A Perfect Wedding with 100 Years of Good Fortune

My wife and I went with Cindy's full planning package for our Asian wedding, and it made our wedding planning seamless and significantly reduced our stress leading up to the wedding day. We really had no idea where to get started, and Cindy provided us with structure and recommendations for different vendors for the specific services that we knew we wanted to have (i.e., photographer/videographer, DJ/MC/photobooth, boba table). We met virtually (and in-person as we were getting closer) at multiple points before our wedding day so that Cindy could outline specific items that we had to consider/take care of, to coordinate with our selected venue, to go over the wedding day schedule, and to get an idea of our vision to be able to execute on the decor/florals. On our wedding day, the venue was so beautiful (way beyond our expectations), everything was on schedule, and we were able to enjoy our big day with minimal stress (because wedding days are never completely stress-free), which we credit to Cindy and her very professional team. We will never forget our wedding day and will look back on it fondly.

Thank you Cindy and a Touch of Lavender! I would highly recommend anyone who is planning a big wedding to go with their services.

Grace, Poise, and Stunning Flowers—Cindy Does It All

Cindy was an absolute joy to work with from the very beginning. As most couples know, your vision for a wedding evolves countless times from the start of planning until the big day, and Cindy handled every change with such grace, poise, and compassion. Her coordination was always on point, and she never missed a beat no matter how many adjustments we made along the way.

But while planning is one thing, execution is another—and on the day of our wedding, Cindy and her team (along with her wonderful husband) carried everything out flawlessly. She managed family members with ease, kept the timeline running seamlessly, and even made sure both the bride and groom always had food and drinks in hand. Honestly, I don’t know how we would have gotten through the day without her and her team. To top it off, by the end of the night, everything was packed up and taken care of—something we hadn’t even thought about in the whirlwind of the celebration, but Cindy had already anticipated it.

And then there were the flowers. We had a very specific vision, and Cindy brought it to life with every detail we hoped for—and then some. The colors, arrangements, and overall presentation were stunning, from the bouquets to the centerpieces to the head table. The flowers became a true centerpiece of the wedding, admired by every guest, and they tied our vision together beautifully.

Cindy is more than a coordinator or florist—she’s someone who invests herself in making your day unforgettable. Our wedding simply would not have been the same without her.

The Best Wedding Planner in Town

Cindy is an amazing, sweet, talented, professional! She made my wedding day headache free and from the start I knew I was in great hands! She went above and beyond to make our wedding run seamlessly, on time, and without any issues. We had so many compliments on how well the wedding turned out and we have her to thank. She problem solved when things needed to be addressed and anticipated all the issues that we didn't know we needed to think about. Her calm and pleasant demeanor, attention to detail, and organization made her a joy to work with throughout the process and especially on the day of the wedding. She was responsive, thorough, and extremely professional in our correspondence before the wedding and I felt reassured having her and her team on our side. I had a great feeling about her when speaking to her in our first meeting and she definitely delivered. If you need a planner, stop looking, just hire Cindy! Wonderful and easy to work with

Cindy and her team made our wedding day stress-free and easy! We hired her for partial planning + floral design and she was able to execute our whimsical romantic spring wedding perfectly! Cindy is open and honest about what things would or would not work with your vision and tries her best to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams. We were so impressed with her level of organization and hustle on the day of our wedding and were so happy we had her to help us keep everything in check. SO thankful we picked Cindy & ATOL

Where do I begin? WE LOVE CINDY! After meeting Cindy virtually, my now-hubby and I felt excited and hopeful due to her calm demeanor and organized approach to getting to know us and our vision. We hired A Touch of Lavender for partial planning services and florals for our April wedding, and we are so glad that we did. She had great vendor recommendations within our budget, she kept us on track with every detail throughout our entire year planning process, and she listened to our ideas and was open to them while also sharing her opinions on what works best. All virtually and across different time zones, since my hubs and are not living in CA right now.

For the rehearsal, Cindy was on top of everything. She made sure each person in our large bridal party knew what they were doing, and she had great suggestions for our officiant (one of our dearest friends who had never officiated a wedding before). Day-of, Cindy and her team simultaneously brought in all the florals, coordinated all the setup, made sure each vendor knew what they were doing and all details were taken care of, kept us on schedule through the whole day and night, and made sure tear-down went so smoothly. Multiple people noted to us that it was the most organized and smooth wedding they had ever been to. Also, I cried tears of joy when I first saw the final product of the florals and reception set up and each little detail like the welcome table, etc. It was better than I had imagined.

Thanks to Cindy and her team, my hubs and I had a stress-free and beautiful evening celebrating with our friends and family and each other.
We can’t recommend Cindy and her team at A Touch of Lavender highly enough!

Excellent Wedding Coordinator and Florist! RECOMMEND!!

Cindy at a Touch of Lavender was the Florist and Wedding Coordinator for our wedding. Cindy and her staff did an excellent job and provide a great service. This review has two sections, one for Wedding Coordinator and the other related to Florist.

Wedding Coordinator: We had the lavender seed package which included day of coordination and rehearsal as well as two in person meetings two months prior to the wedding. Cindy was also always available by phone, text and email for any questions we had. My wife and I are very thankful to Cindy for helping us to plan our wedding as we don't know how we would have done it without her. Cindy is very organized and helped us to create a detailed schedule for our special day. She also identified any items that would be needed for the wedding, i.e. any vendors we had missed, welcome table items, table arrangement, etc...
Our wedding was not a traditional wedding as we didn't have dancing and took out many traditional activities (first dance, garter toss, wedding games). Cindy was very understanding and able to help us design a wedding schedule based off of our preferences. She was very easy to work with throughout the process and also provided great knowledge and experience. Cindy helped our wedding to go smoothly and she did a great job in coordinating with all of our vendors and the venue.

Florist: Cindy also provides florist services. We had an arch with flowers, bouquets, centerpieces, etc. Cindy and her team did a great job in capturing the design that my wife was looking for. We were both amazed when we saw the flower arrangements for the first time. All of the flowers were fresh and smelled beautiful. She is able to help you design the vision you have for your floral pieces.

Amazing Planner

Cindy has been a great help to our wedding. She has really been thorough, detailed and has provided so much information to help us curate our wedding day into everything that we have envisioned. She is professional, flexible, very knowledgeable, very responsive (which is a big plus in answering all the questions) and SO SO very helpful in every process in creating our perfect day. Cindy was simply amazing!

Cindy did an amazing job and her price point was extremely competitive. We used her and her team as our floral vendors and from start to finish she was phenomenal. Communicating with her via email was very efficient and she responded very quickly. We gave her ideas of what we wanted and she delivered 110%, her floral pieces truly made our wedding the picture perfect dream we had hoped for. Our wedding coordinator was very surprised Cindy's pricing was so affordable and we would not hesitate to use her again.

Thank You Cindy!

My husband and I are so glad that we chose Cindy for day-of wedding coordination and floral arrangements. Most of our wedding planning for LA was done across the country on the East Coast, but Cindy made the whole process very easy by being professional, organized, and responsive in all of her communication.

Cindy was especially helpful in answering etiquette questions, as well as recommending other vendors such as photo booths and bus transportation, which we ended up booking. Money was something I stressed a lot about during planning, and I really appreciated that Cindy was thoughtful of our budget in her vendor recommendations and her company’s services. When building my floral quote, Cindy was also very open to creating something that fulfilled my vision while remaining within budget - and she delivered! All the floral arrangements at our wedding, from the centerpieces, to cake toppers, to welcome signs were all so beautiful.

