  We hire A-1 every year to install our winter tents at our Laguna Beach locations, and they are very responsive and efficient. Working with Stefanie, Cindy, and the rest of the guys there is a breath of fresh air.

  Huge selection and good pricing! Do wish we had been able to pick up rentals before the day of, but otherwise a great place to rent from!

  Did the job

  I do feel that a majority of the lack of responsiveness was due to the lack of staffing during the COVID pandemic, however it was definitely a struggle to get someone to help make changes I needed to make to my contract. They do make you pay fees anytime specific drop off times are requested which is a bit ridiculous considering they are already making you pay $600 as a delivery fee but their products are already on the less expensive end of rentals so it evened out a bit. They were on time and I had no issues whatsoever with any of the rented products. Everything was clean and looked nice. I would recommend them for any upcoming parties.
