Book with Aaron Imaging!!
We came to Aaron not knowing what to do for our engagement photos... His professionalism, quick responses, and artistic expertise guided us to some of the best pictures we have!! Aaron's years of experience makes him the perfect photographer for finding the best spots for your shot. His kind personality also eliminates the awkwardness you sometimes feel when someone is taking your picture. My Fiancé and I's personalities were captured in many of these photos because it felt natural. Aaron guides you with some aesthetic poses, but he also captures you in the moment! We expected the photos to come in 2-3 weeks after the shoot, but we got them within less than a week! Aaron is quick and priorities his customers... because it can be hard to wait for those amazing photos!! Thank you, Aaron! We are booking with him again for our wedding. -

Aaron is the best!!!
We booked Aaron to take engagement photos as well as day-of wedding photos. For the engagement shoot, he was very fun to work with and helped us to loosen up and feel relaxed enough to take lots of really great, natural looking photos in many different areas while walking around Asheville. He has an eye for cool photo opportunities and anytime he felt inspired to shoot at a certain location or with specific lighting or movement, the photos turned out stunning. We had such a blast during the engagement photo portion that it put our minds at ease coming up to the wedding day. On the wedding day, he was running from place to place making sure he captured every moment. The group photos turned out amazing as well as the wedding shoot with my husband and I. There were so many special moments captured that will always serve as a great reminder of how much fun we all had. Props to Aaron!!! Thank you!!! -

No wedding is too small for Aaron!
We hired Aaron to photograph our wedding on NYE. Our ceremony plan was very simple, just the 2 of us with the dog and Aaron. In the months leading up to the wedding, we swapped ideas about where to hike and what to see while we were there. He was like our own local tour guide in addition to his photography services. The week of our wedding we ended up scrapping all our ideas, thanks to forecast in the rain, and going with the first place he suggested months earlier. Talk about flexible, Aaron could be in Cirque de Soleil with how willing he was to go anywhere on an adventure with us!
The day of our wedding, he showed up, ready to hike in the drizzle and mud with a 30lb backpack of photography gear in tow. We got married in the western NC mountains, but you wouldn't be able to tell from the pictures bc of the thick fog. No worries though, bc Aaron's eye for what to capture and when to capture moments was spot on. After we finished in the mountains, we headed for the waterfalls. He's so committed to getting the right shot that he was standing in knee deep freezing water in December to setup the tripod! When he asked if I was willing to get in the creek for a few pics, how could I say no??
In summary, Aaron is a super chill, down-to-earth dude that was great to work with and easy to talk to. His pictures turned out wonderfully and can't wait to hang them up in our house. He was able to get our pictures SO FAST (including a preview on the same day as our wedding...what?!?) which made it easy to get elopement announcements mailed out to our family and friends. If you have the chance to work with Aaron, definitely take it. We plan to hire him again for anniversary shoots in the future. -

Oh my gosh. Aaron was THE BEST. He was so cool calm and collected all throughout our big day, his calming energy and go with the flow attitude were amazing, and we couldn’t love the photos he took any more. He was so flexible with us during the pandemic, and once we finally could have our big day, he was just awesome. We are so happy with our photos and would strongly recommend Aaron to anyone getting married in the WNC area! -

Our Day was Captured Perfectly by Aaron
Aaron was incredibly easy to work with from the first outreach email. He was prompt in every response and clearly communicated as we all navigated COVID. Throughout our wedding day, Aaron was so kind and thoughtful as he captured each of our experiences throughout the day and together from the first look and ceremony to the reception and send off. He turned the photos around incredibly quickly, and we cannot stop looking at all of them. I can be very critical of photos of myself and was honestly nervous to see them, but Aaron was able to capture not only the beauty of the day but the warmth and joy we all felt celebrating together. -

Very professional at the venue, Aaron strictly followed the policy of mask wearing that the venue had in place and also encouraged all who interacted to be safely spaced out and wearing face coverings. When we were in close proximity, he was quick to take our pictures in each position or setup and always had us moving back to a safe distance. He kept in the time frame which we requested, very quick, very professional, great composition, and great quality. -

I have been in the wedding industry for eleven years, and Asheville is full of amazing vendors. It was no easy task when it came to choosing my photographer. I chose Aaron for the style of his photography and how easy he is to be around! Aaron has always been so laid back on any job I ever worked with him on, he gives great direction, has an impeccable eye and I knew I wanted that kind of energy around me on my wedding day! The fact that he shot my husband looking happy and natural was a huge feat of its own. He feels very shy and awkward around cameras and photographers! It’s peak wedding season and he has already sent a few sneak peaks! I would chose Aaron again and again! -

I've admired Aaron's work for years and years and knew when I found the right person I would pick Aaron to do my wedding photography. I tend to be a bit camera shy/awkward in front of the camera, but Aaron's uncanny ability to capture key moments without being intrusive was key for me. My new husband and I have so many gorgeous shots of our wedding and more importantly, we were able to be completely present without feeling self-unconscious about a camera in our face. We hardly noticed Aaron was there, but he was for every single moment. Every bride wants to feel beautiful on her wedding day and have an album she can be proud of, Aaron delivered and then some. I wanted wedding photos with real moments, artistically composed, conveying real moments of tenderness and joy and I received everything I dreamed of. I will cherish these photos for a lifetime.
