    A Dream Wedding

    Echo was a wonderful wedding planner. From the beginning, she was extremely organized, accommodating, responsive and understood exactly what we wanted. Echo paid attention to the details and was always willing to go above and beyond to make us feel special. I would definitely recommend her as your wedding planner! Our wedding day was a breeze thanks to her help.

    Perfect wedding planner!

    From our initial consultation call with Echo, we knew we didn't have to look any further, as it was immediately apparent that she was affable, professional, and extremely experienced and efficient. She exceeded our expectations in all of these regards.

    Admittedly, we were likely a bit different from her usual clientele, given that we were already married a year prior and planning more of a celebration for our friends and family. Therefore, we guess that we were considerably less opinionated and responsive/engaged than average with regards to the countless steps and decisions to be made along the way--likely annoying attributes for any wedding planner to deal with. Echo was able to adapt to our more hands-off vibe without missing a beat, helping to make decisions on our behalf (when requested) and push back timelines to accommodate our busy work schedules. In addition, literally every single vendor we interacted with were immediately relieved to learn we were working with Echo, and all provided unprompted commentary that she was absolutely top-notch and invoked comparisons to military leaders, railroad conductors, etc. with regards to her extremely fastidious and effective manner of conducting weddings. They were right (in the best way possible, of course)! Best of all, though, was her ability to maintain an extremely high level of professionalism in the face of unexpected challenges, including (but not limited to!) our tardy arrival at around 4:50 for our 4:30-5 pm rehearsal, our family being fairly difficult to wrangle/direct during the rehearsal and wedding itself, and an unfortunate conflict that arose during our reception related to a child acting out ultimately needing to leave the wedding.

    Simply put, we could not imagine a more capable and professional wedding planner, and we are extremely grateful to Echo for conducting such a fantastic event! She must be the premiere wedding planner in wine country, and we could not recommend her more highly.

    Echo Made Our Dream Wedding a Reality!

    We had the pleasure of working with Echo as our wedding planner, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. After reaching out to three wedding planners initially, we just knew Echo was the one after our first call with her. Her professionalism, expertise, and warm personality set her apart from the rest.

    With less than 10 months to prepare for our wedding, we were initially overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Both my husband and I were very busy with work, but Echo made what could have been an extremely stressful process incredibly smooth and manageable. Her organized to-do list made everything easy to follow, and she was always prompt and responsive to our questions and concerns.

    Echo handled a few last-minute changes with grace and flexibility, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. She truly listened to what we wanted and made our dreams come true, while also offering her valuable recommendations and opinions when needed.

    Absolutely perfect!

    Echo was absolutely amazing! We had our wedding at Carneros Resort and Spa (Napa, Ca) in Sept 2023. Echo was extremely knowledgeable with that location as well as the preferred vendors. She always responded in a timely manner and went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was perfect. From the preparation to the day of the wedding, she was extremely prepared, organized, and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend her and truly have nothing negative to say about her services!

    Echo is amazing!

    Echo is literally amazing. When we first started planning our wedding I thought we could do it on our own with just a day-of coordinator. I quickly realized that was not the case - I had no idea just how many details go into planning the perfect wedding - and we would need major help to make our dream wedding a reality😂 Echo did just that! We started working with Echo a little over a year before our wedding. Throughout the whole process Echo kept us on track with our to-dos, helping us get things done early so we were never too overwhelmed as we got closer to the big day. The wedding day itself was absolutely perfect. If there were any hiccups I’m not even aware of them - showing just how amazing Echo and her team are. We highly recommend working with Echo if you want the perfect Napa wedding!!

    a dream wedding with A Dream Wedding Planner

    Working with Echo was everything the name promises - a dream.

    We’ve spent the past week reflecting on our wedding day and I'm certain that we are still floating. I'm not sure when the average bride and groom finally come down from the clouds, but I'm willing to bet it takes much longer for the ones who have had the opportunity to work with Echo.

    My husband and I haven't stopped talking about how perfect everything was, how not one detail was overlooked, and how even teeny hiccups (that were outside of anyones control) felt like they were perfectly orchestrated to best fit our needs. Echo took all of our nerves and bundled them into excitement, orchestrated our needs and the needs of our guests with ease, and had such seamless communication with the vendors (who were without question, the best of the best.) 

    I don’t think that we will ever reflect on our wedding day (or wedding planning) without also thinking about Echo. We live in Nashville but were set on a Napa Valley wedding, we both have hectic work schedules, and wanted to plan our wedding in less than 10 months; Echo said “no problem” and made planning from 2,000 miles away both fun and manageable. Some stress surrounds being a long distance bride. There is a fear that if you don’t have your hands on every little thing, something important might be missed or forgotten. That stress was rendered irrelevant during our first introduction call with Echo and our faith in her was reinforced each step of the way.

    Hire Echo now!

    We got married earlier this year and one of the best decisions we made during the planning process was choosing Echo as our wedding planner! I am a bit of a Type A perfectionist and was looking for a wedding planner that we could fully trust to bring our vision to life. Echo exceeded my expectations and was amazing to work with from the very beginning. She helped us navigate the overwhelming wedding planning process, kept us on track with the wedding to-dos, made great vendor recommendations, and was meticulous about every detail. On the wedding day, I had a chance to look at our ceremony and reception space before walking down the aisle, and I remember being in awe and completely blown away by how beautiful the space was. Our wedding was literally a DREAM come true- even better than what we imagined. All of our guests were blown away by how spectacular everything was, and we owe that to Echo! There were a couple hiccups during the wedding day, but Echo was always there to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we enjoyed ourselves.     Echo is amazing!

    Echo is absolutely amazing, I cannot recommend her enough!!! When my fiancé and I began planning our wedding, we wanted someone who was an expert, extremely organized, and who would help us navigate the thousands of wedding decisions and details. We were also planning a fusion wedding (Indian/American) and so we needed help pulling off an event that balanced the two different styles.

    Echo went above and beyond and was an absolute dream to work with. She helped us design a wedding that represented our personal styles, created milestones so our planning stayed on-track, connected us with amazing vendors, and created a wedding day timeline so we could have all the exciting day-of moments. She also dealt with every wedding day hiccup (whether minor or major) and ensured our day was seamless and stress-free for us and all of our guests.

    Our wedding day was literally perfect, and exceeded all of our expectations. We 1,000% attribute that to Echo and cannot imagine planning our wedding without her. She is absolutely the best!

    Best Decision We Made.

    Hiring Echo was the single best decision we made for our wedding. Most planners bring organization and communication to their process but Echo brings so much more. Her expertise, extensive vendor contacts and level of detail is what made our wedding day spectacular. Planning details and making decisions can be challenging ( especially for those like me who really wanted & needed the support) but Echo made us feel comfortable and confident through the whole process.     Echo was absolutely amazing throughout the process of our wedding planning. She navigated us every step of the way through Covid postponements, special requests, vendor changes and so much more. She's incredibly detailed oriented and kept us on track despite our crazy work schedules. Echo was quick to pick up on our preferences and went to bat on our behalf whenever needed. She's highly respected in the area and put is touch with the best vendors to meet our needs.     If Echo says she can give you your dream wedding, she can!

    I have never been more exited to write a review for someone than I am to write this one, but there is so much to say about Echo that I hardly know where to begin! Echo / A Dream Wedding was recommended to us by a woman working at Calistoga Ranch back in 2019 during a tour of the property (before it sadly burned in one of the fires). She told us that if we hadn't hired a wedding planner yet we should contact Echo right away to find out if she had any room left in her schedule for us and that she was the best planner in Napa and provided exceptional service, going above and beyond for her clients. This was probably the most critical advice we received during the entire wedding planning process, and turned out to be absolutely true! We hired Echo shortly after that, and she stuck with us for the next 2 and half years through one last minute venue change (due to sudden construction) followed by two postponements due to COVID-19. Even without the pandemic going on in the background (not to mention the fires raging in and around Napa every year) we were a challenging family to work with, having "too many cooks in the kitchen" and family members with often starkly contrasted points of view about everything from the color palette to whether or not to serve brussels sprouts. Echo handled everything we threw at her with patience, professionalism, kindness, and dedication, and despite everything managed to pull together an amazing wedding that made everyone happy and completely brought our vision to life. Her company name is true to its word! She was communicative and it felt like she was always available when we needed her, despite working with many other couples at the same time. I would have sworn we were her only wedding if I didn't know otherwise, based on the time and attention she gave us. We never felt like she was splitting her attention too many ways or like we weren't a priority. She had a great list of recommended vendors to work with, and tailored her suggestions based on what we were looking for. We chose most of our vendors based on the recommendations she made (and don't regret a single one). She kept track of all of our details flawlessly, even when we ourselves had lost track of things in between the postponements and couldn't remember what decisions we'd made, and did her best to keep us on target with deadlines to avoid leaving things to the last minute and adding extra stress. Finally, there was her work during the actual wedding weekend itself! We hired her to plan both our rehearsal dinner and wedding (great decision). On both days she managed everything flawlessly, tackling issues big and small quickly and effectively so that we never would have known anything was amiss if she hadn't revealed some of them to us after the fact. All we had to do was show up and follow the timeline and everything went smoothly and according to plan. She checked in with us throughout the day to make sure any last minute changes were run by us first and that we weren't too stressed and were happily enjoying our events. We could feel just how much she cares about her work and doing a good job to make sure her couples have no regrets about their wedding day. We literally could not have designed, planned, or hosted our wedding weekend without her!

