The Best Experience!

About Face Design Team truly is the absolute best. They were actually one of my very first phone calls when I became a bride; because they had done my makeup a few years back when I was a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding. This group of ladies are the nicest to work with, built the perfect timeline while making me feel at ease (even though I had 15 people needing hair & makeup) and made every single person absolutely stunning with gorgeous makeup and unique hair styles!!! All of my girls still talk (5 months later) about how beautiful they felt and how much they loved the getting ready experience with these ladies. Can't say enough good things, I would recommend again and again!

I made the BEST decision hiring About Face Design Team! I had so much fun with them on my wedding day, and my bridal trial was flawless. Kari made planning so incredibly easy, and with being a Disney bride, it was incredibly simple to get them on property and to my room to get ready. I would recommend them 100 times over! Casey was AMAZING as my bridal hair and makeup artist, and she made me feel so beautiful! Kaylee did a wonderful job with my mom, and bridesmaid! 10/10!!

We Felt Like the Best Versions of Ourselves

Gina (makeup) and Jasmin (hair) were absolutely incredible!

From the moment they arrived, they brought such a calm, kind, and positive energy that made the entire morning feel relaxed and fun. That set the tone for the whole day, and it meant more than I can say.

Gina made me feel so beautiful — not overdone, just like the best version of myself. She was so attentive and thoughtful, staying with us for touch-ups and even putting together the sweetest little bridal touch-up kit. I felt completely taken care of and confident all day because of her.

And Jasmin absolutely nailed everyone’s hair. My mom, grandmother, great-aunt, and sister-in-law all looked flawless and felt so confident, which was so special to see.

I would also highly recommend doing a trial. They took such detailed notes and really listened, and on the wedding day they were able to refine and enhance my look even more. I even changed my mind on a few things after the trial, and they adapted everything perfectly.

What really stood out was how personable they both were. They took their time, made everyone feel comfortable, and created such an easy, enjoyable experience for all of us!

They are truly talented at what they do, and I feel so lucky they were part of our wedding day.

Couldn't recommend more

The about face design team has been amazing to work with from the start until the day of. Nina listened to everything that I wanted for my wedding and connected me to the perfect team. Gina, who did my hair, completely understood the aesthetic I was going for and gave me the most amazing curls that lasted all day and night (and probably would have stayed in place overnight had I not showered!). My makeup by Rachel was incredible and the whole team just couldn't have been more amazing and their jobs and just completely pleasant to spend the morning of my wedding with. Also, all my bridesmaids who are very picky about their looks loved how they looked. My grandma, who normally doesn't let anyone do her hair and makeup, is still raving too. Big thanks to my whole team. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I've never felt so beautiful!

I don't have enough good things to say about About Face Design Team! There are so many difficult aspects of the wedding planning decision-making, but choosing to work with AFDT was among the best and easiest decisions we made. They were a JOY to work with in every way. I couldn't have dreamed of a more incredible experience for my wedding hair and make-up!

I got married in Disney in April 2024, but my experience with AFDT started a few months before with booking and coordinating logistics. Nina was an absolute pleasure to work with through this process. Her professionalism, responsiveness, enthusiasm, and upbeat energy made the entire experience effortless. I felt supported, cared for, and excited working with her. So much of the wedding planning can be tedious, so it was an incredible relief to be in such good hands with Nina, who made the whole process smooth, easy, and enjoyable.

On the day of, I had the privilege of working with Rachel (for makeup) and Katie (for hair). WOW! They are truly artists. I have never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day. They also did my mother and maid of honor's hair and makeup and we were all blown away by how GORGEOUS we looked and felt. Rachel captured everyone's natural beauty and highlighted our best features while still delivering a glammed-up look that lasted in the Florida sun for a daytime, outdoor wedding. Katie embraced our natural curls (which was really special to me, to be able to wear my hair in its natural curly state) and amazed us with her careful technique, patience, and close attention to detail. In addition, both women were so FUN and so pleasant to work with. We spent the morning chatting and sharing stories, and it all flew by as we we were just having such a joyful time.

I 100% recommend AFDT to any and all - they are the BEST!

So well organized and professional!

