  Outstanding customer service from the guy who actually makes the rings. I needed a size 10 engagement ring and he was able to work with ideas I found online to make a truly one of a kind piece for me. The fit was perfect and he had the best prices on diamonds when I shopped around. Don't judge a book by it's cover, this place is a perfect A. He

  Stanley is truly a master of his craft. I didn’t know the first things to begin searching for my fiancé’s (now wife’s) engagement ring, but thankfully A&M Jewelers was the first place I went. Stanley was knowledgeable and patient and took the time to meet with me at length individually. Ultimately, I chose to go with a beautiful ring that Stanley designed himself. He manufactured it right on site, and my wife fell in love with it immediately. It should be no surprise that we returned a year later to purchase our wedding bands. Again, Stanley designed my wife’s ring exactly how she envisioned it. The rings are a perfect pair and complement each other beautifully.
  
  If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, creative, and personable jeweler with reasonable prices and excellent customer service go to A&M! Stanley will not disappoint you!

  With the passing of time (49 years) my husbands ring finger was growing, but his wedding ring was not. We tried a lot of methods and were unable to remove this ring.
  Improving the circulation in his finger is what took us to the jeweler. The staff at A&M were professional and supportive of our needs. They were able to painlessly cut the ring. We will definitely return, when the swelling goes away, and choose a replacement ring.

  We had a great experience at A & M Jewelers! They combined my grandmother and great-grandmothers' rings together to make a new ring for me. Stanley worked hard to keep the original look of the rings, while making it a new, fresh ring for me. He paid great attention to detail and was very patient with my questions. He cleaned my rings and removed scratches as well. My family members and I always go to A & M for our jewelry needs and are never disappointed! Very friendly staff and very trustworthy.

  Stanley is AWESOME! !!!
  I can not express how awesome this place is or the customer service that they provide in a review, but I will tell you about my amazing experience. I went in to have my brand new Kay jewelers engagement ring resized, and Stanley took one look at my brand new ring and said he was more than happy to do so but could tell that it had already been cut and there was severe imperfections. My fiance and I both looked and could see what he was referring to. He didn't try to persuade us in anyway, but could tell that I was unhappy with the "custom made" ring that I waited 6 months for and suggested I contact Kay, and tell them that I was unhappy with the ring and ask that they fix it. We proceeded to do so, and we were met with an enormous amount of push back. We returned to A&m and spoke to Stanley in great lengths about the ring. Upon learning what we had spent on the ring he said he could make us a ring with an extraordinary diamond. He showed us a diamond that far out weighed my current diamond both in size and quality however I was a little skeptical of this small business. On good faith Stanley designed a ring that was exactly what I had asked Kay to do 6 months ago. He delivered that custom made ring in under a week, and it took my breath away. He even found a wedding band that was a perfect match and sold it to us for stock. My previous 10k ring was half the size and quality than the ring Stanley made for me. I am forever grateful that I found this place and Stanley.

  One upon a time I shopped those flashy, fancy jewelers with the well known names and magazine advertising ... and always felt I didn’t really get a fair deal. Then I met Stanley and shopped at his store in Catonsville. What I got at A&M was very personal experience and what would become my family jeweler. Exceptional prices, amazing jewelry that includes fantastic custom work from a knowledgeable and skilled jeweler. If you are looking for something special for a special person or if you need repairs or reworking pieces you already own I strongly recommend going to see Stanley at A&M. Don’t let the understated store front fool you. Stanley is the best. I think it is also important to note that A&M is a local, family owned business. You get so much more value from supporting great local businesses then you ever will at those flashy, well known mega jewelers.

  Great Service

  The engagement and wedding rings are both beautiful. They designed the wedding band to match the style of the engagement ring. They look wonderful.