    Highly Recommend

    We are so thankful that we found Echo Wright from A Dream Wedding. We were faced with Covid restrictions, California wildfires, venue, and vendor changes. But through it all Echo was a calming voice, she was able to pivot and help keep us on track and focused with kindness and patience.

    She has exceptional communication skills, so we never felt in the dark or confused about what she was doing and what she needed from us. Echo has great organizational and time management skills and a relentless attention to detail.

    Echo also has a wonderful sense of style which resulted gorgeous flowers and tablescapes. The vendors she referred us to were exception and very professional. She spent a lot of time asking questions and listening to us so that she knew exactly what we wanted for our wedding aesthetically and it was beautiful.

    She was able to help us create the atmosphere and experience we wanted to share with our guests. Once she knew what we wanted, she made it happen. It was almost exactly as we wanted, just better. It was better because we expected a certain level of stress the of the wedding day but with Echo there, we were able to enjoy time with our family and friends knowing everything was being taken care of and if we needed to be somewhere, she was there to whisk us away. We are so grateful to Echo for that.

    The wedding day, from start to finish went without a hitch. As the day unfolded, we were able to enjoy all the beautiful details and take in all the special moments knowing Echo and A Dream Wedding was there to keep things on track.

    Greatest decision of our wedding-- HIRE HER IMMEDIATELY.

    There are no words to describe how unbelievable Echo is-- you should stop reading right here and just book her before she is unavailable. We didn't even realize how much we needed her until we saw all the details and organization that she brought with her-- intricate details of vetted vendors, first hand knowledge of the venue, and a minute-by-minute timeline of every day. We were also absolutely blown away with her ability to troubleshoot a few disasters. We had to move our entire wedding because of the pandemic and it was so seamless because of Echo that we barely noticed. Then she helped troubleshoot three unexpected dress nightmares-- finding us an alternate tailor a week out, a bustle done incorrectly and then the entire zipper breaking (from original tailor)-- she not only helped to fix each problem but also ensured the wedding continued smoothly and no guests noticed my prolonged absence. Now stop reading this and go hire her immediately-- you will be SO glad that you did.

    Words cannot express how much we enjoyed working with Echo! She went above and beyond our expectations. She was an exceptionally wedding planner and we don’t know what we would’ve done without her. We had to postpone our wedding and she made the transition so smoothly.     Best Wedding Planner Someone Could Ask For

    Echo really did plan our dream wedding. Matt and I are both very busy finance professionals and needed someone to help us comprehensively and keep us on track. She worked with us tirelessly pre-COVID to pick and plan the perfect venue, vendors, decor, logistics etc. Then she worked tirelessly through the Pandemic and after to make sure my day was flawless. And it was!!

    I was looking for someone with tons of experience, superior logistics, attention to detail, anticipated all the ways something could go wrong, creative, reasonable on vendor costs, and supportive/flexible. She was all of this and more. Our vendors had super detailed timelines and so did our wedding party. The whole event was amazing and our friends and family continue to rave about how perfect our wedding was and how it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I could go on and on...but you won't be disappointed if you go with Echo.

    A fantastic Planner, Partner and Friend through hard times

    2020 was a tough year, especially for hosting a wedding! Echo was absolutely fantastic in helping us design and plan our dream wedding starting in 2018. When the pandemic hit, we didn't know what to do and Echo was the first to reach out to us about our options for re-scheduling, guiding us through the tricky re-contracting process and assuring us along the way that we would still have our special day.

    Unfortunately, during the fall of 2020, we learned that our wedding venue burned down in the disastrous Glass Fire, leaving us without our beautiful venue and many open questions. Echo, once again, was the first to reach out to us and the first to support us in our decision to exercise force majeure and terminate our wedding. While it was an extremely difficult decision on our end, Echo supported us 110%, despite the fact that we ultimately did not need her services any longer for our wedding. She initiated our refund processes, navigated difficult conversations with vendors and ultimately enabled us to recoup over 95% of our deposits.

    At the end of the day, Echo was there for us every step of the way during this exceptionally difficult time and not only supported us with her expert planning and risk management but also with her emotional leadership and intelligence. My husband and I grew closer together through this experience, and also grew our friendship with Echo, all emerging much stronger than we anticipated. There's a saying that goes "tough times will always reveal true friends" and this experience proved to us that Echo was the best wedding planner we could have chosen but also a true friend that we will stay in touch with forever.

    An absolute DREAM come true!

    Hiring Echo was the best decision we made for our wedding. I definitely had a vision for what I wanted our wedding to be and from our very first call with Echo, we knew that she would do everything humanly possible to ensure that. She not only did that, but she went above and beyond all of our expectations. Our wedding was straight out of a fairytail and every single detail, small and large was thought through. I was simply speechless on the wedding day and that was all thanks to the work Echo and the vendors did leading up to the event. And guests noticed, too, commenting throughout the day how beautiful the ceremony was and all of the details really showed the true love Casey and I shared for one another. Echo has a true gift and passion as a wedding planner and listens to each bride and groom to make sure all their specific wants and needs are met and executes it to a tee. Her attention to detail is impeccable and comes up with the best recommendations for design, layouts and truly only recommends the best vendors to work with. After having to postpone our wedding, Echo was there every step of the way, always in constant communication with us and vendors to make sure that everyone had what they needed, and everyone was on time. I never once felt stressed or worried about our wedding because Echo was always there with an answer and everything was complete for our ceremony weeks before the big day, which let us enjoy the week and day-of the wedding. We had absolutely no hiccups during the day and credit Echo for that. We loved all of our vendors and truly had a dream team. I’m going to miss our daily email exchanges with Echo but she is now a lifelong friend that we are so grateful to have. I cannot recommend her enough — it will be the best and easiest decision you make in the wedding planning process. Thank you, Echo for everything you did to make our wedding a true dream come true.     Impeccable attention to detail - HIGHLY recommend working with Echo!

    Echo was everything we hoped for in a wedding planner and so much more. My husband and I live in Ohio, so planning our dream wedding in Napa, CA was overwhelming—to say the least.     Echo really gave me A Dream Wedding!

    Where do I even begin? If you don't plan on reading this entire review, all you need to know is that Echo is absolutely amazing and our wedding day would not have been the same without her. You will not regret booking her!

    When I started wedding planning, I knew I needed a planner. Originally from the midwest and only living in the bay area for a couple years before getting engaged, I knew I needed expert help to plan my dream wedding in wine country on a budget. After talking to multiple planners, I was completely overwhelmed. I felt like giving up, but then I got on a call with Echo and everything just clicked. She was the first person to talk to me seriously about budget and about how the process would work. I appreciated her straight forward approach because it's exactly what I was looking for in a planner. I am very type A and have a very hard time letting go and giving over control - clearly, not an easy client. The moment I spoke with Echo though, I knew she had to plan my wedding.

    We started working together in January, which was a bit late considering we were planning on a fall wedding at Beringer. Right away we got to work! I loved that Echo kept my husband and I on a tight schedule, answering every single question we had along the way without judgement or hesitation. I completely trusted her opinion and she actually helped make wedding planning more fun. Anytime I didn't know what to do or how to make a decision, she was right there to help. My husband was very picky about a couple things as well when in came to the food and she was more than accommodating. Her vendor recommendations were all within our budget and were a BREEZE to work with.

    Three months before our wedding, we had a hiccup with the band we had booked. Echo helped us navigate this situation and made everything less stressful. I was freaking out thinking, "how are we going to find a band to play our wedding with only three months notice?!" Sure enough, with Echo's help, we were able to book The Boombox (incredible band - even better than our original pick) and helped us get our initial deposit back!! I truly don't know what I would have done without her.

