We had a phenomenal experience working with. Taste of Elegance Catering.
From our initial tasting, they impressed us with professionalism. They walked us through the offerings and provided thoughtful accommodation for my husband’s seafood allergies. They assured us that they could maintain seafood as an option for guests withouts allergies without having any cross contamination issues.
On our wedding day, their flexibility and attention to detail stood out. The staff was professional, friendly, and punctual throughout. Our venue had them on their recommended list, and it’s easy to see why. They delivered exceptional service at a competitive rate compared to other caterers in the area. While we were busy with outfit changes and photos, they made sure we didn’t miss out by bringing hors d’oeuvres directly to us. They even extended this courtesy to our family and bridal party during cocktail hour, which was such a considerate touch. We’ve continued to receive feedback from our guests after the wedding with compliments on the quality of the food. We would definitely recommend them to any other local brides (Everyone loved the cajun pasta and the green beans).

A great caterer!

So tasty and organized!
Taste of Elegance was so easy to work with and the food was amazing (highly recommend the Creole Pasta and the Mashed Potatoes)! They were also very helpful in helping us decide how much alcohol we would need for our signature drinks and had a huge linen selection to choose from! Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of working with A Taste of Elegance for our wedding, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From the very beginning, their team was incredibly responsive, accommodating all of our requests with ease. They were quick to adjust to changes in headcount, always ensuring that we had the perfect amount of food for our guests. We had a few specific dietary requests and questions about allergies, and they took the time to thoroughly answer everything, making us feel completely at ease. Their flexibility extended to scheduling a tasting outside of their regular hours, which was a huge help since we were coming from out of state.
As for the food and cocktails – wow! Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also absolutely delicious. We received endless compliments from our guests on the quality and flavor of the food, and the cocktails were equally impressive. Throughout the entire planning process and on the big day, the professionalism of the A Taste of Elegance team was unparalleled. Delicious food!
I cannot begin to tell you how many consultations I had with catering vendors for our wedding on 10.11.24 and even had a horrible experience that halted all of my planning. Taste of Elegance came to the rescue! They were professional, responsive, flexible, understanding, and very affordable for their services. I never knew what actually went into catering services, but they did it! Our friends and family raved over the food. My husband and I actually sat and ATE and had leftovers for a few days. It was absolutely delicious!

Dream wedding
We recently chose Taste for our wedding and we could not be happier! The food choices, the quality, and the price were unmatched. We received so many positive compliments especially on our special lamb lollipop appetizers and we were so thankful! Not to mention all of the delicious desserts! In addition to having great food and customer service, Taste of Elegance also put our attention on Sweeney Barn (one of only 5 locations that they service) for our wedding reception! The food is very good especially when compared to the price of other catering services in Northern Virginia. I would 100% recommend the coconut shrimp appetizers to anyone using their services. They are very responsive to emails and we had no issues at all. At our reception, we had a buffet, manned pasta station, and full bar. I heard from some of my guests that many people went back for seconds, so we are not alone in thinking the food is great! The bartender brought fun cocktails for me and my husband throughout the evening which was very fun. Per tier recommendation, we purchased our own alcohol so at the end of the night, we left with our leftover alcohol and several pans of food (despite people going up for seconds!) and they also packed 2 plated meals for us. I’m not sure what type of event I might host again in the future, but I would definitely use their services again!

Taste of Elegance was amazing! The food, the service, and the professionalism were top-notch. I was personally obsessed with their coconut shrimp and mashed potatoes, but my guests are still talking about how good the food was. They provided the linen, plates, glassware, bartenders, and non-alcoholic beverages, making the entire experience seamless. We are so glad we chose Taste of Elegance as our caterer for our wedding. They have plenty of options in regards to the type of catering (plated, buffet, etc.) as well as the types of food. They also let you bring your own alcohol, and they can bring the mixers. The tasting was probably the most fun thing we did in our planning process. They also supply linens, plates, napkins, and utensils, and in an array of colors. We managed to match our wedding colors PERFECTLY. The prices are insanely reasonable for what is provided, as well. Everyone was so professional. You can't go wrong with choosing Taste of Elegance!

