One of a Kind Vintage Rentals

A La Crate is the perfect vendor to give your event a little extra something special in terms of design. They have a beautifully curated collection of items, and even offer pre-designed sets to make designing your event stress free. They're communicative and professional, with easy to understand invoicing and a great team that makes designing your event super easy. We rented chairs for our micro-weddding dinner, and beautiful dessert platters to showcase our treats. We couldn't be happier with our experience and how lovely these items made our day.

Great staff, beautiful pieces!

Staff is fantastic and always willing to help! Overall, an amazing experience!! We rented some wooden tables and chairs to use as a statement piece as our king’s table. Everything was beautiful!

Highly recommend!

We rented a curated collection for a lounge seating area at our wedding as well as some mirrored trays to display our desserts on and LOVED them. It really elevated our wedding and we received so many complements the entire evening. Would highly recommend A La Crate to anyone!

Beautiful pieces, wonderful staff!

We had a great experience with A La Crate for our wedding in October of 2018 and rented a number of things from them including harvest wood tables, a sofa, a buffet, a coffee table and a beautiful base that we used as a cake stand.

We met with the office manager, Courtney early on in the planning process and she had some great ideas for decorations and how to best utilize the beautiful pieces they have. We met with Courtney at a time when the wedding planning process was starting to become overwhelming, so I appreciated her helpfulness, patience and suggestions all the more. I made a few changes to our order in the months leading up to the wedding and A La Crate was very accommodating to this. The pieces we ended up renting were all in good condition and really helped our vision of a warm, welcoming, vintage-feeling atmosphere come together. I highly recommend A La Crate for any rental needs!

A La Crate was extremely professional and easy to work with. I made several additions to our contract prior to our big day and their staff was very accommodating and flexible. The pieces we rented were the perfect additions to our ceremony and reception spaces. We are beyond grateful to A La Crate for helping to make our day simply perfect.

We used A La Crate for rentals for our wedding (the main thing being 2 large cathedral windows with our seating chart on it at the reception). They were extremely easy to work with from beginning to end. I love the inventory online and they respond to emails so quickly. They were accommodating with rental pick up and drop off times. Everything went so smoothly. All the rentals we used were perfect and exactly as pictured. Couldn't be happier with them and definitely recommend going with them for any of your rental needs!!

My wife and I held our outdoor / tent reception wedding in northern Wisconsin and were having a very hard time finding a tablescape we were satisfied with. Then we found A La Crate and their amazing wood tables and everything fell into place. Tablecloth linen rentals are astronomical in price. For almost the same cost we could rent amazing wood tables from A La Crate (we took 18 of them) and didn't have to worry about packing up a bunch of tablecloths after the reception to ship back to the rental company. A La Crate made the drop-off and pick-up insanely easy.

I highly recommend you visit their shop because, while their web site features useful photography, there's nothing like seeing everything with your own eyes. They have so much great stuff. We found additional things we didn't know we needed (great assortment of dessert serving trays and tiers) and fancy bride and groom chairs that set our spot out a bit from our guests. And it was all reasonably priced of course.

I can't recommend them highly enough. I'm so grateful we found them, I honestly don't know what we would have done had we not.

A La Crate was wonderful to work with to fill our blank spaces at our wedding venue due to outdated furniture we had removed. I loved visiting the show room to see all of the pieces available and was so impressed when all of the furniture was set up for the wedding. Several guests commented that they have never seen the country club looking so amazing and asked where the furniture was from. We're so happy we also added on furniture for the room where the groomsmen relaxed and prepped for the wedding day. It brought the space together really well! A La Crate was so easy to work with and traveled rather far from their location to ensure we had awesome furniture for our wedding. Will definitely keep them in mind for future events!

My daughter rented materials from A La Crate for her wedding and the materials and service were top notch. The staff helped her pick out exactly what she wanted for her perfect wedding. They delivered and picked up the materials without a hitch. We would highly recommend their services.

