I absolutely loved working with A Touch of Fierce and cannot recommend them enough for wedding hair and makeup!
They did my hair and makeup for my entire wedding weekend, and I felt so beautiful at every single event. Gen did my makeup and Ruthie did my hair, and both of them were not only incredibly talented, but also so funny, kind, and easy to be around. They made me feel completely comfortable, relaxed, and confident, which made such a difference during such an emotional and busy weekend.
I truly loved all of my looks, but my wedding day look was hands down my absolute favorite. It was exactly what I wanted and more, and I felt like the best version of myself. For my reception, Aly did my look and absolutely killed it! I was obsessed with how everything turned out and received so many compliments.
What really stood out to me was how consistent the quality was across the entire weekend. No matter the event, I felt confident, polished, and beautiful, and that is such an amazing feeling as a bride. I am so grateful to this entire team for taking such great care of me and for making the experience so much fun.
I will 100% be booking A Touch of Fierce again for future special events and cannot say enough good things about them. I love A Touch of Fierce and highly recommend them to any bride looking for an amazing hair and makeup team!

I truly cannot say enough incredible things about my makeup artist and her team for both days of my wedding. From the moment they arrived, the vibes were unmatched—music playing, jokes nonstop, dance moves breaking out, and pure joy filling the room. Getting ready felt like a celebration, not a stressful moment, and that alone is priceless.
I have never felt more beautiful in my life. My makeup was flawless, radiant, and held up perfectly through tears, hugs, dancing, and long wedding days. Lay Lay did my makeup, and she absolutely nailed it—enhancing my natural features while still giving me that stunning bridal glam I dreamed of. I felt confident, glowing, and like the best version of myself.
Aly did my hair, and WOW. My hair was perfection—elegant, secure, and gorgeous from start to finish. It lasted all day and night and photographed beautifully. Together, my hair and makeup were beyond amazing and exceeded every expectation.
Now let’s talk about the TEAM—because they are truly next level. They managed hair and makeup for 16 girls, plus the MOB and MOG, with such ease, organization, and patience. Every single person looked stunning and felt amazing, and everything stayed on schedule without ever feeling rushed. They were incredibly accommodating, professional, and so kind to everyone.

We are so grateful to have had A Touch Of Fierce as our hair and makeup team for our wedding! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, talented, and such a calming presence on a very important day.
We had a large group with a wide range of skin tones, hair types, and personal styles—and they absolutely nailed it for everyone. Each look was unique, elegant, and tailored perfectly. Every single one of our bridesmaids, family members, and of course me, looked and felt beautiful thanks to their amazing work.
They also worked on the groom, and we were so impressed with how comfortable they made him feel throughout the process. It can be easy to overlook the groom in the beauty prep, but they took great care with him and made sure he looked and felt his best, too.
What stood out even more was their patience and responsiveness. I had a lot of questions leading up to the big day, and they answered every one of them kindly and promptly, which helped ease my stress and build trust. They were so organized and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

I met Laylay and her team 5 years ago when she did my sister-in-laws wedding makeup. She did mine as a bridesmaid (and I loved it!) so I told her I would book her to do mine for my wedding day. When that day came around I was so excited and fully relaxed as I knew she would make me look absolutely beautiful for the best and most important day of my life.
The makeup she uses is top notch! Everything stays, even when you're crying a ton walking down the isle. My family and friends all were SO happy with her and her glam teams work. Their hair is absolutely stunning as well and stayed in all night, even when I twerked on my head.
I am forever grateful for this glam team and promise that if you choose them you will be so happy with their work.

My artists were so talented. All of my family looked amazing and my MUA was sure to protect my lash extensions while doing my makeup. Everything was beautiful. I am a makeup artist myself and was so impressed by their attention to detail and ability to communicate and deliver my needs. My hair and makeup looked so stunning!!! So did my maid of honor and mom.