We are so glad that we chose Taste of Elegance to cater our wedding. At both the in-person tasting and the virtual planning meetings, we were impressed by how considerate, flexible, and detail-oriented everyone was. In addition to helping us plan a fun and unique menu, Taste of Elegance also did a great job assisting us with event planning and handling some of our rentals for the meal. On the day of the wedding, their staff was amazing and the food was delicious. We got so many compliments from our guests about how great their dinners were, and the family style service was perfect for the friendly atmosphere we were trying to create. Plus, hiring them meant that we did not become yet another couple who didn’t have a chance to eat at their own wedding–the staff took great care to make sure we got to enjoy everything.

Taste of Elegance was great for our wedding. They were on the list of recommended vendors for our venue (The Ospreys in Woodbridge, VA). We set up a free tasting at their location in Stafford, which was a great experience. The food was delicious and they worked with us to create a personalized menu. On the day of the wedding, the staff was professional and took care of everything we needed. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and the food was delicious. We just had our wedding yesterday at Morais Vinyards, and I have to say I am soooooo happy that I chose taste of elegance to cater our wedding. I planned a wedding in Virginia out of state, and they were extremely accommodating to what I needed. I have to add, that the staff that worked the event were exceptional. They fed us and our family when we were taking pictures, and as I waited to walk down the aisle. Absolutely wonderful catering staff and bar tenders. 10/10!!

We can’t say enough good things about Tracy and her team. From the tasting to our 30 day walk through at the venue, Tracy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with helping us make decisions for our big day. She and her team ran things flawlessly the day of with both the buffet and the bars, table setup etc, and made sure my husband and I got food/drinks amidst all of the craziness. The quality of food was excellent. Many people don’t remember wedding food but we got lots of compliments!! I overall would recommend this team for any wedding or big event!

I LOVED having A Taste of Elegance as my wedding caterer. Unfortunately, I’m a COVID bride and had to cancel my initial wedding plans with 6-days’ notice, but ATOE was truly wonderful about working with me to reschedule (twice!) to a new date. They took extra precautions to keep things safe and sanitary. Their tasting was private, informative, and made us feel like family. Choosing their services was an easy decision. We worked with both Tracy and Carey and they were both very knowledgeable about wedding day events, so they shared ideas with us on how to make the day run more smoothly. We received SO many compliments about how great the food was! They have plenty of options for all dietary restrictions. My absolute favorite were the peppadew peppers, the coconut shrimp, and the cucumber flutes all at the cocktail hour! The linens they used really added the extra “sparkle” to make our room beautiful! I also really appreciated them bringing snacks to Bride and Groom and wedding party while we were taking pictures. It made people smile more and feel more relaxed! Would definitely hire them again in the future for other events.

Incredible! The BEST!
Tracy and her team were a huge part of making my daughter's wedding truly memorable. They went above and beyond including serving lemonade and spa water to guests prior to the ceremony, serving appetizers to the wedding party during photos so nobody missed out, making sure the bride and groom and parents all were taken care of, table set up was gorgeous, and the leftovers we were able to keep were packaged, labeled and refrigerated, and they cut and served the wedding cake. Our guests all raved over the food and the service. They relieved my stress too! The entire staff was professional and personable. I can't thank you enough Tracy!

We loved everything about working with A Taste of Elegance. The food was delicious, the staff was incredible, and pricing was reasonable. At our initial meeting we were able to taste a wide variety of their offerings and the room was decorated with some of their table and decor options to show us those as well. During the planning process they were great to work with and very responsive. They were flexible and willing to work with us when we had to change venues and locations unexpectedly and of course when we had to postpone our wedding. On the day of our wedding the staff was professional and attentive and the event ran smoothly. They brought us appetizers and drinks right after the ceremony and served us our dinners at the reception. Our guests raved about the cajun seafood pasta and we loved the mashed potato bar and beef tenderloin! We would definitely recommend them to our friends.