We originally chose to reach out to Cindy primarily for her floral designs, but I also have to mention that she did an amazing job with her coordination services. When we met with Cindy a month prior, she provided us with a detailed schedule for our wedding day and worked hard to keep us on schedule. I know I tend to overthink and feel like I need to be on top of everything, but I was able to stop worrying during our wedding day as soon as the ATOL team arrived at our venue. Cindy demonstrated such a high level of organization and attention to detail leading up to our wedding day that I felt free to go with the flow. Whenever a potential problem would arise, Cindy and her team were there to ensure our day was perfect - and it was! Looking back, I wish I had booked her extended wedding planning service to have saved myself months of worry/headaches that comes with planning a wedding from opposite coasts.

Beyond Amazing!

Where do I begin with Cindy? I almost didn’t want to meet with her because she didn’t respond to my emails. Then she explained that she was on vacation and my emails went into her spam box! Fortunately, she found my emails and I decided to meet with her. After the meeting, I knew she was the right wedding planner for me. I met a total of 3 planners. She’s very detailed through the whole process, her recommendations on vendors were great, made life super easy for me (I just showed up to the meetings as I needed to), everyone was on point and knew what was going on without me saying much. Cindy was easy to get in touch with at all given times even when I had little questions about how to choose things.

Days coming up to the big day, everything was moving forward as planned, my mom kept asking if I needed help with anything or if there is anything to be done still and I kept telling my mom everything has been taken care of, don't worry.

On the day of, she was prompt, she was also my florist (Her floral arrangements were beautiful) and helped in between setting up the venue. My bridesmaid had questions and she was quick to help. She managed to deal with my crazy family and had everyone orderly for photos so we can move as quickly as possible.

I am type A so details are very important to me and I am in the customer service industry so I am very keen on great service for the client. Cindy has all the skills to keep a client happy! Now that the wedding has been over and all I have are wonderful memories and pictures, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with Cindy, she was wonderful to work with! I would hire Cindy again in a heartbeat!

Cindy was so kind, patient, and accommodating throughout the whole planning process for our wedding. We have a large family and our day was packed with tea ceremony to church ceremony to wedding reception. Cindy created a detailed timeline that helped guide us throughout the day without much trouble. Cindy and her team kept us on schedule during the reception, so that we were able to greet each of our guests and partake in all the events that we had planned. Cindy was also our wedding florists and created beautiful arrangements and personal flowers. I didn't think that we would need a day-of-coordinator, but I'm so glad that we did have one and that it was Cindy. Planning a wedding is so stressful that it is nice to have someone to manage that chaos on the wedding day, so you don't have to worry. Cindy is SO amazing. I don’t know what internet rabbit hole I went down that I ended up finding her, but we absolutely loved her and her work. We met her over a year out from our wedding and the world of flowers was something so foreign to me. I had a vague idea of what I liked from spending way too much time on Pinterest. She took my sad little Pinterest board and turned it into something amazing.

We did all our flowers through her including a BEAUTIFUL arch, centerpieces, and personal flowers. Her prices were more than fair and she gave us options on flowers that could be swapped out if we wanted to lower our costs. The things you see on the internet don’t always translate to real life and she took things we liked and suggested in-season alternatives or things we hadn’t even thought of. Everything worked with our colors seamlessly. I was and still am completely in love with my bouquet and every thing she did for our wedding. Even our groomsmen (who know nothing and don’t really care for an of this kind of stuff) commented on how cool their boutonnières were!

On top of her amazing work, she was so easy to work with and so pleasant. I would recommend her without any hesitation at all!! You will not be disappointed!

There aren't enough words to describe how much Cindy influenced my wedding. She brought my entire vision to life and made life so much easier for me both leading up to the wedding and during. Cindy at A Touch of Lavender was great. We found A Touch of Lavender through Wedding Wire and are so happy that we chose to go with Cindy. Not only were the florals reasonably priced, but Cindy accommodated all of our requests and even suggested ideas that saved us money. She did everything possible to make sure she met our needs from colors and designs to delivery and transport to multiple locations. This review is long overdue but now that I've received my pictures and video back from the wedding, I love Cindy even more. I hired her on as my florist because we wasn't available initially for the day of coordinating. She was my first and only florist appointment because she was so personable, understanding, knowledgeable, and cheap. Although I only met with her, I asked friends with how much they spent, and she was cheaper than all of them. However, you'd think with that cost, there must be something wrong with the quality and knowledge but not in Cindy's case. We met twice and I don't know a damn thing about flowers but I showed her some pictures and SHE JUST GOT ME. When I got to the reception and saw everything come together, I teared up cause it was all so beautiful and I'm not even that type of person to do that. She got my vision and made it better than I had ever imagined. Seriously, hire Cindy right away!

As the mother of the bride, it was very important to me that my daughter would have a joyous, meaningful, no regrets memory of one of the most important days of her life. Hiring Cindy Wu as our day of wedding coordinator was definitely the best monetary decision we made in making that a reality.

Because the wedding and reception was at a DIY venue, I knew I would not be able to enjoy the day of the wedding without someone to manage the set-up, vendors, guest’s needs and the flow of the program without a lot of help. I also had no experience in planning a large scale event and Cindy’s day of package included abundant access to her expertise and hands on help.
Cindy met with us several times, answered email and text questions promptly, offered her experienced advice and provided very detailed and thorough planning throughout the months leading up to and all the way through every minute of the day of the wedding. She also worked non-stop during the reception to make sure that everything was taken care of.
Guests commented on how well the evening flowed and how beautiful and nicely everything was set up. One guest even said, “This is everything a wedding should be!” Pretty high praise coming from a single, 30 year old guy!
We also hired Cindy as our florist and the flowers were beautiful and exactly what my daughter wanted and at a very reasonable price. She even made a special stop to deliver the bouquets to our home so we would have them for pre-ceremony photos.
Cindy was always calm, kind, professional and considerate of our preferences and budget. Because of Cindy’s work the wedding absolutely was a joyous, stress free day we will all remember, with not one thing we regret. I will definitely be calling Cindy when daughter #2 gets engaged!

Where do I even begin??
Hiring Cindy was the best gift my fiance & I gave to ourselves!! We hired her for day of coordinator, but she was really more like 3- month coordinator, because I was in contact with her by email throughout the months leading up to the wedding, and we physically met with her to go over details 1-2 months prior. Meeting with her definitely calmed my nerves because she is so organized and has a poised disposition about her. Her manner displays how experienced and professional she is.
As far as the wedding weekend, she was very organized and flexible during rehearsal as well as the wedding day.
On the wedding day, I felt at ease because she was in control of everything and everything was perfect!!
We received many kind remarks from friends and family about how great she was!

Regarding florals, she created the wedding fountain and bouquets/boutonnieres of our dreams!! As soon as she delivered the bouquets, EVERYONE in the room went crazy for them, even the photographers and videographers kept stating how beautiful they were.. especially about my bouquet. My bridesmaids and photographers could not believe how light weight my bouquet felt for how big it looked!!!! AMAZING.
She created the floral fountain of my dreams! I cant even begin to express how beautiful it looked and how it was the EXACT fountain I envisioned for my wedding. It was GORGEOUS and exactly how I asked her to create it.

Point of story, I am forever grateful for her and her creative genius that went into planning the wedding of our dreams!!