Barbie for a Day
I have never been the type of girl to be into hair and make up, however I guess I had to try for my wedding day. From being lost on how and what kind of hair extensions to buy, to what certain make up styles are called, a touch of fierce was there to guide me. Throughout the planning process they were very flexible and made the process a lot smoother than what was described to me by fellow brides. On the day of.... I cannot express my gratitude to Genesis and Ruthie. These two ladies were very professional and knowledgeable. My mom, my bridesmaids and myself were very different on complexion, type of hair, allergies, and comfort... however, they managed like it was nothing. The day was not stressful at all, they made us laugh, and made us beautiful. I have never seen myself like that in my entire life, for the first time I felt pretty. During the wedding I got so many complements on my hair and make up, I even got called the barbie bride all night because of how perfect everything was. I danced like a crazy woman all night, and by the end of it my hair and make up was still intact.
I would like to thank you ladies for making me beautiful beyond what I could ever aspire to be. The room was full of "wows" in the air when my bridesmaids and I walked in and it was all thanks to you. Continue with the beautiful talent you guys have and hopefully our paths cross again. LayLay is the absolute best! She’s an amazing makeup artist, I’ve used her services multiple times for a variety of events and her team is equally as amazing and talented. My wedding was right when the COVID stay at home orders began, LayLay worked with me every step of the way with rescheduling and accommodating all the changes that came up. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my personal makeup and very leery of hiring someone to do it for me on the day of the wedding and let's just say my friends were shocked to hear I was going to hire someone! Lay-Lay wrote back immediately and we set up a time to do a hair and makeup trial run and when I officially met Lay-Lay and Cynthia I knew we were going to have a great time. Had my make up and hair done for both my hindu wedding and Christian/reception by Lay-Lay and her team. Everything was beautiful and make up literally lasted all night!! I received so many compliments! Stacey did my hair extensions prior to the events and styled my hair, she’s great! Everybody was very pleasant to work with. My bridesmaids and mom also had their hair and make up done by the team and they were also very pleased with the results. Will definitely book again for future events.

Lay Lay was EXTREMELY professional from the start. I had a bad situation with another company, that lied about how they provide services. Lay Lay quickly picked up from where the other company dropped the ball. Ashley did my trial hair and makeup within a week or two of first contact, and in approx 2 months, was available at all times via phone/text to bounce ideas back and forth on my/my girls' makeup vision. Come wedding day, everyone showed up and cranked out THE MOST BEAUTIFUL makeup on all of us, I have ever seen. I will definitely be utilizing their team for any other event hair and makeup needs. Truly a godsend for your wedding.
I had my makeup done by Lay Lay on three separate occasions.
Once for my hair and makeup trial. After which I had a photo shoot. The photographer even stopped to ask who had done my makeup because it was so great.
Another for the morning of the wedding. The team did myself, as well as, my three bridesmaids and both the MOB and MOG. Everyone looked the girls! They truly calmed everyone down and did a beautiful job on every single person.
They also did my makeup for an early morning shoot. They were at my room and ready to begin at 4am!! No complaints for having to be there so early for our shoot!
I would SERIOUSLY recommend looking into their services for your special day. I was calm knowing that my look for the wedding was in their hands. They are incredible.

OMG what can I say about Lay-Lay and Cynthia?! Those girls are amazingly talented and wonderful people as well! Lay-Lay was very easy to communicate with and she helped me form the perfect look for my wedding day. My trial went perfectly and she made me look even better on my wedding day than I had even thought was possible! My two mommas and both my bridesmaids looked amazing as well. My mom is very picky and they adjusted her look to make her happy, and performed multiple touch ups on my difficult bridesmaid who kept messing it up LOL. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them and hope to stay in touch and find more reasons to book them! Thank you SO MUCH GIRLS!!