I can say without any hesitation, that I 100% recommend Taste of Elegance for any event--especially a wedding. We'd had a few tastings, but every other vendor seemed to be astronomically high for what we were getting. Taste of Elegance had such competitive pricing, that we had to see if the food was any good. Boy was it!! The wide variety of appetizers and buffet foods we had was incredible--our guests were absolutely raving about the food. So many people came up to us to say how good it was--and how it was literally the best wedding food they've ever had. So.... HUGE WIN!!
We had a few hiccups with our venue (bartenders that the venue hired failed to show up). We were lamenting that if Taste of Elegance had been in charge of the alcohol as well, we would have had NO PROBLEM whatsoever. But the fact that they were so on top of the service for our event really helped ease any stress brought on by the venue's hiccups. I give the food, the service, and the ease of working with this caterer FIVE STARS!

Carey and the Taste of Elegance staff who cared for our reception were all we desired a professional catering and event team to be! We felt like we were their only client when we went for our initial tasting, and we continued to feel that way throughout our planning process. When you're planning for such an important day, you need individuals like Carey by your side; she made sure that there was nothing we needed to be worried about! The mashed potato martini bar, the Tuscan chicken, the creole pasta, everything was good to the last bite! All of our family and friends raved about the food! The only bad thing for us as the bride and groom was that we didn't get to eat as much as we wanted to!! :o) Thank you Carey!!

AMAZING is such an understatement with ATOE! Our guest loved every food item on the menu — even the kids!! The mashed potato bar was such a huge hit!! The wait staff was so accommodating to all our guests and they ensured we were fed, had drinks, and cake! They even took food and drinks to our suites!!! We were sooooooo happy with ATOE and they really made this such a smooth process!!! Would highly recommend them to any bride to be! Carey is RESPONSIVE and fantastic!!! If you want to be stress free on the day of the wedding hire ATOE!

Delicious food, GREAT staff!
A Taste of Elegance catered my wedding, and they did an AMAZING job! The food was so delicious, but on top of that their staff was very helpful! We had a few last minute changes and additions that our ATE coordinator handled flawlessly. Their servers went out of their way to make sure that my husband and I got a delicious hot meal amidst all the chaos (believe me, getting to eat at one's own wedding is not a guarantee and I'm so happy that they made sure we got to!). I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for delicious food and a professional and extremely helpful catering staff.

Taste of Elegance was perfect for our wedding. Their presentation of the food, their service, their communication leading up to the wedding, their peppadews(!!!), ... I could go on. All of it helped make wedding planning easier, and the wedding day stress free. I had many guests compliment the food flavoring and the variety of options that were available. Not to mention the price was unbeatable compared to many other vendors that we looked at.
I highly recommend them for weddings or any catering event.

Taste of Elegance was a pleasure to work with for our wedding day. You simply cannot beat the price for the quality of food and service. During the cocktail hour, they even had a server bring food and drinks to the bridal party and groomsmen during the photos. One thing to keep in mind is on the day of the wedding, you really are not supervising the food etc arriving, which I only saw at the reception. You really want someone you can trust, and Taste of Elegance came highly recommended to me, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic Caterer

Taste of Elegance catered my wedding this past August. I don’t think there are enough words or metaphors to accurate describe how great they are . Food is arguably one of the top three things st any event but specifically a wedding that can make th entire day a hit or a miss. Your guest will remember the loving moments I am sure but the details will fade in time - what I tend to hear after weddings is the food good or bad.
From introduction via email to the personal tasting appointment to the time in between your wedding of constant comminication and quick thoughtful responses; it was such a huge relief and an easy part of my wedding planning.

We had the peppadew stuffed peppers - amazing

The cranberry pecan salad - I wanted to take a whole bowl of it home- have at least three bowls of it
String beans with sea salt- crisp and flavorful
Main entree was chicken and salmon with some type of yummy sauce - guests got seconds and thirds
And the winner of the night was the mashed potatoe martini bar. I won’t even say how many martinis I had 🤓
After several tastings with other caterers Taste of Elegance was an easy pick ... give them a call and go to a tasting - you won’t regret it .
I am looking forward to hosting another event just to use them again.

