  Professional and Organized Coordinator!

  Diana is an absolutely wonderful wedding coordinator! My husband and I used her as our day of coordinator in March of 2023. I knew I wanted to hire Diana after I saw the amazing job she did at my sister's wedding in 2021. I was so appreciative of the work she did ahead of time to ensure that our day ran smoothly. Diana was quick to respond to any calls or emails. She was incredibly organized and diligent when creating our wedding timeline. Her communication with the other vendors was a huge reason our wedding was so smooth and free of issues. When we had a small hiccup with one of our vendors the day before the wedding, Diana told me not to worry about it and she handled everything and communicated with me along the way. Diana and her team are a huge reason that my husband and I had such an amazing wedding day. Once we arrived at the venue we had nothing to worry about, everything was taken care of and she followed through on every detail we discussed. We would highly recommend Diana!

  THE best coordinator you will ever find! So professional, knowledgeable, and so so easy to work with! I recommend Di to everyone I know. I never had to worry about one thing during my wedding and really got to enjoy every moment because of her. She REALLY knows what she is doing and my wedding would not have been the same without her. 1000000% hire her and her team for your wedding!

  I dont even know where to start with Diana... like that's how good she is. From start to finish, working with Di, has been a dream. She is so organized, is so professional, but also has a heart of gold and genuinely cares about her brides. While my venue had a day of coordinator, I wanted some outside support as well, as I knew my vision would take some extra TLC- and boy, did Di deliver on all front. Her organization is bar none, and her experience and expertise, is visible from the get go. Di kept my wild bridal party, and family on their toes, in line, and did it all while making sure everything was going smoothly. Her planning made the day perfect. Her attitude, and kind heart, made the day exceptional. I highly recommend Di, for your wedding needs. You would be making a mistake to not hire her, or to miss out on her expertise.

  Di is the best. THE BEST. I called her in a panic when I decided to throw a 200 person wedding in merely 6 months time. She immediately calmed my nerves and took control. My wedding was pure magic and she and her staff made sure everything went off without a hitch. If you are the fence whether to hire a wedding coordinator, let me tell you, she is worth her weight in gold. Love you Di!

  The best!!!!

  Diana was so wonderful to work with and hiring her was one of the best wedding decisions I made. Due to covid, I had to reschedule my wedding 3 times, and Diana handled all of the contracts and rebookings that were required and made a very stressful situation manageable. She was extremely responsive and helpful in figuring out what I wanted and also led me to some amazing vendors. On the day of, everything ran so smoothly and was so organized and I truly had nothing to worry about!

  Excellent! Fantastic!

  I don't think we could have found a better wedding planner! I even interviewed a few women and Diana was an easy choice. She listened and understood exactly what I wanted and was incredibly responsive to emails and all communication. We chose the full planning package and I can honestly say that my wedding was stress free because of Diana. She is incredibly organized, proactive, willing to take charge in so many situations and such a kind person. Hands-down I strongly suggest you hire Diana as your wedding planner. I know you wont be disappointed!

  Couldn't have imagined my day without her!

  Diana coordinated our October 2019 wedding at The Ranch at Bandy Canyon. It was an absolute pleasure working with her! She worked with us from the beginning to make sure we had all of the support we needed both as we planned and on our big day. She is super responsive and personal whenever my mom or I reached out with questions. She provided so much great information to a bride who knew very little about wedding planning, let alone all of the options available to us in San Diego. Diana is also very familiar with The Ranch at Bandy Canyon property, which was a lifesaver (as the property does have some quirks). I highly recommend Diana and her team!! They were instrumental in making our day the amazing success that it was!!

  Diana and her Wedding by Di team did a fantastic job with our fusion Indian American wedding this past May 2019. In the time leading up to our wedding day, Diana provided excellent communication and was always available. She was perfectly organized and helped keep us on track in a supportive, non-stressful way, and was adaptive to our sometimes last-minute changes to our ceremony or reception. She also had fantastic recommendations for vendors from a Mariachi band to our wedding desserts. On our wedding day, Diana and her team were incredible in helping everything go smoothly and not missing any details. We had such a great experience working with Wedding by Di and would recommend her services to any of our friends or family.

