We absolutely loved working with Abbey! From the very beginning, she made us feel completely natural and relaxed — which is saying a lot, because I usually hate getting my picture taken. Nothing ever felt posed or forced. She gently guided us when we needed it, but still captured everything in such an authentic, effortless way.
When we got our photos back, we were blown away. They were fantastic — full of emotion, beautiful light, and little moments we didn’t even realize she had caught. Abbey is kind, professional, and incredibly talented. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer who truly puts you at ease and delivers amazing results. -

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Abbey, our incredible wedding videographer! From the very start, working with her felt like I was chatting with a long lost girlfriend. She has this calming, genuine energy that made us feel so comfortable, and honestly, she made the entire wedding process so much less stressful for me.
Abbey is so professional, thoughtful, and detail-oriented — she truly went above and beyond for us! From the planning stages to the actual wedding day, she was always there to give invaluable insight about anything wedding related. As a detail-oriented bride, I was extremely appreciative of her attention to detail and the care she puts into getting everything just right. I never once worried about missing a moment because I knew she had it all handled.
Both at our rehearsal dinner and on our wedding day, she captured every single special moment so beautifully, from the big emotional highlights to the tiniest little details. And somehow, she always managed to catch us at our best angles (seriously, I don’t know how she does it!). Watching the wedding film she created brings me to tears every time — it’s everything we could’ve hoped for and more.
We also did an engagement film with Abbey, which was such a fun experience and one that I highly recommend! It gave us a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera and turned out to be one of our favorite memories from the whole engagement!
If you’re thinking about hiring Abbey, you ABSOLUTELY should! She’s not just an amazing videographer — she’s someone who genuinely cares about you and your story, and it shows in everything she does. We couldn’t have asked for a better vendor-turned-friend to capture our special day.

It was so much fun to work with Abbey Dillard for our wedding. She was very accommodating and when we expressed concerns that she had never shot at our wedding venue, she offered to accompany us on our walk through. She’s always very responsive to our requests and edits. Additionally, when her second photographer couldn’t be at our wedding, she found a new second photographer and made sure we were comfortable with the change. We never had to stress and Abbey took great photos that we will cherish for our lifetime. -

Hiring Abbey as my wedding photographer was one of the best decisions I made during my planning process! Abbey is an extremely kind, helpful, and fun person to work with and has a very calming presence that was much appreciated during our engagement session and wedding day. All of our photos from the engagement session and wedding are so amazing that it's been difficult to choose favorites. We received a lot of compliments on our photos and on how efficient and prepared Abbey and Shannon were on the wedding day. My wedding was not in Roanoke and was a decent drive away but I'm so glad I reached out and Abbey was willing to travel (and shoot both my engagement session and wedding in the rain!). Thank you Abbey and Shannon! You both did an amazing job and it was a blast hanging out with you on our big day! :) -

We are so grateful that we chose Abbey to be our videographer for our November 2019 beach wedding. Both our full video and the trailer were absolutely stunning, and both were finished remarkably quick! I have been told by countless people that our wedding video was the best they had ever seen and it made them cry! It perfectly captured the most special moments of our day and I'm so happy I have those memories! We also purchased the footage of the full ceremony and all toasts, and we are really happy with those as well! She was so flexible and coached us through the whole thing, she's a true professional! 100/10 would recommend. Abbey is 100% who you want capturing your wedding day or special celebration. I’ve had the honor of having her photograph and video my engagement session and video my wedding. Both exceeded my expectations by a mile and left me in tears of overwhelming happiness. Not only will you end up with the best product in the end, you will also feel loved and supported throughout the entire process. Abbey takes time to learn what you want, she is wonderful with people, and she keeps you and your partner her priority. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. You will never regret choosing her to be the one to capture your special memories. -

Love her! Amazing!
Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. I could write a million things about Abbey and why you should hire her to capture your wedding. Her work speaks for itself and is incredibly beautiful, which is what drew me to her and after meeting with Abbey to chat wedding details I knew instantly that she HAD to be the one I hired. Looking back - I truly couldn’t have imagined my day without her. Anyone who knows Abbey (whether it be personally and professionally) knows that she has such a sweet demeanor and is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. There were so many instances at our wedding where it felt like she stepped in and saved the day! Our friends and family adored her and her team. We were so happy to have them there not only working but celebrating with us as friends. My husband & I are both wedding photographers and videographers and we couldn’t have imagined anyone other than Abbey capturing this special time in our lives. We both got to know her well throughout our time working together and are so excited that we get to call our wedding photographer our forever friend. She’s captured one engagement session, two additional couples sessions, my headshot session, my boudoir session, and our wedding.