Cindy Wu, what would we do without you! She was easy to work with and worked with our budget. We had beautiful flowers for the wedding and my bridal bouquet was EXQUISITE, just as I imagined it would be. Would use her services again and also recommend her highly. Cindy at A Touch of Lavender was the first florist I had met with for my wedding and knew she was the right choice from the get go. She helped me work out my vision by using my inspiration photos along with providing her insight when I felt stuck or needed suggestions. She didn't ever hesitate when I would come to her with a change to the plan. I had gone back and forth a couple of times on a few things and she was more than happy to accommodate me every step of the way. I was always emailed back in a timely manner which was important to me since I was planning my entire wedding in 3 months. I ordered a sample center piece to get an idea of what my had picked out would look like on the big day. The sample piece was absolutely beautiful, every flower was fresh, and it was exactly what I had envisioned. On my wedding day, the flowers exceeded my expectations and everything looked wonderful. The garland we chose to go over us during our ceremony was even better than I imagined. I was obsessed with my bouquet. I was very descriptive and supplied many photos that each had a different aspect about it that I liked. Cindy made it perfect! I also noticed that all of the flowers we brought home (extra center pieces, my bouquet, etc) lasted for a really long time which made me pleasantly surprised. I will definitely recommend A Touch of Lavender to my friends in the future!

Where to begin?? Our Wedding Coordinator/Florist Cindy was nothing short of an ANGEL!! From helping us prep and plan to answering emails efficiently. There were times I didn't think the wedding planning would ever stop (and with a guest count of 300, it can be overwhelming) but Cindy's calm and cool personality would reassure me that we had everything under control.. Do yourself a favor and book ATOL for your next event. I was referred to her by a friend and I will continue to stand by her amazing work and refer her to as many brides I know!! A touch of Lavender was referred to me by my DJ. I was looking for a few of things at the time when I reached out to them. I got contacted by Cindy right away. She sent me her different packages details and offered a flexible time to meet with her at her studio in person. I was very happy to find out she has flower decor service, photobooth. Also she was able to provide me decoration for my dessert table. My venue actually provides flower for the ceremony, she was very active contacting the venue florist to make sure the flowers will be in match. She even extended her time on the photobooth for me when she saw my guests were still enjoying themselves. And the dessert table decor was just the most beautiful and it matched perfectly with out theme. I wouldn't be able to have such a beautiful wedding without Cindy's hard work. Thank you so much!

We used Cindy from ATOL as our day of coordinator and florist for our destination wedding in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. We interviewed at least 10 wedding planners and Cindy was the least expensive and one of the most highly rated. Even though she was only our day of coordinator, she helped us with many questions we had throughout the whole process. She replied to emails within 48 hours and as the wedding date got closer, she would reply within 24 hours. She would answer her phone call most of the time, but if she didn’t, she would call back within the same day. My husband and I typically do not mind planning events and researching information ourselves, but there are a lot of confusing information out there. There are a lot of small details that goes into wedding planning that we weren’t aware of, so it really helped getting Cindy’s help and inputs.

As for her floral decorations, it was beyond amazing!! It was more than what I was expecting. The colors matched perfectly with my bridesmaids’ dresses, the centerpieces were beautiful, the sweetheart table decoration was breathtaking, and the cake floral arrangement was gorgeous! I fell in love with my bouquet that I flew it back with me and I decided to get it freeze dried so I could keep it forever. And even though I did not put my bouquet in water, it flew with me for over 6 hours, and I waited 3 days after my wedding to get it preserved back in Pittsburgh, PA, the lady who I took to have my bouquet preserved couldn’t believe how beautiful my bouquet stayed. If I didn’t have a destination wedding, I would’ve kept every single one of the floral arrangements. Luckily, all of my guests loved the decorations and centerpieces that every single one of them went to a lovely home.

I would definitely recommend Cindy at A Touch of Lavender to anyone. She’s an amazing wedding planner and florist!

At first I was hesitant to hire any kind of wedding coordinator because of the cost, but I was so glad my husband and I chose A Touch of Lavender for day-of coordination. The coordinator, Cindy, was always prepared and organized, from our first meeting until the end of the reception. Our wedding party kept commenting about how great she was. Cindy worked well with the vendors so that everything ran smoothly and started on time. We also had Cindy do our flowers, and they turned out beautifully. I recommend hiring Cindy for both wedding coordination and floral services.

Cindy was a life saver! I forgot my garter at the hotel and she got one ready for us! Very attentive and warm! She made sure everything goes smoothly. I didnt worry about anything at all! I felt confident the whole night! I dont even have to tell her what to do because she knows EXACTLY what to do! The guests even noticed how organized and professional she is! This review featuring... the groom!

As very busy working professionals we can't stress how important it was to have someone like Cindy as our coordinator and florist. She is professional, friendly and very easy to work with. She was up-front about her pricing and when it came to florals, never made us feel like we had to spend a certain amount. She is a great communicator and was someone we felt like we could really count on during our planning process.

I, as the groom, also worked with her on a surprise for my bride, and despite the jam-packed schedule we had, she welcomed the opportunity for me to do something special and was flexible and accommodating. I can't emphasize enough how helpful she was in the days leading up.

The day of the wedding however I feel was where Cindy REALLY shined. The day went perfectly (as far as we could tell!), and we even had compliments from some friends and family regarding how on point she was during the day. We had a bit of time with the photographer at the venue for photos before the cocktail hour and Cindy was there, making sure things were perfect and smooth. She ALSO made sure we and our bridal party were okay, getting us water when she noticed that it was a little hot outside while we were taking our pictures.

The rest of the evening went perfectly, including my surprise song to my wife where Cindy got my guitar and friend's violin ready on the side to make the whole thing seamless.

Post-event we didn't lose any presents, decorations etc. either! She made sure all of our personal effects were safe and sound.

For anyone that can budget it or is considering, having Cindy as a day-of-coordinator is very valuable. It greatly reduced the stress and burden of quarterbacking the day and allowed my wife and I to be guests at our own reception. Best of all, she is such a cheery person to work with, and working with her was one of the highlights of our planning process.

A Touch of Lavender was our florist for our wedding at the Richard Nixon and we couldn't be any happier. We were so impressed with Cindy from the day that we met her to the day of our wedding! Upon meeting her, we knew she is the one. She is super sweet, very honest, down to earth, and a great listener to your needs. Her prices are also very reasonable for what you get.

On the day of the wedding, the flowers and decor (chandelier and hanging crystals for the ceremony cabana) from Cindy were so breathtaking! The flowers for our ceremony and reception were so gorgeous and so fresh. Guests also love the beautiful manzanita trees decorated w/ fresh flowers, hanging crystals, and candles. Cindy helped to achieve our vision for a timeless, elegant, and classic wedding.

Cindy is also very professional, organized, and very responsive. She makes the entire wedding process very easy since we always got our questions answered promptly.

Cindy is very professional and was the key to our entire wedding being a success. Day of, we didn't have a single worry about anything as she took care of every little detail we had wanted. She made sure we could focus on the moment and not about the setup, flow or breakdown of the entire wedding.

We found Cindy through one of our coworkers/another vendor. They had worked together before which is awesome because they both knew how the other operated, so no issues at all. Cindy was amazing throughout the entire process. She is respectful, knowledgeable and incredibly organized. We hired her for Day of Coordination for our wedding. She kept us on track for the rehearsal and when our group got a bit off track she was able to get all 12 of us refocused quickly and tactfully. She is really responsive to email and her meetings are organized and make best use of time, which is so valuable during the planning process. On the actual wedding day she set up my personal decorations in such a romantic and beautiful way it was stunning. I gave her a pretty detailed list for where most of the decor went, and in the places I had overlooked, her improvisations were spot on with what I would have chosen! The entire wedding was just perfect. I didn't see her much, but my husband did and he said she hustled all night. I know, if you don't see your vendors, they're doing a great job. It was my special day to celebrate, have a good time and not stress and I did just that.