We looked at multiple caterers through our wedding venue's recommendations and went to a tasting with Carrie at Taste of Elegance. Carrie was so supportive of our vision during our tasting and helped us perfect our menu for our wedding that day. Going into the tasting, we were a bit unsure of the style or even food choices that we wanted. Carrie made it easy and through her experience and creativity, helped us come up with the perfect menu.
Throughout the process of planning our wedding, Carrie was so helpful and responsive to all of our questions. In addition, she was onsite when we did our final planning and made the process quick and easy for us at this busy time.

Taste of Elegance is amazing! We have nothing but positive things to say about our entire experience with them. The two owners are wonderful people who are responsive and attentive to your needs. We changed our menu multiple times to add items, change main courses etc. and they were always helpful and never minded sending us updated contracts each time. The tasting was great and they walk you through everything you could choose and what would be best for your wedding. Also, the day of staff including the waiters and the manager, Alex, were amazing! They served everyone promptly, were attentive to our guests and to us, and they even helped us clean up after the reception was over. We were so happy with the service. They bring appetizers and drinks to the wedding party during pictures, and give leftovers to the bride and groom for a late night meal.
Now, the real showstopper, the food! People are still raving about our wedding menu. We had a served meal and every entree was delicious. The most raved about was the beef selection followed closely by the salmon. Not to be outdone the appetizers were a huge hit! Definitely get the chicken cordon Blu bites and the mini grilled cheese! Oh, and the late night snack of pretzels and cheese was so welcomed by our guests and by us as we took some for the ride home and it was delicious. Alex even re-heated it for us before we left!
Overall, I can't say enough great things about Taste of Elegance. They are the best at what they do and you will have guests telling you weeks later how good the food was. I highly recommend this company.

We had Taste of Elegance caterer our November 19th wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was incredible. Throughout the night the staff checked in on my husband and I to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Our guests loved the food, especially the Bourbon Chicken and Mashed Potato Martini Bar. They had so much flavor that our guests kept going back for more. I would recommend Taste of Elegance in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a caterer for their wedding.

Taste of Elegance was recommended to me by my Venue. I hit the jackpot for sure with this vendor!!! We met Carey a few times at Harbour View and we were able to taste a few of their menu items. We spoke with her and just asked her a few general questions and she was so amazing and very honest with us. We went to their location to do our tasting and I was just blown away. We were off in our own little private room, each dish was brought out to us and explained while we were tasting. It was unbelievable! If we ever had any questions or changes that needed to be made Carey was just a quick email away. A few weeks before the wedding, we met with her at the venue to just review how tables were going to be set up, how the buffet would work, timelines and such. She also helped us in finding our special glitter linens that I had been searching all over the internet for! The colors were PERFECT! Everything was just beyond words amazing. They brought the wedding party down some appetizers while we were waiting to have pictures taken. The food was phenomenal! Carey checked on us to make sure we were plenty full and even packed us some togo boxes. My guests RAVED about how amazing the food was! Carey is super sweet and so fun to work with, extremely organized and accommodating to any food specific needs. She also offered us a kids menu choice for the little ones or the picky eaters which was perfect! I would use this company again in a heartbeat!!

Carey and Tracy were TOP NOTCH! I have ZERO bad to say about this company and their service from beginning to end! They accommodated my nerves when I had the jitters about the place settings and linens after they already set with me during the walk through. So they allowed my mom and I to come out and have one final look to make the final decision. And the food was AMAZING! Its nothing worse than having "wedding food" you know the bland flavor normal stuffy food. We had a tasting and the food was just as good at the wedding as it was at the tasting. The ladies are an awesome duo and will work with your budget! They will also offer suggestions to keep your cost low so they aren't just out for your money. Don't hesitate on booking them for your next event!