LayLay and her team did an amazing job doing my bridal makeup along with makeup for all my bridesmaids, my mother and mother in law for my wedding at the Orlando Science Center. The team showed up extremely prepared with lights in hand, only thing needed was an outlet and some work space! I was amazed! Throughout the entire experience from booking up to the day of the wedding, LayLay was very flexible adding on additional individuals to my group and coordinating day of styling along with my hairdresser (even my hairdresser loved her)! I had my makeup done by Lay Lay as a bridesmaid and absolutely loved the service I received. So professional and listened to everything I asked for. The wedding was an out door wedding and the makeup lasted all day and all night without any movement! Everyone in the bridal party looked amazing and THE BRIDE wow, she looked absolutely stunning. Lay lay was a god send! My hair lady cancelled on me a month before my wedding and she came to my rescue with her team. All of my girls looked beautiful and everyone was so happy with the artists work! I would recommend her to anyone for anything!

I absolutely give Lay-Lay and her fabulous team 5 out of 5 stars! I have used her services twice for my best friend and my sister's weddings, and have been blown away both times. The professionalism and pride she takes in her art is second to none, and you will be absolutely thrilled with the magic she works with her brushes! Her hair stylists as well are absolutely phenomenal, I am planning my step-daughter's Quinceneara and refuse to use any hair/makeup service other than Lay-Lay and her team, and can't wait to be slayed by them again. I highly suggest choosing her and her team for your special event and day!!

Today i had the pleasure of having my hair and make up done by Lay-Lay and Stacey. I was honest with the girls, that i was a little nervous since A Touch of Fierce was my 3rd make up trial. I had such horrible experiences during previous trials, where my vision was not conveyed or i wasn’t listened too. As soon as i opened my door to meet Lay-Lay and Stacey, i already had good vibes because they were so professional with their tools and equipment. They took the time to listen what i wanted and what i did not want. The entire experience was enjoyable and everything came out perfectly as i wanted! These girls made me shed real tears because i finally had found a team that would listen to what i want and made me feel beautiful. I feel so excited and relaxed to have the A Touch of Fierce team do my make up and hair for my wedding!

I contacted Lay-Lay just 7 days before my wedding! She responded so quickly and asked so many questions to help me out as best as she could. I had Saoni come do my hair and she was just so sweet! She wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I did my own makeup but she even helped me touch-up my makeup for free! (which i needed a little help with if I'm being honest). Thank you so much!! I booked A Touch of Fierce with just a little over a month to go before my wedding. I was not able to get in for a trial, but to be honest I was not nervous at all about how my hair/makeup would turn out because of all the pictures I had seen and how flawless their clients looked. The day of my wedding, my hair and makeup turned out EXACTLY how I had invisioned! My girls also loved the way everything turned out. The artists really take their time and are super professional. I will definitely be booking again for all my future hair and makeup needs!

I can't even begin to express nor begin to put in words how happy I am that Lay-Lay and Cynthia made me the most beautiful bride on my wedding day! They both were extremely professional, punctual and unbelievably talented. They created beautiful hairstyles and breathtaking makeup looks for not only myself but for my mother, mother in law, and bridesmaid. I am tremendously pleased with how everyone looked on my wedding day and it is all thanks to these ladies! Looking at wedding pictures, my wedding day was the day I felt the most beautiful and confident in my life! I would highly recommend A Touch of Fierce to anyone in the Orlando area, and I'm not even from Florida! I was married in Disney and A Touch of Fierce came to me at my resort and it made my day much less stressful! I had an emergency and last minute wedding pictures at the parks and needed my hair and makeup done again. I contacted Lay Lay about my predicament and she immediately said she could help! She and Cynthia came back out to my resort the day of my pictures at 4 am to make me look just as beautiful as I did on my actual wedding day. They were both just as professional and polite that morning as they were on my wedding day. I would give them 10 stars if I could! If you want to look stunning on your wedding day, don't hesitate or look anywhere else. I promise, these ladies are the absolute best!