A Touch of Lavender is definitely the go-to florist. Cindy is organized, and is patient with showing various options and flower decoration arrangements. From the very first email, to our sit down meeting where she has binders of previous centerpieces and various types of flowers in every shade you'd hope for. For someone like myself who knew very little about the flower names and seasonal types, she was patient to explain what went together well. She suggests creative additions without making brides feel obligated, and she is very flexible with any type of adjustments. She is quick to respond to email, and understanding about the hectic stress of wedding planning. Our wedding and reception was made absolutely beautiful because Cindy had every single detail down. Even the staff who helped deliver our corsages/bouquets and move the center piece were friendly. I would definitely recommend her. We had so many compliments about the flowers!

Initially I never liked the idea of "Day-Of Coordinator" because I believed the hardest part of a wedding is booking and organizing all the details prior to the main day. My Fiancé (now my hubby) persuaded me into hiring one because he wants both of us to be able to enjoy the day. I hesitated at first but finally agreed. Hiring Cindy was the best decision EVER! She was very helpful and detailed especially putting together a 5 pages initerary including makeup time for me and my bridesmaids/family to pictures time and she also scheduled a small midday break for us. Our church's coordinator was horrible during rehearsal night, no one in the bridal party knew when to walk up or where to sit down. Thanks goodness we had Cindy by our sides. On our wedding day, Cindy queued each of the couple up at the perfect timing, she also ensured all my Readers/Prayers have a personal copy of the readings. Our church ceremony went smoothly and perfectly all because of Cindy. As for the reception dinner, Cindy was so sweet, she made sure to give us (bride&groom) 15 mins private time in the ballroom prior to guest seatings. I teared up when I saw all of our visions came true. We definitely had an amazing, stress-free and unforgettable wedding day.

Cindy is very sweet, thoughtful, calm, punctual and professional. We highly recommend her! A wedding is not perfect until you have Cindy as your wedding coordinator.

Choosing Cindy as my day of wedding planner was the best decision I have ever made. I thought I didn't need a wedding planner and most places were too expensive for me to afford. Not only was she on top of EVERYTHING, her prices are super reasonable. My venue had a new event coordinator take over in the middle of planning my wedding and I was SO worried that everything was not going to turn out the way I wanted but Cindy made sure it was PERFECT. She and her assistants made my day a breeze and I am so thankful for them!!

When I started planning my wedding, I was asked by many vendors their Number One question: "What are your colors?" My answer: "I don't have one." What I had in my plans was to bring the ambiance and beauty of Yosemite (because that was where we were to be married) to our friends and family who were not attending our Yosemite wedding. I also had an unusual design I wanted to use as the centerpieces of our wedding reception, and to combine it with this woodsy feel that I was going for.

I spoke with several florists who either had ideas that were close to mine or did not understand at all what I wanted to accomplish. Cindy GOT it! We talked about what I meant by a woodsy, romantic feel, and how we could incorporate it with my centerpiece idea. She also was the only one who asked me to show her ideas of what I was going for. At the end of our meeting, I felt that she understood my vision. Boy, did she deliver!

You know when you go to a wedding, and it looks like the last wedding you attended? With Cindy's creative help, our wedding decor was unlike anything I've ever seen done before. We got the sweet dreamy look of the woods at twilight added with the romantic touch of wildflowers! Our caterer told us that she had never before witnessed men coming into the banquet hall and stopping to stare wide-eyed at the room and exclaimed that it was so pretty they wanted to take it all in before finding their seats. If that isn't a wonderful endorsement, I don't know what is.

Cindy was very professional, very punctual, very organized, and very wonderful and easy to work with. Her prices were spot-on to what I had budgeted. Just beautiful! Do yourself a favor and look no further. Cindy knows what she is doing AND she can think outside the box. Total awesomeness!

We had Cindy coordinate our wedding and provide our florals at our Anaheim wedding last week. We had two reception venues and Cindy was not only able to make it work flawlessly, but she made it look easy! We have received multiple compliments from our guests and family regarding our event and have even been told by a few guests that ours was the best wedding they had ever attended! We would not have had the same wedding if we had not hired Cindy and her team. We were so pleased with her service and skills and highly recommend her to any bride.

We hired Cindy for day of coordination services and we are so glad we did. She is very organized and professional. We had a ton of DIY projects and she executed everything perfectly. Our wedding was exactly what we had envisioned. One of the other vendors was late to arriving at the venue and we didn't even know about it until after the wedding. She took care of the entire day without having to worry us. This is the kind of coordinator you want, one who knows how to problem solve. She was even sweet enough to pick up our macarons!

We hired Cindy for Floral Services, Candy Buffet and Coordination Services for our wedding on 7-12-14. We purchased a package with Cindy that included decorations for the tables, sweetheart table, bride bouquet etc. She basically supplied all of the floral necessities we needed. All of her flower arrangements from the tables to the bouquet were perfect! All of the flowers were fresh and everything was organized really well! Most of all, everything we purchased from her was pretty affordable and reasonable. We are MAJOR chocolate fans. Cindy came up with numerous ideas and suggestions on what we should have. We told her that it didn't really matter as long as it was chocolate lol. That too was a success. I believe by the end of the night all of the candy was gone. Now for the coordination services. We purchased the "Day Of" package. Mind you, she has several different ones that all depend on how much work you personally want to put in. We thought that the "Day Of" was appropriate since we thought that we can handle a portion of the work. We had several meetings with Cindy and from the first few months of planning to the day of she was always organized. She gave us referrals for different vendors (DJ, Make up artists etc.) and ensured that we had everything we needed. When it became closer to the wedding, approximately 2 weeks before or so, she created a timeline of events that started from waking up until the end of the wedding. There were several times where we wanted to make several changes on the timeline. Cindy was very accommodating and sent us updated schedules right away. She also gave copies of the timeline to the DJ and the photographer so everyone would be on the same page. Our ceremony started at 2pm at a church and the reception started at 6. Cindy was there early decorating our reception area. She was occasionally checking on us making sure that we were on time and that we didn't encounter any problems along the the way.

I initially got in touch with Cindy for her wedding planning service. I then realize that the venue I selected, hiring an outside wedding planner was redundant. Good thing that Cindy told me about her floral decor service. i got in touch with her again and hired A Touch of Lavender as our floral decor service.

I had a crazy schedule - flying between Chicago and New York, while trying to plan our destination wedding in Los Angeles. Cindy was very accommodating in trying to answer my questions, making herself available via email and via phone, and patiently trying to revise my proposal over and over again. Being a bit controlling, or just being a bride trying to plan a long distance wedding, I fret over the smaller stuff and inquired about all possibilities with different type of flowers, lighting, candles, etc. Cindy was there answering all my questions and followed up with my on-site coordinator on my behalf.

On the big day, Cindy executed everything that we talked about - from the peonies on my bridal bouquet, to all the center pieces, to the gazebo decoration, and every little votives of candles.... overall, it was warm, inviting, and very romantic. just as I pictured everything!

