    A Rental Connection is the best!

    A Rental Connection played a pivotal role in bringing our wedding vision to life on October 5, 2024, at Hummingbird Nest Ranch. As both the bride and a wedding planner with Jamison + Tania Events, I had specific design ideas, and A Rental Connection didn’t just meet them—they took them to an entirely new level.

    The custom arches they created were nothing short of spectacular, adding a unique and breathtaking touch to our ceremony.     Created the wedding of our dreams!

    We got married at a venue that required a complete build-out, meaning everything from tables and chairs to the kitchen, to the linens and cutlery. ARC helped us bring our vision to life! They let us come to the showroom multiple times to choose our equipment and test out different looks/feels for our table scapes. They were always responsive and professional.

    So perfect!!

    Bob was so awesome and easy to work with! We just gave him or vision and he made it happen, we didn’t have to worry about a thing! Everything was so perfect!

    Bob is the best!

    Working with A-Rental was an incredibly easy process. Bob patiently listened to our vision and then facilitated us through the whole process. He gave us great suggestions for our venue that he knew very well, and best of all he did NOT try to up sell us at all. He even made great suggestions on how to save here and there. He's a very trustworthy guy. Everything was delivered on time and looked great. We'd use A-Rental again in a heartbeat.

    Dependable rental service!

    After exploring several options, we opted to use A Rental Connection as recommended by our wedding venue. Unless your venue offers pre-set tables, chairs, linens, flatware, etc., you may find this can be an overwhelming process. Not the case with A Rental Connection! We paid a visit to their showroom where Kristi was extremely helpful with finding options that fit our budget yet also fulfilled our wedding-design visions. Furthermore, A Rental Connection has a great reputation with several wedding venues, so when it comes to setup and breakdown you can rest assured they will get the job done right and on-time! Your wedding is a special day with several special moments, and this company really tied it all together for us in beautiful fashion! Thank you Kristi!

    Great rental company!

    Bob and his whole team are great! He's so responsive with answering questions and providing updated quotes. Their prices are better than other rental companies in the area as well. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great party rental company.

    We had our wedding at Saddlerock Ranch last week and wanted to give a special thank you to Bob and the A Rental team. During the planning phase Bob was very helpful throughout, we excellent communication and fair pricing. Their service was so good in fact we used them for a pre-wedding BBQ which also went off without a hitch. Our wedding was outdoors on the hottest day of the year. At a time where complaints would be expected, we heard none. Thank you. You will not find a more competent party rental source.

    Julie at A Rental Connection was really accommodating and wonderful to work with, even though I changed my flatware, champagne coupe, and copper mug order for my wedding a million times! The pickup and return process was also very easy! And they even allowed me to rent the items I needed for the whole weekend, since my wedding was taking place out of town.

    A Rental Connection provided all of our rentals for our daughter's wedding at Hummingbird Nest Ranch--from tables an chairs to the dance floor to the bars and chuppah. From start to finish, they were responsive, accommodating, and flexible. We had to rent literally everything for this beautiful outside venue and A Rental Connection was spot on. No issues at all. I highly recommend their services!!

    Bob and the whole team at A Rental Connection are the best in the business!! There simply is NO competition! They have a massive inventory of premium event rentals at reasonable prices. They have everything in stock, from silverware to large beautiful tents. Bob and the team are patient, consistent, and RELIABLE! They have helped me plan numerous parties and a large wedding with hundreds of guests. They were nice enough to offer lots of free advice from their decades of experience. They helped us pick other vendors we could rely on, and they even followed up with them without us even asking. They treat you like family and truly care. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone and any event. They take the stress out of hosting.

    Bob is great!! He provided quality service and very helpful PDFs of the reception room layout --> if you are knee deep in putting your tables together, this will become very handy. He was very accommodating when we went to the showroom to pick out our linen and table settings and he even came to the vendor walk through. The best part is that he was familiar with the space and knew they best way to set up the reception room when it came time to place our buffet stations and band :-)

    Bob is great to work with! He even did a site walkthough with me and my planner before the big day which really helps us layout certain things for the wedding. Thankfully he had worked at our venue numerous times so it was nice having someone familiar with the layout and giving us great suggestions for certain things! The prices were reasonable and they were very fast and responsive with their replies. Highly recommend!

