Our wedding ran smoothly thanks to the AWP team!! Nicole and Angie are a fantastic team. We selected the day of coordinator package for our 79 person wedding in Charleston. As soon as we began working with AWP in October, Angie sent us a form and was super helpful throughout the process. A month out, we did a walkthrough of our venue and Nicole and Angie asked all the right questions and helped us hammer down our timeline.
Nicole was absolutely stellar as our day-of!! She did a fantastic job setting up our welcome table and putting all our personal items in place. Nicole also worked with our vendors as they arrived and made sure things went smoothly. During the wedding, she also made sure we had time to get in all the “big shots” before our photographer left (which was before the end of the reception) and adjusted the set timeline as needed. We are so thankful she was able to make everything work! Nicole also made sure the items we brought made their way back into the designated car at the end of the evening. Thanks to Nicole, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Nicole was just the person we needed on our wedding day and we loved working with her!!

Angie is perfection!
I don't even know where to begin! Angie was such a pleasure to work with and made our wedding planning process so much easier. She went above and beyond making sure everything was in order and perfect for our day. We were able to be at our venue from Friday-Sunday and Friday my bridesmaids, family, and I were able to decorate our reception area. Angie came a little early before our rehearsal to go over everything that got done and what still needed to be done for the next day so she could take care of it. I own a dessert company and made my own cake and desserts. Angie helped set out all of the desserts after I had HMU done with me and even cut out cake for us that night. The cake was still pretty solid from it being colder in the barn, and I didn't have the sturdiest stand to cut the cake on (meant to tell her she could take the cake off of it, sorry angie!) but she did great and you could tell she had already been in that situation before because she looked like a pro and got it cut very quick! I really can't thank you enough for doing that for us. Once I was ready and about to head to the ceremony, it was just her and I and she made sure my veil was in right and there wasn't anything in my teeth/on my face lol Afterwards she helped bustle my dress which ended up being a little tough but she and my matron of honor got it done. She made sure we stayed on schedule with timing of everything and continued to check on us throughout the reception. After the reception ended, she cleaned up and organized all of our belongings for us to collect the next morning. I could still go on and on about every little thing but Angie truly made our wedding day/weekend perfect and I wish I would have gotten a chance to say bye to her before we left that night. She is such a joy to be around and so professional and welcoming. I will highly recommend her to anyone getting married and hope to see her again someday and catch up. Thank you again Angie!! -

As someone who often gets lost in the endless search for reviews, I struggled to find the perfect wedding planner. I was worried about finding someone who matched our personalities, understood our vision, and could handle my controlling nature. From our first consultation call with Angie, the founder of Absolute Wedding Perfection, I knew we had found the right fit. Angie was down-to-earth, informative, and truly grasped the aesthetic we wanted to achieve.
Throughout the planning process, Angie addressed all our concerns and questions, managing my stress with ease. She was always available and quick to respond to calls, texts, and emails. When we met Hannah, she was the cherry on top. I was in Knoxville for a hair trial, and Hannah arranged an appointment for us to look at linens. This turned out to be one of the most enjoyable parts of the planning process. Planning in person helped alleviate my anxiety, and we had a great time.
The day of the wedding, not only did Hannah and Jenna (who is equally as lovely) handle the logistics flawlessly, but they also provided emotional support throughout the day. From calming our pre-ceremony jitters to ensuring we had moments to breathe and enjoy the day, they were there every step of the way. They even anticipated needs we didn't realize we had, such as providing refreshments during our photo session and having an emergency kit ready with anything we might need.
Their dedication and hard work allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy and celebration of our wedding. We could focus on our guests and each other, knowing that Hannah and Jenna had everything under control. Our guests still rave about how smoothly everything went and how beautiful the setup was.
I cannot thank this team enough for their support throughout the entire process, especially for all the hard work on our wedding day. They made it so we did not have a care in the world and were able to focus on the most important things: celebrating our love and enjoying the moment with our loved ones. Absolute Wedding Perfection truly lives up to its name, and we are forever grateful for the unforgettable experience they provided.