What a wonderful experience this was as a part of the wedding day!! Leading up to the day, Nina from the office did an amazing job staying in contact on what to expect, the need to communicate specifics for the day of. She also coordinated a trial makeup and hair run for me which was amazing and helped solidify my choices. Gina was my stylist and she was extraordinary!!! It was hair for my mom, sister and I and then hair for my sister and I. She spent a lot of time with us that day and made sure we all felt amazing! She has great style and completed all our requests, going above and beyond! Highly recommend!!

Wish Come True Disney Wedding- Five Star Team

The team was just amazing. We had over ten hair and make ups to happen for our wedding and they knocked it out of the park. All our bridesmaids looked beautiful and the looks worked amazing in the surprising 85 degree outdoor November wedding. Our moms who walked us down the aisle loved their looks as well. My mom wanted “Texas” hair and could not stop raving about it. We really want to say thank you for how seamless it all was. Easy arrival and not one thing was late. Amazing hair and makeup!

From the beginning communication and responsiveness was quick and they answered all questions (which there were a lot!). I loved the way my makeup and hair turned out on my wedding day and it lasted all night. Haley did such a great job! Highly recommend AFDT!

Top Notch Service

Our team was Rachel, Karen, and Gina. They were all incredible. I had my trial on the day before our wedding so we could work out any kinks for the next day. Karen was so sweet and brought a tool from her personal collection to give me the mermaid waves of my dream. Rachel was so accommodating and changed my makeup from the day before because I was super indecisive. Her adjustments made me feel like the little rockstar I wanted to be on my wedding day. Gina nailed all of my bridesmaids looks and everyone loved working with her!! Don’t get me started on Nina, what a gal! She is so responsive and easy to work with! The best getting ready team ever! I will start with Nina who made the entire planning process easy. Nina is so responsive to email and does not hesitate to pick up the phone to answer all those unforeseen questions that us brides have. Nina takes care of helping you through the logistics, scheduling, and gives you upfront rates. Nina will even help with transparency and gives you a day of schedule timeline for the entire bridal party per make up person, making things crystal clear for everyone. Next, the ABDT artist are not only skilled in their trade but are legit therapist, I was so nervous on how things would go specially with so much female energy on the day of. Going into the make-up trial I was treated like royalty, Rachel and Brittney assessed my needs, looked at my picture inspo, gave me recommendations for my hair and the hair style I was going for and tested a few lip colors until we came up with the final look. I think their talent is evident in all their pictures, what stood out to me is how the ABDT team made me feel. The artists gave me this warm feeling of comfort, they have a way of easing out nerves, anxiety and worries of wedding planning. I knew after the trial that the team was going to be perfect for my bridal party and my mom and MIL. On the day of, everyone felt pampered and taken care of and all my ladies looked flawless. I am forever grateful for the AFDT (Rachel, Gina, & Brittany) for helping me calm down and look my best on my special day. 10000% Recommend!

Absolute perfection!

From beginning to end... absolute perfection! Nina and Haley at About Face are amazing! I hired AFDT in December 2020 for my engagement photo hair and makeup which came out exactly how I pictured! It lasted all night and the photos were amazing!

Fast forward to March 2022 for my wedding. The customer service, care and dedication to making their clients happy is astounding. Nina and Haley went above and beyond to ensure that we were all happy and comfortable will our hair and makeup for wedding day. Everyone was constantly complimenting us on how great we looked and my updo lasted through wind and dancing all night. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend hiring AFDT and asking for Haley to be your main stylist. I cannot thank you enough for making me look and feel special for my big day!

Nothing But WOW!

There is so much that goes into a wedding with lots and lots of vendors that need to be selected. A Hindu-American wedding is a HUGE production, with multiple outfit and look changes usually over a couple of days. Not being a huge fan of makeup, I was a little worried about finding a team that would be able to help me with such a massive part of our wedding. I started following About Face Designs on social media and knew they were the ones for me! AFD put all my worries to rest and did an unbelievable job on the hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids and my family the day of our wedding.