We loved having A Taste of Elegance cater our wedding! When we entered the reception hall, we were blown away by the beautiful set up the staff had done. The food, drink, and service throughout our wedding day were incredible. While we were taking post-ceremony photos in the hot summer sun, two servers stood nearby with drinks and food for the bridal party to snack on. During the event, the entire staff was very attentive to needs of the guests and always kept smiles on their faces. The dinner buffet was a hit, especially the mashed potato bar. Yum! I highly recommend A Taste of Elegance to any bride that is looking for a great catering and service for a wedding in the Fredericksburg area!

This vendor was recommended to us by the owner of the venue for our wedding, Rock Hill Plantation House. We are very glad we chose Taste of Elegance to cater our wedding. They were very friendly and easy to work with and helped us create a menu that would work for our event and our budget. We read in a review that they had prepared fried chicken for another event and when we asked them to do the same for our wedding they were able to accommodate our request. We served our meal buffet style and they were able to manage the crowd well so that everyone was able to get their food quickly and many guests went back for seconds of their favorites. The wait staff provided the bridal party with appetizers and drinks during our bridal party picture since we didn’t make most of the cocktail hour and they were quick to get us our meals first and pack us to go boxes as well. Everyone was raving about the food, the mac and cheese in particular, it was all a hit! With this vendor we were also able to provide our own alcohol and their bartender served the drinks which worked out really well and helped us save money. They also provided table linens which was very helpful. Overall the food was a big hit, the vendors were so easy to work with and I would highly recommend!

Carey was always quick to respond, thorough, and so helpful-- she helped us out in a few tight logistics spots with our timeline and menu choices, and gave us great, honest advice. Day-of, they did a beautiful job with table set ups (we also did our linens through them), service was seamless, and the food was delicious. They made sure my husband and I ate on the day of the wedding and were even kind enough to pack up an extra to-go box for us to eat after the wedding. I would recommend them 100%!

Carey was so wonderful to work with and the team was so flexible on the day of our wedding when a sudden downpour ensued. Everyone was quick to adjust and they were still so sweet and accommodating despite the few changes we needed to make while the rain passed over. A taste of Elegance was an excellent choice for our caterer. Not only were we able to pick our own menu, we were able to cater it to be gluten free for my mother-in-law. The food was absolutely delicious and we got so many compliments on how great it tasted. We also were served at our head table so that my husband and I could eat while the other tables were getting their food. At the end of the night we also got two to-go boxes of food for my husband and I when we got home. Overall it was amazing food at an even better price!

Exceptional from start to finish! From our first phone call to wedding day, Carey and Tracy were wonderful to work with! They were spot-on with answering questions and never made us feel like they did not have time to answer them. The food was amazing and so was the service. They (and their staff) were professional and friendly...and helped make our guests feel welcome before we arrived at the reception. They went above and beyond! We hired Taste of Elegance to cater our wedding and could not have been happier with our choice! We actually paid extra to have them come all the way to Winchester because the food/service was so AMAZING! Tracy and her team went above and beyond on our wedding day, even helping set up some of the decor when we were in a time crunch! We were even brought appetizers and drinks from the cocktail hour while we were taking portraits! All of the staff was so helpful and friendly and all of our guests have RAVED about the food! Taste of Elegance truly made our day one of a kind!

A Taste of Elegance is the BEST wedding caterer! I got married November 7th, 2015. Carey and Tracy and their team are amazing! I am SO happy we chose them for our wedding. The food was delicious! Carey was so easy to work with leading up to our wedding. She answered all my questions I emailed her about very quickly. She was flexible with the final payment because it was due before we got our RSVPs back and we wouldn't have know a final number so she pushed the date back for us. Tracy was at our wedding making sure it all ran smoothly and it did! I didn't just see her once she was there the whole time! She made sure my husband and I had everything we needed during the reception. They got us a special try of hors d'oeuvres just for us. They also got us drinks. You can tell they really love catering and are the best in the business, in my opinion!