We can't rave enough about this team. The way that Hannah and company was able to ensure every detail of our big day was locked in was magnificent to see. So much of that came from the meticulous lead up. From the day-of timeline to the hairy questions that threw my partner and I for a loop, AWP stepped in and really helped take any of the confusion and burden away. Hannah & Angie were so responsive throughout the planning process of our wedding. They helped with EVERYTHING! Truly went above and beyond to answer every single question I had, from tricky situations to color of linens. I was so confident and relaxed on my wedding day knowing that they had it covered.
If anything went wrong on the day, I had zero clue... Hannah just took care of it.

Forever Grateful
Hi! My name is Halie and my husband and I recently got married in Charleston, SC. I had heard about Angie through a friend and booked her immediately to help with our big day. After going over what type of plan I wanted from Angie she immediately sent me a full day timeline and it allowed me to fill in the spaces as the planning process went on. Having that timeline gave me the best base almost acting list an extremely detailed check list. If you’re a type A person like myself this made planning so much easier. Angie was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had in the planning process. She attended our wedding tasting with us and thank god she did because she asked the venue director so many questions I never wouldn’t even thought about. She gave me so much peace of mind and always gave encouraging words when the planning got stressful. Once we had our month out meeting it made everything feel so real and that I was right on schedule with everything that needed to be done. She connected with all our vendors and has everyone in touch. On the big day… Angie was above and beyond anything I ever expected. She started with us at 9am and stayed and cleaned up at the venue even after everyone was gone. She kept our day on track. Keeping us on time and hitting every mark. There’s no way I could’ve done it without her. She is truly the best and you need to book her. Angie knows exactly what she is doing and there will never be enough words that my husband and I could say about how grateful we are for her. -

We had the day of coordination package with Angie, and she was so helpful and communicative in drafting the timeline for our wedding, communicating with vendors the week leading up, and managing our ceremony rehearsal. We worked with Angie for a little over a year while planning our wedding on 04/24/23 and we highly recommend her. She is so kind and down to earth. She kept the planning process low stress for us and enjoyable. During the time we worked together, she was really reliable and true to her word, which was so important to us while we planned our TN wedding from San Diego. When Angie told us she would look into or do something and get back to us, she always did. She was also very responsive to our questions. We are sort of in Angie withdrawal now and miss her sweet and upbeat e-mails. Our day-of-wedding coordinator was Hannah. I had a destination wedding, so planning was not that easy. Angie did a venue walk-through for me and Facetimed me so I could see it. Angie and Hannah were both so sweet to work with. I'm so glad we went with them. They are definitely worth the investment. We had them for day of coordination but they guided us through every step of the way leading up to the wedding. Angie was always super responsive and was so great about keeping me on track with getting things done. Otherwise I have no idea how I would've done it! Angie offered great advice and helped with the tedious, less fun details of wedding planning like timelines and floor plans. I changed my mind many times and she was so flexible. Hannah was our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went off without a hitch! She also was super flexible with last minute small changes. Our day was so seamless and having Hannah there to direct people where to go and keep the night moving on time was everything! Hannah was so sweet! If I could do it all over again I would pick Angie and Hannah again in a heartbeat! -

Best Coordinator out there!
Angie and Hannah are the absolute best! Angie was communicative from the start. She made a timeline, suggested vendors, and helped me think of things I would have forgotten throughout the planning process. She was always quick to respond to my questions and super helpful in figuring out what made sense for wedding day! Best thing I did for myself was chose to work with Angie/Hannah. Her Knoxville counterpart, Hannah, handled everything for the rehearsal and for wedding day. She set up everything, made sure to direct everyone appropriately, and I didn't feel like I had to do anything on my wedding day! It was flawlessly executed. I can't say enough good things and if you're considering someone, go with Absolute Wedding Perfection. You will be so happy you did! -