    And then, the week of our wedding, we found out the power was going to be shut down in Napa Valley. I was completely overwhelmed and had no idea how to handle what was happening. It was extremely stressful, but Echo managed EVERYTHING for me with professionalism and grace; from backup generators and logistics, to texting me every hour to provide updates and let me know everything was going to be okay. She answered every single one of my crazy questions with a smile on her face.

    On our wedding day, I was actually able to relax. That was something I never thought I'd be able to do. I thought I'd be stressing over every detail, but when I walked into our venue before our reception started, my jaw dropped. It was even better than I had pictured. We had power, Echo remember every little thing we had ever discussed, and it was truly breathtakingly beautiful. I was in shock. Our family and friends are still talking about how amazing our wedding was and my husband and I miss it every day. It was absolutely the best day of our lives and we owe it all to Echo.

    I could go on and on, but the bottom line is this: Echo Wright is extremely talented, a joy to work with and takes so much pride in her work. She cares about her clients and LISTENS. I would recommend her services to anyone. I promise you will not regret your decision to work with her. She doesn't miss a thing.

    A Dream Planner

    We cannot recommend Echo highly enough. I'm not even sure if we would have had our wedding if it weren't for Echo. Our wedding in Napa happened to fall on the weekend of the fires in Oct 2019. Despite the hectic situation, our wedding went off without any problems. Echo kept us updated throughout the entire process and we didn't even notice at one point when our venue's electricity was cut due to the fire because Echo and the on site manager had already coordinated a back up plan using a back up generator. Leading up to the wedding, her simple timelines and schedule keeps everything stress free. Echo is the perfect planner to for letting you and your guests enjoy your wedding date. - M&W

    A Mother-In-Laws Opinion

    That's kind of a scary title to give a review about a wedding, right? The MIL is often looked at with shady eyes in this scenario. So, my daughter in law has hired a wedding planner and then I follow suit and hire the same one, Echo, to help me plan and coordinate the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Oh the pressure here....ok, ok...I have to stop trying to sound tough because I happen to have the world's GREATEST DIL!!! And she found for us the most perfect wedding planner ever! Like have you ever had a meal so good that you want to tell every single person you know that they HAVE to got to that same restaurant and order the exact same meal just so they can experience the same joy you had while enjoying your dinner? Think that times a million!! I have never been so impressed by someone's attention to detail, ability to understand exactly what look, feel, and ambience I wanted for an event and then MAKE IT HAPPEN all while being on the other side of the country.
    Two quick stories that made my experience the best ever...after the rehearsal we had time before we had to be at the rehearsal venue. I look at this incredibly beautiful, amazingly talented, perfectly organized planner of mine and ask if I should just go to the venue and help set everything up. She simply smiled and said, "No, you go enjoy your guests. I will take care of everything." Now this made me a little nervous...I had discussed all the details but hadn't seen them put together yet before my guests would. So in I walk with everyone and tears streamed down my face. PERFECTION!
    Which leads to the second story, one of my daughters, seeing how perfect everything was for the rehearsal, was now worried the wedding would not be as beautiful. I will finish by saying....Echo somehow, someway created a wedding that was THE most magical, stunning, and perfect wedding day for my son and his wife that even somehow surpassed the rehearsal which honestly seemed impossible to accomplish. After months of planning and forming a relationship with this amazing woman somehow she still blew us all away. Yep, I stand on the rooftops screaming to everyone "YOU MUST CALL ECHO!"

    A dream to work with!

    My husband and I worked with Echo over the past year to plan our wine country wedding and could not have been happier. She was an absolute dream and helped us make our picture perfect wedding come to life. Echo consulted us from everything from finding the ideal venue to choosing the best vendors, to making sure that the day of ran 100% according to plan. We had quite a few obstacles pop up the last week of our wedding, but Echo handled all of them with ease and professionalism, and made sure our wedding day was perfect. Anyone who works with Echo is in very good hands and will have everything they dream of in their wedding!

    Amazing Experience with A Dream Wedding

    Echo is truly amazing at what she does! Our wedding this past fall at Calistoga Ranch went by absolutely seamlessly. It was the most perfect day, and I think much of that was due to Echo. During the months leading up to the wedding, we stuck (or tried to stick) to Echo's timelines, and so in the few weeks just before our wedding, there was nothing left to worry about! We had no stress on our wedding day; Echo took care of everything.

    Even though we planned our Napa wedding from New York, working with Echo made the entire process very manageable. We told her what our vision was, and she chose a handful of vendors for each category for us to pick that she believed would be able to execute our plans (and we loved all the vendors we met with). We could not have been happier with our our day went. Thank you, Echo!

    We got our Dream Wedding!

    Planning a wedding can be challenging and doing so when the venue is on the other side of the country makes it more so. We knew that we needed help and couldn’t have made a better choice.

    Echo was incredible. She handled everything – all the things we knew that we needed and all the details that we didn’t! Constant communication was key, helping us choose vendors (they’re all amazing!) to make our day perfect - carefully (and patiently) walking us through every step of the process and was an absolute budgeting ninja. When we were busy with work, she was understanding; when we were indecisive, she helped brainstorm; when we didn’t want to do something, she convinced us otherwise! We couldn’t have done it without her.

    Our guests had the very best time – all those extra little touches didn’t go unnoticed. We’re in no doubt we raised the bar and couldn’t have done it without her.

    The Perfect Planner!!

    We hired Echo from A Dream Wedding to help us plan our wedding at Solage, in Calistoga September 2019. It was the best money we spent! My husband and I were overwhelmed with the entire process of planning a wedding. We didn't know where to start, so we immediately starting looking for a planner. Once we had our first call with Echo, she put our minds at ease and we knew she was the perfect fit. You can tell she loves what she does and she's exceptionally good at it. She helped us through the entire process and gave us helpful tips along the way. She's the most organized person I know. She sent us updated timelines(to the minute) she dealt with all of our vendors, negotiated prices, reminded of special touches, and helped our special day run smoothly from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure we weren't stressed at any point the day of, from taking our dog back to our room after the ceremony, getting me sandals since my feet were hurting so bad, and even setting our room up with flowers and candles to come back to at the end of the night! It doesn't get any better!
    She was quick to respond, and easy to get a hold of. Her cheerful spirt and positive attitude made us feel confident that our wedding day would be absolutely perfect and just how we had imagined. We can't thank Echo enough for all her hard work!! I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the Napa area!

    Outstanding Wedding Planning

    I highly recommend A Dream Wedding for wedding planning in Napa or Sonoma Valley. Echo planned my daughter’s wedding last summer at Calistoga Ranch, There are so many details to navigate for any wedding, and I learned that in the wine country there are a few more due to zoning restrictions, details in how some venues and businesses operate and limited choices of vendors in some categories. My daughter and now son-in-law were working intensely out-of-state and had limited time. And while I am in the Bay Area, that’s still quite different from really knowing the wine country. Echo did a great job navigating us through everything - from knowing which decisions had to be made quickly to knowing the trade-offs with specific vendors and having intimate venue knowledge. It also became clear that the vendors/venues know Echo and as a result she’s able to get more leeway on some of the restrictions that might otherwise be enforced. I was told multiple times by the representatives of the venue and other vendors how much they liked putting on Echo’s weddings. Furthermore, I felt she was very reasonably priced for the level of service provided.

    Echo was also fun to work with. She was unfailingly cheerful and calm. She is very organized and doesn’t miss details. On the day of the wedding, the venue was running fans in a tent that was used for the reception. Echo noticed that they were directing hot air down and had them change the direction of the fans before the reception started. These are the kinds of little details that matter and are really hard to be on top of without an excellent wedding planner. As we approached the ceremony date, my daughter realized she didn’t want to start the day really early in the morning. This meant we needed a second hair stylist for the wedding party. Echo was able to find one on short notice. I don’t think this would have been possible without her. After months of planning, we reached the day of, and at multiple times during the day I thought about what was going on during set-up - managing the various vendors and the venue - and what a relief it was to not have to think about any of it. All the details were in place for the wedding party to have fun that day while getting ready, and the wedding went off without a hitch.

