If I could give Jennifer Maxwell a MILLION stars I would! Not only is she super easy to work with but she is the most talented photographer on this earth. Her eye for lighting is incredible and her editing skills are AMAZING. Our wedding was in the middle of the summer heat, and neither our ceremony or reception had ideal lighting. Somehow Jennifer made every picture stunning. She worked her butt off running around the venue all day (in the Georgia heat) and got every single shot on my list which was pretty lengthy. I completely forgot to bring my wedding invitations that day and she let me meet up with her weeks after the wedding just so that I could get those last few pictures that I wanted. She looked thoroughly over my timeline that my coordinator made, helped me with advice, and never pressured me to do a first look for "better pictures" like other photographers did. Jennifer was the best decision I made about ANY of my vendors. She worked well with all of them including my videographer. She had a back up plan in place for anything that could have gone wrong (nothing did) and was extremely professional. She sent me a lengthy preview the day after my wedding because I texted her saying I didn't like the cell phone pictures and was worried! Jennifer really will MAKE your big day!!! She knew how to position everyone and her pictures are SO NATURAL. Plus she worked GREAT with my husband who is the typical guy when it comes to taking pictures! I wanted our wedding pictures to look fun and they definitely do. She will capture every moment of your day and you really will feel like you are reliving your wedding through the pictures. BEST investment ever.

I absolutely love the quality of work from A Creative Pear. I've worked with Kayla and Jennifer and they are phenomenal! Excellent photographers that get all the shots and extremely easy to work with! They really know how to get you over the learning curves of posing and make it a comfortable and fun experience!

I will recommend this company to friends and family for sure. Kayla arrived much earlier than our appointment time to search out the best areas for us to take our photos. This was especially helpful considering we have four young children. As well, the patience and kindness Kayla displayed with our children allowed them to feel comfortable during the shoot. As a result she was able to capture some extremely good pictures. We couldn't be happier with this company and will use them again in the future.

Kayla was amazing! When I met with her for our initial consultation it felt like I was meeting up with an old friend. Instantly I knew we'd be a great fit. On the day of our wedding she was so awesome and would make sure I got breaks to sit due to heels and also humid weather. She made sure that we were comfortable! She was very organized with her shot list so we were able to knock out formal pictures very quickly. She gave us our preview look and I'm already in love with those photos and can not wait to see all the rest! She comes highly recommended, I promise you will not be disappointed! Thank you Kayla for documenting our big day!

We loved spending our wedding day with Kayla and Lindsey!! They were great and really fun to be around! They turned a stressful time into a fun and relaxing time! Their work is amazing and my husband and I will be forever thankful for all that they caught on camera during our wedding!

Y'all, I can't say enough about my photographer!!! It was a difficult decision for me while in the planning stages because I am a wedding photographer myself. When I saw their portfolio I reached out and was impressed with their responsiveness, pricing, and enthusiasm to work with me and my fiance! Our engagement session was to DIE for!!! Words cannot describe how delighted our family is with the professionalism and originality A Creative Pear Photography created for our daughter’s wedding on November 19, 2016. All previous reviews were accurate, which is why my daughter chose ACPP from the start. Their timelines were precise and included pictures at our house for hair and make-up of the bridal party and other special moments before the ceremony. The natural shots outside the venue and during the wedding combined with the bride and groom plus family were captured perfectly in our photos. I cannot articulate into words the creativity and calmness Jennifer and Rebecca provided, but in addition to the expertise of the pictures, the team produced invaluable photographs for our family. We experienced a family tragedy the day after the wedding and ACPP rushed both digital and stunning hard copies of the photos to our family. I realize there are so many photographers to choose for your special wedding day, but their unique style and attention to detail is irreplaceable to our family. Choosing A Creative Pear Photography was an easy and one of the greatest decisions we've made in the wedding planning process!! Kayla just did our engagement photo shoot at a Christmas tree farm the weekend after thanksgiving (which she was so flexible with) and we LOVE and could not be happier with how the pictures turned out! Kayla directed us the whole time since we are new to the whole photo shoot process and she could not have been more excited the whole time we were there (we even got our first tree!)! Kayla has been such a joy to work with over the past year. We had her photograph sorority formals and events and have never been disappointed. We had a photobooth and candid photos taken, and the quality and customer service is just unreal! The photobooth had fun props and a beautiful backdrop. She sent us the digital album within couple days, and I couldn't be happier! Highly, highly recommend A Creative Pear!

