Incredible photos!
Highly recommend this company. They were a preferred vendor with our Wedgewood Weddings venue. Our photographer was Carl. He did an amazing job. We got all of our wedding photos back in only 4 weeks! That feels unheard of in the wedding industry. Carl did fantastic work and was so easy to work with. He did a great combination of family formals, candids, and more artsy photos. We love that we have so many pictures and a huge variety. Emailing the company was also a breeze. They were very professional and responded quickly. Highly recommend! -

A Perfect Impression was connected to our venue package and wow I could not be happier. We had 1 photographer for a 5 hour wedding and it was perfect! Carl was so fun and easy to work with. He directed us and was kind and professional. He took lots of candid photos too which I loved and they looked great! He was familiar with the wedding location which was really helpful and made the experience fun and easy. -

We used API for both photo & video for our wedding -- I'm so glad we did! We had a young team (Hayden, Carl & I'm so sorry I don't remember the names of our videographers) & they were ON POINT. They were all friendly & professional, helping guide us through all of the requested shots & to be honest, the whole evening (along with venue staff, of course). We loved how all our photos & videos turned out -- we'll cherish them forever thanks to API! -

Amazing experience!
Thank you Danielle, Briana, Luke, and Michael for your amazing photography and videography for our wedding at our San Ramon wedding. I don't consider myself as very photogenic or knowledgeable about posing, but the friendly team made it all super easy and more relaxed for us. The pictures and videos were amazing and I would 100% recommend API. The 5-star rating speaks for itself but here's further confirmation that it's very well deserved! -

We hired API to do our engagement photos and Aaron was our photographer. He did such an amazing job we had to hire him for our wedding as well. He showed up early for bridal prep photos and was extremely patient with me and all 7 bridesmaids who took too long to get ready, as well as my 7 year old and 5 month old daughters who were my flower girls. He was great at guiding us to get just the right angles and shots. He was again very patient with our huge and loud family for all the formal photos and set up our first look exactly as I imagined. He had a second photographer who I unfortunately cannot remember the name of but he was great as well. Did very good also at guiding us gently and capturing some great shots. Though I haven’t seen the pictures yet I am so confident with API to give them 5 stars because I know the pictures will come out amazing.
We are so pleased in fact that my husband and I even said we have found our lifelong photographer. We will be contacting him again soon for some more family photos -

API is the Best!
I had no idea what a huge role my photographer would play in my wedding day, and I'm so glad I had A Perfect Impression in my corner during this time. API is beyond incredible. From the beginning all the way to the end, API has been kind, approachable, and professional. When I first signed my contract to use API as my wedding photographer, I worked with Shana and Vanessa. Both were patient as I worked through with package I wanted (I recommend their Rome package), and they were quick to fix the couple of mistakes on my contract to ensure it was error-free. Then, I was given a questionnaire in regards to all of the photos I wanted. I was pretty specific with what I wanted, and Shana and Vanessa, as always, kindly responded with, "No problem!" Sure enough, my photographers captured all of the moments I looked forward to the most. Upon the day of the wedding, I was feeling incredibly stressed out (of course), and I had it in my mind that there was NO WAY we'd have enough time for photos. I asked Vanessa to please call me, and she promptly did. She ensured me that everything would be fine, and that there would be PLENTY of time for photos. Once again, she was right. :) Will and Katie, my two photographers day of (which, by the way, I highly recommend two photographers. I have SO many more photos because of it!!), were so amazing. They were patient, which was important to me, as I have elderly grandparents that cannot move quickly for photos. They were also patient with my wedding party in general; our wedding party, especially my now-husband's groomsmen, were quite the... rowdy... bunch. Will and Katie did not seem to mind. They remained professional and completed the job. Will and Katie worked through the whole night, snapping photos of the best day of our life, without complaint. After the wedding, API kept me updated as to when I would receive my photos and even sent me a few photos to hold me over. This company has been incredible to work with, and most importantly, my photos came out GORGEOUS. I spent HOURS sifting through the 1,000+ shots sent to me. I even asked for two photos to be edited without a filter, and once again, without complaint, the photos were sent to me a few days later. It is without any sort of hesitation that I recommend API for any photo needs. Thank you, API!! -

The team here at API is the absolute best!! Vanessa recently shot my wedding and she was wonderful. She has great attention to detail, is very personable, and passionate about her work! The rest of the behind the scenes crew worked quickly and seamlessly to get my photos edited for me in a very short time, it was so unexpected! I am so thankful for everyone at API for going above and beyond to make my special day so memorable. -

Rose Sent on 10/10/2018My husband and I don’t love having our photos taken and we were definitely nervous for our wedding day with all of the attention and having to take so many pictures, but from the beginning Aaron put us at ease. After months of planning all the details from cake flavors to tablecloths for our big day, what we were ultimately left with were memories and photographs.
Aaron was able to take photos that told our story and captured the emotion of each moment. Seeing our photos was like reliving our day over and over again through those moments he captured. We have timeless memories of our wedding thanks to API and these aren’t just any photographs either, these are the ones that will hang above our fireplace for years to come.
We are so grateful to the team at API for understanding the importance that photos play in your life and would recommend them to everyone!