    I thought that A Dream Wedding was done then. But there was a snafu in which one of the rental vendors claimed we had “lost” some items during the course of the wedding. Echo went above and beyond following up with the venue and the vendor to track down the items. Eventually I was charged by the rental vendor. But, unknown to me, Echo continued to persist with them and they eventually got back to her and acknowledged that they had located the items in their warehouse. I was refunded; but the more important part of this story is how Echo persisted until it was resolved correctly. Echo knows Napa and Sonoma very well and has a reputation for pulling off outstanding weddings. She was a pleasure to work with.

    Amazing Experience with Echo

    Echo was indispensable in helping us plan our June 2019 wedding at Carmel Valley Ranch. From the beginning of the process she was very accessible and organized, which was vital since we were planning this from out of town. We interviewed many wedding planners, and Echo was unique in multiple ways. 1) She is a one woman shop so we knew we would be getting her full attention rather than having our wedding tasked out to more junior planners at a given firm.
    She also limits the amount of full weddings she takes on in a season so she can ensure full attention. 2) She gave us all referral fees that she would have otherwise received from vendors she had previous relationships with. 3) She was the only wedding planner we talked to in the original screening call who was conscious of us not having an unlimited budget, and offered her recommendations for certain places to over and under spend.

    Overall, working with Echo was a great experience and I cannot imagine planning a wedding without her. Not to mention, through her negotiations with vendors, she more than paid for herself with the money we saved.

    Echo is amazing at what she does

    We hired Echo and A Dream Wedding for our wedding at Calistoga Ranch. Being on the east coast we realized that we would have to do everything from afar. We hired Echo before meeting her in person and we know that we made the best decision for our wedding planning and day of needs. Echo thought of everything - from helping us with the perfect glassware and table setting to managing an incredibly complicated timeline for our wedding day as well as day of logistics for multiple buses, pick up locations for our guests, and more. She did everything with confidence and ease - and made us feel comfortable about everything and we did not have to worry about anything going wrong the day of our wedding. She is truly great at what she does and brings a great spirit and positivity to her work. We were tough clients at times with lots of little questions and requests- and she took great care of us. Thank you A Dream Wedding for making our wedding day absolutely perfect.

    Priceless. An absolute must

    Ok, so I will start out by saying my fiancé, now husband and I both thought a wedding planner was a ridiculous expense to add on top of a wedding. As we started getting into the planning there was just so much we really didn't know. I mean it's not like one gets married often enough to know the ins and outs. Echo was an angel. I highly recommend her. She paid attention to every. Single. Detail. From the little to the big pieces. She heard our vision and made it reality.

    Echo also saved us $6,000 on a contract that I'm not quite sure we would have been able to negotiate on our own.

    Our wedding was spectacular because of a dream wedding. We always spoke directly with Echo. She always got back to us in a timely manner and she really is quite amazing at what she does. Everything ran on time and was quite seamless. We felt like guests at our wedding. Which I am confident would not have been the case if we tried to go at it on our own.

    I could not recommend Echo "a dream wedding" enough.. She is worth her weight in gold!

    From One Bride to Another, Choose Echo!

    Echo is the absolute perfect wedding planner! I would hands down recommend her to any bride :)

    I started working with Echo shortly after I got engaged and was completely new to wedding planning. Between my fiancé and I, we had a ton of really basic questions and were slightly overwhelmed by all that needed to be done. Throughout the entire planning process, Echo was highly organized, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She is an absolute veteran in the business and will navigate any situation flawlessly.

    One of my favorite memories working with Echo was her process for helping us chose vendors. She planned a beautiful weekend in wine country for us to meet with vendors that she hand-picked for us based on our needs. Throughout the course of two days, Echo had booked us meetings with two of each vendor (e.g. two photographers, two caterers, etc.), so that we could choose our favorites. Did I mention these were all at adorable coffee shops/restaurants?

    While the planning process was an absolute pleasure, the true magic came on the day of the wedding. The day was a complete fairytale. Seeing it all come together was like watching a symphony, with countless moving parts all working towards a common goal. Everything flowed just as it was supposed to and exceeded our wildest dreams. Even our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! We are so grateful that we chose Echo for our special day! And hope you all do too :)

    A title fitting of an extraordinary experience

    First, to say the wedding was a dream merely scratches the surface of the surreal experience Echo was able to procure. Everything from the ease of communication, to the pinpoint organization, reasonable pricing, and overall giddy professional demeanor , this equates to THE PERFECT wedding. At first we were skeptical of hiring a planner (ambitious we know) but with hindsight being the crux of wisdom, take our advice, go with Echo. The thorough thoutfullness she brings is sure to enhance not overshadow your unique tastes as she has proven a powerful resource for expert design. We really appreciate how seamless our wedding day was, thanks to her our stress level was zero! And everyone took note.     She made a Dreamer out of me!

    Unlike many bride's I know, I did not have my dream wedding planned and envisioned since I was a little girl. In fact, I thought I would I always thought I would elope. Imagine my surprise (and nerves!) when my groom said he wanted a big destination wedding! Because of this, my first days trying to plan a wedding myself were very overwhelming. On top of that, my husband and I are both extremely busy professionals. Then, my Mom found A Dream Wedding! From the first phone call, Echo had a special way of helping me bring to life a dream that I didn’t even know that I had buried inside- to have a Wine Country Wedding. Her creativity is inspiring; she captured my vision so quickly and intuitively. Her passion is infectious; she turned any ounce of stress I had into total excitement. Her reputation is flawless; every vendor that we met, interviewed or used breathed a sigh of relief when we told them that Echo was our planner. I highly recommend A Dream Wedding to any Bride- whether you have been dreaming of your wedding your whole life, or are just now getting started.

    I could cite dozens of special stories about Echo, but I want to share two. One is the way Echo supported my dad who was very anxious about his toast for the days leading up to the wedding. I watched her help him set up his props (yes, he had props- how cute is he!), and heard her reassure him kindly and endlessly. That was so special for both of us. Secondly, I was so busy mingling and dancing that I didn’t get to have any of the special allergen-free cake that we had made for our reception. Echo was so disappointed by this on my behalf that she over-night shipped me a fresh cake for me to enjoy when I got home. Now that is above and beyond even a 5 star rating. We love Echo so much. The only disappointment here is that I couldn’t take her with me to help me plan and stay calm in my everyday life!

    Echo did a phenomenal job orchestrating an absolutely beautiful wedding for us. The evening just couldn't have gone more smoothly and flawlessly. Echo pays close attention to every detail, keeps in close and constant contact with all the vendors, and does an amazing job taking a huge load off the bride and groom and their families. High marks as well for producing an event that reflects the wishes and vision of the bride and groom. We absolutely couldn't have done it without her.
    I would recommend Echo without any reservation whatsoever to anyone looking for a wedding planner.

    I'm not even sure where to start on this review. Echo was so incredible over the last year and a half of planning our wedding, I wouldn't have done any of it differently. First off, we were planning our Sonoma wedding from Singapore, which was already a challenge in itself with the time difference and coordination with vendors. Echo narrowed down huge lists of vendors to one or two, so we could easily make our decisions. She was more than happy to take very early phone calls to accommodate our time zone. When we arrived to meet all the vendors, she had thoughtfully planned out a schedule where we weren't driving all over the county. We didn't feel stressed going through the process, and thoroughly enjoyed the few days we had in Sonoma. I'm a type A personality, and had lots and lots of questions at every turn - which Echo was patient and happy to answer quickly and efficiently. I'd say the most important part about all of this was that this isn't just business to Echo - she treated us the whole way as friends, and put her heart and soul into making this our perfect day. Her involvement was so sincere and genuine.

    Now speaking to the actual wedding day, Echo and Dawn we're absolutely incredible. As you know, things will always go wrong on wedding day. Echo and Dawn we're seen but not heard, and their level of professionalism was exceptional. I didn't feel rushed around to all the different events, I felt like I could truly enjoy the day. Things went wrong with some vendors, but Echo and Dawn were so seamless in their delivery that I had absolutely no clue of anything that was happening. They were so calm and collected, we really felt like we didn't have anything to be concerned about. To be completely honest, our wedding day was the best day of our lives! Thank you Echo and Dawn for making this possible, we will truly remember it for our lifetime!

    Echo’s business name says it all – she made our dream wedding come true! We hired Echo a year before our June 2018 wedding weekend. My husband and I live in Boston, my mom lives in Kansas City and we planned our wedding in St. Helena, CA. It was no easy feat to coordinate and work with us being cross-country but Echo did it with ease. She has incredible patience and insane attention to detail. She was so patient and readily available to answer my hundreds of questions. We could only go out to St. Helena one time during our year of planning. Echo made our time out there so productive! She had organized two full days of vendor meetings, ensuring we had enough time with each vendor to make an educated decision. Throughout planning, Echo schedules calls with you where she maps out exactly what needs to be done. She provided us with a detailed timeline and made sure we were on top of the things our vendors needed.