I'm glad that I got the chance to work with Cindy. She's professional, patient, and gave us a beautifully decorated wedding! To all the brides trying to prepare for their big day, if you decide to hire Cindy to be your florist, you can be sure you're in good hands. Please communicate well, show her lots of pictures, then trust that you found one of the best professionals out there.... AND, with a great affordable price!

We booked Cindy for the day-of coordination, table decor with florals, and drapes for our Hindu wedding. We actually had a wedding the day before at a venue that included a coordinator, but I really wish I had Cindy both days! It was really nice to have someone take care of all the details on the day of and keep us on schedule!

Also, even if you pick the day-of coordination you can always email or call her with questions and she gets back promptly (give her some leeway on the weekends because she's busy helping someone else's wedding!).

She's super nice and very professional. If we have a vow renewal one day, I'm definitely using her again!

Cindy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Cindy can tell you I'm a pretty organized control freak, but she kept up with all my details and executed everything I wanted!

I did want to note that she does have several packages so you can choose if you want her to 'hold your hand' through the entire wedding planning or if you are just looking for a day of coordinator. I booked her 'in between' package as I actually enjoyed doing the research and planning but I wanted more than a day of coordinator. I wanted someone to work with me towards the end tying up all the lose ends. Even though my intention was to just use Cindy towards the end, she was readily available with me from day 1 when I booked her almost 1.5 years advanced from my wedding.

She always responded to my numerous emails in a timely manner. Even though I enjoyed doing the research when searching for vendors, she was always there if I needed recommendations.

If you are a bride who would like to save money then book Cindy for numerous things as she also can help you out with invitations, floral designs, and item rentals! I had actually used Cindy to print out the invitations that me and my fiance designed, rented manzanita trees and hanging orbs, and for floral design on the manzanita trees.

I loved how she provided me with a very detailed timeline telling me the time frame of what was supposed to happen. My wedding seemed effortless and went smoothly. I was not stressed at all the entire day as Cindy took care of everything :) I already have two friends who have booked her for their wedding (one person had her wedding and still raves about how great a job Cindy did and the other will see what a wonderful job she does)!!!

Cindy Wu is so awesome to work with. Her company ATOL offers a bunch of different services for a wedding. I went with her for the Ceremony and Reception flowers/decor and a dessert bar.

When I first spoke to Cindy in person I explained what I wanted through pinterest pictures that I've been collecting and immediately, she picked up my vision. Some of the flowers that I wanted were not in season during the month of my wedding so she was able to suggest flowers that would create the same vision and feel that I wanted. Don't limit her to flowers because if you have other decor in mind she will probably find it and you can rent it from her. I added lanterns and wooden boxes to put the place cards in. Through out the planning process I made a few changes and she was very flexible and accommodating. After each change she would send a revised quote estimate so I was always in the know on how much everything would cost.

As I mentioned above I also went with her for a dessert bar. I told her what kinds of desserts that I liked and what my wedding colors were. From there she created a magical table that all my guest loved. She provided all the desserts and other displays and decor for it. I added my own 8" cake and she was more than happy to incorporate it on the dessert table. She even provided the cake stand.

On my wedding day I was truly amazed! It's one thing to tell someone your vision and another thing for them to execute it correctly. She did a beautiful job and it was more than I could have dreamed of. Cindy Wu is your gal! I would recommend her to anyone planning an event. Take the time to set an appointment with her... you'll be glad you did.

First and foremost, as the former bride, I was pretty picky. I know what i wanted in my wedding and had very high expectations in all aspects of the wedding, planning and coordinating. Finding "the one" for your coordinator is worth every penny .. and CINDY WU is definitely "the one", that's why she has 5 stars from every one of her clients. I'm all about shortcuts and stuff, so I would've written a short review for you to get to the point, but CINDY did so many great things for my fairytale wedding that came out SOO PERFECT that I can't help but BRAG and share with you how you should MOST DEFINITELY pick her. From the very first meeting until the very last second, Cindy blew my expectations away and was honestly beyond AMAZING. Because of her knowledge, research and experience, she was very insightful and helpful with vendor communication and getting the best deals, suggesting/providing design ideas and DIY projects, very detail oriented with planning and designing...honestly this list can go on.. she is so amazing that she was even there for me through my emotional rants and whines about different situations that occurred during the planning process. She was very efficient, organized, professional yet extremely friendly and comforting throughout the whole process, and responded to all my texts/rants/e-mails/calls within good timing (even helped me with my vows at 2AM in the morning before the wedding day.. now thats true compassion in her work, which she probably doesn't even find it as work because you can tell she just loves doing what she's doing). Just to let you know, my father was in the hospital, and was given permission to come to my ceremony at 3PM the day of the wedding, and Cindy was SOO extremely well organized and had such great time management, that despite the ceremony being delayed 1 hour because of the hospital, Cindy was still able to manage to fit and change the schedule around to include everything that I wanted into the rest of the night

Cindy is truly outstanding. She is the best at what she does, and if you are even considering a wedding coordinator, Cindy is worth meeting with and talking to about your wedding.

I think Cindy was my absolute favorite wedding vendor. I met her for the first time with my mom and sister, and we all just knew she was perfect from the start. Going in to our meeting, I knew I wanted someone I could trust the day of my wedding, but was unsure what that would entail, or how much help I needed beyond that. We instantly connected through our close bonds with our sisters, and she was the perfect combo for a wedding planner in my opinion- highly organized, but so calm and relaxed!

I went with her platinum package, and with her I truly enjoyed planning my wedding. I am detail-oriented, so we must have exchanged hundreds of emails, with different questions I had, advice on choices I was making, and she also helped me put together a list of DJs to consider, and interviewed several with me. I used her photo booth and sweets table services in addition to coordination, and the day of the wedding I trusted her 100% to make sure everything went smoothly. Because of her, I was able to enjoy the best day of my life to date with my husband and my family, and I owe so much of it to her! I would recommend her over and over again. Hiring her was the best decision I made in regards to my wedding.

WOW! What a great florist! My wife and I had hired them as our florist for our wedding at Castaway. They were referred to us by a close friend. The overall process was very simple and pain free. The part that I think they stand out the most is their price and service. My wife and I had compared a couple of different florist, and their price was much cheaper then others. At first, I was somewhat worried that the quality of the flowers wouldn't be good. However, when I saw the flowers on the day of the wedding, I was speechless. The flowers were much better than we imagined. Everyone who attended the wedding kept telling us that they were very beautiful, especially the arrangement for the gazebo, which blended in with the background very well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a florist for an event, you will not be disappointed.

I didn't think I would need a wedding coordinator, but from family's recommendations I went to go searching for one. I'm am so glad that I found A Touch of Lavender and Cindy because she is fantastic!

We used A Touch of Lavender for our flowers and wedding coordination. Cindy Wu was amazing and very attentive to our needs. She was very organized and always on top of things. Don't worry if you forget anything because Cindy will take care of it! She made sure we're always updated on what's going on with our vendors. Even though we only requested for day of coordination service we felt like she was there every step of the way. I was less anxious knowing that she was there to take care of things.

Our flowers and centerpieces were beautiful! Better than expected! We had to make last minute changes on our decor and she was able to accommodate us even with the short notice.

