decorations! Our ceremony and reception was located at two separate locations, and quite honestly at a distance, but Ann and her team were still able to accommodate. They were punctual in delivering floral arrangements to the church before the ceremony, then were able to clear the decor at the church's requested time frame. On top of that, they all did an amazing job at decorating the banquet areas of our reception! It all looked beautiful and smelled fresh! Aside from just appreciating her and her team's work, I have to give her special thanks in trying to help us save money, such as re-using the pew bouquets at the reception's head table. She listened to everything we asked for, then took on more tasks 'cause our reception coordinator needed us to delegate certain details to someone else (overseeing the seating chart). I, personally, can't give her enough thanks for the amount of work she and her team did. -

Ann and her team are amazing! She took my all white vision and ran with it! Her communication is outstanding and I trusted her 100%!! Her instagram page speaks for itself and I was so excited to have her as part of my day! Our center pieces and ceremony decor was perfect! You can tell that she loves what she does! I would recommend her 100000%. This was a destination wedding so she was great at sending me photos of center piece ideas and bouquet examples so it was easier for me to choose! Ann and her team have been a dream to work with. From the very beginning of the process Ann helped make my vision a reality, we talked about everything from different flowers, colors and different flowers arrangements. Ann is very professional, pays attention to detail and is extremely knowledgeable about her flowers. Our guests at the wedding kept taking my bouquet away all night to take pictures of it LOL. My husbands family even took our centerpieces on an airplane all the way to Atlanta because they loved them so much. I sent out several inquiry emails and immediately loved the level of responsiveness and pricing from ACS Florals. Over the following months leading up to our November 25th wedding, Ann kept in constant communication with me, sharing ideas, adjusting the floral design plan to suit my vision, working with me to stay within my budget and eventually adding pieces that helped to enhance the intimate decor we were aiming for. My wedding would not have been the beauty it turned out to be without Ann's excellent customer service, beautiful high quality florals and her commitment to delivering exceptional service. Before the wedding, I had the pleasure of meeting Ann and discussing some ideas. She immediately knew what she could do to make it work and we planned to meet again when I had the necessary decorations made to test it out! I was grateful that she made a small arrangement to test out the decor a few weeks before the wedding. After some adjustment, we were ready to go! The day of the wedding, Ann called me and told me she will send me photos of the end product before finalizing everything. From 'forgotten' appointments, to not receiving the proposal for a long period of time, to being given the incorrect shipping address, frustration builds. After confirming the venue for our April 2022 wedding back in March 2022, we began the planning process and reached out to the preferred vendor from the venue, Ann Leonardo from ACS Floral, to discuss the floral ceremony arch we added as part of our venue package. I decided since she was the preferred vendor it would make sense to do all my floral through her. I submitted my questionnaire with all the information Ann requested in March 2021. By July 26th I hadn’t received a response to my questionnaire, so I followed up to check on the status of the order. We did have some time, so I was not too concerned at this point. We finally connected in late August and confirmed almost all the pieces. We paid the 30% deposit and were ready to go. On our agreement they ask no changes be made less than 30 days prior to the event date – easy enough.
On March 6, 2022, I went with my wedding planner for final review and made a few changes. We decided to shift from all 14 tables being the same to 7 having a higher floral option while the other 7 would have the original sphere shape I asked for in August. Everything was locked in, and our venue had the final bill which was to be made directly to the venue, not Ann, prior to the event which we paid with no issues.
Our wedding was on April 23rd. On April 20th, the Wednesday prior, I received a call from Ann telling me out of the 7 geometrical shapes I asked for back in August she only received 2. She said I could use the 2 and then 5 of something else or she could do 7 gold vases, which were larger “at no cost to me.” This response was unacceptable as this was not what I asked for and in fact, was a completely different look than what I wanted. I didn’t want to fight about it because we were so close and honestly, what was I supposed to do at that point? So I said ok and moved on.
Cut to the wedding day when my photographer arrived with a bouquet that was COMPLETLEY different than what we agreed upon AND was included in all the floral agreement forms I signed and paid for. When I say completely different, it was 50% of the original size I requested. My planner called Ann and her first response was “I don’t have anyone who can fix it. I have 3 other weddings today and that is what she paid for.” Again, absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Ann sent me the image of bouquet that I liked and she told me the price. There were no negotiations of this piece. And truly nothing that would give her the right to say I got what I paid for. She swapped some staff and sent a bouquet person to the venue to fix the bouquet minutes before I needed it.
For the finale, I had a very personal photo charm that needed to be included on my bouquet which were photos of my mother who is no longer with us. Something I texted with Ann on and personally dropped off to her on Monday so she could add it in. After I asked her if should just bring it with me day of for them to add and she said no, let’s drop it off Monday. The charm never made it onto either bouquet they made – something that was an absolutely necessary part of the day was just not there. And the reasoning was because they were “too busy.”
Every person I spoke to about this knew ACS had 4 weddings that day. Everyone knew she was overextended. Each bride outside me that day likely received the most impersonal day from this company. They do nice work at an average/standard price but there are a million florists in this city who can do it the same and likely without the terrible customer service I received the day of the wedding and week leading into this day. They showed how much they did not care about you, or your day – just your money.
I will say that Ann called me after I emailed her to arrange picking up the photo charm that she still has because again, it did not make it into the bouquet, but I declined the call. There is no more to discuss and there will no future events from myself with ACS and for that matter, anyone who asks me about my experience there.
Your wedding day is arguably one of the most important days of your life—and should be as stress free as possible when it comes down to all of the arrangements and event planning. To be brushed aside and told “you were too busy” to correct something that had been ordered and arranged months ago is absolutely unacceptable. AND to top it off, the charm that absolutely HAD to be a part of my special day as it was to honor my mother who passed was heartbreaking not just for me, but my dad and brothers.
Hopefully this will be a lesson that you shouldn’t bite off more than you can chew.