    Echo also planned our rehearsal dinner and welcome party which again exceeded expectations. She worked so well with my in-laws and me to put everything in to motion. Echo wrote up detailed itineraries for the whole weekend for us to give to our families and wedding party. She paid attention to people’s names, was on the lookout for mishaps and made sure Matt and I didn’t stress about a single thing. If anything went wrong during the weekend we still don’t know about it! She had everything timed down to the minute and kept us on track in such an easy way. We enjoyed every second of our wedding weekend because we knew Echo had everything covered. I cannot say enough glowing things about Echo and A Dream Wedding. She truly cares about every single one of her couples and wants to make sure your wedding is the best day. Matt and I can’t thank Echo enough for everything she did for us. She is the best of the best! We can’t recommend her enough!

She is organized and timely in her responses to needs. She is detailed and thinks of little things you never would have thought of. On the day of the wedding she makes it as though you don’t have to lift a finger.     Planning a wedding in Napa from the east coast would have been impossible without Echo’s help. She was on our venue's list of vendors, and after one phone call with Echo we knew she was the right choice.

    We had the opportunity to meet her in person a few months later when we took our one trip out to meet with vendors and do a tasting at our venue. She set up a two-day, detailed itinerary for us down to the minute to meet with her, the venue, and vendors recommended by her based on our needs. All we had to do was show up! Choosing vendors seemed like an overwhelming task for us given the distance, and having her set up appointments from her vetted list was invaluable to us. Echo set up a timeline for us to follow leading up to our wedding day, and was always available to answer any questions via email or phone, provide suggestions, and send gentle (and much needed!) reminders to keep us on task with any deadlines. We also had a tent booked as a rain contingency and Echo was extremely helpful in keeping that plan as flexible as possible leading up to the wedding - something we could have never handled on our own.

    Weddings have a lot of moving parts, but you would never know it as everything seemed to just magically fall into place thanks to Echo’s coordination of everything. We truly had no worries on our wedding day because we 100% trusted Echo would be there every step of the way. Furthermore, every vendor we booked from her list was amazing. So many guests commented on how beautiful the wedding was and how they enjoyed themselves, and that is in no small part due to Echo’s hard work. She is so thorough and organized no detail escapes her attention, and it shows on your wedding day.

    We booked our venue, I’d started researching different vendors... and then it hit me. Planning a wedding is much more overwhelming than I had anticipated, especially when it’s a destination wedding. I went to the preferred vendor list my venue gave me. I planned to call every planner on the list. Called the first one, I was less than impressed. Called the second... she blew me away! I could tell immediately she was the right fit! I loved the sound of her voice. She sounded like a go-getter but also had a very calming way about how she spoke. It was love at first chat! I knew she was the one! But I couldn’t tell her that. ?? I made her think there were other candidates and that I’d have to talk to my (at that time) fiancé. I called him the second Echo and I hung up jumping up and down exclaiming we had a winner and I had ZERO desire to look any further! I explained her prices and said I was confident she’d be worth every cent. He was hesitant. After much convincing, it happened! He gave me the OK to go with the greatest wedding planner of all time. Echo got our vision. She saw we weren’t the typical couple and had strange requests and quickly adapted to our wishes. The entire way, Echo was on top of everything... even when things got stressful. Our host hotel burned down 3 weeks before our wedding. All the hotels were booked up. She was so amazing the whole time easing my stress but keeping me in the loop. There were some hiccups on the day of our wedding (caterer was TERRIBLE at best ??) but Echo never batted an eye, never allowed us nor our guests to know what was going on... she made it seem like everything was perfect... just like we thought it was. I couldn’t imagine having not gone with a wedding planner or using a wedding planner besides Echo. She’s the best ever! Don’t go through the stress of planning your own wedding. Definitely spend the money on a wedding planner. And don’t waste wedding planner money elsewhere, EchoDawn Wright is amazing! ??

    Echo Wright from A Dream Wedding is amazing! She's the ideal wedding planner if you are getting married in the Napa/Sonoma area. We retained her services for assistance with finding our venue and of course for the wedding day itself. My wife and I are both lawyers and very picky people. Echo exceeded our expectations with respect to both services and was unbelievably patient with us throughout the process. In hindsight, we don't think there is any way another wedding planner could rise to Echo's level of execution.
    We ended up choosing Calistoga Ranch as our venue after visiting quite a few other places. Echo of course was spot on with her timeline the entire day of the wedding; it was fluid and ran smoothly all night- my wife and I didn't have to think about a single detail. She absolutely nailed it and in our opinion it would be a huge risk going with another planner in the Napa/Sonoma area. Echo has close relationships with all of the best florists and vendors in the area but if you are getting a dj then be sure to use dj Dennis from Anderson Entertainment and Christian from Krumbs Cakes for your cake.

    Echo is not only a stellar professional she is a wonderful person who is easy to connect and work with. She really knows her business and works tirelessly to execute on behalf of her clients. Echo has an excellent reputation in the industry and has an established network of quality vendors who speak highly of her and love working with her. Echo was able to connect us with all of our wedding vendors, from event rentals, to live musicians, to DJs, florists and photographers. She was truly our 'one-stop-shop' resource who guided us through every step. Trust is paramount in any relationship, but it is intensely critical when partnering with someone to plan your wedding. With Echo, we were in good hands, she took excellent care of us and we would work with her again in a minute!

    Echo was amazing! My daughter had the wedding of her dreams at Chalk Hill Estate Winery thanks to this amazing woman! She is so extremely organized and does not let anything fall through the cracks! We had one major problem 3 days before the wedding, the videographer we had paid for ended up in the hospital and could not video the wedding. Echo spent countless hours, and two days, trying to find a suitable replacement at the last minute. It was a tough task, but somehow she did it. On the day of the wedding Echo, being the extremely organized planner that she is, had a prepared time line and she made sure everyone followed it! There was absolutely no stress for any of the wedding party on the wedding day! It was a magical day thanks to all of her hard work! I would highly recommend Echo as your wedding planner. You will LOVE her!

    Echo helped us plan our dream wedding in Sonoma in 8 months. Her impressive organization and time management skills, energy, enthusiasm and experience planning all types of weddings made what can be a very stressful (but very exciting!) period more than manageable. Our wedding planning was further complicated because my husband and I live on the East Coast, but Echo worked and coordinated extremely closely with my mom in CA and my husband and me. Our wedding day was unseasonably hot, but Echo and her team kept the entire wedding crews' spirits high and expertly handled all unexpected emergencies and last minute changes without me knowing. Her breadth of work enabled her to reconcile our wedding vision with what works best and is possible. She is a true professional and an absolute pleasure to work with!!

    We used Echo to plan our wedding at Chalk Hill on 6/17/17 and simply cannot recommend her highly enough! We were planning our wedding from Boston, MA and were only able to visit CA once before the wedding so we were a bit worried going into the planning process. For our planning visit to CA we only had two days, but Echo was able to make the absolute most of them by scheduling back to back vendor meetings in a thoughtful way and we were able to meet multiple photographers, florists, and even do my hair and makeup trial. We also had a bit of a problem where Chalk Hill wasn't going to be able to do our tasting for the time we were in CA but somehow Echo worked her magic and they were able to accommodate us! She also had various recommendations for things that were challenging for us to decide from afar (for example, band recommendations) that were SPOT ON (can't tell you how many people came up to us at/after the wedding to say they loved the band!!), she knows her stuff 100%!! Echo was also price-conscious during the whole planning process, price shopping/negotiating for us to get the best possible deal.

    On the actual weekend of the wedding was when Echo truly shined as an incredible planner and coordinator-- she was BEYOND organized and it was SO helpful to have her master timeline all planned out for us to the minute! It was our bible! On the actual day, Echo and her assistants were everywhere at once and kept us perfectly on our schedule without being pushy or making us feel like we were rushed. Whenever I needed something, Echo was already taking care of it before I could even ask! It was incredible. Every single person in our family has remarked on how amazing and professional she was to work with-- we just can't say enough!

    If you're at all debating a wedding planner, Echo is the absolute best choice. She was organized, accommodating, professional, and worked tirelessly to give us everything we wanted. We can't say enough, thank you Echo!

