  Les was awesome! We don't live in NY and couldn't meet him in person until a few days before the wedding but that was no issue at all. He had everything planned out perfectly so we were all kept on schedule the day of. He gave wonderful direction on how to pose when taking our pictures (which is good because I'm terrible at posing for pictures!) Les and his assistant were very discrete during the ceremony and the reception and were able to capture every moment perfectly. We decided not to get an album, but our pictures were posted online and sent to us in the mail about 3 or 4 weeks after the wedding...very quick! I would highly recommend Les!

  Les was very nice to work with and our pictures and video from our West Point wedding turned out beautiful. He was very accommodating about meeting with us the week of the wedding because I was planning from several states away. He took time to meet with both my parents and I on different days because that is what our schedule allowed. During the wedding day he gave lots of directions for pictures/posing, so if that is something you are looking for, he is your guy. His second photographer was very friendly and fun and the videographer he works with was wonderful as well. This pictures and video turned out just beautiful!

  Les was a perfect professional photographer. We were married at the Hotel Thayer and had specific time constraints and Les and his partner made sure to stay on schedule. Les made sure to take photos that were different from others I have seen I did not want to have a wedding album like everyone else. He work with my wedding party to make sure everyone was happy with his photos. It took some time for me to go thru all the images to pick for my albums due to the fact I wanted them all!! I would highly recommend Les to my family and friends. He went out of his way to make sure that he delivered the albums to us personally to make sure we were completely happy right to the end!!

  Les Howard Productions went over and beyond for my Daughter Katie's Wedding. Due to problems with the Reception Hall,
  Les was so understanding with dates changing at least 3 times. When the Day FINALLY arrived Les Made the whole wedding party feel comfortable, relaxed and his courtesy towards my Daughter and my Son in Law was outstanding. His pictures were BEAUTIFUL. He captured my Daughters most Happiest and Loving Moments. I would HIGHLY recommend Les to Any one. Pictures of a lifetime he has delivered!!!!!!!!

  Les and his team of professionals provided us with a spectacular album, wedding DVD and with an experience to be cherished. Les' focus is on the couple to be wed, which is so refreshing. He really tunes into the needs and desires of the couple and doesn't let others distract him from producing the product promised. Our wedding album is beautiful, as are the prints that he made for us. Our wedding dvd is unique and captured so many unforgettable moments that we can now treasure for years to come.

  We were very happy with our experience with Les Howard company as our wedding videographer. Les was responsive to emails and answered all of our questions. We assumed our videographer (not Les) might leave as soon as the cake was cut, but he stayed until the very end of the final dance. He told us he was there for as long as we wanted him there. He was pleasant and personable, which was appreciated. They captured all of the important moments, and had a good setup with a remote microphone for the ceremony so they were not in the way of our guests' view. Afterward, we received our DVD in a timely manner. We would recommend them as a wedding videographer.

  I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience with Les Howard. My wedding was 5 months ago, and we still don't have the photos. He prefers email and doesn't answer his phone or return phone calls. But he's a horrible email communicator. To begin with, I booked him over a year before my wedding. At that point, he was very responsive. I told him how big my wedding party was multiple times and he was still shocked when he showed up. He didn't have enough help to take photos of 14 bridesmaids and groomsmen. He didn't get any before pictures of the groom, which was the entire reason why I requested 2 photographers. To take photos in 2 different locations. He didn't take any pictures of the groom with his groomsmen. The pictures he took of me (bride) with my bridesmaids are sub par. He took a photo of me with each individual bridesmaid, which I was happy about. However, my eyes are closed in one of the photos and it's the only one of me with my maid of honor. Are you kidding me? He told me that getting my photos and wedding books would be a 3 month process. That was 2 months ago. Now, after emailing and emailing, he tells me the 3 months starts once I organize my photos (in some 3rd party website) into photo albums, and that I need to order the book before he can go further... I informed him 2 months ago that my photos were all organized and ready for the next step. But since he doesn't know how to use email, he skipped over that email?!? He took a month to make a change (small tiny size change) that I asked for with the layout. He only updates me when I poke and prod, and even then all he does is make excuses.
  He uses weird filters on his pictures (layering/fish eye) that look like garbage! I'm so upset! We took him on a recommendation from the hotel and I was willing to spend the most $ on the photographer because I wanted to always remember my wedding through the pictures. Well, I'm so disappointed!!! You will regret hiring him

  If we had to summarize our experience with Les Howard Productions, I can only say that we were extremely disappointed with the services we received. Les lacks any kind of customer service in his service delivery. Several of the wedding attendees stated that he was rude and it noted that Les appeared inconvenienced when others wanted to take personal pictures during our wedding events. He lacked a desire or willingness to communicate proactively with us throughout the process and only responded to us when prodded. At times, his responses were very short and rude. Once we reviewed the photographs, it became apparent that the majority of the quality pictures had actually come from the assistant he used during the wedding as opposed to Les Howard himself. Les tried to make use of various filters and fish eye lenses that produced some very inferior images. He also used some mosaic techniques to create additional images. This made us feel like he was reusing images to make up the 500+ images we were promised contractually. Despite all the delays, Les never took any personal responsibility for the significant delays in getting our wedding album delivered. Instead, he noted that his contract does not include a specific schedule of milestones because he does not control many of the actions in the album development process. If we had to do this all over again, we would not recommend using Les Howard Productions for any photography needs. Instead, we would opt for some of the higher priced options we explored initially in our wedding planning process.