We booked Taste of Elegance upon the recommendation of Richard at Rock Hill Plantation House. They are one of his 3 preferred vendors and after getting a quote from another caterer on the list, we knew Taste of Elegance would be the best value. They have a lot of options so when you are picking your menu you can really customize it. They were great in communicating and really flexible. It was also nice being able to get all our linens and glassware from them, and not another vendor. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! After the wedding the helped my parents pack up all our centerpieces and gifts which was a great help.

WOW, Taste of Elegance was perfect! From the first point of contact, they were super responsive to my calls and emails, so much so that we didn't even go to any other tastings. Carey was SO nice especially when I freaked out a little bit about linen colors a few days before the wedding - she came up with a solution and I stopped worrying as soon as I spoke to her. The food was delicious, from the appetizers to the buffet - get the mashed potato bar! and they packed us to-go boxes which we ate for dinner the next day. They don't nickel and dime you like some of the other caterers I got quotes from, and the food is amazing! It was a pleasure to work with them.

So my wedding is in a couple months from now but I wanted to share my experience thus far in hopes this will help any other bride on the edge. I am so thankful I chose to go with A Taste of Elegance, they've been so accommodating and been very responsive in all of my planning stages, my emails will be answered within a couple hours and at most 24 hours. Every detail and steps clearly laid out and from our conversation I know they had my best interest in mind. Oh and the tasting was AMAZING, the food was great with many options to choose from. I have no doubt on my choice and would highly recommend them to everyone.

LOVED A Taste of Elegance. Carey is an absolute pleasure to work with -- the value for what you are getting is unbeatable. Great responsiveness to my concerns and definitely made the experience unforgettable. My guests said our buffet was incredible and delicious!! I kept stressing that I did not want cold food served, because that can be the case with buffet style sometimes, and it wasn't even close to cold -- guests really enjoyed the food and the service!!

Food is AMAZING! and the staff is great! They are flexible and super easy to work with. The definitely want your day to be special and unique! LOVE THEM!!!! Carey helped come up with a menu that was great and also fit within our budget! I recommend them 100%. Outstanding service! It was so important for us to have the best food served to our guests, and we couldn't have picked a better caterer! We have received so many compliments about the food and still continue to receive them. I was amazed with how everything turned out. The set up and the delicious fresh made mashed potato, was definitely my favorite. The service was the BEST!!! We felt like celebrities, and were treated like royalty.

I am so thankful that I chose Taste of Elegance for our wedding. Even from the planning stage, the owners were great. They always answered emails within 24 hours and were great for advising us on any questions we had and were always willing to meet with us to go over things. And of course, all the food was great, from the appetizers to dinner!! The guest had nothing but positive things to say about the food. As the bride, I was also thankful that the staff ensured the groom and I were always taken care and got something to eat and drink. We had a waiter and waitress waiting for us right after the ceremony to be sure we got appetizers before posing for more pictures and they left us a packed meal as a late night snack if we needed it. I can’t say enough kind words about the owners, the staff, and food from Taste of Elegance and would HIGHLY recommend them for any event.

I haven't had them actually cater for me yet, but let me just say how fabulous they have been so far! I emailed 3 caterers and A Taste of Elegance was the only one who actually got back to me. Needless to say, my choice was pretty easy to make. Also, at a wedding event that I went to the bartender and all of their employees had great attitudes and seemed like a perfect addition to my reception! Every email I have sent has been responded to within 24 hours and Carey has put up with all my questions. She's been great! I am so excited to work with them and have them cater my wedding! I'll let you know how it goes. :)

I am so thankful that we went with A Taste of Elegance for our wedding. Not only had they worked at our venue several times (venue: Rock Hill Plantation) - so they knew the location well - but they did a fabulous job serving our guests throughout the night. SHe made the process super simple and was willing to work with us every step of the way-- she took good care of us during the wedding as well! They catered to us (the bride and groom) so well. They made sure we ate. All of the food was cooked and prepared just as we asked at out first tasting. We had strawberry salad, filet mignon, italian seasoned chicken breast, string beans, potatoe bar, rolls, soft drinks. We provided the alcohol and cupcakes because it was cheaper for us to buy and they served it. They provided tablecloths and napkins, charges, silverware, glasses, and no cutting fee. This was for 125 people.
Everyone went back for seconds and are still raving about how delicious the food was.
They were EXTREMELY professional. Worked with us all the way. Helped us take shortcuts because we are both recent college graduates and still attending school.