Amanda Sent on 10/12/2016We loved working with A Perfect Impression! Everyone was great from Vanessa, the office manager, to Aaron the owner, and Natalya, the photographer. I made a request that pictures of the bride's family happen as the first set of pictures, as my mom does not have the best of health, and Aaron took that to mean that the editing needed to be rushed as well. We got our pictures back in 24 hours and they are absolutely amazing! Natalya really caught the feeing of the day with all of the photos. My husband and I were blown away by how artistic and emotional all of the pictures were. Natalya caught our first kiss so perfectly that you can use the pictures as a flip book and see us come together. I also requested for pictures to be taken of us and my truck and we got them! Natalya and A Perfect Impression did everything we asked for and more! -

I am usually very shy in front of a camera, but Aaron was so fun and personable and that made it much easier for me to relax. The photographs came out amazing. Naturally I booked them for my wedding this coming October. The process has already been a pleasant one. Communication has been easy and their team responded quickly to any questions or concerns. I look forward to working with them on my wedding day and I know we will have some beautiful pictures, thanks to their incredible photographers. -
User1907083 Sent on 11/05/2014I reached out to A Perfect Impression as it was a recommended vendor from my venue--Wedgewood Crystal Springs. I was not disappointed with Aaron from API. I found his shots to be incredibly artistic. He beautifully captured our first look in a place which i initially thought looked pretty unimpressive due to the large parking lot and the neighboring highway. Not to disappoint, Aaron took photos of the path in such a way that it looked like a beautiful natural scene. I received our photos very soon after the wedding. Our photos looked fantastic and I have Aaron and his colleagues at API to thank! -

Mary Sent on 07/24/2013During the process of my 1 month wedding planning, I have been contacting several vendors for quotes here and there. I already have information from API before but I am still undecided until it's about a week before my wedding, I decided that the pricing and packages API offered is really good compare to the rest. It's nice to be able to get immediate response from their sales team and photographers. They even provided to me their cellphone number and I called one time weekend evening and they picked up, Aaron and Vanessa Thank you!!
Also special thanks to Erica and Sophia both lovely ladies, they just helped made my husband and I's big day. I didn't have much idea on shots but gave them list and they deliver. They were also open to request during the wedding. I will refer this to all my friends and family. -

Megan Sent on 10/22/2012Our photographers not only had wonderful ideas for shots; but they ven helped keep us running on time in our pre wedding photos! They were thorough and helpful in the pre-wedding meetings. We made a thank you sign to take pictures with and send with our thank you cards. Our main photographer allowed us to look at the pictures on her camera the night of the wedding and choose the picture we wanted. She then promised to process the picture and have it to us within the week so that we could get started on our cards. No surprise to us, she came through! Wonderful! -

Carolyn Sent on 08/09/2012Yet again - 5 stars - Aaron, Katie and Ben were amazing. They knew what I wanted and then some and got the shots that will last a lifetime! Their professionalism, turnaround time and willingness to find things for me that they never had before (i.e. a specific photo book that would be our guest book using our engagement photos) was amazing. They have a great eye for the candid shots, the traditional shots and the art/photojournalistic shots that not everyone knows how to capture. They are truly professional and went above and beyond for our wedding day. I HIGHLY recommend API for your Photography needs! -

Jessica Sent on 12/24/2010I recently had A Perfect Impression DJ at my wedding and my DJ Kyle did a GREAT job. Their office is very responsive and Kyle called me a couple of times before the wedding to confirm details with me. He dressed very nicely for our wedding and he kept the music lively and fun. He knew exactly when to play certain songs to suit the current mood of the party guests and when it came time to dance, he made sure everyone was having a blast on the dance floor.
The only minor negative thing was that he forgot to announce to the wedding guests that my center pieces were up for grabs. I didn't want to take them all home so at the end of the night, we ended up letting the guests know via word of mouth that they could take home the center pieces.
All in all, though, I'm very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them. :-)
