DJ Andy was absolutely fantastic and played a huge role in making our wedding unforgettable. His sound and lighting setup really set the mood from the start and transformed the space into the perfect atmosphere for our reception. He has an incredible ability to read the room and knew exactly when to switch things up to keep guests on the dance floor all night. Professional, fun, and seamless from start to finish—we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and would highly recommend him to any couple planning their big day

Your DJ Search is OVER!

Andy is great at what he does! He worked closely with us to ensure the music was just what we wanted. He has a comprehensive list that you can veto or "up vote" any song, and will also work with custom requests, such as our cocktail hour playlist, etc. He plays both modern and classic bangers that definitely got people out on the dance floor. If you're worried or wondering if people will actually dance at your wedding, don't. Andy will get them out there! He also provided hula hoops for the kids during a segment, which was a hit, and the adults loved it too! Our bartender even had to come out on the floor for a song to play with the hula hoops! His experience and professionalism also helped the night go just that much more smoothly, even without a formal wedding coordinator present. Can't recommend Andy enough! You won't go wrong with him. He truly is A Class Act.

We absolutely loved him and would recommend him to anyone!

We were guests at a wedding in 2016 and Andy was the DJ and we loved him enough to make him our DJ! Andy is very enthusiastic and you can tell he loves what he is doing. Andy likes to meet multiple times from the beginning to the very end. If he doesn't travel to where you are, he finds a great location in the middle. He lets you pick your own ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner playlist on Spotify so you can personalize your wedding day to be unlike any other. He provides his professional opinion and asks you questions to get you thinking about materials that may have slipped your mind. He also raises great questions for you to ask your other vendors. For example, he asked us who was dismissing the tables; the caterer or him? We asked our caterer and they said that they would not dismiss our tables. So Andy took it upon himself to dismiss the tables the day of the wedding and he did a great job. He provides you with a list of music to highlight songs that you definitely want played during the reception, could play by request, or cannot be played at all. He also allows you to make requests like having a generational dance or a flash mob in the middle of the reception. He takes pictures from his DJ table of you and your guests having a blast on the dance floor. He is really good at making sure the dance floor is always moving and always full. We absolutely loved him and would recommend him to anyone!

Truly professional and awesome DJ service!

Just wanted to let you know I was thoroughly impressed with this dj! He recognized the place was a little small and did not overwhelm the space with sound. It was just loud enough and everyone had a great time without being blasted. Also appreciated that he played the salsa and merengue songs we requested. Everything went off well.

I definitely recommend this company to anyone I know who needs a dj for an event. Class Act was AWESOME! :D

Best DJ Ever

Andy was the best. Everyone at our wedding was talking about what a great DJ we had. Even when we go to weddings today, people comment that our DJ was so much better than the current one. Andy was super friendly, flexible, and, above all, on top of everything always. Not only did he work great with everyone else that we had, but he was also always thinking a few steps ahead. Him and his son also took some amazing shots of the dance floor that our photographer didn't get and the enthusiasm that he had (including the Hula Hoops!) was amazing. Would recommend him to anyone!

Amazing dj!

Andy was absolutely wonderful to work with. He gave us amazing tips that didn’t even fall under his realm of wedding duties. He was incredibly helpful and fun to work with. He was very attentive and always sure to keep our best interests in mind. The dance floor was packed all night long because he played the best music and was a great MC. My husband and I were thrilled with A Class Act DJ Service at our 25th Anniversary Party! Andy was a magnificent dance class instructor at our local park district where we had taken classes. His easy-going manner, patient and fun instruction, and just the right way of explaining and showing dance moves had opened up a new world of entertainment for us. We were eager to enjoy an evening of food, fun and dance with our close friends and we had exactly that with A Class Act DJ!! Being pretty budget-minded, we considered using the sound system in the venue we rented and just playing our song list from our phone. We had read many online reviews that this is a great way to save money. However, we would not have been able to keep the crowd dancing with just the right mix of music, noticing what styles were a hit and which ones had folks sitting down. Andy was so responsive to what the crowd liked while still making sure there were some numbers my husband and I could swing dance with! Andy lead the group in some dance moves that got almost everyone involved. He handled requests and was so accessible the whole evening. The volume, lights, sound system, microphone quality, and continuity were top-rate! No glitches with setup or equipment, no pressure on us to be giving him cues on what we wanted done, Andy managed the evening like the pro he is at reading crowds and making a very fun night! He totally respected our wishes regarding tasteful music without suggestive lyrics and took the time to find some special numbers by specific artists we had requested. We loved the evening and are so thankful with how everything turned out. We HIGHLY recommend A Class Act DJ Service!