    In the beginning, my wife and I didn't have much of an idea where to start for the wedding planning. Echo was super helpful the whole way through. She had timelines, vendor options she'd worked with in the past, and advice about questions we came up with. Overall, working with Echo (who's super organized!) made the whole thing much less stressful that it would have been. We both work day jobs, so having someone who has experience here was absolutely worthwhile. If you choose to work with vendors that she works with often, she will pass on her discounts to you.

    On the day of, Echo was indispensable. A lot goes on and she was on top of it, working behind the scenes to keep everything on track and making sure everyone knows where to be.

    We were very pleased to work with Echo and would definitely recommend her to others.

    When my now wife said she wanted to hire a wedding planner I thought she was crazy. I learned I was crazy for thinking that on my own behalf. The BEST DECISION EVER! Echo is a dream herself.     Echo was amazing and I don't know what we would have done without her! She made organizing our destination wedding so smooth. She was pleasant to work with and paid attention to every detail. She first helped us to choose a venue and quickly understood our style and key things we were looking for. She knew our style better than we did and took us on extra visit to Chateau St. Jean, which we knew was perfect the minute we stepped on the property. Throughout the wedding planning process, Echo was incredibly organized and helped us set and meet timelines on all the wedding variables (and she was patient with us on some of our slow and fickle decision making). She made the whole process fun and easy. All the vendors that Echo recommended were all fantastic as well. Given more time or money, I wouldn't have changed a thing about the wedding. It was exactly our style and exactly what we wanted. The wedding day was so perfect and if there were any kinks, we had no idea. Echo also surprised us with a cool light installation over the bar, which was so cool! The transitions throughout the wedding day and all the details were immaculate. I can't say enough great things about working with A Dream Wedding!! It was worth every penny!

    Initially, we tried to plan our wedding from abroad since we live overseas but it became too much handle. We were very late in our planning but Echo managed to find the perfect venue, caterer, and other vendors that were exactly what we had in mind. Our wedding was perfect.

    Echo was an amazing wedding planner. I am a Realtor and have a crazy schedule. She really worked with me in getting everything ready and understood my busy lifestyle and was still able to make everything work. She set timelines for me and still gave me flexibility when I needed it. For our rehearsal, she had detailed timelines for everyone in our wedding party and really made us feel ready for the wedding. The day of our wedding, I didn't have to worry about a thing and she handled everything and is extremely organized.     I cannot say enough good things about A Dream Wedding! We initially hired Echo to help us find the perfect wedding venue in Napa or Sonoma, CA. Based on the criteria and budget we were looking for, she secured appointments with 9 wineries for us to visit over a two-day period. We had such a great experience during the venue search process that after deciding on a venue hired Echo on the spot to help us plan our wedding at Kunde Family Winery (day of plus package). Her breadth of knowledge of the area and network of reputable vendors made the wedding planning process enjoyable from day one. She handled all of the behind the scenes logistics and served as the liaison between us and our vendors, streamlining communications and making the planning process easy and efficient. Echo was extremely organized, detail oriented, patient with and quick to respond to my lengthy emails with 100’s of questions. We were confident that nothing would be overlooked and that she fully understood our wedding day vision. When the weather forecast for our all outdoor ceremony and reception was showing a 90% chance of rain the Tuesday before, Echo was a lifesaver! Within a day, she had re-worked all of our vendor agreements and put together the perfect Plan B that in the end was just as good, if not better than Plan A! The day of the wedding, Echo and her team executed the event flawlessly! I was fully relaxed and able to enjoy every moment, knowing Echo and her team had everything under control. We could not have had more fun celebrating with our friends and family! We received numerous compliments on how gorgeous and fun our wedding was. Our guests were still talking about it two weeks later when we returned from our honeymoon!

    We’re from Hawaii, but didn’t want a beach setting witnessed at many friends’ weddings. I introduced “destination wedding” to my fiancé a few times before warming up & eventually gave into my winery wedding. Knowing the backdrop I wanted, photos help narrow down the venue list and I fell in love w/ St.Francis Winery upon our visit. They required a wedding planner so I called the entire preferred vendor list, deciding the first likable person to respond would be it.The first calls overwhelmed me but Echo, who seemed stern but polite, was perfect for my indecisiveness. I had 6 months to plan a destination wedding and Echo. After getting to know us, she immediately sent a vendor list & instructions. Back in Sonoma two weeks later, we had 2 days of meetings w/ two caterers, florists, photographers, cake tasting, the DJ, selected linens, & even a hair/makeup trial! Though intense, Echo did ALL the legwork with vendors & set up appts; we just showed up. Over the next few months, Echo helped us through contracts, sent us reminders for everything, quickly replied to questions, offered suggestions, opened her home to ship items to, & suddenly we were at a month away! Our 50 guests, mostly from Hawaii, were as anxious as us to enjoy Sonoma. Only at rehearsal, did I feel the jitters. Echo continued to help w/ small details, such as hand placement, just so it didn't look awkward. Our families & wedding party (incl the boys!) all commented on Echo being on the ball, which says a lot. Regarding planning, I had no regrets on our wedding day; the timeline Echo orchestrated allowed guests to appreciate the venue w/o getting bored. What really floored me was the décor! With just a color scheme, Echo & the florist came up w/ arrangements & placement of candles & flowers. The perfect surprise, so magical it felt too fancy for us. Echo did everything exactly how I wanted, w/o me even knowing it! We are so thankful she created our perfect wedding shared w/ our closest friends and family.

    My destination wedding at Chateau St. Jean in Sonoma Valley was absolutely PERFECT! The best decision I made was hiring Echo-Dawn Wright, Owner at A Dream Wedding, to plan my perfect day (full service package). I had a very stressful and demanding job and didn't have time to plan my wedding. Each conference call with Echo was extremely organized and efficient. She is a great listener and executed my dream wedding to a tee! She set-up appointments with vendors for my fiancé and I to interview. Once we picked our vendors and communicated what we wanted, she corresponded with them up until the end of our event. She provided a budget sheet for me and reminded me when payments were due. Echo gave amazing advice and always had solutions to each little problem that arose (very few). Believe it or not, I never got stressed out during the entire process! She is experienced, hard working, dedicated, and extremely meticulous! And, she’s an absolute sweetheart to work with! We booked her Full-Service package and it was worth every penny.

    Unlike many planners, Echo specializes in both the organizational and design aspects of planning (most only do one or the other). On the organizational front, Echo guided us through our year-long planning process, from setting up vendor visits to orchestrating all day-of logistics. No detail was overlooked, and she made sure everyone (from family to vendors to guests) knew where they were supposed to be to ensure the day went as smoothly as possible (and the bride and groom could relax!). On the design front, Echo took the time to understand our vision for the wedding and was great at presenting options for the ceremony and reception layout that would fit our style and budget. For example, she must have spent over an hour with me at the rental warehouse playing with various table linens, silverware, and chargers until we got the look just right.

    It was such a pleasure working with Echo - she was patient in answering all my questions, shielded me from the vendor logistics I didn’t need to be involved in, and anticipated and addressed issues I hadn’t even thought of. Our wedding was more beautiful than I could have imagined and we got SO many compliments from our guests on what a great time they had. Echo is absolutely fantastic and I feel so lucky that she made our “dream wedding” come true.

    I knew planning my wedding from out of state would prove challenging and that I needed a planner with connections to excellent local vendors. Echo proved to be the perfect selection! She kept up with my millions of questions and emails, and was very organized. I knew I didn't want a typical Napa winery wedding.     Echo did an amazing job in helping us identify, down select, visit and ultimately select our wedding venue. Echo listened to our "care abouts" and curated a list of possible venues from which we could review and select our site visits. She coordinated 8 and eventually 9 site visits during just 2 days enabling us to make the most of our time and energy all the while providing thoughtful and seasoned advice. She seeks to provide the best value for your style and budget. If you are seeking to plan any event in the Napa/Sonoma wine country, Echo is, by far, the best resource to have by your side.

    Update: Echo and her team are experts in their field. Before you do anything else, hire her! Echo's breadth of experience, network or reputable vendors and collaborative, thorough approach will help you realize an event that is magical and memorable. Our recent wedding was nothing short of a dream come true (cliche though that may sound). Echo assisted us immeasurably in every facet of our affair from venue selection, vendors, decor and "day of" coordination without which I don't believe I would have survived. She has poise, professionalism and a collaborative management style that is both rare and valued. It really was a process and a day that I will remember forever.