A Creative Pear Photography is AMAZING! Kayla Hembree of A Creative Pear truly is an artist and captured our wedding perfectly!

A Creative Pear was one of the only vendors I chose based solely on research and reviews (no personal references), and I am SO thankful I found A Creative Pear and Kayla! I will absolutely recommend A Creative Pear to everyone I know looking for a photographer!

Kayla was always extremely responsive to my emails, both when I was simply inquiring and when I officially booked her for my wedding. She took the time to meet with us before the wedding to go over details and for us to get to know each other (a meeting is not required, but is SO helpful!). We immediately felt very comfortable with Kayla. She was familiar with our venue, and through just speaking with her, it is clear how well she knows her craft and how to professionally photograph a wedding.

After meeting with Kayla, I felt a huge sense of relief--She set up our entire photography schedule, which helped me to then plan the pre-photography activities in the morning and work with other vendors. Kayla created a Google Doc with the time frame for pictures throughout the day and a list of pictures based on our meeting, which allowed me to continue working on the list on my own as I thought of other pictures I wanted.

The day of the event Kayla was very organized, professional, calming, and fun! She has a great sense of humor and is so sweet--Her personality is definitely the kind you want to be around the day of your wedding. Everyone felt very comfortable with her, and she is really great at getting excellent photographs and making everyone look amazing. She has a great eye for beautiful photos. She is also very efficient--We had a lot of family and group pictures we wanted, and she got all of them, even ahead of schedule.

Awesome photographer and the most beautiful photos! They say when you plan a wedding make sure you don’t settle on a photographer, but rather pick a great photographer that is right for you. The Creative Pear Photograpy is without a doubt the best there is! Kayla was such a pleasure to work with. She has the personality that makes people smile. She spent lots of time emailing my daughter back and forth to get a feel for the number of special family photos and those “must have” photos that were needed. Once Kayla had an idea of what the Bride and Groom wanted, she met with us at the venue to make a timeline for the pictures that needed to be taken and to get a feel of where the best posed pictures should be taken. The timeline was down to the minute as to what picture was to be taken when, so that precious time for the wedding events was not lost on pictures. Kayla worked with our DJ who also had a timeline for the flow of the wedding and reception and together they came up with a master timeline that the Bride and Groom agreed with and thought was perfect. The photos that were taken are absolutely breathtaking and gorgeous. Kayla captured not only the smiles in the posed photos, but the true happiness from the newlyweds is evident in every picture. There are so many spontaneous photos of all of the events and guests throughout the night having fun. She even caught the Bride’s 80 year old Grandmom out on the dance floor shaking her stuff with a big smile on her face-what an awesome memory to capture forever! Kayla is so easy to work with. Her main concern is making the Bride happy and without a doubt that is exactly what she did. The quality of her work is above excellent and the photos captured and produced are truly amazing! I would highly recommend The Creative Pear Photography for any special event, especially a wedding!