DJ Andy is the best!! We had the pleasure of working with Andy to plan and execute an unforgettable experience for our wedding reception. We met with him a couple times before our event and it was really helpful to have his insight planning the schedule for the evening. He was very organized and did a great job working with various music genres (e.g. trip-hop/downtempo as well as country). Andy was able to read the crowd and keep the fun vibe going all night. All of our guests were highly complimentary of the great music and how smoothly things went. Andy also worked really well with our venue to make sure the flow of the evening went off without a hitch. He told us at our first meeting that he didn't want us to think or worry about anything on the night of our wedding and we didn't! And now that the wedding is over, we're gonna miss him :) Andy's professionalism, communication and positive attitude made him an absolute joy to work with and exceeded all of our expectations. Andy was absolutely AMAZING! He met with us multiple times before the wedding so we could go over song choices, flow of the ceremony and reception, and for us to get to know him and for him to get to know us. He really took time getting to know us so that he could make our day important to us. He did a great job with sound and music during the reception. We literally had to kick people out at the end of the evening because everyone was having so much fun dancing! Andy and Josh (his son) kept everyone entertained and interested in the dance floor, plus the hula hoops were so much fun! Josh also took some awesome dancing photos that show just how much fun we had! Would definitely recommend A Class Act DJ 100 times over!

Andy is so great. Three of my close friends hired him for their weddings and I remember that at every one I was on the dance floor the entire time. He did not disappoint at my wedding. While my husband and I were taking a few pictures while music was playing it was so hard for me to not run on to the dance floor with each son he played. I married into a Guatemalan family and he did an amazing job mixing latin music, classic rock, oldies, pop, and hip hop. He made the process of planning the music so easy and is the most friendly person in the world. He makes sure to understand exactly what you want and executes it perfectly. We loved working with him and hope he is the dj at future weddings we are at!

I hired Andy at A Class Act DJ Service for my wedding ceremony and reception, and I'm so glad that I did! He was so fun to work with! Andy is one of those people, who from the first moment you meet them, they feel like an old friend. Needless to say, our meetings to discuss the wedding and playlists never felt like work.
My (now) husband Caleb and I live in Cincinnati, but we had our wedding in Rock Island, Illinois. Despite the long distance planning, Andy was always available for appointments when we made a trip home, even at short notice. In addition to helping us plan the music, he also helped with the timeline of the evening, corresponded with my officiant and day of coordinator, and provided a dance floor photography service (which captured some of the best moments of the night!). He went above and beyond the role of a DJ.
One of the main reasons we decided to hire Andy, was because my husband and I are avid music lovers and Caleb wanted to be very hands on with the playlists. Andy was totally willing to let us customize the music and work with the playlists that Caleb created. At the actual wedding, he read the vibe of the dance floor well and knew when to add in traditional dance floor songs (songs from his playlists that we previously discussed), slow songs, and when to keep the mood high energy. We got many many compliments on the music from our guests.
His son and partner Josh helped with everything the day of and couldn't have been nicer. He was also the dance floor photographer, and as I said, those photos were amazing!! Our own photographer left at 8:00 pm, so I was so grateful to have someone there to capture the rest of the night.
I couldn't recommend Andy more highly. A Class Act is seriously the best! Thanks again Andy and Josh for making the day so special!

Andy was great to work with for our wedding. He was very thorough throughout the whole process of planning music for the wedding. Andy did an amazing job! He was very professional, punctual, organized, energetic, and on time. He shows up early to make sure that everything works and triple checks it all. Has a variety of music choices for every part of your day. He is willing to show you the songs that have been used or lets you pick everything you want. He has a great taste in music and knows the perfect songs for all those special moments. Without Andy our wedding would have not been as special as it was. DO NOT hesitate to hire Andy! He did our daughter and son-in-laws wedding ceremony music and the reception, November 5th at The Barn at Hornbaker gardens in Princeton IL. As someone with very picky taste when it comes to music, I was apprehensive to play all of the same stuff that most people hear at weddings. I had a list of my own music but realized that most wouldn't know the songs and wouldn't feel comfortable dancing to them. Andy did an incredible job of mixing in my own music seamlessly with music that other people loved and knew really well. His ability to understand the mood of each particular part of the wedding and which songs to play was so good, all of my worries about the music vanished.

He was also excellent in being the MC for the wedding. He kept everyone notified and comfortable without interrupting the festivities too much. Andy truly was the perfect pick for our wedding, I wouldn't recommend choosing anyone else.

