I love Heidi!! Absolute best!
Heidi, where do I even start! She was like a super woman! We could not compliment her enough! She met with me precovid to discuss my dream wedding, and she delivered x100!!! She was super responsive throughout the two year wedding and rescheduled wedding. She worked with us to stay within our budget. And day of wedding she came out early to help set everything up. We are not exaggerating when we say our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her quality of work! All of our guests commented on her beautiful arrangements!
Hire her!!!! -

Feel blessed to have worked with her!
We ended up using A Moment in Time in consultation with our planner and boy am I glad that we did! Her work was absolutely breath-taking, even the other wedding vendors were impressed. Plus she and her daughter and team were so sweet on my wedding day, were happy to make changes (although I didn't need any!) and were responsive and really seemed to care. She made two large arrangements, beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, as well as flower crowns and all were gorgeous - and because she sub-contracted I never actually even spoke to her, she'd just been sent my inspo photos and I was blown away! My mom was so in love with the flowers, she used them to decorate her home for guests after the wedding and they lasted surprisingly long. 10/10 if you don't hire this team, I don't know what more you are looking for! -

A Moment In Time Floral Design was so phenomenal in decorating our venue for our wedding this summer! The floral bouquet and boutonniere and decorations of the arbor were beautiful and done the day of in a very timely fashion. At an affordable price, Heidi and her staff take their decorations seriously and want the best for our wedding. I highly recommend their services for your future wedding, you wont be disappointed. -

Heidi from A Moment in Time Floral Design was a dream to work with. She was so accommodating of our wishes and requests, and worked closely with us to make sure we were all on the same page for colours, style etc. On our wedding day when I started walking down the aisle and I saw the arbour for the first time, I was blown away by how stunning the floral decoration was. My husband and I both said that it looked more beautiful than either of us could have hoped for. Everything, from the arbour, bouquets, chair flowers, and table flowers were gorgeous and even better than what I'd imagined. We are so grateful for Heidi for helping to make our day so magical. -

Heidi’s involvement in our wedding was one of my favorite parts! We had beautiful bouquets with greenery and she was able to implement unique details into each piece! Will definitely use again. -

Phenomenal
Heidi was so great. I eloped and she was so nice and completely took care of me. She made me the most amazing bouquet of flowers I have ever seen and gave me even more than I could dream of. She did my best friends wedding also and it was just as amazing. I got so many complements on my flowers. I would use her over and over again!

A Dream Cone True
Not only was Heidi kind and encouraging through the process, she was instrumental in bringing my wedding vision alive. I went into my consultation with a generic idea for what I wanted, but she really helped it to blossom, if you’ll forgive the sappy pun. The flowers were one of the two most important things to me, and she went above and beyond! -

I had the BEST experience with A Moment in Time! They helped make my vision come alive and exceeded all of my expectations. The staff are so nice and are willing to put in the time and effort to make your event extra amazing! I know nothing about flowers and Heidi helped me pick ones that I like and that would all blend together. I would recommend them to anyone. They truly helped make our wedding magical. -

I would use her again for any party or even recommend her to a friend. She meets you at a convenient location that works for you. I like how she asked me about my flowers on our wedding day and she even incorporated something special In our special day. -

Could Have Been Better
Heidi is a very kind person and I greatly respect her. I've put off writing this review because I don't want to bring her down, I just want to point out my issues so that if you decide to book her, you know which areas to focus on when planning. We had a rocky start when she didn't show up to an agreed-upon meeting (she prefers in-person meetings which is generally great because I think meeting in person gets the person more invested in making your wedding a sucesss). However, she was very apologetic about this, she explained her reasoning and rescheduled for another date which she did show up on time for.
In my case, I just think the outcome of my bridal flowers fell short of my expectations. Flowers were kind of the hardest part of the wedding process because I didn't get to see them until they were already done up and ready to go on the day of the wedding when there was no time to make changes. I had sent pictures of my ideas and she had sent pictures of the flowers when they came in but somehow it didn't all come together like I had imagined. We set up a time for Heidi to meet us at our getting-ready location on the day of the wedding and she came while I was busy getting my makeup done. I think she was still putting the bouquets together at that time but I didn't have time to worry about that. Then, she left to the venue to set up the greenery on the arbor and the tables (which did turn out beautifully). While she was doing that, my photographer came and I had to run off to take photos. I picked up my bouquet out of the water bucket and it just seemed unfinished. The stems on the flowers were, like, full length. When I held the bouquet at my hips, the stems almost came to my knees (granted I'm short). I didn't want this at all but I had a timeline to stick to and she wasn't there to cut them so I went off to the photoshoot with crazy log flower stems. When I got to the venue afterwards, I had my coordinator locate Heidi to have them cut. It's disappointing because they look so silly in my photos. Also, I asked for blush and ivory roses in the bride's bouquet and there were no blush ones to be found in my bouquet. And the "blush" ranunculus for corsages and boutonnieres were definitely a bright pink. She said she would spray them with something that would make them appear lighter in color but I don't think it had the effect I was looking for. Again, it was too late to change them. I know she works with some kind of flower importer and she explained that she doesn't know what she's going to get until they arrive a few days before the wedding but I think it would be better if she used a company where the quality was more standardized or where she could select the flowers herself.
I have seen some beautiful bouquets that she created in her photos and in other bride's reviews so do what you will with my review. Heidi does have your best interest in mind and she is flexible with ideas when you give her direction. Again, my advice to those planning a wedding is to try to be as clear as possible about your expectations. Not just with Heidi but with any florist.