All I can say is WOW! I had a huge scare just 13 days before my wedding with my previous artist just quitting on me (didn't even know that was possible). I contacted Lay-Lay, she worked her magic and found me one of her artists for my date! I was a bit nervous since there was no time for me to do a trial with all the other details that still had to be put together, but the pictures she sent over from Alex's work had me in Awe! Needless to say, this is who I will be contacting for all future events! All my girls felt absolutely gorgeous that day, and my make-up has never been done better! If you are looking for the perfect makeup-and hair artists to glam you up on your big day, look no further!! Lay Lay, Kristine and Cynthia are more than amazing!! They are fun, easy-going and extremely professional! There was soooo much going on on my wedding day, very chaotic, but the Touch of Fierce team arrived on time, ready to go without missing a beat. My ladies, especially my mom are very high maintenance! Lay Lay and her team went above and beyond to ensure everyone looked and felt their best! Even my flower girl couldn’t stop looking at herself in the mirror! Some of the ladies had additional requests after their applications were completed and Kristine made adjustments without hesitation! Very impressed! I started to cry when I saw my mother in law fully dressed, then entered Lay Lay to the rescue drying my tears and reapplying makeup like it was the easiest thing ever! I love her, she’s so personable, it’s like family is there with you. My only regret was waiting too long to book Cynthia for hair! Learn from my mistake, have your trials, but don’t waste time booking! Having them as part of your glam squad will be one of the best investments for your wedding! From cell phones to professional shots, everyone commented on how great they looked and how well the pictures turned out! I only wish I had more time to thank you ladies in person for a phenomenal job well done!! I will be sure to send some pictures very soon! Thank you again!

Lay Lay is a phenomenal make up artist and truly cares about you and your party for your special day. before my trial even started we already went over options I wants and what my skin type was ( I have really sensitive and oily skin). Lay Lay then went over options with me and since she is also an aesthetician she was SUPER knowledgeable about all skin types. The trial went amazing!!! She was very meticulous with her application and explaining everything she was doing very thoroughly. She was very clean ( made my OCD heart VERY HAPPY). Plus she made me feel like a million bucks on my wedding day. All of my bridesmaids who have been in at least 3 weddings so far said this was the best make up they got and all loved Lay Lay! You seriously wont regret booking with her!

This is an amazing company to work with! Laylay did an incredible job with my makeup for my enagagement party! She listened to what I wanted and exceeded all my expectations! From the first moment I texted her, she was always very prompt with her responses and I appreciated that greatly! She is highly professional and really did her best to be very flexible with her schedule to accommodate me especially at the last minute! She is truly an incredibly talented makeup artist and it was such a wonderful experience meeting and working with her! Stacey did my hair for my party and also blew it out of the water! The very moment I contacted LayLay she was so friendly and professional. Extremely patient as I set up 4 more appointments for my family member to also get hair & makeup. Which I must add, ever single girl looked absolutly stunning. I mentioned to her that I didn't have a lip gloss and she gave me the exact same one she used on me. I had a destination wedding in Orlando so I had to trust my gut on who I hired and I made no mistake with A Touch of Fierce. It was upwards of 90 degrees on my wedding day, I was outside, I was sweating bullets and my makeup STILL looked AMAZING in pictures. The girls did such a wonderful job. I can’t thank Lay Lay and Stacy enough for doing our hair and make up on my wedding day. I had a previous salon do my make up trial on me and one of my bridesmaids, when we walked out crying and in panic as one of my eyelashes was already falling off and eyeshadow up to the top of my eyebrow, I didn’t know what i was going to do, but in every fairytale there is always a fairy godmother and in my wedding story that was Lay Lay and Stacy! Thank you so much for making me look and feel so beautiful on my wedding day. I would text her pictures of what I liked and she would give me feedback. It was like working with a close friend. I had 7 bridesmaids and a 2-day Hindu beach wedding and they by no means had an easy task. I was looking for a very natural look, and they nailed it!