I wholeheartedly recommend A Creative Pear to anyone looking for a photographer for any occasion! We just received our wedding album from them and cannot stop scrolling through the photos. Each time we find new favorites, new pictures that show our personalities perfectly, and new photos that will help us remember how perfect and fun our wedding day was! Kayla does a wonderful job of capturing personality and candids, which are my favorite! Where do I begin! I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful company and ladies! Jennifer photographed our engagement pictures as well as our wedding on June 4, 2016 at Four Oaks Manor! Our pictures for both our engagement session and our wedding came out AMAZING! Jennifer was so patient throughout our entire day and our pictures are just beautiful! She captured every small detail (even ones I didn't think to mention that I would want!) and was able to capture exactly who my husband and I are as a couple and how we were feeling that day! A Creative Pear Photography was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I scheduled an appointment and met up with Kayla to interview them for my engagement and wedding pictures. I knew right away that I wanted to book these girls! Kayla and Jennifer always were very quick and professional with responses to any of my questions. It ended up raining on our engagement shoot day and I was SO bummed but the pictures turned out AMAZING!!! Once I saw them I was actually glad it rained because of how great they turned out! Kayla and Jennifer are so incredibly talented! We are so happy with how our photos turned out. These two ladies were great the day of the wedding- they were always nearby snapping photos, and were sure to capture all of our special moments and more. I cannot believe he amount of amazing photos we have. Kayla was who I contacted most often and she always responded quickly and answered any and all questions. I also feel like we got so much for our money. Our package came with an album and thank yous, and after we picked what we wanted, they came in the mail within a week. These ladies are the best!! Very professional and beautiful pictures! I have used them in the past for Christmas photos and they never disappoint. My pictures are truly stunning and I love them every time! Jennifer even agreed to include my two dogs in the Christmas card photos (they are very rambunctious) and everyone loved them! Talk about a dream team ! Jennifer was a true delight . During our engagements they took the time to really think about which poses and locations would be best and did a great job of making us feel comfortable. The pair also was open to my ideas and we worked together to make the experience very custom. On wedding day, the girls were prepared and professional. They had our best interest at heart and blended right in with our family and wedding party ! Our final product are amazing , one of a kind photos that will last a life time . Jennifer was AMAZING to work with!! She worked so hard to make sure that we had all the shots that we wanted and she worked her butt off on our wedding day to make sure everything was perfect!! Kayla is absolutely FABULOUS! My fiance does not like to take pictures at all, and she made us both feel so comfortable during our engagement session. She has a quick turn around with getting the pictures back, and she has been available for any question that I have getting ready for our wedding in less than 2 weeks! I am so looking forward to our wedding day! She also is the photographer for my brother and his fiance, and their engagement session is absolutely gorgeous. I don't even know where to begin on describing how incredible it was to have Jennifer as our photographer for both our engagement pictures, and for our wedding. When I dreamed about the pictures I'd get on my wedding day, I didn't even come close to imagining the pictures Jennifer produced - She is a photojournalism EXPERT and managed to capture every single small, beautiful, fun, intimate, hilarious moment of the entire day. Nothing felt posed or rigid. Plus, she knew the right angles for everyone, and made everyone look like a super model. She is organized, professional, efficient, FUN, and helped keep my entire day on schedule and flowing seamlessly. And on top of that, she is incredibly fast at giving you your wedding pictures - I got mine back in less than 2 weeks, which was such a treat to go through when we got back from our honeymoon! Kayla is a doll! We absolutely loved working with her for our engagement session where we dragged her all over Atlanta in 90 degrees and for our wedding day! At this point, we consider her a friend and have already recommended her to multiple other couples. She truly works to get to know you and your interests and personalities so she can take photos that go along with that and she could not have portrayed us any better in our photos! My husband and I loved their work so much that we have decided to continue to use Kayla and her team to capture all of our special life moments...starting with a maternity session because we are expecting out first child in July! We will definitely be using A Creative Pear Photography for many years to come!

Working with Kayla of A Creative Pear Photography was such a wonderful experience! Photography was very important to me and I carefully researched many different photographers. I am confident Kayla was the best choice for our wedding! She was very easy to communicate with and made every meeting so pleasant and comfortable. We received our pictures quickly and they were absolutely beautiful! I am so glad we went with Kayla! She helped make our wedding memorable and her pictures are now beautifully displayed in our home!

We love our wedding photos! The ladies did a wonderful job and helped us snap all of the photos we wanted! I would definitely recommend them to a friend!!

Jennifer captured our love in a very sweet way. Her eye for detail was spot on. However, this was during our engagement shoot only. After the engagement shoot, we didn't hear anything else from her until the venue reaches out to tell us they tried to reach out to her to confirm our wedding day timeline. She didn't respond according to the venue. She stated they hadn't been trying to reach her when I asked her about it. The day of my wedding, she made my bridal party feel very uncomfortable, constantly coming in and out of my dressing area wanting to know if we were ready. We got our pictures back and we could tell she did a rush job. Several photos have trash on the tables where we were dressing. She didn't care to ensure that we were centered and ready before she took the
photos. We paid her off at least 6 months prior to the date so there is no excuse for her impatience, unresponsiveness and rudeness.
I am disappointed, but I know she can do great work. She just didn't for us on our big day. Etiquette she indeed lacks and that's what's most important to a bride on her day. Thank God we hired a videographer.

I will not get on your level. However humility will get you a long way! You and I both know I told you I didn't want you to feel rushed and I sent you the shots I wanted to ensure you captured. Your reply was " perfect see you soon! You didn't send a questionnaire that I neglected to send back. The first day we spoke, I told you I didn't care to have the traditional shots because our wedding party wasn't traditional. The fact that you told our vendors you wouldn't post our photos to your site was unprofessional. I hope that you don't think you are hurting us by not posting our wedding. This is your work and the way you get business. I'm very glad to know who you are, thank you! Who we hired and for what time frame had nothing to do with you. You were paid and that is all you should have been concerned with.