My husband and I planned a destination wedding. With COVID-19, traveling to Sevierville was difficult in order to meet with our vendors. This put a lot of stress on us. After meeting Angie everything went seamlessly. Over the year she gave us information, sent us an exact itinerary, spoke with our vendors, emailed us within 24 hours, texted back quickly, and made everything EASY! Planning a wedding is not easy, and she was there for many of my "freak out" moments. During the wedding a few things went wrong (totally on me for forgetting candles and the stand at home in CLEVELAND). Angie didn't even flinch and went right into fix it mode. She even superglued my nieces belt back together when beads popped out an hour before the wedding. She kept us on a schedule, attended our rehearsal dinner, was wonderful with our family and friends and really knocked our wedding out of the park. Every-time we spoke with our vendors they all said "Angie is amazing". Don't hesitate when booking with Absolute Wedding Perfection. She really made our dreams come true -

If you're looking for THE BEST Wedding Coordinator, Angie is that person! We could not have asked for a kinder, more organized, and more energetic coordinator. From our first call with her, we knew we hit the jackpot. She was very thorough and inquisitve, making sure she got all the details that were needed for the big day. In addition to creating the timeline and understanding what we wanted our day to be like, she was such a help in suggesting vendors that suited our style! And we knew that we were lucky because all those vendors lit up when we said Angie was our day-of-coordinator. Her experience and ability to calm all of our wedding nerves are hard to come by. My husband and I are complete control freaks, so it was hard to let go of all responsibilities of setup and cleanup. When the Magnolia Venue required me to have a day of coordinator I was a bit skeptical as I’m a “do everything my self” type of person, but I am grateful they did and even more grateful to have found Absolute Wedding Perfection. Angie was timely to respond to all of my emails, provided great guidance, was extremely receptive to all of my change requests, and AMAZING at organizing my wedding vision. Hannah, my on-site day of coordinator, is an absolute gem. As soon as I met her at the rehearsal I felt like she was a friend I’d known far before my wedding. She attentively listened to all of my wants and needs, she offered great recommendations and advice, and she made certain that everything ran flawlessly; I felt no stress what so ever on my wedding day. We planned our wedding right in the middle of Covid - and yes things changed a lot from the beginning all the way up until 2 weeks before. Angie was there with so many recommendations on what we should do and every change we made, she made me feel confident about. I am one of those people that likes to do everything on my own so obviously when it came to our wedding I was feeling the same way, but I am so glad I chose Angie and trusted her with everything. We didn’t rent any decorations so everything was left to Angie to set up and she made our venue look even better than I had pictured! Everything was perfect. We also forgot our wedding cake🤦🏽♀️while I was freaking out on the inside, Angie stayed really calm and rushed to get us another cake! The replacement cake honestly looked better than our original cake. There are so many small things you forget about on your wedding day so it’s a big relief to have someone you can trust to get you through the day without stressing out about everything. There aren’t enough words to explain how grateful I am for Angie and all of the work she did to make our day so special! Thank you Angie!! -

Angie is the BEST!! I would give her 500 stars if I could.
Angie is extremely experienced - which really made the wedding planning process so simple and easy. She knows a lot of vendors in the area, and was able to get us deals that we could not get on our own.
She did all of the research and presented us with 2-3 options for each vendor that fit both our preferences and budget, so all of the stress was taken out of wedding planning. She also helps create a budget at the very beginning and helps you stick to that budget. She also creates very detailed timelines and makes sure the day of goes very smoothly. My wedding day was very calm/ stress free which is all because of her.
I was engaged for two years (during Covid) and she replanned the wedding once and completely downsized it another time. Angie handled the entire thing - she basically planned 3 weddings for us. She really is so incredible - I cannot recommend her enough. My wedding day was absolutely perfect and it’s all because of her!