The Team at A La Crate is exceptional! They are incredibly kind and patient - which is so helpful when you're planning a bit event. They have exceptional taste and provide a lot of helpful guidance on what pieces might work with your space and style. And their inventory is absolutely gorgeous!! We rented their harvest tables, benches, chalkboards, rugs, couches, pastry dishes, wooden barrels, and more - they were our primary vendor for decor and we received so many compliments. Everything they have has character and class. It's also very well maintained. They also do such a great job with delivery and pick-up - there's no stress at all on your end. Highly recommend!

I rented a few pieces from ALC for my December wedding, including two windows with beautiful custom writing, and couldn't have been happier! Each item helped create the perfect vintage look I was hoping for, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff was so wonderful and helpful! Everything we picked out complimented our wedding perfectly and was also extremely affordable. My favorite part was the custom chalkboard they helped us design. The pick up and drop off process was so smooth which was perfect for a hectic wedding weekend. So glad we chose them for our rentals!

From the first day, A La Crate, specifically Courtney, was so easy to work with. We ended up renting a couch, chairs, coffee table to create a lounge space near the dance floor, as well as easels for signage and gorgeous, antiqued, miss-matched china for our plates. All items were in great condition, and everyone raved about how fun and unique looking the lounge space was. They were super flexible for delivery times, which was very helpful as we had a strict timeline from our venue. I ended up adding and removing items all the way up to wedding week, and they never made a fuss. I definitely recommend using A La Crate for rental needs!

Wow, A La Crate Vintage Rentals were AMAZING!!! They were sooo helpful and accommodating with everything! We rented a beautiful set of furniture for our lounge area, silverware and vintage mismatch plates! Everything was a hit! We had so many people who came up to my husband and I and asked where we got all of our plates because everyone had something different and unique and it just made the tables look so fun! The lounge area was so popular during cocktail hour and everyone really enjoyed having a comfy place to sit and relax. Courtney at A La Crate Vintage Rentals was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was beyond helpful and so nice to work - she made wedding planning a breeze! I would highly recommend A La Crate Vintage Rentals to everyone! :)

We rented a buffet table, barrels, chalkboards, a frame, and vases from a la crate for our wedding. They were great to work with - they helped with some of the design and were happy to offer suggestions for arrangements and ideas. I also thought their prices were very reasonable. Before looking through their website, I didn't think I would be able to afford items like they have to offer.

They have a very unique collection of items, and their website is super easy to use. They were flexible with their meeting times for me, and we arranged a special pickup time. I loved the items we rented - they added that extra special touch.

We loved our decor from a la crate! It was delivered on time and exactly what was pictured online. They also were extremely flexible and polite as we continually changed our minds and order several times. If you want a vintage or rustic feel I would highly recommend their rentals :)

We rented a suitcase for cards, the mirrors with gold edging, flower frogs for stands for our table numbers, and a few vases from A La Crate for our wedding. Courtney was so easy to work with in person and via e-mail. She was also quick to get back to me with questions and super flexible when I changed my rentals several times. Picking up our rentals for our wedding was super easy as well. Everything was affordable and worked well into my "vintage romantic" wedding theme. Thank you A La Crate for helping bring my wedding day vision to life!

I thought having rustic wood farm tables for my wedding was an unattainable dream...and then I discovered A La' Crate rentals. Oh my word! Their pieces are simply stunning!!! My fiancé and I splurged and rented 24 wood farm tables, wood benches, and two vintage captain chairs for our July wedding and couldn't be happier with the service and pieces themselves. The tables and chairs were a perfect addition to our rustic/industrial theme. They are so gorgeous that a simple, yet elegant, seeded eucalypts table runner was all that was needed to take our wedding to the next level. Our guests loved and gave many compliments on the sheer beauty and workmanship of the tables. In addition to these perfect rentals, A La Crate also provided impeccable service and no stress delivery and pick-up. 100% recommend them!!