Let me start by saying Hindu weddings usually start in the morning and end at night. That meant that ten women were getting ready for a wedding that started at 11:00 am and ended at 11:00 pm. The hair and makeup needed to stand up to a marathon of a day. The team of four showed up at 5:00 am (wide awake, no less!) and got to work. Haley worked with me, completing a daytime look and hair style that worked great with the Indian wedding lehenga (skirt and blouse) and dupatta (veil) that I wore for my wedding ceremony. She was able to create this even despite my stumbling and mumbling description of what I wanted. She then came back in the afternoon and helped me change looks, with both a different makeup palette and hairstyle to match my wedding gown for the reception. Both looks actually took my now-husband’s breath away. All of the pictures so far show a flawless look that is dramatic without looking surreal. All of my bridesmaids (with all different hair and skin) looked beautiful, getting the styles that they wanted as well. Everything lasted until the end of the reception and then some! We actually continued the party until 1:00 am, and my pictures from the end of the night look almost as good as from the start of the day. I cannot recommend AFD enough to anyone wanting hair or makeup services for any event!

Amazing experience!

I had a great experience with About Face Design Team. I had a destination wedding and did not have time for a trial run. I fully put my trust in them after talking to Nina and viewing their portfolio. I was not disappointed at all! My team did an amazing job on hair and makeup on not only myself, but also my bridal party and mother. The team was efficient, professional, fun, and personable. AMAZING! Great for picky Brides/Wedding parties who like different styles (glam or natural)

I can't recommend the AboutFace team enough. From the initial scheduling with Nina (who is amazing and makes any brides life easier) to the trial to the day of, the team was 5 stars. I had 8 bridesmaid and a few family members getting their hair and makeup done. They were so professional, on time, quick and made everyone look flawless. HALEY did my hair and make up, she is the most amazing stylist and makeup artist, I cannot recommend her enough for brides. She can do any style from full glam to a more natural look. I did a few trials with different groups around Orlando and Aboutface was by far the best. I can't recommend the team enough!

I’m a firm believer in everything happens for a reason, and the about face design team reassured that for me!! The person whom I hired to do my hair for my wedding ghosted me 2 weeks before my wedding and about face design team stepped in and did an INCREDIBLE job. Nina was so so sweet and help get me scheduled with a trial with Hayley within a week and the team was wonderful on the day of. An Excellent Service You NEED

About Face Design Team is a team that words cannot describe how perfect they are. From the start, I had a wonderful time working with Nina via email. Since my wedding was in Disney World and I live in Massachusetts, I could read Nina's professionalism in her words. I was worried about price at first, but this was honestly worth it and every bride deserves to treat herself! I booked my trial appointment on May 2nd, the wedding happened on May 4th, and then I had park portrait session at Animal Kingdom on May 5th. Talk about ULTIMATE Flexibility!! It's also partially my fault for the scheduling, BUT Nina and Haley were able to work with it and it was awesome how everything went according to plan. By the way, Haley is an amazing artist! I showed her pictures of how I wanted my hair and she worked her magic to get my hair to what I was picturing! It looked so good in the pictures. I don't wear make-up often and I wasn't sure what to do, but Haley did! She made me look so good! I cannot stop gushing over how amazing this company is and you should definitely consider them for your wedding.

Perfect Glam for Wedding Day

If you are looking for professional hair and makeup services for your wedding day, look no further!! Their coordinator was kind, helpful, quick to respond and gave honest and helpful feedback as we planned the schedule for hair and makeup services on my wedding day. I did a “trial” hair and makeup session in advance, which went very well, and the team was very receptive and accomodating to the feedback I had. The hair and makeup artists were professional, arrived to our location on time, and did a fantastic job dolling up each the ladies!! Each person had specific requests for hair and/or makeup and the team was able to meet (and exceed!) everyone’s expectations. Fabulous, friendly, and punctual - best vendor EVER!

I seriously cannot say enough positive things about About Face Design Team! I had 9 bridesmaids, myself, and the moms that all wanted full glam services done (WOW that's a lot), and nobody every hesitated at saying yes! Did I also mention that we had a bright and early call time of 6:30am?

When the artists showed up, everyone was so genuinely happy to be there and excited for me. It was the best feeling! Haley was my personal artist, and was nothing short of amazing. We bonded a lot, and she helped keep me relaxed in the morning. I couldn't be more obsessed with my glam look! My sweet groom even told me my eyes looked gorgeous on wedding day (talking about the makeup haha). I want to note too that I have bad rosacea on my cheeks, & they get very red when I'm nervous or hot. Haley worked her magic and you would have never known I have some very rosy cheeks!

