Excellent Service!
As a former wedding coordinator and bride, I can confidently say A to Z Events was a fantastic choice for our rentals! We rented glasses and chargers from them, and it was absolutely worth the drive from the DC area up to Pennsylvania. Their prices were far more reasonable than anything we found locally, and the process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
We actually found them while hunting for very specific chargers, and they had exactly what we wanted. Everything was in perfect condition, elevated the entire look of our tables, and pickup/drop-off was a breeze. For both selection and service, they’re 100% worth it! -

Great selection and prices.
I chose A-Z rentals because they had many of the same things another local rental provider had, but at a wildly lower price and without the same insane delivery minimums. I rented chargers, plates, chairs, cocktail tables, lounge furniture and a rug, drink tubs, a cooler, uplighting, a fireplace mantle, and more from them. Everything was delivered promptly and picked up at the scheduled time. They were happy to send me photos of the items I was considering together so I could make sure it all worked and looked nice. Everything looked great and I definitely recommend working with them for your wedding rental needs.

Affordable Luxury
A to Z Event Rentals offers so many unique pieces of a variety of styles to rent and elevate any event. We set up a meeting with Johnathan who helped us pick items that matched the theme and vibe of our wedding. We rented tableware including glasses, chargers, flatware and napkins as well as some lawn games for our cocktail hour that were a big hit. Throughout the process Anna was incredibly responsive to our emails and accommodating with making adjustments to our rental. If we are ever in need of renting items for a party again, without a doubt we will be using A to Z Event Rentals. -

Wedding Rentals Made Easy!
My wife and I booked A to Z Event Rentals for a variety of wedding day rentals and it was honestly an amazing experience! They have an awesome selection on their website and we were able to put together a wishlist and they scheduled a call with us to go over the pricing. They worked with us every step of the way to verify quantities and delivery/pickup details at the end of the night. They even let us pickup a mirror early so we could put a seating chart on it. They handled everything and made the whole process way easier so my wife and I could focus on our big day. Thanks again and I highly recommend A to Z Event Rentals to anyone! -

Fantastic!
A to Z Rentals was a great company to work with. Throughout my wedding planning process, my vision for my wedding evolved. A to Z was easy to communicate with and they were able to add items to my rental for me. The items they brought were as pictured on their website and really added to the day (I rented Chiavari chairs, an arch for the ceremony, wine barrels, and a cart). Their set-up crew was friendly, efficient and full-service! -

All in one wedding supplies vendor - beautiful!
We used A to Z Rentals of PA to rent all of the supplies for our backyard wedding - tent, tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, and tableware, just to name a few! We were so impressed with the wide selection of items to rent, and their services were both personal and professional. Everything was so beautiful, the setup was handled perfectly, and we had exactly the wedding of our dreams. Thank you so much for everything! -

Great Rental Experience
I used A to Z for wedding rentals on 4/23/22. I rented fruitwood crossback chairs, china, flatware and water goblets. Overall, I had a very positive experience. Ann and Kayla were very responsive to emails, very flexible on changing quantities and even items - up until 2 weeks before the wedding. Payment and contract signing were easy and all online. The items rented were in nice condition and well kept. I had no concern over cleanliness of the china, flatware or water goblets (they were delivered in racks covered by plastic). Delivery was flawless and they even had an option for late-night pickup (11:00PM) at no extra charge. They have a huge selection of items and I loved supporting a woman-owned business. Highly recommend! -

The experience with A to Z Rentals was great. They were quick with their responses and was flexible when I needed to make changes.
We rented gold flatware and amber goblets for our wedding and they completed our tabletop look. They were fairly priced compared to other rental companies we inquired with!
Communication with Ann was great! It was easy to make adjustments as needed throughout the planning process. -

Super Helpful and Easy to Work With
A to Z is amazing! They have so many beautiful, affordable pieces to choose from. They're also just the kindest people that you can work with. From the very start, they answered all of my many questions quickly and graciously. They offer delivery and setup which was SO handy for us the day of the wedding!
We rented gold chivari chairs, linens, flatware, and a few more things from them. I would have loved to rented more but sadly by the time we had heard about them, I had already rented most of my pieces from another company. If I would do it over, I would go straight to them! They're amazing!-

A+ Service
Ann was such an integral part of our day helping us design and pick out our wedding linens. She went above and beyond finding us the perfect colors to match our aesthetic. The show room is awesome to actually go and see the rentals, swatches and all the offerings. Ann was quick to respond to all questions and made the rental process super easy. -