Everything went smooth and perfect! We don't know what we would do without her. Thank you for making our day even more special. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, organized and easygoing, Cindy is the one!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Cindy and A Touch of Lavender for our September wedding. Cindy provided "day-of" coordination services, all of the flowers for our wedding party, and our photo booth rental. Cindy did such a great job with my reception flowers and sweetheart table. She was always open to my suggestions and ready to implement changes. She designed my table cards according to my style. Cindy Wu is AMAZING! As a last minute decision (three months in) we decided to hire a coordinator for Day-of wedding coordination services. From being able to fit our budget/needs to being available for all our calls, emails and texts, to pulling the event together seamlessly, Cindy is a freaking god-send. She and her assistant had everything laid out, figured out, on a timeline and executed the evening like a dang composer. We are so happy we made the decision to hire her. We even had several friends and family members comment on how professional and organized she was during the event. She's very attentive and organized - listened to our needs, and helped with some of the design ideas during our meetings. I don't know how it is for everyone, but the last three months before the wedding were definitely the most stressful and having an organizer like her was extremely valuable. We didn't really understand the value of a coordinator until we worked with Cindy - and we only had her for a day! Highly recommended.

Cindy was wonderful enough to help plan and coordinate our wedding. We are so pleased to have had her throughout the whole process. We would recommend her without reservation.

The services we use were the floral/decorations and the ‘day of’ coordination.

Floral/Decorations:
To begin with, she did an amazing job listening to us and understanding what we wanted in our wedding. On the day of the wedding, she was able to execute that vision perfectly. All the decorations were tastefully done. The centerpiece was a single beautiful orchid (quite coveted by all our aunts). From the napkins to the chairs, there was no detail too small. In fact, a quite few of our friends and family specifically commented on how much they loved our (i.e., Cindy’s) attention to detail.

‘Day of’ coordination:
We would recommend any one getting married to have a coordinator. The wedding day is simply too crazy, and it helps to have someone there to direct traffic. We decided on Cindy because of how comfortable she made us feel when we first met her. Although we asked for just the ‘day of’ service, Cindy was integral in planning the schedule for the whole day. She also made sure that all the vendors had copies of the schedule and of all the important contact information. On the day of the wedding, she was prompt and reliable. That was very important to us. The reception flowed smoothly. Cindy provided us with discreet updates on what to expect next, where to be, and how things were going. She also made sure we comfortable and relaxed. At the end of the night, she packed up all of our things (portrait, toasting flutes, cake top, etc.). We are beyond pleased at her level of service and the care she put into our wedding. We felt that she had treated our wedding as if it were her own.

Cindy is a wonderful, caring, and reliable person, and we thank her for making our wedding day perfect.

My husband and I feel incredibly lucky for having worked with Cindy as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding. I am pretty particular and have a hard time delegating tasks to others, but Cindy made me feel that I had nothing to worry about with her... and she was right! We had met several times and talked over email for months discussing all our plans and details for the wedding day. She made them happen without further instruction on the day of. It was like magic. She was supportive, responsive, and super organized. She was early to every meeting we arranged.

But the thing that amazed me the most was how calm she was at all times... it was contagious! Anytime I started to feel a mini-crisis coming on, I was comforted by Cindy's calm confidence, and I knew I had nothing to worry about. Even before the wedding itself, she worked with all of our vendors and was professional and diplomatic when we were having a slight conflict with one of them. Many of our friends and family have commented on how impressed they were with all of the work Cindy did. She offers her services at reasonable prices, but in the end her help was priceless. We literally could not have done it without her. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our very special day without a care in the world.

I was very happy with Cindy's services from Lavender Wedding Coordination & Floral Design. Cindy did the personal flowers for our wedding along with some creative designs for the ceremony structure (we had an outside ceremony). She was very responsive throughout planning, and always addressed any concerns or questions I had in a constructive way. From day 1, she made the process easy by bringing a flower catalog for you to point out what flowers you like but also what is in your price range. From there, she works with your vision and makes sure you have everything you need. Cindy is an amazing coordinator and I was fortunate to have her by my side throughout the wedding process! I hired her as my day-of wedding coordinator, but she was there to answer all my emails during the months of planning prior to the wedding. From our first meeting to even days after the wedding, she provided such detailed, organized, patient, positive and generous expertise. She worked so well with all of my vendors, which was a difficult task because I had to bring in all of my own vendors since the venue did not provide anything besides the location. She always responded promptly to all of my questions and I loved the way she continuously followed up with some vendors that weren't as responsive.

On the wedding day, everything went smoothly, even with the unexpected rain shower at our outdoor garden wedding. She set up all of my personal items just as I had envisioned and the place looked amazing! Cindy also provided the flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces) for my wedding. I showed her pictures of what I had in mind, and she was able to come up with a look that totally fit our style. I heard some guests comment how the flowers were the prettiest they had ever seen at a wedding! Cindy also provided a s'mores station at our reception, which was a hit! What a fun way for our guests to end the night!

I worked with Cindy at A Touch of Lavender to do the flowers for my wedding. All communication was done over e-mail (very efficient) and everything turned out perfect! I sent her a few pictures of what I liked and my budget and she put together a quote for several bouquets, boutineers, wrist corsages, and a gazebo ceremony piece. Cindy was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made during our wedding planning. She is responsive, punctual, patient and professional. We had a difficult time dealing with our venue as their general response to our requests were generally “unfortunately no” so it was very refreshing to have Cindy balance out our requests with her usual “absolutely” or “no problem.”

Throughout our wedding planning process, Cindy was very responsive to my questions and needs. She was even able to help us rent cheaper chivari chairs and pipe and draping with her trade connections. She was my go to for issues that I did not have time to deal with, which was more than I had ever expected form a day of coordinator.

On our wedding day, Cindy was able to execute my vision flawlessly from the set up, to time management to vendor management- she had it all down. My wedding party also felt very comfortable with Cindy as she brought a certain calmness and confidence to the day.

From a bride who is a control freak, surrendering one of the most important days of my life to another person was a very difficult thing to do. Cindy was able to gain my trust very early on and I am very grateful for her help.

Cindy is AMAZING!! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great wedding planner! In fact, I have recommended her to my friends! So a little about my wedding, it consisted of 400 hundred people 6 bridesmaids and 6 groomsmen, four flower girls, two ring bearers, and a live band. It isn't a small wedding...and there are a lot of people to deal with. Cindy did a great job on making sure that everyone was where they were suppose to be. Our wedding ran so smoothly, people have told us that it was the best wedding that they have ever attended! People say that something always goes wrong at their weddings, everything went so good at my wedding. I have to say that Cindy's organization skills is a major reason why. One of my friends at work introduced me to Cindy, and I looked at her reviews online and they were amazing. She was also very affordable. When I met Cindy for our initial meeting, we hit it off right away and I knew I would enjoy working with her. I went for the "Day Of" package, but Cindy and I kept in constant contact via email. I would show her want I had in mind and she would give me her honest feedback. We definitely fed off of each others energy and creativity. Like I mentioned earlier, our wedding was no small feat. We had a lot of guests and a lot of activities planned. Cindy created a super organized timeline for the wedding day, and we definitely were able to follow it. We also hired Cindy to do our flowers, and they were absolutely gorgeous! I can't wait for our wedding pictures! Everyone commented about how beautiful the flowers were and I have to agree! We went with a vintage romantic theme with pearls and lace, and I am super picky about what I want and Cindy definitely far exceeded my expectations. I don't think I could have made it through my wedding without stressing without Cindy =) I wasn't stressed at all! LOVE LOVE LOVE Cindy!

Cindy understood my style & the style I wanted for my wedding right away & it was awesome that she had so many great suggestions on everything, from vendors... to decor. She also did all of our bouquets & made this incredible custom hanging branch piece for our ceremony....everything was gorgeous!