All of my girls absolutely loved their looks, and were raving about the artists! Even the moms loved their looks, and those are two very hard women to please! I can't explain how beautiful everyone looked. We also finished early, which helped this very time sensitive/stressed bride relax.

Nina is so fabulous. I asked a million and 10 questions, and she was always quick to respond and so so sweet. She constantly hyped me up and made me that much more excited for the big day. She also helped me make a schedule for the girls which I really appreciated!

I highly highly HIGHLY recommend AFDT to everyone. You won't regret it!

Such An Amazing Team

WOW! About Face Design Team did such an amazing job on all of us girls for my wedding day! Dorka was so fun to talk with during my trial and on the day of and she did such an amazing job! I rarely wear any make up and she created a natural look that was everything I wanted. She was also able to cover up my arms which have impurities on them to the point I'm subconscious about it. I had no worries after she was done and it didn't come off onto my dress either! I also had great conversations with Casey while she was doing my hair! All 4 team members that came to do hair and makeup were such a blast and really made the morning great! Everyone commented on how much they loved the fake eyelashes that Dorka supplied because they looked so natural! I would highly recommend About Face for anyone's wedding/event beauty needs!

Amazing makeup and hair!!

Well my first thing is THANK YOU. Thank you to About Face for such a flawless day with Priscila and Natasha. Both ladies did a phenomenal job with everything, and we couldn't be happier with what we received, service-wise. I had myself, my mom, my niece, and 6 bridesmaids that all needed hair done. My mom, myself and one bridesmaid also had makeup done. All of it was done in a timely manner, and everyone looked absolutely amazing. 10/10 Would Recommend

I went with this team on a recommendation from my photographer and I'm so glad I did. I had previously done a trial with another hair/makeup artist, so I chose not to do one with About Face. However, I wasn't worried because I had a phone call with them to go over what I wanted beforehand. I had complete faith. On the day of they showed up on time and were so kind, organized, and professional. Hayley was able to take my hair inspiration and trial photos and somehow make my hair even more beautiful that I hoped. She also worked MAGIC on my Mom, who has very fine hair. She was able to give her glorious glamour-style waves that lasted all day. Rachel did both of our makeup and also did a phenomenal job. Before I walked down the aisle I had cried- and I don't me teared up, like full on cried- at least 3 times. My makeup looked flawless. My photographer even commented on how impressed she was that it had stayed so well. Even by the end of dinner and dancing it looked flawless. I would hands down recommend this team. They far exceeded my expectations and made me feel like a princess.

Amazing hair and makeup!!

About Face was the best for my wedding!! I am very picky about my hair and make up and so are my bridesmaids! We absolutely loved our looks, and Hayley, Casey and Rachel were Amazing to work with! Above and Beyond for my DFTW

I had 8 bridesmaids and myself, some of whom are very picky about makeup and hair and wanted fully glam services, others who wanted more subtle makeup. They also did hair and makeup for my mother, grandmother, and aunts. I had a Disney’s Fairytale Wedding and showed my girls the portfolios’ of About Face and two other vendors recommended by Disney and they all chose About Face hands down. We could not have been happier. Gina, Kari, Nina and the whole team were an absolute dream team. They listened to each girl and the range of glam to natural services they were able to do was incredible. Setting up and paying for our makeup and services was so easy and Nina was always extremely timely and clear with communication . I also had an early morning photo shoot with Disney and Gina helped me get into my dress and fix a broken clasp. It was like having another family member with me to help me get ready that morning. I am so thankful for the women at About Face and cannot recommend them enough!! If you are having a DFTW I would also highly recommend them because they are very comfortable with Disney properties and timelines! They are just the best!

I felt like a princess on my wedding day!

I cannot give enough positive feedback about the entire About Face Design Team! I hired them for my wedding hair and makeup for myself + 7 other women. Nina was absolutely amazing to work with from booking my trials and contracting services, to communicating feedback for the artists and coordinating our hair/makeup schedule for wedding day. I am very confident in doing my own hair and makeup, but for my wedding I didn't want the stress of doing it myself. I will be very honest here and say that I have extremely high expectations. I haven't had services done in the past that I couldn't have done better/equal quality myself. The morning of my wedding my expectations were absolutely exceeded! I felt more beautiful than I've ever felt in my entire life. Dorka was my makeup artist and Casey was my hair stylist. We had 2 other ladies providing services, and I apologize I do not have their names. However every single one of us (8 girls total) loved our hair and makeup! It is not easy to please 8 women, all with different tastes and comfort levels when it comes to hair/makeup. But I must say the About Face team was perfection. THANK YOU ladies for everything! I will be back!!