    We worked with Kristi for our wedding a few weeks ago and she did a great job! We loved the tables we rented, along with the flatware, plates, glasses etc. Everything fit great with our theme! I loved going to their warehouse and playing around with the tablescapes. It was nice that they allowed us that time to really see things before we selected what we wanted. Kristi was great about helping us make budget friendly options, which my father greatly appreciated. It was nice to hear her opinions on what really mattered and what little things I could go cheaper on. She was very responsive and worked with us up until the last seconds. We had heaters on our order, which are costly. We were thinking the weather would be cooler during the evening since our entire wedding was outdoors but a few days before we decided to take them off, which saved us money and it ended up being in the 70s during the evening so there was no need for them. Overall we are very pleased with Kristi and a rental connection!

    What can I say about the wonderful Bob at A Rental Connection?
    He's just flat out GREAT! An absolute pleasure to work and coordinate with. Their inventory is vast! He had the beautiful wood tables and chairs that I had always envisioned. They have a showroom where you can go pick out everything you may need. He was even as great as to help me hang up my escort seating which was not related to the rentals at all, but was willing to help me plan out a course of action as well as....take action.
    A Rental Connection provided all my tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, linens, barware, bar, portable kitchen and lighting! They are not cheap, but they are not overpriced. You get what you pay for in terms of good condition of items and he is a great person to work with. He met us at the venue for a walk through and answered my abundance of emails. I'm sure I was a major pest, but he never seemed to mind and he was very timely with his responses.

    My contact person was Julie. My husband and i went to their showroom. i loved everything I saw!! However, I had to stay within my budget. Julie was so great at helping me realize my wedding with their beautiful wooded table and chiavari chairs and still staying within my budget. She was great throughout the entire planning process. I highly recommend working with A rental connection in particular with Julie. She made sure to note all my specific delivery instructions. The day of the wedding they were there on time! Everything went down smoothly!!!

    We were referred to Bob at A Rental Connection by Michelle at Hummingbird Nest Ranch for our wedding there. He was knowledgeable, professional and really listened to what we had in mind. We had to make numerous changes throughout the wedding planning process, and he was really flexible. Very easy to work with, and reasonably priced. And the day of the wedding, everything looked amazing.

    We were very happy using A Rental Connection for our wedding. They have a great showroom where we chose our linens and china, and did a mock up table setting closer to our date so we could make changes if we wanted to. The rental quality was great and the service by Bob even better!

    Bob is simply AWESOME!! He went above and beyond my expectations. He was super responsive (never had to follow-up), made himself available for our site visits, revised our order a million times without complaints, opened his showroom afterhours because we were only in town that weekend, and was so fast setting up and breaking down on the day of the wedding. I also appreciated his honesty about pricing and he had great recommendations when we picked the pieces. Bob is an overall nice guy and I really enjoyed working with him. Even the people who were there on the day of the event were really friendly and helpful. I was also very impressed with the quality of the furniture pieces we rented and the lighting system was gorgeous. Everyone raved about the great flow he created and the layout was perfect. He totally captured our vision of a sophisticated rustic modern wedding. Now that it's over, I looked back at my invoice and realize what a great deal we got!

    This company set up the venue for my wedding in June and did a wonderful job. We worked closely with Bob who was amazingly easy-going and accommodating. He had worked the venue before and knew exactly how to set it up perfectly. The lighting was beautiful, the tables and chairs were in good shape and everything was super clean. Bob is wonderful to work with and the company was able to deliver exactly what we wanted for our special day.

    A Rental Connection provided all of the rentals for our wedding and was extremely easy to work with. Everything they provided was beautiful; the linens were clean, the chairs were in good shape, and the dance floor looked shiny and new. They were reasonably priced compared to other rental companies as well. We had several meetings and they met us at our venue to make sure that we had everything we needed. Julie was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and went the extra mile for us. The day of the wedding the guys that delivered the rentals were also very helpful and attentive. I am so glad we hired them for our wedding and would do it again in a heartbeat.

    We needed some a few extra pieces to round out our wedding and got the recommendation to work with Bob at Rental Connection. It was a great choice. Bob was easy to work with and very professional. They had some great wood feasting tables that we brought in to mix up the room and a 8x8 wood wall to us for our escort display piece. He also met us at the venue a few months before the big day to walk through the space and helped us figure out the best lighting options. We even rented some copper mugs from them for Moscow Mules. Great experience and I'd highly recommend working with them for any wedding or big event.