I just have to say that I couldn't have done it without Cindy! She was so helpful, attentive & flexible during the whole process. She is super organized! She kept everything in order & made sure the wedding stayed on track...from getting our vendors in order to creating a customized wedding day schedule that proved to be genius!

Cindy was an absolute please to work with from start to finish. She came all the way across town to meet me and discuss my vision for flowers and how to make it work in my budget. She found ways to re-use arrangements from the ceremony to put them in my reception too which was great. Cindy knows her flowers well, and helped me pick out what I liked based on my pinterest page, and even recommended look alike flowers that were in season at the time of my wedding. I was referred to A Touch of Lavender by a friend who highly recommended that I contact them for any wedding services that I might need. As I was looking for a flower vendor a few months before our wedding, I met with different people and received a few quotes before I met with Cindy. She stood out among the other vendors with her friendly & open character. She listened to my questions and concerns about staying within my budget. She had photos and examples readily available in print format and on her iPad/laptop. We quickly found styles that I liked, flowers that would most likely be in season in April that were in my color scheme and we were within my budget! A month or so before the wedding, my cake person fell through & I had to obtain another vendor. But this new vendor only provided the cake, no stand. I called up Cindy & for a minimal additional charge, she created a beautiful bling cake stand for me (my cousin has already called dibs on it for her wedding!). And as this cake vendor didn't decorate the cake other than the plain white frosting, Cindy had one of her people meet my wedding coordinator at the reception venue at the time of the cake delivery to decorate it for us with similar flowers matching my colors. It was absolutely beautifully decorated! All the aisle flowers & bouquets in the stands were gorgeous! The bridesmaids didn't want to give up their pretty bouquets for the bouquet toss so I ended up tossing my own! I highly recommend Cindy's A Touch of Lavender to be considered as one's vendor for any special occasion. She set my mind at ease, was readily available & easy to work with.

Cindy went above and beyond with 100% of what we asked for on the wedding day, and in the several months leading up to the wedding. She was incredibly professional, responsive, accommodating, had excellent communication with us around the clock, provided coordination services at or above the level advertised the whole time, and never "left us hanging." She is an advocate for you and will help you get the most out of your wedding day. I would highly highly recommend Cindy for any bride (whether you know everything you want, or you need lots of ideas or suggestions). I had no complaints whatsoever about her coordination services and was very impressed from Day One. Very highly recommend.

I absolutely loved working with Cindy Wu. She was referred by a friend and I'm so glad she was! Cindy is prompt, organized, positive and professional. On top of that, she provides great value. Our wedding was ocean themed (our colors were Tiffany blue and light coral) and Cindy provided the perfect color palette. Especially creative were the centerpieces which were grapewood (I had never even heard of it but it was so unique and perfect for the beach theme) that the guests got to take home. She also created an adorable tiffany blue card box with seashells. She always responded to my emails quickly and was very easy to reach, which was comforting. I highly recommend Cindy and a Touch of Lavender!

We found and interviewed Cindy late last year and we immediately feel in love with her work. Her website displayed elegance and it was exactly what I envisioned for our big day! She is extremely organized and made me feel at ease with our wedding planning. She worked very well with our budget and any question I had regarding etiquette she was able to assist. Cindy was absolutely, positively the sweetest florist around...and her flowers were insanely gorgeous!!! From the very start, I knew I had found somebody amazing in Cindy. She was super responsive, listened to everything I asked for and kept my vision in mind throughout the entire planning process, only suggesting things to enhance, not change my plans! Then when crunch time came, she was not only beyond flexible, she then became even sweeter...if that is possible!!! On my wedding day, I was taken back by how gorgeous her arrangements, bouquets and arch design were. They were stunning and worthy of being in a magazine!! Needless to say, I couldn't be any happier with Cindy and A Touch of Lavender's overall service. I highly recommend hiring her for your special day!!

Cindy is amazing I would highly recommend using her in any way you can for you wedding. We would have been dead without her. She did floral and decor for our wedding. She is so helpful. We had many DIY projects that we didn't have time to even explain how to set up and she did executed everything perfectly the day of with very little direction. She is so organized and helpful throughout the entire process.

Let me start off by saying that I'm the anti-bride bride. I am in a very rigorous graduate program which limits my time, and I also had absolutely no vision whatsoever for my wedding. In fact, my husband was more excited about planning initially than I was! I was nervous and I really didn't care because unlike so many brides, I have never dreamt of this day or what this day would look like. Looking at flowers isn't my idea of a good time. I finally broke down from the stress of it all, and my husband sought out a wedding planner. At first, I was apprehensive because we were on a budget- but let me say, Cindy Wu was the MOST amazing thing that ever happened to our wedding. I started with no vision and had a very clear idea of how things would look, and by the end I even got excited about all of the details! (That's a lot coming from me. :) She was extremely attentive and just wonderful in every single way. We had our wedding at Disneyland and she was fantastic in being the liaison between us and them. (I will say, if you are thinking of having a Disney wedding, a wedding planner is a MUST. Disney was extremely
non-responsive and very aloof. Even the day of our wedding, they had our wedding colors wrong!) Cindy stepped in and made everything seamless. I guess there was a lot that went wrong that day during setup- but we had no idea. Everything turned out PERFECT and just amazing. Our guests were amazed- and they're still talking about how fun and awesome our wedding was. If you're considering a wedding planner, look no further. You will not find a more genuine, professional, efficient and affordable wedding planner. She's amazing in every single way, and I cannot give her enough credit. A touch of lavender is the way to go!

My wedding coordinator was the jack of all trades! I hired her to be my Day Of Coordinator, my floral vendor, photobooth vendor, as well as my candy bar favor vendor!

She is so talented like Martha Stewart that she can do everything. It's very rare to find someone who can handle most of the wedding responsiblities. Im glad i was able to find someone like Cindy to hit multiple birds with one stone. She is super detailed and creative, and made my dream wedding come to a reality.

She understood what I needed and took the initiative to go above and beyond what i asked for! I absolutely loved working with her. She's so easy going, super responsive and creatively talented.

From the very beginning, we knew that Cindy is the right person for us. She is a true professional who always prepares before every meeting. Even in our very first meeting, Cindy came with an outline and notepad ready to listen to us.

Cindy is very responsive to all our concerns and inquiries no matter big or small. She always goes above and beyond. This is especially apparent to us during the day of our wedding. Cindy seized control of the event and coordinated with all of our vendors from the DJ, Flowers, Decors, Hotel, Chairs, etc. She made sure that every detail that is important to us is laid out to perfection. This allowed us to enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about the event itself.

The flowers were beautiful, really good, beyond expectations :) Also she was very helpful the entire way, and was willing to work with different kinds of flowers/requests, and also worked within budget. She also answered questions quickly and I had some non-flower related questions and she was willing to help too. Highly recommended, will tell my friends about her definitely.

Cindy is AMAZING!!!!! I was married only two days ago and even with the hectic aftermath, I cannot wait to write a review for her. She is simply a stunning person with unbelievable talents! She made my wedding go FLAWLESS!

From my first meeting with her, she was warm, smart, and kind. She listened to all of my ideas and made great suggestions. She never stepped on my toes and guided me through the whole process. I felt at ease with her from the very beginning and booked her at my initial consultation. I knew that I didn't have to look for another vendor.

There were a few hiccups at my wedding (e.g. not enough centerpieces for the number of tables; missing boutineers, lack of air circulation in the bridal room etc), and she made the problems nonexistent. She was always calm and in a million places at once. She was always available when I needed her on the day of the wedding. I kept forgetting things at my hotel room and she was always on the go helping to retrieve the items immediately. I NEVER had to wait for her or look for her. Her time management skills and attention to detail is very impressive!!

