  Egna was wonderful from beginning to end. She was patient with me until I figured out exactly what I wanted and delivered the most perfect flowers for the wedding. Beautiful!

  Egna is very encouraging and excited to do her job. She was always very prompt with emails, willing to help, put us at ease, all with a smile on her face. She certainly goes above and beyond especially in comparison to the prices that she charges. This is a person who truly enjoys her job and is committed to making your wedding day flawless.
  
  My husband, who is a critic by nature, can't stop raving about Egna and was happy we decided to spend the extra money for her day of coordination.

  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Olga provided the floral decor for my ceremony and reception, as well as all the flowers for the wedding party and my bridal bouquet. I described what I wanted and she made it come to life! She worked with my budget and exceeded all of my expectations. She even sent me a thank you card after the wedding! This company exudes professionalism and provides SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I ever have another event, I will definitely use them again!!!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this vendor!

  I used A Particular Event / Egna for day-of coordination and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Egna is so sweet- but don't let that sweetness fool you, she is sweet but composed and not afraid to speak up when it's needed, she knows her stuff! She knew my venue was especially picky about clean-up and when I stopped in the day after to get my deposit, the venue told me the place looked like a wedding never even happened and that they'd be adding her to the list of their preferred vendors! If that's not a glowing review I don't know what else is! She was early to arrive for rehearsal and kept everything in line both then and on the big day. She also helped with some planning the month of. Knowing what I do now, I wish I would've had her plan the entire wedding! She's professional, kind, has great tact and experience, and I can't speak more highly of her.

  Egna was so sweet and professional. I think I visited her about 10 times and always with different ideas lol. She was always excited to hear what I had in mind and on the wedding she amazed me. Decorations were so beautiful. SHE WAS THE BEST!!

  Egna was our day-of coordinator. She took care of every little detail, and everything went perfectly! The decor looked exactly as I had pictured. My husband and I were able to enjoy the day without having to worry about a thing. I can't say enough about the wonderful job she did! I would absolutely recommend her services to any bride.

  Egna was the best help with our wedding! She was so patient with us through covid uncertainties. She went above and beyond to make it a special day for us! She responded through email and text quickly and never stopped smiling. She truly cared about making this day perfect for us and couldn't have done it without her!! Highly recommend!   Best decision to hire Egna as our day of coordinator!

  After researching extensively for a Day of Wedding Coordinator,I hired Egna for our daughter’s wedding on April 30, 2022. It was such a great decision! Egna is so warm and personable, highly experienced and confident in her abilities, extremely hard working and offers excellent value for the services she offers.
  She was truly a blessing for us the day of the wedding. She was indispensable!
  You can have full confidence in entrusting Egna with handling every aspect of ensuring the wedding day unfolds as scheduled and with ease.
  We had an unexpected stressful situation regarding our candles in our candelabras overheating before the reception doors opened. It was very alarming to me and I am so grateful for how Egna while not our supplier for either the candles or candleabras
  handled the situation and me :) so calmly ! I couldn't have been more pleased
  With Egna as our coordinator. She goes above and beyong right through cleanup at the end of the sendoff. She is there to work and ensure everything goes off smoothly the entire day. Lastly, her pricing is very fair and affordable!

Spoke to Egna via email and messenger on Wedding wire, and met her once in person to go over flowers, chargers, candles, linens.. etc. Flawless is all is have to say. Everything was absolutely incredibly breathtaking and more beautiful than I imagined it to be. And I didnt have to check up on anything, nor anyone. They got some bows and flowers on the pews at the church. Delivered my bouquet and girls' bouquets, the guys' boutonnieres... my goodness, if you are looking for a great price and exceptional customer service and quality, look no further. I stand behind this company 100% and would recommend to anyone for anything they are looking for. Can't thank you and your incredible staff enough!!!!

She took the time to really listen and understand what I wanted my wedding day to look like then she delivered exactly what I was thinking and more. I did not have to worry about setting anything up or worry after we left the reception...she took care of everything. She had our bouquets at the church on time and then went to set everything up at the venue so it was all ready by the time we got there. She was exactly on time for picking everything up as well.   Egna was my day-of-planner for my February 2018 wedding. She was worth every penny, she took a lot of the stress off of me that day. When I met with the venue to pick out my linen she came with me so that she could see my vision for the tables. She was well organized and always available for all my questions. She set up my flowers and decorations for the day and truly brought my wedding vision to life. It was also a big plus that she was very familiar with my wedding venue and the wedding venue staff.

  Egna was my day-of-planner for my February 2018 wedding. She was worth every penny, she took a lot of the stress off of me that day. When I met with the venue to pick out my linen she came with me so that she could see my vision for the tables. She was well organized and always available for all my questions. She set up my flowers and decorations for the day and truly brought my wedding vision to life. It was also a big plus that she was very familiar with my wedding venue and the wedding venue staff.

  If I could give Egna 10 stars, I would! From the beginning through days after our wedding, she was very responsive. She is easy to work with and open to ideas. She always has a warm smile on her face and a hug when she sees you. She will suggest other options instead of telling you "I don't know" or "No"." No" is never an answer. I must have met with her every month up until the day of our wedding (almost 12 times). She smiled, suggested and nodded through all of my idea and theme changes. She is willing to work within your budget and never pushy. I would definitely recommend/ hire her again!

  For second consultation (the one that is approximately 1 month before event date) it might be nice if the meeting is just simply a review of the contract, if it could be done via fax or email. It would save a trip of time and gas money.

Everyone commented on how beautiful the bouquets and arch decor were, and you won't even believe how reasonable her pricing is. She's responsive, flexible and accommodating, and her team is SO professional - on time, efficient, and sweet (which is more than I could say for some of my other vendors). You can tell that Egna actually cares about you and making you happy, rather than feeling like you're just another transaction. Go with Egna and A Particular Event - you absolutely won't regret it!

  She was always ontime for the appointments, very helpful and kind with all my guest and my bridal party, I received great compliments from my husband's family and my father and sister.   Egna is amazing! Having her coordinate our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. She helped make everything the day of the ceremony go so smoothly.   We so enjoyed working with Egna to plan our wedding. She is very kind and approachable, and kept up with all the planning deadlines. She connects very well with all the vendors and did a lot of behind the scenes work for which we were so appreciative. We had a couple special requests and last minute changes that Egna was very quick to accommodate. The wedding ran seamlessly because of her hard work. We would recommend her to any and all couples looking for a great wedding coordinator!