Rentals for wedding
Ann from A to Z Event Rentals is amazing!!! She went above and beyond to try to find chairs for me for our wedding. She wasn't able to find the exact ones and I had to go else where for chairs. I did rent farm tables, linen and an arbor for our wedding from her. The tables and arbor were so beautiful! They were all handmade by her husband! Ann was very responsive and let me come to her shop multiple times when I was trying to figure everything out! I would recommend a to z rental to anyone looking to rent anything they have!! I look forward to renting from them in the future!! -

A to Z Event Rentals was extremely helpful as my wife and I planned our wedding. They were flexible with the total number of chairs when we made our initial booking several months before the wedding, and showed up on time before and after the wedding and quickly afterwards. Very professional!
I used this company to supply my chairs for an outdoor ceremony! They were very accommodating to my time and schedule for the event, flexible as our event ran late. They placed the chairs to perfection and picked them up super quickly, which was important because the reception was held elsewhere! I was budget conscious and these guys were definitely a great price in comparison to other places and had a modest set up fee and travel costs. I hired 60 chairs and they looked fantastic! -

If I ever need to rent anything from anyone again... This will be my go to company. Ann was so sweet through the whole process. We had a minor fiasco with some flooding at the event site during pick up and they made it work on short notice. They were reasonably priced and their chairs were fantastic. -

Ann from A to Z Rentals was absolutely AMAZING. I can not begin to tell you how much I LOVED using this rental company. My husband and I got married last month and we used A to Z for our rental needs (which changed SO many times throughout the whole process). Ann was responsive and ALWAYS was willing to work with me. My venue was a unique venue and only offered limited supply of everything. Well Ann was there for all the changes that were made. She added on and subtracted things from my contract multiple times without ever batting an eye. When it came down to it, we only needed to rent linens from them, but even with the troubles that came with that, they were awesome. When they dropped the linen off, they stated they just needed a pick up time and to know where we would be putting the linens (they didn't need to folded, just placed in a pile with the hangers that came with them). Well it turns out that in the haste of cleaning up the night before, my mom accidentally took the hangers with her since she didn't know who they belonged to and didn't want anyone to forget them AND my caterer apparently cleaned 2 tables and didn't place the linens in the designated spot. INSTEAD of just charging me for the 2 lost linens, Ann called me and WAITED for my husband and I to come to the venue to find the linens. They were absolutely patient and understanding and did EVERYTHING with a smile. I highly recommend them because they made a VERY stressful situation seem very calm, which is hard to do for a type A person like me! -

I cannot say enough about Ann with A to Z Rentals. She was wonderful to work with for our April 28, 2018 wedding. She was incredibly responsive and professional. Her prices were the best in the area and her product is exactly what she advertises - clean, well cared for, and beautiful!
We rented 132 of their gold chivari chairs with the white cushion - they were delivered and picked up on time. Setup precisely the way I requested and truly dressed up the whole room. I could not be happier with our experience and would strongly recommend Ann for anyone on the hunt for gorgeous chairs (and everything else she offers)

A to Z was incredible to work with. At first it was just chairs, then at the last minute I needed to add tables. Then a day later a dance floor! They had no problem accommodating my wife and I and our guests. The set up was quick and painless, and the tear down was just as easy. They worked hand in hand with T and T Tent Rentals to coordinate everything and make sure everything was ready when it needed to be before and after. All in all a wonderful stress-free experience! -

Ann and I literally talked for over a year in regards to what linens I wanted for my wedding. I probably changed my mind at least 5 times and she was nothing but patient with me. Her husband was very nice too and helped showcase the linens. He even met me at a mutual spot so that I did not have to drive all the way to Dillsburg. A to Z Event Rentals made my daughter's wedding reception fantastic! The padded white chairs finished off our tables and made everything look perfect! Ann was wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions and made the whole process a breeze! The chairs and tables were delivered to the venue the day before so they could be set up before we began decorating. I would highly recommend them for your future event/wedding. I will definitely use them again!! -

We used A to Z Event Rentals for my daughter's wedding. Their service was great. They were always available to answer our questions, and were flexible with our plans, allowing us to have the items a few days early to get everything set up. Nothing but professionalism and quality service from our first contact. We rented white chairs for our daughter's wedding and they were in perfect condition. Clean, white and just what we ordered.