    Incredible, affordable, and easy to work with!

    I cannot recommend A Rental Connection highly enough! They provided everything we needed for our wedding and helped make our outdoor venue absolutely stunning. Julie was amazing throughout the planning process, accommodating all of our requests and changes with ease. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

    Omar did a fantastic job planning out the decorations, and the team was on time, quick, and efficient in setting everything up. The tables, chairs, dishware, and lighting all exceeded our expectations and made our special day truly unforgettable.

    Amazing service and rental inventory from ARC. Carlos was excellent with customer service and our ever changing needs for our wedding. Our venue came with nothing so we used ARC for our chuppah, ceremony chairs and furniture & reception furniture. Wish they could've worked with us more on pricing but overall I think what we paid was worth the cost and excellent service. They are a little more affordable than other rental vendors in the area.

    Our venue only provided tables and chairs, so we had a big list of things we needed from A Rental Connection. Working with Carlos, I was able to get everything I needed -- flatware, linens, cups, plates, tables for vendors, pitchers, and several other items. I would recommend going to the showroom to get a complete view of the tabletop offerings, as everything isn't listed in the catalog. I absolutely loved the gold flatware we picked and I appreciated the range of options on pricing so we could splurge where we wanted and save money on elements that didn't matter as much. The delivery and pickup on the wedding day were seamless, I didn't even notice everything get whisked away at the end of the night. Carlos answered so many questions along the way, and even if I had to send the occasional follow-up email, communication was for the most part very prompt and he was always reachable by phone. I would highly recommend for all your rental needs.

    A rental connection was referred to me through my catering coordinator who had worked with them many times. We used them to set up our wedding tent, lighting, chandeliers and for all of the misc. rentals : light up bar, tables, chairs, astro turf, heaters, etc.
    I feel like this part of the wedding is always more costly than you expect. Each little thing adds up to a lot. So, the value for cost is not that high in my opinion but I don't think that is for only this vendor. I think it goes across the board.
    Anyway, I felt that they did an OK job. They did work hard and when I wanted things changed, they did it...with a little grumbling. I noticed on our wedding day that some of the uplights weren't on, I think that the bulbs must have burnt out by being used when the tent was in the set up mode.
    They don't have a "lighting" expert on staff...which I think is a miss because I was going for a very ambiant look, which I felt the sales guy didn't really "GET"...

    I do think that this company is a good choice for your basic rentals...chairs, tent and frame, bars, turf, etc. They were very adept at making sure all of that stuff was there and right.
    I just would have used a specialized company for the more creative parts needed: lighting & gobos, mainly.

    They were helpful and got me different quotes but I did feel that they should have an easier way to read them for the lay person. I was my own coordinator and just felt that the wording was hard to understand why there were so many components.

    All in all though, I did have a good experience and would recommend them for the more simple rental situations. I think their prices and services are comparable, if not a little better than the other rental companies out there.

    Not A Pleasant Experience

    Frankly, working with a Rental Connection was not a pleasant experience for us.

    Initially, at the first meeting, when we were trying to pick which vendor to go with, Bob seemed very accommodating. He seemed so so nice! He gave us a decent quote and even suggested he might be able to work with us on the price later on.

    But then, later on, we told him we'd found a vendor with some of the same materials for less money and asked for another quote with some items removed... Oh. My.

    He became belligerent and unaccommodating and QUADRUPLED his delivery fee, even though there would be significantly LESS items delivered. We were flummoxed.

    We couldn't believe that being honest with him about wanting to get the same materials for less money somewhere else would cause him to react so very badly.

    Still, it was too late in the game to find some particular items he had somewhere else, so we were stuck signing a contract with him. But, then every time we changed or added something to the list (as you HAVE to do with changing numbers/guests/last minute changes for a wedding) -- we never knew if he would add some extra surprise fee or not.

    It was stress we did not need leading up to our wedding. I would suggest you look elsewhere.

    Communication was not there

    We did not have a great experience with this place when we used them for our wedding. First of all, we were only given two rental companies that we HAD to use or we had to give a $2000 pay out for someone different. So we really didn’t have an option. I say this also because I feel like they get customers regardless so it didn’t really matter how we were treated.

