    Thank you Accel!

    Accel was the primary rental vendor for my wedding and three other events associated with it. They went above and beyond to work with us to execute our vision and I am so thankful for them. When they didn't have something in their inventory, they worked with us to get it from other islands or even special order items. We are so happy with how everything turned out and we couldn't have done it without Accel. Definitely hire them for all of your rental needs - thank you to the Accel team for going above and beyond!

    Amazing service from start to finish!

    Everything with Accel Events was made super simple by Jamiee. Dealing with Accel was very stress free (which is SOO important while planning a wedding), simple and easy to do. Nothing I asked for was too much of a problem. The items we hired all turned up on time and were exactly how we expected them to be. Could not recommend more!

    Beautiful Reception Layout

    Accel Rentals was probably the most daunting vendor we had to work with and it was not because of them, but we were dreading having to count every single chair, table, napkin, or tablecloth. However, when I spoke with them over the phone, I told them what we were looking for, and they actually drew up an invoice for us that had everything from the corresponding amount of chairs/tables/table cloths to the corresponding amount of café lights that was appropriate for the size of the tent that we ordered. This made our lives SO much easier.

    Over the course of our 2-year planning period, they were so accommodating and patient with all our revisions. You’d be surprised how many invoice revisions I’ve had to make! I kept apologizing but they were still so nice and it didn’t feel like it was a problem because they’re so used to it!

    The week before our wedding, it was non-stop raining every single day on the island. I had to call our reception venue and they recommended that we bring the dance floor underneath the tent instead of outside of it because it may be muddy. My planner and I spoke with Accel 2 days before our wedding and we worked with them to rearrange our entire layout last minute. I was so worried, but our final layout ended up being even better than what we had originally.

    Accel was also able to personalize our dance floor! I had someone design a monogram for us and we sent it to Accel and they were able to place it on!

    We enjoyed working with Accel! Overall, they were very responsive, flexible, and professional!

    Great job!

    We ordered string lighting and a dance floor from Accel. The process with them was seamless. They were responsive, their crew showed up early and setup quickly, and the broke down everything after the event without issue. The lights were gorgeous and the dance floor looked like it had been there all along!

    Jeff and his team provided the rentals (farm tables, chiavari chairs, cocktail tables, bar, lighting, dance floor, plates, chargers, linen napkins, etc.) for our April 28 wedding in Maui, and made everything about the process easy! Jeff is so easy to work with, understood our vision quickly, and made very good recommendations based on a solid understanding of his inventory. He even emailed me pictures of the table settings with different sized plates along with the chargers we chose so that we could easily select the best size/look. He never tried to "upsell" us on anything, and was flexible with our changes in guest number during the planning process. His team arrived for set up and break down at the time they said they'd be there, and handled everything carefully. We had no problems with any phase of the process! Lastly, compared with other similar companies on island, Island Rents edges out the competition in terms of affordability. All in all, Jeff and his team at Island Rents played a major role in the success of our wedding, and we'd rent from them again 100 times over. Mahalo nui loa!

    This company is wonderful.. I had booked originally with another company and found out 6weeks before my wedding that they had gone bankrupt! When I contacted them on such short notice they accommodated my needs straight away.. I ordered 25 white resin chairs and 2 white pedestals which turned up perfectly and on time! All in excellent condition!! Thank you so much for coming to the rescue

    We hired Accel based on the recommendation of our wedding coordinator and our venue (Kualoa Ranch). They provided a tent, dance floor, lighting, buffet tables, and other assorted rentals for our outdoor wedding. They were very responsive and helped us with deciding which items we needed and the layout of our reception. Because they had often worked at our selected venue, they were very familiar with the area. The girls working in the office were always very friendly and helpful when we called or visited to select items or to make changes to our rental list. Would recommend!

    I had a great experience with Accel. I got a little nervous after reading a few negative reviews, but they were amazing at our small wedding. We only had 30 chairs, 2 tables and a 10x20 tent, but they didn't treat us any less for only renting a few items from them. The communication was fantastic, they showed up on time and worked hard to set up fast because we had a limited timeline to set-up between the opening of our venue and start of our event.

    I worked with Misty and Jr at Paradise Event Rentals. I was very happy with the services that they provided! They were very helpful ahead of time, making sure I had everything I needed for my event. They spent a lot of time changing my invoices for me, as I continuously changed my mind about what I wanted. They were very patient and friendly about it, and took the time to help me with everything I needed! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    Scott from Accel Party Retnals & Desigan was a wonderful vendor to work with for our wedding. He is personable, professional, accommodating, communicates well (i.e. responsive to email), and I HIGHLY recommend her for wedding linens & décor for your wedding or special event. You won't be disappointed!! Not only does he put out the best quality in his work, but also provides quality chairs, table linen, up lighting and more at a reasonable price.

    When my husband and I was planning our destination wedding through a Janice Bachiller, our wedding planner, we were impressed with the quality of his linens and was happy with his suggestions. Scott provided our linens for our tables, table runners, head table, and cake table. My husband & I loved the final outcome of our wedding. His linens are so beautiful, and look and feel luxurious. It was beautiful! We could not have asked for anything more!!!

    Scott also made time to ensure he was very responsive over email and phone. And right before the wedding, he corresponded to confirm if there were any changes to the previously agreed upon contract. Which there always are in planning destination weddings. There was no doubt hat he was reliable and trustworthy.

    Accel Rentals provided amazing service for our wedding. We worked mainly with Heather and she was very responsive and always accommodated our requests. She even came out all the way to the North Shore twice to make sure we had everything we needed for our big event. The quality of our tents, lighting, chairs, and tables were superb. They set up everything perfectly. We had an issue with one of the tents not fitting correctly due to a mango tree on the property and Heather solved the problem in a flash. This is the second time we have used Accel and will definitely use them again for future events.

    I worked with Angel and Heather mainly for my wedding and they were very responsive in emails and it was so great! Delivery and set up came out perfectly and so did breakdown. They did a phenomenal job!!!

    Thank you for a smooth and easy set-up. They set-up on time the tent and lighting. Everything we needed was delivered to us clean and intact. They came on time to pick-up the materials that we rented with no problem. They had a big crew and in no time they packed everything with minimum noise.     WHAT A GREAT GREAT COMPANY!!!!! I just had my wedding in the heart of Hana and I was super satisfied with this company. Leading up to my wedding I constantly had to make changes to my rental list. Working with Junior and Misty made my wedding planning stress free. Awesome communicators!

    I've been in the entertainment industry for 14 years and I am very aware of set ups,conventions, and big productions. The day of my wedding I worried a little about if the tent and everything would be set up in time. Junior and his crew finished the set up way ahead of schedule. Which gave me a lot of breathing room to finish decorating for my wedding. He has a solid crew and they really work great together. I highly recommend this company.

    Event Essentials provided beautiful chandeliers and drapes for our clear tent. Jaymi was very helpful and responsive via email as we prepared for our Oahu wedding from New Jersey. We had no complaints through the process as it was very straightforward.

    The chandeliers and drapes were just right and I could not have asked for more for our outdoor wedding reception. We had a 60' by 40' clear tent from Turtle Bay Resort so Event Essentials suggested five chandeliers. They were perfect and gave the romantic look I was looking for.

    We rented several chairs for our wedding. The communication was good and the chairs were delivered and picked up as promised at the times promised. The chairs were in good condition and as expected. Could not have asked for more.

    Accel provided the beautiful natural colored chiavari chairs and a beautiful bamboo archway for our ceremony. We received many compliments on how our venue looked, and the chairs had a lot do with it. Everything was in place on time for our event, and our wedding looked great!