    The groom has been involved in numerous political events including 2 Presidential fundraisers, a Vice Presidential event and other similar high profile events requiring multiple levels of coordination. The bride often is involved in event planning for upwards of 300 at a Fortune 250 company. We were comfortable with Echo's efforts and on wedding days she disappeared during the event to us.... yet was a key cog to timing and seamless transition. 5 Stars!

    In planning a wedding I always thought a wedding planner was more of a luxury than a necessity. Boy was I wrong.     We contacted Robbin in the fall of 2013 and every step of the way, Robbin and her team at A Dream Wedding were incredible to work with. Not only were they so helpful in finalizing the details, but they were such a pleasure to work with. So many details in the wedding process are easy to overlook, and A Dream Wedding far surpasses it's phenomenal reputation. Robbin and her team provided us with so much help leading up to the wedding, including invitation etiquette and how to address envelopes, etc. If we had a question, Robbin had an answer.

    Though we have family in CA, we were planning our wedding from Michigan and it was very difficult to plan out of state. Robbin and Echo made it so easy. They were extremely flexible with our schedules and so willing to meet with us over the phone and check in via email. Every stressful part of the wedding was alleviated by their proactive nature. I could not have asked for a better wedding and was so grateful that we, along with our families and bridal parties, could just enjoy the wedding without worrying about schedule, details, set up or anything, for that matter.

    Absolutely amazing - completely worth it!

    We hired Robbin as our wedding planner for our wedding at St. Francis winery in Santa Rosa. We could not have planned this wedding without her - and it turned out flawlessly. We live in Washington, DC, and didn't know the first thing about vendors or logistics for planning a wedding in Sonoma. Robbin is highly respected by the wedding vendors in the area, and her years of experience mean that she knows who the best vendors are and that she gets a lot of discounts, all of which she passes on to you.

    Over the course of a year of planning, we spent a total of two weekends in Sonoma, and that's all we needed because Robbin did such an amazing job of doing all the necessary leg work so that we could show up, make the important decisions, and still have time to do some wine tastings!

    One of the things that distinguished Robbin from other wedding planners is that she charges a flat fee (and not a percentage of the cost of your wedding). This means that she has no incentive to drive up the cost of you wedding. In fact, she does the exact opposite - she looks for every opportunity she can find you save to money.

    I would highly recommend Robbin to anyone planning a wedding in the area!

    Robbin Montero was the best wedding planner a girl could ask for. From the first conversation we had over the phone through the entire planning process and on our wedding day Robbin went above and beyond for us. My husband and I had some unforeseen issues arise during the planning of our wedding and Robbin was so caring, supportive and understanding. She was more than a wedding planner she became a friend. Our wedding day turned out amazing....Robbin was on top of her game and delivered everything she had promised to us and more. It was so comforting to know that the set up, take down, timeline etc. would be handled by her and that took so much stress away for me especially on the day of the wedding.     We hired Robbin Montero as our wedding planner and it was the most important decision we made when planning our wedding. We live in Chicago and have very busy lives. When approaching our wedding, I knew that I wanted to feel like I had a good hand in planning own wedding, but I knew we needed help. Robbin offered exactly what we were looking for: a professional business woman with experience, she is extremely efficient and up front about things that will work or ideas that may not be the best, she has great relationships and connections with the community’s vendors, she was flexible in scheduling times for us to meet that accommodated our hectic lifestyle, and she always responded back to my emails and phone messages promptly.
    As we continued working with Robbin, it was obvious to me that she took a lot of the stress out of planning our wedding. Her actions consistently assured me that she took our wedding seriously, and we didn’t have to worry about trusting our vendors to come through because she recommended and trusted them.
    I cannot imagine planning our wedding without Robbin and getting the same results. She was very hardworking and dedicated to our event. In the end, I can honestly say that I enjoyed the whole process of planning our wedding with her, we stayed below our wedding budget, and our wedding was more beautiful than I could have ever imaged.     Robbin is an amazing wedding planner, and just what I was looking for! I wanted somebody that could work with my theme, was no nonsense and on top of things, but that was also pleasant and caring about each bride individually. She was a highly valuable asset to my planning process, especially because my wedding was destination and I could not be there to research all vendors or attend all meetings myself. She listened to and stuck to my vision, presented me with up to date wedding trends, kept me on track, and ensured every detail was covered. She did not waste time on showing me things I "might" like, but rather knew what I would like and presented those to me.     Our best wedding gift was the one we gave ourselves...ROBBIN MONTERO! Our wedding was absolutely amazing!

    We selected Napa as our venue and hired Robbin Montero of A Dream Wedding. Since ours was somewhat of a destination wedding, and with our excessive work schedules, we needed a planner who we could rely heavily upon and trust. It was evident from the first moment we met Robbin that she is a true professional who knows and loves what she does. She lived up to every one of our expectations!

    Throughout the planning process, we were thankful for Robbin's creativity, enthusiasm, and diligence. She was always available for us when we had questions and we could always count on her for an honest opinion. She guided us through the vendor selection process, making sure that our wedding would be exactly as we wanted...ONLY BETTER! We were really impressed by how well-respected Robbin is among the vendors. Their enthusiasm to work with A Dream Wedding translated into a flawless presentation for us.

    We can't think of a single detail that was overlooked, nor can we think of a single thing we would change. Everything, right down to our guest accommodations and rehearsal dinner, was magnificant thanks to Robbin's experience and recommendations.

    Robbin Montero made our dreams come true! She was such a pleasure to work with, we were actually sad when the wedding planning was over because we wouldn't be talking to Robbin every week.

    Being a busy couple that resides on the east coast, we needed a no nonsense planner that really understood our vision and our personalities.     Robbin is the best! To start off the planning, we all sat down together and she really took the time to get to know us, our likes, dislikes and vision for the wedding. Once we set the vision and the budget, she presented vendor options that best suited our style and budget and was really great about keeping us on track and reminding us how our choices would affect the overall budget. She responds within a day (usually the same day, if not hour) and was very flexible for the changes that we came up with, even during the last few weeks. Robbin really makes what you want, work for you. On our wedding day, my husband and I did not have to worry about a single thing. I really trust and respect Robbin, and her work ethic, and I know that she won't let you down!

    My fiance and I met with Robbin a year before our wedding and we immediately knew we needed her services with planning our wedding in Napa, especially since we live in Connecticut. We found her to be essential in so many ways:
    (1) Curator. Instead of giving us a long list of potential vendors, she carefully selected a few in each category (photographer, florist, DJ, cake, etc) so we could narrow down our selection without spending a lot of time.
    (2) Negotiator. Robbin was terrific at getting extra perks for us (eg, the winery allowed us an extra hour to clean up, one vendor forgot to give us a discount and she quickly intervened).
    (3) Designer. She was fantastic at recommending beautiful additions to the venue (extra lighting, some greenery, colored linens), which honestly we would never have thought of doing. But she was still very cognizant of our budget.
    (4) Repeat customer. Robbin solves a key problem with incentives in the wedding industry: couples typically use a vendor only once, which means they have little incentive to provide stellar service. Since Robbin brings back future customers, we found that every vendor was very eager to please her (and by extension, us!)
    (5) Discounter. Although the cost of hiring a full-time wedding planner can seem daunting (>$5000), we actually ended up making much of it back, as she gets 10% off with most vendors.

    Robbin was, far and away, the best money we spent with planning our wedding! We highly recommend her services, and if you're looking for an energetic, professional, knowledgeable, and personal wedding planner, she is the best there is in Napa/Sonoma!

    I had the pleasure of working with Robbin on my wedding at St. Francis Winery this past May. She was absolutely wonderful to work with! I can't imagine what we would have done without her. Here are the main reasons I recommend her, but read below for more details:
    1 - She vets the vendors for you and recommends some based on your vision.
    2 - She is conscious of costs.
    3 - You and your family and friends don't have to worry about anything the day of!!
    4 - She's a complete professional and is very helpful/kind to your guests.

    Don't get me wrong, wedding planning is still a lot of work, but because of Robbin my work centered on deciding what I really wanted, rather than figuring out how to get it done. We spoke with Robbin about a year before the wedding with our vision of the day and based on our conversation she provided around three vendors in each category that we might like to work with (i.e. florists, caterers...etc.). That meant that I didn't have have worry choosing from a huge list of vendors and making sure that they were good. Robbin had vetted them for me! She was also very conscious about price at each turn and gave us an honest opinion about where it made sense to spend money and where it didn't. For example she suggested that providing pashminas for guests in case it got cold was more economical than heat lamps during dinner. Totally true and the pashminas were a hit with the guests.