    We were sent a quote and it was already drawn up and nothing was explained or talked about before they sent it. So I emailed to ask what all of this meant on our quote. No response. So I emailed again. After multiple attempts I got an email back and was able to set up a phone call to go over everything. They sent us a catalog that explained everything on the quote and we were able to change the things we wanted to change (which was quite a bit because, again, we didn’t have a say on the quote at first). I asked for an updated quote with all our changes and didn’t get it.

    Throughout the process of planning, there was very poor communication. It was take weeks for them to respond to emails and multiple emails being sent. Then about halfway through we get an email saying that the person we were working with moved to a different position so we would be working with someone else. When we had the chance to talk to her we told her about the changes we had made to our quote and NOTHING had been changed. So we had to go over everything again and all the changes we had made months ago we had to go through them all. Super inconvenient.

    I gave 2 stars only because a staff member I talked to multiple times (I’m guessing a sales coordinator or secretary) was very pleasant to talk to and would respond quickly. The company brought the wrong photo booth wall the morning of the wedding so I called her and she was quick to get us the right one. We also had a great experience with the rental company setup crew. They were friendly and would make sure we liked where everything was and how it was all set up. Overall, we would say proceed with caution when using this company because it made things a lot more difficult with little communication to the people that practically are in charge of majority of your wedding things.

    Don't let them ruin your day

    I have never posted a negative review online, but I feel like it would be wrong not to in this case. I hired A Rental Connection for my wedding at Saddlerock Ranch and paid them over $11,000 only to end up with poor quality rentals, horrible communication and appalling customer service.

    To all Saddlerock couples, I know that they only give you two rental company options without paying extra, but save yourself the nightmare and go with any other company.

    Even with all of the issues below leading up to my wedding, I was ready to just move past my horrible experience with ARC. But to see the poor quality of items the day of, I feel compelled to warn future couples. Rentals was our single largest vendor and the rentals I received were not even worth half of what we paid.

    I only wish I had stuck with my gut and ran far away from this company. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

    QUALITY:
    The quality of items that I received was horrendous. Please see photos on my google review. To name a few, the ghost chairs were dirty and almost every single one was visibly scuffed up. The white dance floor was uneven (many people tripped) and had filthy black marks all over it. I could even understand if there were a few scuff marks here or there, but this was jaw dropping.

    EXECUTION:
    A Rental Connection would not even complete a walk through at the venue beforehand. Suddenly, the day of my wedding we are about 10 tables short and our caterers have no tables to work with. My caterer said, "A Rental Connection should have known to include that." I have never been married or planned a wedding, so of course, there are things that you rely on the rental company you hire to advise you on. My wedding coordinator also let them know that she had not worked at the Hilltop location at Saddlerock, and would rely on A Rental Connection's expertise to complete the rental order. Needless to say, A Rental Connection did not follow through.

    COMMUNICATION:
    As with many COVID brides, my wedding planning process was not easy and many things changed throughout the process. My other vendors were incredibly understanding, flexible, and professional. Kristi at A Rental Connection however, told me flat out "I am not going to spend anymore time on your quote until we have a deposit." Why should anyone be expected to give a deposit without knowing what the final quote total will be? This is the job of a rental company, and you shouldn't be made to feel like a burden.

    It would take 3-5 emails or phone calls before finally hearing back from anyone throughout the process. It was difficult for my wedding coordinator to get a response from them as well. Finally the week of my wedding, (after Saddlerock had to call the owner) they started being more responsive, so we were able to make some necessary changes to our order... to rub salt in the wound, they charged $150 for "last minute changes". Of course there are last minute changes... you only just started being responsive.

    The problem is not just one person (Kristi). My venue, Saddlerock had to reach out to the owner several times in order to get someone to respond to us. I wrote to the owner, Les after our wedding to express my concerns and received nothing back from him (in true ARC fashion). I followed up... and received a response from someone else, offering to waive the fee for the last minute table delivery charge, which should have been on my quote from the beginning had A Rental Connection done their job properly.

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAY AWAY

    They would not work with me, I asked them not to damage the floor when they delivered today.
    They cancelled the ordered 3 days before my wedding, no explanation.

    Totally screwed us.

    We are not a $20,000 order so they just sluffed us off, rude people, worst customer service ever.

    CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY JUST CANCELLED ON US LIKE THAT.

    THEY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO REMEDY THE SITUATION.

    Do not trust this company.
    They screwed us they will screw you.

    STAY AWAY.