  A Wedding by Di is honestly an amazing wedding coordinator! She was super organized, helped me with anything I needed throughout the entire wedding process, and always responded in a timely manner. She thought of everything I hadn’t, and did things without me even having to ask. The night of my wedding went SO smoothly and because of her incredible organization and experience I was able to just enjoy the night of my wedding without having to worry about a thing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Diana was amazing as we started in one direction with using our home for the ceremony and reception but then decided to move it to another location so we could accommodate all guests on site and she had great ideas throughout the process. The big day came and she helped all the little details that I didn’t get to and ensured the ceremony went off without a hitch ....it was perfect! She thinks of alll the small stuff you might not and so grateful for that!

  I was referred to Diana by two of my girlfriends who worked with her for their weddings. Diana was very easy to work with, and was super responsive to my emails and phone calls. I hired her for day of only, but signed by contract almost a year before my wedding date. She always made me feel like her priority every time I talked to her. On the day of my wedding, Diana and her team were amazingly helpful and ensured my wedding went perfectly (which it did)! She also left our room beautifully decorated with rose petals and a nice bottle of champs, which we thought was a nice touch. Thank you Diana and team for your amazing service, I couldn't have done it without you!

  Diana coordinated our October, 2016 wedding at The Ranch at Bandy Canyon and she was AMAZING! I knew I needed a professional coordinator since we were planning the wedding long-distance (in San Diego, from Santa Cruz) and I knew absolutely nothing about weddings! We had her with us for our entire year-long engagement and she was always quick to answer any and all my questions. She does a lot of weddings but she always made me feel like mine was the only one she was working on! She is so organized and remembers all the little details and really got to know me personally, accepting all my weird and random requests (dragon escort cards! 60 yards of fabric draping! She has a great relationship with many vendors in the area, and we chose almost entirely those she suggested to us. If you're like me and just boggled by hundreds of florists and DJ's in San Diego, this will be a huge life saver and weight off your shoulders!
  
  Even if you don't use her full coordinating services (but you really, really should), she is excellent for month-of or day-of coordinating. I can't even imagine how stressed or crazy the wedding day would have been for us without Diana and her team there to help. Everything went off perfectly and just like I imagined. I had so many people come up to me and tell me it was the best wedding they had ever been to, all thanks to Diana and her wonderful team at A Wedding by Di!

  Diana coordinated our October, 2016 wedding at The Ranch at Bandy Canyon and she was AMAZING! I knew I needed a professional coordinator since we were planning the wedding long-distance (in San Diego, from Santa Cruz) and I knew absolutely nothing about weddings! We had her with us for our entire year-long engagement and she was always quick to answer any and all my questions. She does a lot of weddings but she always made me feel like mine was the only one she was working on! She is so organized and remembers all the little details and really got to know me personally, accepting all my weird and random requests (dragon escort cards! 60 yards of fabric draping! Country line dancing! lawn games!).

  My now husband and I cannot say enough positive comments about Di! We luckily found her through our venue as she was the recommended planner due to her expertise with our unique space. Upon our first meeting she was welcoming, warm and immediately set my mind at ease. I felt we were in such capable hands with her! She asked great questions which really got me thinking about aspects that we hadn't thought of for our wedding. Needless to say we booked her after our first meeting! Diana is incredibly prompt and responsive which was really important to my husband and I with our busy schedules. Diana's timeline was detailed and really helped everyone, including our numerous vendors, stay on the same page. She even helped us create a timeline for our rehearsal dinner, that she wasn't even coordinating! I especially loved when Di went above and beyond at the end of our wedding and helped iron out a sticky situation with our transportation / shuttle company. So clutch. I highly recommend Diana and her team, they took such good care of us! We still talk about our wedding as "our best day EVER!" Cheers - Jess & Carson

  Absolutely necessary when planning a wedding! Diana was my rock during the 2 years of planning. She was super easy to talk to, responsive, fun, and had the best vendor team! I literally hired her whole list! I loved working with her, she kept me sane throughout the whole day!!! Highly recommended!!