    On the day of the wedding, I know there were things that went wrong, but I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. She did call me at one point after making an executive decision on a minor issue just to let me know, but because she knew me and what I wanted by that point, I totally trusted her judgement. Also, none of my bridesmaids or family had to spend time worrying about any details on the day of. How many times have you been to/in a wedding or been in a wedding and you have to do last minute work or hide something that went wrong from the bride. Not with Robbin! She takes care of everything!

    Finally, during the wedding, Robbin and her staff are very kind to your guests and don't make any annoying announcements or force things to stay on schedule if they just can't. For example, my husband got tied up talking to people and was late finishing his dinner so Robbin let him finish before we did our first dance. She also makes sure that you don't start the first dance or anything else important until your parents and anyone else you deem important are in the room. No "Father of the Bride" mishaps at one of Robbin's weddings!

    Obviously, I can't recommend Robbin enough. She is wonderful!!

    Robbin is so organized! She listens to what the bride wants, understands that people have their own budget and their own opinions about what they want. She makes suggestions appropriately. She gave us excellent advice on vendors and helped us with lots of details. She also gave the bridal party appropriate guidance at the rehearsal. She is excellent! Value-added! We could not have done this without her--this was a destination wedding for both families and most of the guests.

    From the day we met with Robbin Montero she understood our wedding day vision and maintained that focus for the year and a half of planning our wedding. There was an instant connection with Robbin in our initial meeting, and we walked away feeling confident that we would be well taken care of. Our instincts proved to be right, and we couldn’t have asked for a better Wedding Planner!

    Robbin was really there for us throughout the entire planning process. If any issues arose with the vendors before, during or after our wedding, from the biggest to the smallest concern, Robbin served as our representative and advocated for whatever change was needed. She was readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and we never waited more than a few hours for her to respond (especially important for me, as I was a very nervous bride!). Robbin helped coordinate all of the vendor meetings, and assisted us in reviewing all the vendor contracts and making sure everything was in order.

    Robbin was there for the rehearsal, and the whole the day of the wedding (she was the first person to call me in the morning to see how I was doing, and was there helping us bring the last of our gifts up to our room after all the guests had gone). She created a time line that ensured that everything ran smoothly. She was extremely attentive, made sure everyone was well taken care of and happy, and kept the vendors on time and happy as well. This allowed us to really enjoy every moment of the day.

    We knew that we had chosen the right Wedding Planner when we first met Robbin, but our guests confirmed it by saying how fabulous she was and how the entire day flowed seamlessly from beginning to end. Thank you Robbin, our wedding was truly our Dream Wedding!

    Robbin was the planner for our wedding, which we held at St. Francis Winery in Santa Rosa, California. From the moment we met Robbin, which was actually over the phone, we were impressed with her knowledge of her craft, her meticulous attention to detail and her passion for what she does. As an out-of-town couple (we live in New York) with hectic work / travel schedules, we relied heavily upon Robbin to make vendor recommedations and coordinate all of the 'details' that in my opinion are critical to a wedding's success. Throughout the process, Robbin was engaged, attentive, reassuring and highly professional. She responded to emails quickly and gave candid advice on anything we asked. She was also highly respectful of our opinions and tactful in making alternative suggestions.

    As good as she was during the period leading up to the wedding, she was EVEN BETTER on the day of. She had clearly thought through every last detail of the organization of the day, arrived at the site early, stayed late and was like an 'invisible hand' throughout the event. As a testament to Robbin's organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, many of our guests remarked afterwords at how 'well coordinated and planned' our wedding was.

    Ultimately, our goal was to have a beautiful day where our family and friends felt well taken care of, and a large part of being able to achieve that was due to Robbin's involvement. We can't thank her enough!

    When planning a wedding, there are some key elements that a wedding co-ordinator must possess - a sense of urgency, great follow up and the exceptional ability to follow through on requests, reliability in knowing that the vendors that they refer you to are the very best at what they do, and that on the rare occassion that something comes up, because it always does, you need an individual that can handle those unforeseen curve balls.

    What we received in return for what we expected was all of the key attributes that I mentioned above and then some. Sarah Ghazzagh was our Wedding Co-ordinator for our Wedding this past weekend and to say that she went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional is putting it mildly. For starters, Sarah literally works around the clock to achieve perfection. Every interaction was always wonderfully positive and upbeat. Nothing was ever a problem. She is flexible. She is the consummate professional and she is as nice as they come. She is truly a wonderful person that you will enjoy getting to know throughout the process.

    Your wedding day is a day you'll never forget but Sarah's contributions made the difference in making a memorable event spectacular! I hope you are as fortunate as we were to work with her because she is truly a gem.

    If you are planning a wine country wedding and need a coordinator, look no further! Robbin Montero is the best of the best! I was lucky enough to find her through my own internet research and chose her venue searching service. She provided us with at least 20 wineries and event facilities with detailed information. We narrowed the list down to our top 10-12 and quickly scheduled a trip to meet with Robbin and visit each venue.

    Initially I thought I could plan this entire destination wedding from Houston, TX on my own. Wow, was I wrong! Thankfully I came to my senses and hired Robbin and her Dream Team to coordinate our fairytale wedding! Not only does she know everything about the Sonoma and surrounding areas, but she knows all the best wedding vendors! And it gets better; with her services you receive discounts from almost all of them! She provides checklists, recommendations, numerous phone calls, countless emails and most of all support during planning process. Robbin knows how to keep you focused, organized and on track!

    Whether it’s helping you find a good restaurant, getting a manicure or a fun winery to visit while you are in town, Robbin is there for you! I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect wedding for my husband and I. On our big day she was there to ensure everything ran smoothly according to the detailed timeline she created and even called to check on me! Robbin has a gift for making things flow and lets the bride and groom enjoy their special day without any worries,. We are so grateful to have met her, and could not have done it without her guidance, help and expertise.

    I couldn't have had the beautiful wedding I had without the help of Robbin Montero of A Dream Wedding. Robbin not only recommends the best vendors and venues, she is always available to answer questions and be there when you wonder if you'll get through the whole thing! My husband and I were free to make our own decisions and create the wedding of our dreams, while having Robbin there for advice and guidance. She took care of the details (that we didn't even know about) that would have added a lot of time and energy to our already long to-do list. On our wedding day, I know there was a lot going on behind the scenes, but we were shielded from having to "put out any fires" that would have caused us stress on that important day. Robbin is very organized, knowledgeable, and truly enabled us to have our dream wedding. I would highly recommend Robbin Montero of A Dream Wedding. Don't do your wedding without her!

    I would first of all love to state that Robbin Monterro and her wedding planning production company is by far the most absolutely amazing wedding company I have photographed under. Robbin and her associates are very professional, attentive, quick to respond to any and all needs of the wedding couple, and well prepared for any surprises that mother nature or etc. may throw at on the wedding day. She runs a tight ship and keeps everything on track and running smoothly.     I have had the pleasure of working with Robbin and her dynamite team on multiple weddings! From the first meeting to the post wedding follow-up, they are professional, detail-oriented, creative & most of all...fun! Their presence on the wedding day is ideal for a photographer - completely helpful when needed but totally unobtrusive the remainder of the day.

    Robbin Montero of A Dream Wedding planned and coordinated my wedding, held at the home of our good friends. I can honestly say that I don't know what I would've done without her. Robbin created an event that was flawless. Her expertise was evident…I didn't have to do anything but enjoy my day. She took care of every single detail so I wouldn't have to worry. I'm sure there were fires she had to put out behind the scenes, but I never knew. Our friends, who hosted the event, were also able to just sit back in their own home and enjoy the day. To this day, they comment on Robbin's expertise and efficiency. If you're planning a home wedding or getting married at a large venue, do yourself a HUGE FAVOR…hire Robbin!

    My daughter met Sarah Ghazzagh from A dream Wedding and I was so grateful. She arranged appointments for venues and vendors that we would not have known about. Sarah had everything organized when we signed the contract to the end of the wedding. She is calm, nice and a pleasure to work with. This was truly my daughter's dream wedding and it went smoothly because of the work that Sarah put into the wedding. She is wonderful to work with-sorry I do not have another single daughter to plan a wedding with her.

    I can not say enough about the incredible job Suzy Berberian did for us in helping to plan our out of town wedding in Napa Valley! She went above and beyond what I would expect of a wedding planner by dealing with the hotel event staff, picking out our reception wine selections, picking up attraction brochures for our guests, and so much more! She truly made the difference between stressing out over my wedding and being able to really enjoy getting married!