About Face and Design Team is the BEST!

I worked with Casey and Idalis from About Face Design Team for my wedding and I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about them. Together they wowed my entire bridal party, including two Moms and my MOH.

Casey made me look and feel like the very best version of myself for my special day - all while keeping me calm and relaxed throughout the process. She listened to every adjustment I wanted to make after my trial and executed it perfectly. Her whole aura is calming, which is pivotal on your wedding day.

Idalis delivered on so many levels, too. She has a positive, sunny energy and calming, Zen vibe that together was perfect for our busy afternoon. My Mom and MOH loved their hair and make-up!

Casey, together with Idalis, made ALL my wedding hair and makeup dreams come true! They are the BEST!

LOVE these people!!! First of all, working with Nina to coordinate everything was such a dream. She is BEYOND accommodating, informative and just makes you feel comfortable asking any and all questions that may come up. After my trial I knew my hair wouldn't stay and I needed something different so Nina and my stylist Casey came up with a lot of different options that would be similar to what I wanted but last longer with my thin hair. I have been in a number of weddings but I truly felt, looking at my bridesmaids and the mothers and myself, that it was some of the absolute best wedding day hair and makeup I had seen. If I could give these ladies 100 stars, I would! About Face was a total dream to work with and made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the whole world. Not only were they great in the months leading up to the wedding (speedy email correspondence, amazing hair/make-up trial, etc.), they were total rockstars on the day of! The entire team was professional, organized, kind and SO talented! They were punctual and ended ahead of schedule, which of course is a bride's DREAM. My entire bridal party not only looked absolutely gorgeous, but FELT it, too. They were all beaming (and we all received so many compliments on hair and makeup!). About Face did a wonderful job for my wedding! After changing my mind on hairstyles after my first trial, Nina (their magnificent coordinator) was so flexible in scheduling a second trial for me. My stylist, Kari Larsen, took her time getting to know my style and preferences, so by the time my wedding day came, I was so confident and comfortable knowing I was in good hands. The other 3 stylists did an amazing job on my bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law, and Nina did a great job making sure we had the right number of stylists for the size of our group (10). The whole team was also so efficient and timely - we actually wound up ahead of schedule! I highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of having Casey do my hair and make up for my wedding in Disney. I can not say enough good things about her! She was very personable and listened to what I wanted. She also made sure that I was happy with my look and even gave me a small bag with lipstick and concealer to touch up my makeup on my wedding day. I first met the fabulous women of About Face Design Team when I was a bridesmaid in my best friend’s wedding three years ago. I cannot say enough how AMAZING AFDT is! If you are looking for quality products and expert artists, these are the ladies for you. The team of stylists who worked my wedding day were so friendly, fun, and talented. I booked two Bridal hair appointments with About Face Design for my Disney portrait session and could not have been happier.
It was so easy to book everything online through Nina, who by the way is so sweet! I needed a hair stylist who could travel to my Disney resort at 4am and Nina made it happen. She sent me Casey who was like a modern day Tinkerbell with her curling wand, making magic happen with my hair.
I had two drastically different hair styles on two different days and they both looked Pinterest worthy. Casey was so reassuring and awesome! She made me feel at ease right away and was such a great conversationalist.
I finally got my bridal portraits and couldn't help think, Gosh darn Rapunzel would be so jealous of my hair right now!

My partner and I eloped from Australia and Nina was a breeze to organise everything with. Our stylist, Casey, was so lovely and did a beautiful job on both myself and my bridesmaid with our hair and make up for the day. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but were more than happy for her to take direction and her sense of styling was perfect.

I had a Magic Kingdom Bridal shoot on the morning of our wedding, so Casey gladly came at an ungodly hour to take care of us and I was incredibly impressed that our makeup lasted all throughout the day, even through some brief showers and a full day of Floridian heat. Can't recommend them enough!