  Diana is the most professional, passionate, and dedicated wedding planner out there! We hired Diana December 2012 even though our wedding wasn't till Aug 2014!! Over the past year and a half she has been my stress reliever, idea person, organizer, and friend. She planned everything from our venues, wedding dress stores, ALL our vendors, cake tastings etc. Our family members live in different states and my fiance was deployed half the time so Diana being here for me was truly a blessing! She guided me the entire time and was also a venting board when I needed to be a brat and complain! She remained calm throughout the whole process and always stayed organized and on top of things! Any time I asked if she could do something or follow up on something she was ON IT! Always super efficient and honest. Another great thing was that I could trust her 150%. I used her 'A team' when it came to wedding vendors and we had an absolute blast! The florist, photographer, videographer,and DJ she suggested were the BEST! The day was PERFECT minus a few uncontrollable events, but Di kept everything running smoothly that no one even noticed the minor hiccups we encountered. I got SO many compliments from friends and family that this was the best wedding they'd ever been to. We honestly could not have done this without her guidance whatsoever. Hiring Diana was the best decision we had made!! Hopefully I won't ever have to get married again lol, but if we needed a renewal down the line, baby shower, house decorator, life coordinator I know who I'd run to!   Diana truly is a blessing! We were caught in the middle of the May 2014 fires
  that burned San Diego, North County and Camp Pendleton. Diana was
  evacuated from her home and then our venue at Camp Pendleton was
  cancelled due to the evacuation of the troops. Diana and her vendors
  were able to completely turn a very bad situation into a fairy tale in
  less than 24 hours.
  
  Diana was recommended by a friend and from the minute I met her I knew
  she was the planner for us. My daughter lives in Oregon and most of the
  ideas were communicated thru emails and social media. Diana returned
  phone calls and emails
  promptly. She found venues and vendors that would all coordinate their
  schedules with our date which was originally less than 6 months. Little
  did we know that they all would change again in less than 24 hours.
  Diana handle it smoothly and professionally.
  
  I would highly recommend Diana as your wedding planner. She will take
  care of you. Don't worry about the last minute details because Diana and

  When we decided to plan our wedding, we knew that "A Wedding by Di" was a no brainer. Not only is she personable and her staff incredibly professional, she goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail, even ones you may not have thought of, is handled. She accomplishes this based on her extensive wedding experience, attention to detail, and her dedication to making sure each couple's experience is one of a kind and very specific to their own overall vision. We had a very specific idea of what we were looking to achieve for our wedding "feel" and "atmosphere". Very proudly (and shamelessly!), we will take credit for introducing Di to THE RANCH AT BANDY CANYON about a year and half ago. As we were trying to explain to her the vision of a cross between country vintage meets classic vintage (see photos at Kamal Delchad.com), she instantly knew what I was trying to explain while inarticulately fumbling around for the right words to express my thoughts. Obviously, this is key to have in a wedding planner when YOU can see the vision in your head, but translating it to reality is SO MUCH HARDER!!! She caught on right away and even sent photos during the planning process of things she thought would fit the theme and add a little something *extra special*. Throughout the entire process, Di was accommodating, never too busy for any question or problem, and handled tasks eagerly and readily. Each email or phone call we approached her with was handled promptly and with ease. She has established great relationships with many local San Diego vendors, and has maintained those relationships through her excellence in event planning. She was even more attentive during the "Month Of" days! She was in contact with all of our vendors, made sure everyone had a copy of the timeline, and also was the first and ONLY point of contact on the day of, to endure that YOUR DAY, is as beautiful and stress-free as you could ever imagine.
