    Steve really stepped up the plate and helped us out the day before our wedding! I had an original order all setup and planned out and when the weather took a turn for the worse, we had to setup a 2nd location for our wedding and less than 24 hours before our event, I was able to get more tables delivered to the house that morning! They not only delivered the original order but also got us the 2nd emergency order asap! They did a great job! Highly recommended!

    We rented a lot of things for our wedding: tent, chairs, tables, place settings, etc. They were definitely the best price around, with service to match. A.J was especially helpful, letting us set up early to avoid a storm that was soon coming. Luckily, it was clear on the day of the wedding! Thanks for helping us make it perfect!

    AAY was great! They were very flexible in allowing us to change our final order up until the last minute. They delivered on time and even though there were some issues with some of the items we rented they went above and beyond to try to make sure that they took care of the problems as quickly as possible. Their crew was very professional when it came to delivery, set up, and tear down. They left us clear instructions for how to manage our sound equipment and some of the other more complicated items we had rented. Something worth keeping in mind is that if you are using this company on a big wedding weekend, they may have to deliver on Thursday or Friday and pick up Monday or Tuesday. This worked out great for us as we got good use out of our rental items the days before and after our wedding. They even went so far as to credit us for some of the items that we were unable to use due to rain. Over all we were extremely happy with their services.

    We only rented mirror tiles from Aay's to sit on our guest tables, so our experience with them was pretty basic. I was happy, though, because it was easy and affordable. They're professional and very good at explaining what to do and when to pick up/bring back the items. Their linen prices seemed steep, but we ended up paying more through our caterer's rental company, so Aay's isn't the highest priced. I would recommend them for ease of use and the ability to rent the few things you can't or don't want to buy.

    We rented our tent, tables, chairs, lights, patio heater, and dance floor from AAYS. The rental was our second biggest wedding expense after the caterer so I expected great service. We were disappointed with AAYS for a couple of reasons. First, they quoted us the wrong size tent (because it had to fit over the tennis court) after they assured me they were out and measured it. Well...months later they came back to us and needed $300 more for a larger size. Annoying. I needed a CAD layout of the tables and chairs under the tent and they worked with me on it, but they never seemed happy to do it, like it was an inconvenience. I work in customer service and would never treat someone like they did me. My CAD layout was also not accurrate and we had to shift the entire layout under the tent once it was set up, which was difficult since I had spent so much time making one I thought would work. Their CAD failed to note a pole right in the middle of the tent, so the dance floor couldn't be set up there.
    Lastly, and most frustrating, I was told when I hired AAYS that we could make decisions based on weather the day before the wedding. The tent got set up Wednesday for our Saturday wedding (which was nice), but they made me decide then if I wanted walls or not. It ended up working out, but I really wanted to make that decision on Friday when we had a better idea of the weather.
    Ultimately everything was fine, but I think they are lacking in customer service, and weren't very professional. I would not use them again or recommend them. I could've done without the annoyance of working with them!

    I had an pretty pleasant experience working with the Stevensville location of Aay's for my wedding. The company was very attentive when we first signed them on (in the month of January), but became less attentive during wedding season (maybe understandably, but as the bride I was trying to have all of the event details worked out before the week of our wedding, so I could relax and leave time open to fight unpredictable fires before the big day, so I found this a little frustrating). The company also was good about modeling a layout of the event space for us in the beginning, but less able to update it in the final months (again, during wedding season). As an architect, I ended up just taking the floor plan and laying out the furniture rentals myself so they could reflect exactly what I had envisioned, but other people may not have been able to do so, and this is probably something that was included in their fee. Also, the invoices could be a little ambiguous (I didn't competely understand where all of the line items were coming from). But at the end of the day, everything that we ordered was delivered to the site around the time they said it'd be delivered, and the team did a good job of setting up. Some of the white chairs were a dirty, but maybe this is typical for rental companies that cater to outdoor events as well. The table clothes had strong creases in them when we laid them out, but again, maybe that is what rented table clothes are like and the creases became less noticeable once the table was set with other objects.

    Our wedding was the weekend of another big event in town. We quickly saw that we were on the back burner. We had to downsize the tent on the spot because it would not fit even though they had measured for it. When they sent the contract things were on the contract that were not supposed to be there but were still not taken off when they resent the contract. Our family had used Aay's before but we could tell this weekend we were not number one on their priority list.