There's no possible way we could have been happier to have had the pleasure of working with A La Crate for our big day. The team of folks at this gem of a company is top notch--so helpful, accommodating, responsive, and flexible. One of my favorite things that they did for us was the writing on the chalkboards that we rented from them. We had a logo for our wedding, and they were able to incorporate it into their designs in such beautiful ways. And when we remembered at the last minute that we hadn't requested a chalkboard to describe our guestbook (it was a fingerprint tree), their talented artist was able to freehand a board with such attention to detail that I doubt anyone but us would have known it wasn't done in exactly the same way as all of the rest. So all of that is to say that if you're thinking about chalkboards at your wedding, do it...and have A La Crate design them. You will not regret spending the money for it or for anything else you order through them. Sarah and Jeff have amassed a very special collection of odds and ends that, when put together, made our day that much more unforgettable. Thank you, Sarah and Jeff and Courtney!

A La Crate has an amazing variety of rentals that really provided a unique touch to our wedding! It was an absolute pleasure renting from the A la crate team!

We rented the harvest tables, benches, and chairs for our wedding. Without a doubt they had the most impact on creating the look and feel we wanted for our celebration. The rentals were beautiful and unique.

Sarah was great to work with. She responded quickly to my e-mail, and I was able to get some wash bins, four wine barrels, and an old door (to use as a bar across two of the wine barrels) reserved. The pieces were exactly as pictured online and everyone was super friendly to work with. I would recommend going through A La Crate Rentals for any of your wedding (or other event!) decorating needs!

Sarah and Jeff were a delight to work with. They helped us to work through all the details and even allowed us to lay things out in the shop in order to get a visual sense of what things would look like. Their attention to customer service every step of the way is commendable in this day and age. They made it fun and were more than happy to help us work out our creative ideas.
The items that they have in stock are AWESOME. They have real talent and if you are at a loss for which direction to go in, they can help. I will likely go back for other occasions other than the wedding!

I rented some lace table overlays for my guest tables from A La Crate Vintage Rentals for my rustic/ vintage style wedding. While these were only one element to the guest tables I can honestly say that these made the whole look come together! They added a personal touch that made every table a little unique and I'm so glad I decided to use them.
Sarah was great to work with, everything from reserving to pick up was super easy. It was nice that we were able to pick up the items a few days before the wedding (one less thing to do the day of!) A La Crate has some awesome items to make your event unique. I would definitely recommend!

I rented quite a bit of material from A La Crate for my wedding day...quilts, crates, barrels, milk bottles, cooler tubs, chalk boards, etc. Everything that we rented was absolutely beautiful and helped make my day so special. My theme was vintage/rustic/country chic and all the rentals fit perfectly with my theme and added such wonderful details!

We originally wanted to rent a galvanized tub to store ice and beverages for cocktail hour. We went to their studio and Sarah was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the item I was originally interested was already reserved for our date. Sarah helped me brainstorm and we came up with an even better solution – and antique bathtub. Their studio is so neat, I couldn’t help but want to explore. I found several other items that I was going to source elsewhere, but their prices were very reasonable and Sarah was so great to work with. I visited the studio a few times and emailed her more than about adding to and changing my order. She was prompt and helpful every time. The ceremony and reception were at different locations, and they worked with us to coordinate delivery to fit both of our schedules. We didn’t order any personalized chalkboards from them, but I saw several when I visited the shop and they were all perfect.
I really enjoyed working with A La Crate. Both Sarah and Jeff were an absolute pleasure to work with.

The a la crate team is so great to work with. They have so many items to rent that are PERFECT for events. They were able to help me narrow down my ideas and pick what would have the biggest impact and not spending a ton. The team was great when I changed my mind on a few things closer to the wedding and they were fantastic when we ran about half hour behind schedule with our return of the items. I also had A La Crate do some chalkboarding for me and I just told them some basic ideas and they ran with it, the signs turned out amazing and perfect! I would 900% recommend a la crate to anyone! Not just for weddings but for other events as well!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day for our wedding. We had a rustic theme and couldn't have brought it all together without the rentals from Sarah and Jeff at A La Crate. They had a great selection and Sarah was so helpful when we went and picked out our pieces. She knew all about the different rental pieces they had and could easily make suggestions to bring our vision to life.