I'm so glad I went with A Taste of Elegance. I found them at a Bridal Show in the area and later found out that they did almost all of the weddings at my chosen venue, Rock Hill Plantation. So they knew all the ins and outs of the venue and that led to a completely seamless reception. They were so friendly, very flexible with the options, even late in the game. The tasting was great as well. They had a great variety of food to try and everything was delicious. I didn't feel rushed and they were very patient with my indecisiveness. I would highly recommend them.

I used Taste of Elegance for my wedding on October 5th. I could not be happier with them! The food was really good, the chicken a little dry but that can happen with a buffet. They were so great to work with, kept very good contact with me during the whole planning process. The day of my wedding they made sure my husband and I were well taken care of. During the cocktail hour they brought drinks and food to us while we were finishing up taking pictures. They were so helpful and such a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them!

Carey and her crew were phenomenal! Carey was a delight to work with and very responsive to all my emails/questions. The staff bringing us appetizers and drinks while getting our pictures done was a great surprise. The bartender and all the staff was great, not to mention the food --- YUMMY! Working with Carey and Tracy was a breeze! They are incredibly responsive to any and all questions. The food was a big hit. Everyone loved the mashed potato martini bar. I loved that they brought us up to eat first that way we could spend time greeting our guests. It was also great that they had servers that brought the wedding party drinks and appetizers while we were taking pictures. I would definitely work with these ladies again. A Taste of Elegance was wonderful to work with and their food was delicious. After my original menu choice, I made multiple changes during the course of my wedding planning. A Taste of Elegance was very flexible and worked with me until the menu was perfect for me. Additionally, I had two gluten free guests and 4 children and A Taste of Elegance accommodated these speciality meals for no additional cost.
On the wedding day, A Taste of Elegance made sure that me and my husband ate by coming to the bridal suite with hours d'oeuvres and by serving us first for dinner. It was a little detail that made a big difference. Their staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient.
My guests gobbled up the steak and were very complimentary on the quality of the meal. I am still hearing about how tasty the dinner was.
I recommend A Taste of Elegance to cater your wedding. Their food and customer service was top notch.

A Taste of Elegance went above and beyond for our April 26th Wedding! I literally could not be happier with how our entire night went and our experience with them. From the time my husband and I had our tasting with Carrie-we knew we had found the caterer we would be using. Food is clearly a huge part of a party-especially a wedding. We knew we wanted pretty normal food-but food that tasted great! We decided on the mixed vegetables, house salad, mashed potato bar (my personal favorite!), Chicken Marsala and a Beef Carving Station. We received so many compliments on our food-I was blown away. The presentation was perfect-and everything was cooked perfectly. The serving staff were all so nice and professional. An added bonus was that a few of them walked around with the bridal party while we were getting pictures-so we didn't miss cocktail hour at all! I would highly, highly recommend them-you absolutely can't go wrong.

These caterers know what they are doing and do it well. Carrie was very responsive and willing to answer any and all questions. We chose a buffet reception with the mashed potato bar (a HUGE hit), chicken breast with artichoke, asiago cheese & panko, london broil, green beans with sea salt and olive oil. caesar salad, and rolls with butter. We received several compliments on the food, particularly the london broil and mashed potatoes. A Taste of Elegance also offers a bar service where the couple can provide the alcohol, and the caterers provide the bartender, glasses, all mixers, and non-alcoholic beverages. This was a great package and saved us a lot of money! Carrie also took great care of me and my groom by making us a plate to be ready for us after we were announced and sent us home with extra food at the end of the event!
