  They Made Our Dream Wedding Come True

  Stephanie was a complete joy to work with. Because we had the added complexity of having a larger guest count and 2 different venues for the Ceremony and Reception, we knew we needed a professional. I did my research and when I spoke with Stephanie, I just felt a good connection. She was organized, thorough and truly helped make our day perfect as our Day of Coordinator. She communicated timely and well. The timeline she created was so detailed and she really listened and worked with what we wanted for our day. During our initial walk through with her at our reception venue, we just felt so at ease and not stressed because she was one step ahead knowing who she needed to talk to and when.
  On the day of, everything was a true dream. All of our decor was set up perfectly. Everything for the most part was on schedule and I am so thankful her and her assistant were there to keep us on time. We really appreciate all the effort and we could not thank her enough!

  Absolutely amazing!

  I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie. I thought I could do this myself and waiting til the week of my wedding to book a coordinator. I completely regret not hiring her sooner. I had a previous coordinator talk down to me. But Stephanie took what my fiance and I said and worked her magic. Our reception not only looked beautiful but went so smoothly.

  Worth Every Penny

  Stephanie and her team helped my wife and I with month-of and day-of wedding coordination. Before our big day and throughout the evening, we kept saying to each other "this is the best money we've spent on our wedding." She was very professional and highly communicative from the moment we reached out--which stood out among the vendors we contacted.
  
  Once she came on board we knew we made the right choice because her experience shined through immediately. We felt like we were in a good spot leading up to the month before our wedding. In reality we were really at the rough draft phase. Stephanie and her team added a level of polish, detailed planning, and professionalism that stitched everything together and made our wedding day flow seamlessly. They also recommended many personal touches that turned into memorable moments and details our guests have raved about.
  
  No matter how much you plan, there will always be something that goes wrong or needs attention in the moment. Stephanie was proactive in catching many things beforehand and also troubleshot on the fly. Knowing her and her team were on top of things made it so my wife and I could fully enjoy our wedding. Ultimately, through their professionalism and experience, this is what made their work so valuable to us. We got to actually enjoy our wedding rather than manage our wedding. I'd highly recommend Stephanie and her team to anyone looking to bring on a wedding planning, month-of, or day-of coordinator.

  Best day ever

  We had the best day of our lives, hands down! Everything was exactly as we had wished it would be, and more! It couldn’t have happened without A Daydream Wedding. Truly. Stephanie was there for everything throughout the day, kept our anxiety away so that we could enjoy the day without having to think about anything.   What else can we say, except that Stephanie was everything we hoped for! Stephanie spent countless hours helping us prepare for our big day and connected us with numerous vendors to ensure we secured the best of everything for our wedding. And, on our wedding day, Stephanie and her assistant were there every step of the way to make sure that everything went as planned. We are extremely thankful that we had Stephanie as our wedding planner and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants their big day to be both magical and memorable!

  Very helpful and accomodating

  My husband and I used Stephanie to help us plan our ceremony and reception. We were planning something not quite traditional and I was struggling to find a vision. Even during our first unofficial meeting she helped me brainstorm ideas on how to create the perfect day, where both my husband and I could both be comfortable and happy. She kept us on track for planning and was always available for help. She was very accommodating and understanding of what we wanted. I was so intimidated to plan a wedding and she helped ease my mind and make the experience so much easier than it would have been otherwise. I grateful to have had her through this stressful process and to see her smiling face the day of my wedding helping with all our needs!

  Stephanie is amazing. I was a very indecisive bride. I felt so bad. I kept changing my mind on a lot of things and Stephanie just rolled with the punches. I hired her for the wedding day coordination package and the decor design service. Hiring her for both packages helped kept everything organized. She helped me accomplish my wedding theme perfectly. I would used Pinterest as my inspiration board and she would pick ideas that would work for my theme. She set up all the decorations the day of. I didn’t had anything to worry about. She created a day of timeline to keep everything organized as well. I have a lot of respect for what she does. I walk into task think i just need a little bit of help but I was truly wrong. It isn’t easy keeping track of all the small/big changes. She definitely works hard. I highly recommend her. Our day of the wedding really was PERFECT because the new hubby and I could just sit back relax and enjoy our party knowing Stephanie had everything under control. If you are feeling overwhelmed in your planning and you can find it in your budget, give yourself the best wedding gift possible - a stress free wedding day - by hiring Stephanie and A Daydream Wedding!

My stress level decreased as soon as I hired her, and she handled EVERYTHING in the zany last week before the big day. Stephanie is professional and personable, she is very easy to talk to and was committed to helping us achieve our vision, and had great input and ideas. She handled the room layout, worked with me through multiple day-of-timeline edits, communicated with and coordinated the vendors, and ran the ceremony rehearsal. Stephanie checked in on me on the morning of my wedding day, came in early, and "herded cats" all day. All I had to do was show up! Stephanie and her assistants worked super hard, and the result was an awesome wedding and a great party for all our guests. A great time was had by all, including me and my husband. THANK YOU!

  Stephanie gave us A Daydream Wedding! She attentively listened to every detail of what was important to us and delivered! She was super responsive to all of my texts/emails/calls...not an easy task! She kept it 100% professional at all times. She was always one step ahead and I knew I didn't have to worry about anything!

  Stephanie helped us plan our wedding last year. We had a small backyard wedding and had a hawaiian theme. We had leis for the guests to wear and she decorated our pool area and backyard so nice. Her ideas were great and all our friends commented on how lovely our wedding was. We were so pleased with what she did. It made a special day even more special.
