  A1 saved our wedding! We had our limo company, Avital Limos (STAY AWAY), cancel on us 3 hours before our wedding. A1 not only had a 25 person limo available for us to use, but also upgraded us to a trolley for free! They were very pleasant and professional to work with. They quickly sent me a contract to sign and they quickly sent our wedding drop off locations to the driver. Our driver JAY was amazing! He was so nice and truly saved the day! When we exited the church, Jay had laid down a red carpet and had 2 champagne glasses and a bottle of champagne for us to open and celebrate. The trolley was clean and... Read more

  Most affordable bus I found in the Chicago land area. Came on time. Bus was clean and stocked. Driver knew where he was going. No problems with payments/directions/music/schedule. Would recommend!

  Wanted to give a shout-out to the customer representative who assisted me in booking my wedding trolley bus, I believe her name was Ray. Thanks a bunch for you help in making our special day go so smoothly. The trolley was decorated really well and we even got a complimentary bottle of champagne. We paid for the unlimited stops, so we went to various bars in Chicago after our ceremony. It was a very fun evening! We did need to have a security guard on board, as per the new Chicago ordinance law. Just beware if you book a party bus that doesn't offer this service, you could get fines for drinking without one. Overall, our wedding was amazing, A1 really provided exceptional customer service and we would definitely choose them for our next outing! Thanks!!!

  Recently I rented a party bus from this company for my sons homecoming group. I was extremely happy their service.
  The bus driver was very professional the service was great! Ray is very responsive and answering every and all of my calls and text message! She understood how stressful it is to try to coordinate 28 kids, kept me at ease.

It all worked out in the end and it was all so perfect thanks to Ray and her team!!

  My mom, Pat Lischett, hired you guys for service on Saturday, July 1. 7 people, 4 adults and my 3 kids loved the surprise of the trolley. We were going to Dead and Company at Wrigley.   Over all I was satisfied with the service. The bus was nice and clean inside. Did not have any issues with making the reservation, it was quite easy. We had a budget for the wedding and they met it. Which was fantastic, also to reserve our we only put down a $100 deposit. We had so many stops for pictures. Make sure you ask about the wedding package because it includes unlimited stops and a couple of other convenient stuff.

  This was a big event (surprise party) that came with a lot expectations, and A1 delivered on all fronts. From working with Rae during the planning, to facilitating the group while decorating and driving with driver Ray, A1 provided a relaxed and fun evening that put all worries aside. It also helps that the actual trolley amazing!

  We were really happy with the service! The driver was super nice and very accommodating. A week before we asked it we could move up the pick up time by 15 minutes and they were happy to do so. The trolley was decorated nicely and the ride made for a very special wedding day.

  I was told by Rae to have snacks in the party bus since it was my wedding...but we didn't get to snack since the driver did not not. Just a miscommunication. Other then that we had a good experience. Thank you. Found you through the Knot.

  The driver (Al) called my cousin (the bride) the morning of the wedding asking if they can pick her up earlier because they had another charter to do (one example of how they treat customers, more to come) and let her know they did not give her the party bus she ordered but a trolley instead, no apology or anything.
  
  The driver was incredibly rude, came to the door didn't even say hello just starting DEMANDING the full amount of service even though my cousin already paid the deposit that went towards that balance. When my cousin tried explaining to him that she paid the deposit already and had an email from his company stating the remaining balance owed he REFUSED to drive her to the church until he had the full amount. He would not listen to her when she tried further explaining the situation and showing the email with the remaining balance due. The bride's mother asked if he would take a check, whatever she had to do to get her daughter to the church on time, and the driver stated that he could only take cash and would follow her to an ATM. At this point we would be late to the ceremony if the driver kept refusing, the mother of the bride stated she would stop at an ATM on the way and give him the money at the church and he still refused and stated he needed the full amount now, and was very disrespectful to the mother of the bride. The driver proceeded to walk away and make a phone call. Meanwhile my cousin is freaking out because this driver is making her late TO HER OWN WEDDING, calls the company and gets someone on the phone when she goes to tell the driver she has the company on the phone he ignores her MULTIPLE TIMES and carries on with his phone call. I run the phone over and finally get him to pay attention to us and tell him we have the company on the phone, he rudely accuses us of lying and said its not the company. I finally get him to take the phone and the company told him the amount owed, WHICH WAS THE AMOUNT MY COUSIN WAS SAYING SHE OWED THE WHOLE TIME, he finally decides he can drive us.
  
  Once we get on the bus, we ask to confirm the address and thank god we did because he had a completely different address (my cousin only provided one address from the very beginning). He starts driving and lets us know we can't play music because he would have to stop. So he turns on some radio station, on a horrible sound system, with music in a foreign language and when we'd ask to change it he would just put on random radio stations with commercials etc. He took the longer route to the church to avoid tolls (the company claims the drivers need to take whatever google maps tells them to take but that is BS) the location we were at was right by the highway that would have gotten us there faster.
  
  So while we're on our way, a few other things that happened.
  - Al (the driver) was swerving in lanes because he was paying more attention to his phone than the road
  - We had him turn off the radio because he did not care to find anything other than jazz music when we stated we wanted upbeat dance music
  - There were used solo cups on the bus, did not find one unused cup.
  
  Most importantly, this driver made my cousin 15 MINUTES LATE TO HER OWN CEREMONY, when she cushioned 30 extra minutes for the drive, because he refused to listen to her and wanted the extra money for himself more than likely.
  
  HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

  This driver was the rudest man ever. Came to our door on my daughters wedding demanding money. When we gave him the cash that was contracted, he ripped the envelope open and said he needed another $100, when we said we did not have cash, he said go to the ATM. My daughter was shaking and late to her wedding bacasue of A1 - Please save yourself with dealing with this vendor. They stressed everyone out by being rude, no music on the bus, bad conditions, just TERRIBLE.

  As awful as you can imagine

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We planned to use the trolley bus for our wedding. As we were taking pictures before the reception (not at our venue yet), A1 called me (the bride) saying that their trolley bus was not functioning but they would send a party bus. The party bus showed up a few minutes late. The driver was dressed in jeans and a tshirt, was extremely rude, and the bus had not been cleaned out from the party before. The party bus showed up a few minutes late. The driver was dressed in jeans and a tshirt, was extremely rude, and the bus had not been cleaned out from the party before. The driver demanded our money in cash before he left my house. As we all sat on the bus waiting to leave, we tried to ask if he would discount us for arriving in such a horrible vehicle under such bad consequences, but he would not let us leave without receiving his cash. There was a point where I actually felt fearful of him. There were red solo cups in the cup holders with liquid still in them. Some of the cup holders had no bottom, so the cups fell right to the floor. There was gum stuck underneath the seats and shelves. The dance pole was loose and rattled during each drive. There were decorations hanging from the walls that looked like they had been there for years and from the dollar store. The AUX cord wouldn't work properly for the majority of the rides. We received one bottle of champagne for about 20 people, and there was no pop, wine and beer as promised. Once out of the church, he had rolled out the red carpet which I had specifically asked not to do because it looked horribly tacky. For months after the wedding, we tried to be reasonable by discussing some sort of refund, but Rae would not give us anything back. This company was also quite difficult to get a hold of. Therefore, I had no choice but to give them a very bad review. Please do yourself a favor and book with someone else for your wedding day!
