    Great service!


    A to Z Party Rental did an awesome job for our event. Samantha Dale is my rep, and she has done an excellent job setting us up and stayed in touch with us on every phase of the event. Delivery, set up, and breakdown was flawless. We will definitely be call A to Z Party Rental for future events.

    Table and chair rental

    With only a week before our party, A to Z Party Rental made renting, last-minute, tables and chairs so simple. Not only are their prices great, Emma took my order over the phone and emailed me a quote within minutes. Our tables and chairs were dropped off two days before the party and picked up two days after. It could not have been any more convenient . I will definitely be a repeat customer.

    Grad party

    So easy to order and rent! Flexible with helping me get a quote and adjust it according to my budget. Very friendly and easy to work with. We’re so gracious and dropped off the rental where I needed them and happily brought them to my backyard for me. Easiest process, super smooth. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

    Excellent!

    Atoz was perfect from A to Z! Jeanne was extremely helpful in the preliminary choosing of all the items to rent. There were changes made and Atoz was happy to go along with all of the adjustments! We were able to add heaters inside to our tent with only two days to go to our event. Chris the tent man was outstanding to work with his entire team did a fabulous job our event looked wonderful! I would recommend anyone looking to hire a company for tenting tables linens bars heaters to go to A-to-Z rental!

    Amazing service

    Have rented from them for multiple occasions and they always do a great job. Super helpful. I made a mistake and didn’t order a few things that I didn’t realize I needed and I called them after hours on the weekend and they drove me out what I needed. Highly recommend them!

    One word for everything they did:Amazing!

    My husband and I visited the store to get all that was needed for our daughter’s backyard baby shower. Brittny was wonderful to work with. The delivery, setup and breakdown crews were professional and so nice. With the help from A To Z the event was a huge success

    Top Notch Service!!

    A to Z is one of my favorite vendors to work with!! The entire team from customer service chats to the onsite team, they are absolutely wonderful and a dream to work with!! They are a kind and calming team. Kyle from Benchmark kept me calm most days! I can trust them with all my event idea and they always execute everything perfectly. We changed things up this year and hosted our graduation in a new location and even though I was nervous, the A to Z team did not hesitate to bring our vision to life! I will choose A to Z over and over again!

    Very helpful

    A to Z Rental was so helpful and so accommodating. I had a small wedding and needed to rent a few items. Some rental companies only were interested in helping me if the order was large. A couple other rental companies would not accommodate over the Thanksgiving weekend since my wedding was on Saturday. A to Z allowed me to pick a convenient time for pick up, and gave me numerous options for rentals. I couldn't be happier.

    Tent rental

    We rented a 20’ x 20’ tent. A to Z employees were very helpful discussing our options. The tent was installed and picked up timely as promised. We also rented 2 heaters which came in handy; installers showed me how to put the heaters together and light them. Everything worked out great and I will be making the same reservation for next year.

    Excellent service and beautiful tents

    This past weekend we used A to Z Party Rental for the 2nd time, and we could not have been happier with the quality of their products, professionalism and kindness. Last year, due to Covid, we had an outdoor, family wedding in our backyard and they provided us with a fantastic tent with roll-down sides, a heater, tables and chairs. The tent was perfect and provided our families with a way to move forward with our children's original wedding date in safety and comfort.

    This past weekend, we finally had the full wedding celebration with extended family and friends. With only about a month and a half to go, we found ourselves needing both a tent for the terrace of the venue, as well as a side tent in order to provide safe outdoor spaces for guests concerned about the Delta variant of Covid-19. A to Z came through for us at that late date, providing us with beautiful tenting. They worked with us to fit the load-in of these tents around a very tight schedule, given that weddings were scheduled at the venue on Thursday and Friday nights before our Saturday wedding. When I received a call from the venue on Friday morning letting me know that there were no lights under the terrace tent, I realized I had made a huge error and had forgotten to order those. This would have been a disaster because we had planned on having three guest tables on the terrace for dinner. I drove to the venue to see what could be done. The project manager, Chris Heuges, was nothing short of fantastic. While he did not have any additional lights for the tent, he was able to come up with a solution to reconfigure the lights on the lawn tent in order to have enough lights for the terrace tent. He was beyond kind, not just in quickly solving the issue, but in calming this very distraught mother of the bride.

    We had an uncharacteristically balmy October evening, and the tents were used and enjoyed by our guests all evening; from cocktail hour, through dinner, and all night long with lawn games under the lawn tent. The tents were installed and removed on schedule and the teams they sent were efficient and professional.

    Finally, I want to say that working with Samantha Dale through both of these weddings has been a dream. She was kind, attentive, enthusiastic, and a pleasure to work with. She bent over backwards to make it possible for us to get tents this year, during a time when other companies were unable or unwilling to provide services due to staffing issues. I cannot recommend this company more highly. They will be the first and last company we contact for any future tenting needs.

    Fantastic Service and Experience!!

    Working with A to Z is always a breeze! Their staff is kind and dependable and they get the job DONE! We work with A to Z for our on-campus graduation and in the years before COVID, we rented tables, chairs, and tents, but when COVID hit, they helped us to create a seamless graduation with their outdoor stage. We held another outdoor graduation last week and A to Z was the first vendor I contacted! They helped us to once again create a smooth, stunning, and enjoyable graduation for our students! We have heard nothing but amazing things from faculty, staff, students, and families about how professional and organized our graduation looked. We will always lean on A to Z for our events and we can't wait to reach out to them soon to plan our graduaiton next year!! A to Z has so much to offer and I promise, you won't regret it!

    Efficient and budget friendly. Small quality issue only.

    Efficient and budget friendly. Chairs could have been better painted if I am being a nitpick. It was very obvious the white chairs were purple before.

    A to Z is a great company

    There are so many good things to say about A to Z that I fear going on too long. Ours was not a big event, but from the first moment I spoke with Brittny Carr until the end of the event, A to Z treated us royally. The equipment we needed -- from tables and linens to plates and flatware to chafing dishes and big serving bowls -- was clearly laid out on the website, offering lots of options, high quality and very reasonable prices. Brittny was a joy to work with; we actually had fun debating the merits of one set of flatware over another. In all, the service we got was amazing. I once called Brittny to sheepishly ask for a change in the order. "For you," she said, "anything." I called the scheduler to ask for a change in the delivery time, expecting some resistance. Nope. She said, "we're here to serve you." This is a great company, and I and my family will definitely hire A to Z whenever we have an event requiring A to Z's services.

    I've used A-Z Party Rental for a few events. Samantha knows the business inside and out and is able to help plan your event. It doesn't matter if you are planning a large event or a small intimate party, A-Z is the best!!! Samantha is very detail oriented and will make sure everything is taken care of....from A-Z!!! I will always go to them first when I am planning any event.

    The wedding tent rental was easy, I called and explained what I needed and received my quote the next day. I recommend the installation as it was fascinating watching it go up and was one less thing for me to worry about. The tables and chairs were perfect, the linens beautiful. I am still looking for a picture of the tent all set before the festivities, but it was beautiful. The day after my wedding the crew was back to take the tent down. I definitely recommend A to Z rentals for any event you are planning.
