I will start with on the actual day of my wedding, the drapery did look great.
I got married at the Knoxville Zoo, and when we decided we did want some drapery, the coordinator mentioned Above the Rest was the only drapery vendor they allowed. My fiance and I met with Dianna and she showed us many options; we told her what we were looking for and she assured me she could take care of it. Apparently for her to draw up a quote she needed a $250 deposit (which I thought was odd), but we let her know we'd discuss it and get back to her. It was really hard to pay for a quote as we didn't exactly know what to expect price wise, and we couldn't afford to waste $250 if the quote was too high!
We met with her once more with my MIL and decided we would focus more on ceremony draping rather than the reception, and told her we would like to move forward with the quote. I kid you not, we called, emailed, and left voicemails for at least 2 weeks until we finally got a hold of her to pay the deposit. She provided the quote a couple of weeks later. She did include multiple options but they all seemed rather high. We emailed her back and let her know we wanted to move forward with just the one portion we agreed upon, then kind of lost contact.
We had to have our coordinator confirm we were on her books as we could not get a hold of her, and once we finally received an invoice there were added items and fees that were never disclosed. It was a hassle to communicate with her, and the payment options were extremely difficult as well, but on the day of- the actual draping was up when I walked down the aisle, and it did look wonderful.
If I did have to do it all again, I would use her, but I would have given all the information to my coordinator and have had her handle it (as thy have worked together before). The end result was beautiful, but customer service and accurate invoices could be improved upon... If another vendor were allowed I would explore my options.