Angie went above and beyond as my day-of-coordinator. She was able to help me with my whole layout and timeline before the wedding, as well as be there the whole day to make sure everything was exactly how I envisioned it to be. Even after I was gone, I heard from my family and bridal party how helpful and easy she made the clean-up process. As someone who has a very specific imagine in her head for how I wanted my wedding to go, Angie helped make it exactly what I envisioned, and allowed me to just enjoy my day. Working with Angie was an absolute pleasure!! After reading reviews, I felt so comfortable hiring Angie for our day of coordination. Even though we hired her for day-of, she was always quick to respond to any emails and questions that came up throughout my planning process. We met with her about a month out to go over some decor and timeline details, her organization blew me away! (you could definitely tell she's done this a time or two hehe). On our big day, Angie came into the bridal suite to say hi and let me know she was going to get started decorating, and the next thing I knew, I came outside and all of my wedding dream visions were coming to life!! She is FANTASTIC at what she does. From decorating, to greeting vendors, to keeping us on our timeline, to making sure we had food at dinner and a drink in our hands, I don't know how she does it all!! I am so SO happy with our decision to hire Angie and would highly recommend her for your big day!! -

Where do I even begin?!? Working with Angie was TRULY "absolute perfection." I was planning my wedding from Chattanooga, with my mom and vendors in Knoxville, and my venue in Athens. To say the planning process was a little nutty would be an understatement. Most of my interactions with Angie were over email or phone call...she did this so well! When we first spoke on the phone, she politely told me when she thought some of my ideas might not work the way I envisioned. I was so grateful for that, because I truly had no idea what I was doing!!! My husband and I wanted to pass plates to each of our guests as they went through the buffet line...I could tell Angie wasn't sure how that would look, but she made it her mission to make it happen. And it did and it was wonderful!! So many times on the wedding day I would freak out because I forgot to do something....every time I would turn to Angie and she would say "no worries, it's already done." WHAT?? I have NO idea how she did it all, but she absolutely killed it and made that day so smooth and stress-less for me and my mom!! Last thing...when I was about to walk down the aisle, none of my stuff was packed. I wanted to just leave it, because I felt bad that it was such a mess. But Angie got down on her knees with one of my bridesmaids and packed up all of my stuff for me so I would be ready to go right after our sparkler exit. Again, I have NO idea what we would have done without her!!! 10/10 recommend working with her!! -

I have been trying to write Angie's review in my head for months and I know I still won't be able to do her justice. I work in event management for a living so I assumed wedding planning would be a breeze, until I realized I know nothing about wedding vendors- who is good, who isn't so good, what is a reasonable price, etc. That is when I knew I needed some help. I can't tell you how many times during the planning process I thought to myself or said out loud "what would we have done without Angie."
Angie is a pro at her job and allowed me to enjoy the planning process and oh yea.. my wedding day. Angie is connected to the BEST vendors so I knew no matter what happened our wedding was going to be fun and successful. Angie found vendors who fit our style, super easy to work with, and best part of it all- we came in under budget!!
Angie thinks of everything so you don't have to, it was such a reassuring thought knowing that someone was thinking about our wedding when I wasn't. Angie is like "successful wedding" insurance, you are about to spend a lot of money on an event, make sure you do it right and get a pro involved.
I usually don't post reviews unless I can 100% without a doubt recommend someone and I can 100% without a doubt recommend Angie. Could I have planned my wedding without her... maybe... but would I want to...noway. -

We hired her as a day of wedding coordinator, but I feel that she did SO much more than just help us on the day of the wedding. She was excellent about pointing us towards great vendors, keeping our timeline organized, and keeping my stress level low. The week and day of our wedding I knew we would be in good hands, (literally EVERY other vendor we hired had amazing things to say about her). Angie took care of all of the set up, flipping our ceremony area to our reception area, and clean up. What I loved most about working with Angie is that she took any stress that could've fallen on myself, my groom, my mom, bridesmaids, etc and took care of everything! She made everything run smoothly and had our venue (the emporium) look so beautiful. If I could give her 10/5 stars I would--- HIRE THIS AMAZING WOMAN! :)