After the wedding, I received SO MANY COMPLIMENTS from my guests on not my wedding, but on CINDY. My husband, Nick even mentioned her in his Thank You speech!!!! My Matron of Honor also sent me a text saying "Cindy was amazing!". She had that much of a positive impact on so many people around her.

I really want to thank Cindy for being so passionate about her work and helping make brides make their wedding day a blissful one. I owe her a debt of gratitude for helping make my wedding dream come to fruition.

If you want a stress free wedding planning process and stress free wedding day, I HIGHLY recommend Cindy.

Words simply cannot describe how great of a job Cindy did helping us plan and coordinate our wedding. I’m a perfectionist, so I don’t give this kind of praise lightly, but she really deserves it.

All my friends and family thought we were crazy for trying to put together a wedding in less than two months, and most probably didn’t think the wedding would turn out well. But to our delight, so many guests have gone out of their way to tell us that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Many friends who were recently married still couldn’t believe that we were able to put together a great wedding in such short time. My wife and I would love to take all the credit for this, but truth be told, we got a lot of help from Cindy.

From our first meeting, I can tell that Cindy is genuine, sincere and dependable. She explained the services she offered and we picked the Platinum package. Her prices were really reasonable, what she charged for this is what most pay for wedding day only coordination. She also gave us a long list of wedding venue and vendor referrals, which really helped us get off to a fast start. Most of our vendors were her referrals, and all were great. I think the only major vendor we didn’t choose from her list was our photographer, which we deeply regret now. To our delight, she also offered other services that encompassed a wide range of ancillary wedding services such as floral design, invitations, photo booth, candy bar design, etc. We end up getting our flowers and invitation from her, and she did a tremendous job with those at very reasonable prices. My wife was especially pleased with how well the flowers turned out.

Cindy was extremely helpful during our wedding planning. She met with us numerous times, and was always very patient. Being a physician, I’m a fairly detail oriented person, but I felt that Cindy took that to a different level. She also had many great design ideas, and helped us put a lot of personal touches into the wedding that was very elegant and warm. There were many times when we had good ideas that were difficult to execute, but she would always be able to come up with solutions. Our wedding venue was Castle Green in Pasadena, and they had a lot of restrictions that were really annoying, but Cindy had many great ideas to help us work around them too. I felt that the whole planning process was much less stressful because she was always there to help us and give us great advices.

Our wedding day was nearly flawless and everything turned out just as planned. We were too stressed out and overwhelmed on our wedding day to even comprehend what was going on, so it was really comforting to have Cindy by our side. She directed everyone to the right place, and told us exactly what to do step by step. We actually had to make a couple of adjustments to the schedule on that day due to weather changes for example, and she ensured that everything ran smoothly without a glitch.

Overall we just couldn’t say enough good things about the tremendous job that Cindy did. We felt that she treated us as if we were great friends and not just clients, and we could tell that she truly cared for us and how the wedding would turn out. I highly recommend Cindy and her team, and we feel so happy and fortunate to have had her help to make our wedding day extra memorable. I honestly cannot thank Cindy enough for the wonderful job that she did.

I found A touch of Lavender while surfing the net. I didn't hear much about this company yet I still took a risk. But that risk was more than worth it. Ms. Cindy Wu, the owner/ wedding coordinator was an angel sent from heaven. From the moment I inquired about her services until after my wedding, she was always there for any help that I needed. She made my dream wedding into a reality. Cindy was very attentive with all the details I wanted. She was prompt, professional and organize. The best thing I loved about Cindy is her warmth personality. She was very friendly and easy to deal with. She did everything she could to ease my stress. I also booked her as my florist. She also made my candy buffet and passport program. And everything came out more than what I expected. After the wedding, I didn't hear nothing but good words from my guests. They were all mesmerized on how my wedding ran so beautifully and smoothly. I couldn't imagine how my wedding would turn out without Cindy. I would definitely hire her on my future events.

We absolutely loved Cindy! She did such a beautiful job with both the flowers and decòr for our wedding. Everything looked so great! We were bummed we were already using our venue's coordinator, otherwise we would have hired her in a heartbeat. Very personable, a great resource, and helpful with so many other aspects of our wedding than just decòr. Highly recommend!

The flower arrangement was greatly over our expectation! The bouquets are professionally selected, the gazebo and center pieces are beautifully designed. All my guests ended up taking photos there..... :)Cindy was very open to the changes/challenges we gave her, the final implementation was exactly what we envisioned and more! My husband and I decided to get married a month before he left for deployment, which gave us about 3 weeks to plan a memorable wedding. Cindy and her business, A Touch of Lavender was like a gift from the heavenly skies. Our ceremony turned out beautifully, and you would've thought it had all been planned for months!

Cindy took care of the many details of our wedding from start to finish. My now husband and I had an outdoor garden wedding. Cindy met with me, really listened to what I wanted and took over from there. Her suggestions were great, and it made me feel at ease to know that she understood my vision and went with it, not try to pull me in any other direction.

Cindy is kind, organized, efficient, and has a very serene presence about her which is great when you (the bride) are stressing out more than ever before.

Cindy was always available whenever I called. The one time my phone call went to voice mail, she was calling me back before I even finished leaving her the message!

From beautifully decorating the arbor in the garden, our chairs, to coordinating the color scheme I wanted throughout my ceremony, to my bouquet, family boutonniers, chair decorations, and a petaled scattered runway, she was on it! She not only took care of setting up, but cleaning up as well.

Not only did she handle every decorating detail, but she also coordinated every single detail the day of the event, and also our rehearsal. Our ceremony was very nice thanks to her coordination. We really had no idea what to do other than the fact that my dad was going to walk me down the isle. Cindy, however, had everything already envisioned, from my walk down the isle, to our family's entrance, to even a cute dip at the end of our ceremony (which our family loved). On our rehearsal date, Cindy already had an itinerary laid out of what was going to take place almost minute by minute. In all honesty, her professionalism and high efficiency made me feel as if I did not have to worry about a thing. The day of my wedding, Cindy coordinated everyone- including the photographers, our musician, guests, and of course the groom and myself, making sure everything went as planned.

Overall, we had a flawless ceremony thanks to Cindy. Our venue looked beautiful, we were all able to enjoy the day without worrying about anything thanks to her coordinating and design services.

We highly recommend Cindy. I was hesitant to write this review because I'm afraid she'll get to busy after the world takes note of her awesome talent and will be too booked to do my reception once my husband returns from deployment! There are really no words to describe how blessed we were to have found A Touch of Lavender for our big day!

To all future brides: Cindy was an awesome wedding coordinator. With the small venue, sensible budget, and tight schedule, she managed to transform our home and backyard into a warm and inviting wedding venue. All our guests really enjoyed their time celebrating with us. If it wasn't for her, we wouldn't feel like guests to our own wedding as well. She also made sure the programs proceeded as planned. I thought that was quite important because vendors and bridal party needed to know what to do during the wedding and no guests would feel bored or awkward. Lastly, her prices were sensible and her flowers were really beautiful. My guests made so many delightful comments about the designs and decor.

Cindy was worth every penny. I highly recommend her to anyone who is considering hiring a wedding coordinator. Her services will alleviate the unnecessary headaches for the bride and would only create a lasting, beautiful memory for everyone, especially the bride and groom.