My planners recommended About Face Design Team to me and I’m so glad they did! Since I live in Colorado, they were very accommodating to let me schedule my hair and makeup trial the one weekend I was back in town. Just based off one or two pictures I liked, they were able to style my hair exactly how I envisioned it. On the day of the wedding, the two stylists showed up to our room at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando right on time with all their equipment set up within minutes. My mom, sister, and bridesmaids’ hair looked absolutely beautiful. Everyone’s hair stayed in place the whole day into the night even with the humidity outside. My hair and makeup looked so perfect especially looking at the photos over and over again. I would recommend getting makeup done because they really make your face glow with the airbrush. It didn’t feel sticky at all and it really makes the difference in photos. The team at About Face did an amazing job and it’s because of their years of experience. I’m so glad I booked them, I felt so beautiful on my big day and that’s exactly how every bride should feel.

About Face Design Team came very highly recommended by my wedding planner, and they did not disappoint! I was so happy I chose them for both my engagement photo and wedding day hair and makeup. I had different stylist do my hair/makeup for my engagement shoot in June and for my wedding day in January and both were amazing and I was so happy with my final looks! I felt so beautiful and I love the way I look in our photos. Kari did my wedding day hair/make up trial and my wedding day look. She was fantastic and so great to work with. AFDT also did my entire wedding party and my mother's hair/makeup and everyone (10+ women) was so happy with their looks. Some of my bridal party are very picky and even recent brides themselves and they were all impressed with the quality and professionalism as well.

Everyone I dealt with/spoke with were both friendly and professional. Nina, the scheduling coordinator, is the sweetest and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend AFDT to any bride or anyone needing a great hair and makeup vendor.

The About Face team was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for hair/makeup to come to you on the morning of. The three ladies I worked with were able to manage all six of my bridesmaids and myself and stayed exactly on schedule.

If you're debating on whether to hire About Face or not.........DO IT! I am in the events industry and they just don't make them like this anymore. From the very first email I had with Nina, I knew I made the right decision! She was very responsive to all of my questions and just as sweet as could be! I came in for a trial run with Monica and actually ended up changing a few things the day of the wedding. All of which she made me feel super relaxed about! First of all I have to say how flexible this team was. I flew in to have my hair and makeup trial and it turns out a bad hurricane was going to hit literally a few hours after my appointment. While other businesses closed while they opened just for me to make sure we'd find the right direction for my perfect day. Though they are pricey compared to others in the area, their services were worth every penny ! I knew I wanted the best most natural look for my day and they nailed it! The About Face Design Team were great! Nina was amazing in coordinating all of the details and answered all of my questions in a very professional and timely manner. I opted to do a trial run before the wedding which I highly recommend as you get to meet your stylist. I worked with Kari who was awesome! She provided me with some pointers on what I should do with cleaning, drying and prepping my hair prior to the big day which I followed to a T and was beyond pleased with the final results. I never looked or felt more beautiful than on my wedding day thanks to Monica and AFDT! My 5 bridesmaids, both moms, and I all had hair and makeup services done and everyone looked gorgeous - and more importantly, everyone felt amazing! My bridesmaids are all beautiful to begin with so it wasn't a tough job, and it was important to me that everyone, including myself, actually look like themselves - just a little glammed up. I talked about that with our stylists at my trial run (highly recommend doing a trial!) and Monica, Gina, and the rest of our AFDT team executed my vision perfectly on our wedding day. Monica also did my hair and I can't rave about her/my hair enough! I had such a clear vision in my head of what I wanted, but could not find a picture that captured it exactly. Monica understood exactly what I wanted and gave me the most perfect, romantic, braided up-do.

Nina and her team were amazing the entire way through this process. I had a really hard time finding the perfect fit to do my hair and makeup for my big day, but once I had my trial with Nina, I was SO happy! She asked all the right questions, took all of my thoughts into account and came out with a great result. On the wedding day, it was even better than the trial (which I didn't think was possible). All of my bridesmaids and family looked amazing as well. The team was on time, efficient and even left us with touch-up kits. I cannot thank them enough for their services. Stop looking and go ahead and book About Face now! I had a very positive experience, and this comes from a girl who is never happy with professional up-dos and heavy makeup. After I wasn't 100% happy with my first trial I came in for a second trial with Kari who took time to listen and incorporate all the feedback I had from my first trial. My hair and makeup ended up absolutely perfect for the big day.
Nina and team were very professional and responsive while scheduling my trial(s) and the wedding day. I pushed back a bit about the early start time for the wedding day, but Kari and team insisted on the timeline and of course they ended up being right - they are professionals who know exactly how much time is needed for the services they will be providing. On the wedding day itself the hair and makeup process was the most relaxing part of my day. All 3 stylists were on time (and early) arriving at my home, and all 4 of my bridesmaids and my mom were extremely happy with the results. I cannot recommend About Face enough!

