Let it be known that you THINK you have an idea of how your day will go. You trust in all of your planning. You trust in your wedding coordinator. You trust in your family and friends. What they don't tell you is, at least from my experience, your PHOTOGRAPHER is the one who actually guides you through the day. You look to them through every moment. They let you know what's coming next. They're the ones who ultimately keep you calm and on schedule. Even through unexpected mini catastrophes, LOL. They're the ones whose energy you will feed off of, and the one who will stick with you. As you move through the day, and as you look back on it. Jennifer was absolutely amazing beyond words. Her calm and helpful demeanor, understanding and gentle, but confident and reassured. Jennifer's guidance throughout the day kept me sane and confident too, and ultimately able to live in every moment and just enjoy the day as it unfolded. And oh my god, the PHOTOS!! When we were searching for a photographer, I told my family and friends that if we booked A Girl and A Camera Photography, I would know that I wouldn't have to have a concern in the world about our photos. I would KNOW that we didn't have to worry, and that they would come out stunning. That's how amazing her portfolio is. And man, I was so right! Jennifer was able to creatively guide us through gorgeous portraits, and her abilities brought to life such stunning posed and candid shots alike, of us and of our loved ones. The way she uses light, and has the ability to frame and capture moments and emotions so incredibly, beautifully, and purely. I just can not gush enough! She even put together an absolutely STUNNING sneak peek slideshow of our photos before the big drop, and words literally can not express how perfect it was. I was sobbing, and just so full of emotion getting to play back all of those incredibly special moments and beautifully captured memories. Seriously, do yourself a favor and hire Jennifer! I just KNOW that you will not be disappointed. She is the BEST! -

We couldn't be more thrilled with our experience working with Jennifer as our wedding photographer! From our engagement session to the big day itself, she was absolutely incredible. Right from the start, Jennifer made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera—her calm and friendly nature put us at ease, and she really made the whole process fun. The engagement photos turned out beautifully, and on our wedding day, she captured every special moment with such grace and artistry. She was professional, attentive, and so easy to work with, ensuring everything went smoothly without ever feeling intrusive. The photos are stunning, and we’ve received so many compliments. Jennifer truly has an eye for capturing the magic of the day. We’re beyond grateful for her and can’t recommend her enough!

Dream candid-style photographer for our wedding!
If I could give 6 stars I would! Jennifer is a calm, down-to-earth professional who has a stunning ability to capture classic & personally meaningful photographs.
My partner and I adore looking at photographs & wanted to book someone who would be able to capture candid moments throughout our special day. Her work (especially her black and white photographs) is stunning & she very much captured the essence of our day and our relationship. Because she got so many great shots of our wedding, we're also planning on gifting some prints to our guests!
She had an easy client portal through her website and she was always timely in her responses. There was ample coverage of our event in the 6 hour package for ~110 guests. Although we planned our first look and portrait locations beforehand, she also had some fun creative shots with us on the day that we didn't plan out. Also, she helped note to my MUA when my make up was smudging -- which happens to me all the time.
Overall, we couldn't have had a greater experience with our wedding photographer. -

Jennifer is a true artist. She covered our COVID adapted wedding which was significantly pared down than our original plans.
In addition to making sure that things remained COVID safe, she was extremely kind, professional, timely, and had an amazing eye which captured our wedding in images I could not have imagined. I
will truly treasure these photos forever, and hope to work with Jennifer for other milestones moving forward. Her eye, aesthetic, and experience make it a no brainer to choose her for your wedding, micro or not. I cannot recommender her more highly!