We used About Face Design Team twice. For our Disney Wedding, April of last year and yesterday for our post wedding Disney Park portraits. I can't express enough how AMAZING they are. A whole team came to my room and went to work on all of us the day of my wedding. They did a phenomenal job with our hair and make-up. Our pictures came out GORGEOUS. I was a VERY happy bride. We also added grooming for my husband and groomsmen which was a great add on I highly recommend it. They all looked so handsome, their wives/girlfriends were thanking me LOL. Yesterday was our Magic Kingdom Portrait photos and I decided on a completely different look. They sent me Monica who was such a sweet heart and listened to what I wanted. OMG she hit it out of the Ball Park. From our wedding day to our portrait photos there is nothing About Face Cant Do. From booking our appointment with Nina who is AMAZING! to their Talented make up artists I can't say enough about them. I will definitely be using them again for future events.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! This AMAZING team took care of me and my bridesmaids. Words can't describe how grateful I am for having them on my wedding day! First, they did EVERYTHING to make me feel comfortable and safe. I went to their location, which is beautiful, and Gina (one of the owners) and Nina took their time talking to me and my family about all the details for my wedding day. The day of the wedding they were there on time, they had an awesome structure, high-quality products and the professionals were just over the top! They are very experienced, very professional plus they are also incredible people! So sweet and kind.. they made our morning smooth and fun! And they DO really care about their clients! About Face is awesome! My makeup was flawless and my hair lasted all night long until the next night. The ladies of About Face are so professional and perfectionists for sure! They were ahead of schedule the entire day so there was no rushing at the end for finishing touches. One of my bridesmaids (who has been in over 10 weddings) said "this is the only time I've ever loved my hair and makeup." My mom wore her hair and makeup for Sunday and Monday and said it remained perfect and fresh. I couldn't have been happier with the results! I will 100% be using Kesia (Hair) and Rachel (makeup) for future events! Much love!

These girls were fantastic! From the very beginning Nina in the office was a delight to work with! She was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. I did not worry AT ALL throughout the planning process, Nina really put me at ease. The hair & make-up services we received were top notch! Gina, Kari, and a 3rd young lady (cannot for the life of me remember her name, so sorry!!) were an absolute blast! We thoroughly enjoyed getting ready with them, they really created a fun experience! My Daughter (the Bride), her Bridesmaids and myself (Mother of The bride) had our makeup Airbrushed the morning of the wedding by the “About Face Design Team” of Rachael and Bijou.

From the initial consultation with Nina (About Face Design Team Scheduling Coordinator) months before the wedding and the trail makeup run it was a great experience. Nina was also very responsive in returning phone calls and emails during the whole process. Nina is gifted at listening to your likes and dislikes when it comes to your makeup. The consultation allowed Nina to match the Bridal Party with an experience and fun Airbrush Team (Rachael and Bijou).

After the airbrush was completed everyone was given a touchup kit to use during the day. My Daughter (Bride) never used the touchup kit. She never had a shine on her face that you normally get from regular hand applied makeup. I also never used the touchup kit. Everyone’s makeup was flawless from the morning of the wedding all the way through the reception. During the Wedding Ceremony I looked up at the Bride & Bridesmaids and I have to say they were all gorgeous.

Kari and the About Face Design Team did an EXTRAORDINARY job with our hair and make up! They were so professional and so personable with my wedding party. I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by the the entire About Face Design Team.
When you are getting married your initial priority is for the vendor to respond to you promptly and efficiently. The team did this so well, not only did I feel reassured that everything would go smoothly, they made me feel as if I were the only client they had (although I know they we rushed off their feet!).
On the day I arrived for my hair and makeup, they made me feel welcome and special. I know a bride should be pampered on her social day but the team at About Face Design made me feel like a princess. And by the time Kari had finished, I felt like one! My hair was a challenge for her as it is a short bob but somehow she worked a miracle and made it look like I had a ton of hair in an 'up do'. My makeup was flawless and I couldn't see a single blemish or freckle (believe me, I had lots of both!). That said, I still looked and felt like me, just the best possible version of me! Everyone came in from the offices to see Kari's work when she'd finished and they all took time to get to know me and my Mom and (now) husband who came with me. By the time we left, I felt like they were family. They certainly were a massive part of my wedding day and I will not forget them. And thanks to the team at About Face Design, I now have beautiful wedding photos that will ensure I never forget how lovely I looked on my special day.

I was a little hesitant because the price seemed high compared to the other vendors but I am SO happy with the results. The girls were all on time and finished EARLY!! We had 9 women getting their hair and make up. About Face sent 4 hair and make up artists and finished everyone with more than enough time in the schedule AND we didn't have to get up at 6 am like other weddings I have been in. My photos turned out amazing and I have gotten SO many compliments on my make up! Money Well spent!

Amazing experience all around. From planning to execution, everything was perfect. Nina was such a big help in the planning and these stylists rocked it the day of my wedding! I had a huge wedding party and had some friends join in for the makeup and hair fun. Each and every girl looked absolutely stunning. These stylists have talent and they were so, so sweet (Did I mention that they were drop dead gorgeous?!) :) Amy specifically did my hair and makeup and I couldn't have been happier.

I can't even lie, the makeup was so amazing we all rocked it the next day LOL!!! Even my mom and mother in law! I hope that explains just how fantastic it was.

From the time I contacted them, through my incredible hair and make up trial, through changes due to bridesmaids changing their minds, and the day of my wedding.... they all were amazing. We absolutely LOVED our experience with About Face. They did an amazing job on all of the hair and make-up. They made our time completely stress free. We had a Disney World wedding so they met us in our hotel room and did their magic. They were prompt and very efficient. Everything was set up and ready within minutes and we were finished in plenty of time. There was never a rush.
Prior to arriving in Disney World, they contacted me via cell phone to make sure everything was in place. They kept me completely informed of every step. Coming from Louisiana, it was difficult trying to decide who to use for such an important event. I am SO GLAD I went with About Face.
There is no way I can say everything that they did for us other than to say that it was a MAGICAL DAY IN EVERY WAY!

The About Face Design Team made the day-of wedding getting ready process so fun. I loved my wedding look. I wanted something that made me feel beautiful and special, but not overdone, and they totally accomplished that. They also did hair and makeup for our large wedding party (10 bridesmaids, 2 junior bridesmaids, a flower girl, and the mothers of the bride and groom). I wanted to allow all of the wedding party to pick out their own look, and the About Face Design Team worked with each person to make them look and feel beautiful. They brought enough members of the design team, so that we could get everyone done. And, as a plus to making us all look and feel beautiful, the design team was super fun. They brought in music and all of the girls were so sweet. It was a perfect and fun addition to our day.

Both Kalie and Marie from About Face were amazing to work with! The two of them did all 6 of my bridesmaid's hair, and my hair and make-up. They were able to turn any bridesmaid's idea into reality - and all of their updos stayed perfect all night. As for my hair and make-up, Kalie did an amazing job. I don't typically wear make-up and wanted something natural that would allow me to look special, but still like myself. She did just that! She worked with me to make sure I was completely comfortable with everything she did and I got endless compliments about my make-up. The BEST makeup and hair team ever! I went and got my trial done with Amy and was very pleased! We decided that extensions were going to give me the look I wanted! They ordered them for me and shipped them to my house! My hairdresser colored them to match my hair! 2 days before my wedding Nina contacted me and told me Amy was very sick and they would be sending one of the owners, Gina and also Bijou! I wasn't the least bit concerned for I had complete confidence in this company! I had been to there storefront and knew they had there ducks in order! She still reassured me that I would look beautiful and that Nina had all the notes on what I wanted for my wedding day! Well I wish I could post a picture because I felt stunning! I didn't want to take my makeup off or let my hair down that night! I think every bride should feel this way! They didn't change me one bit, they brought my beauty out!! Nina was amazing!! This girl is so talented! She did everything I wanted and more! Thanks Nina for making me feel beautiful on my special day!