Andy is such a great DJ to work with. I cannot express how much my husband and I enjoyed working with him. He drove over 2 hours to our reception - TWO HOURS! In addition, we met with him twice before the wedding - about an hour or so away each time. What other DJ would do that?! He is more expensive than other DJ's in our area; however, he was 100% worth it. Andy does not only DJ -- he makes sure everything is running smoothly for you and will help out wherever needed.
He brought so much energy to the reception, too. He is able to get the feel of the guests and play the right music at the right time. Our dance floor was never empty. Andy even got out on the dance floor and showed us how to dance! I would recommend spending the extra money on A Class Act. You don't only get music -- there is dance floor photography, lighting, and hula-hoops. I have heard nothing but great remarks about how awesome our DJ was. Completely satisfied!

If you want to feel like the music is taken care of by a passionate, caring, diligent, professional DJ, use Andy. Andy was nothing short of awesome! From our first consultation meeting, we felt comfortable. We had two meetings to make sure we had ironed out all the details and multiple phone calls. If there was a song we wanted that he didn't have, he would download it on the spot and play it for us to double check that it was the correct song.

Andy had a timeline of events and helped us organize our day continuously checked in with us during dinner to make sure that we were ready for the next speech or the cake cutting. During the reception, he took pictures, which was an added bonus! My guests loved the mix of music and people were on the dance floor the whole night. He also arrived very early to make sure that his set up was ready both outside and inside our venue. All of the sound systems and microphones worked flawlessly! He had our readers and officiant do a test with the microphone before the ceremony so they felt comfortable.

Professional from start to finish! We would highly recommend his services!

I cannot say enough good things about A Class Act DJ service! The fact that I'm writing this review so late should speak to that because I have been to dozens of weddings since my own now a year and a half ago and none have even come close to the service Andy Fuzak gave us at our wedding reception. No other DJ has been able to read the crowd like Andy, who played just the right song at just the right time. He knew when to cut off a song and how to lead it into the next one perfectly to elicit cheers of delight from the people on the dance floor. Slow songs were interspersed perfectly to give us occasional breaks when needed but they weren't overdone. Then it was right back to party music! He kept the dance floor packed the whole night! There were no needless/cheesy comments between songs, either. It was also a great relief to have him directing the flow of the reception, letting me know right before it was time to cut the cake, do the bouquet and garter toss, etc, so I could just relax and enjoy my reception. Trust me, I would not risk going with anybody but A Class Act DJ service for your wedding. Not one wedding I've been to in the last year and a half (and I've been to a lot) has been able to read a crowd and run a reception like Andy Fuzak. All my family weddings I have been to that have been DJ'd by him (mine was the fourth one) have been the most fun wedding receptions I've ever been to!

I met Andy at a small bridal expo at Prairie Landing Golf Course. After speaking with him for a few minutes, I knew he'd be a great DJ to work with for our wedding day. When we met with Andy, we mentioned that we wanted to have a wedding reception that would keep people on the dance floor all night, and that our idea was to have a mainly Motown-esque music style for most of the evening. He immediately jumped on that and had ideas and songs suggestions and was excited to work with us to make sure our wedding day had the perfect musical accompaniment. He provided the music for both our ceremony and reception, and we had a great time working with him. I highly recommend Andy for your wedding day!

Andy's amazing DJ services were the highlight of our wedding! Immediately after we inquired he responded and sent us lots of helpful information. We had heard such good things that I had no hesitations in booking him for both our ceremony music and reception! Leading up to the wedding he met with us three times and double checked all of the details a couple days before the wedding to make sure everything was perfect. On the big day Andy arrived early, had state of the art equipment that did not detract from our decor at all, and made sure everything went smoothly all night. The sound equipment was flawless - there were no feedback issues or distracting noise. We had a few special requests for the reception and Andy's flexibility and openness to our ideas really put our minds at ease. He was able to read the crowd and change up the music, bring out the hula hoops (so fun!) or teach a choreographed dance at just the right moment! And the dance floor photos he provided (a huge added bonus!) were HILARIOUS and so awesome to share with friends and family! If you are looking for a professional, thorough and organized DJ to provide an all-around fun experience for your guests and keep the party going flawlessly so you don't need to worry about a thing, BOOK ANDY! Andy was such an incredible part of our wedding. Not only did he excel at his services as a DJ, but he went above and beyond that as well. We were referred to him by a friend, and we could NOT be more grateful. He MADE the wedding! First, he is so incredibly responsive. He answers texts, emails, phone calls, etc immediately. My husband and I don't live in the area, and every time we were back in town, Andy made sure to meet with us. Then, he was able to come to the rehearsal dinner, which made me feel so much better because he got a feel for the outdoor ceremony site and the timing of the music. At the rehearsal dinner, he brought a professional camera, and he took pictures for us! The moments that he caught are absolutely priceless, and he sent them over that night! Now, onto the wedding. The ceremony music was perfect; everything was timed out exactly as planned and Andy provided all the equipment, as he truly does have the best stuff in the industry. For cocktail hour, we kept getting compliments on the lovely background music he provided. Then, when he introduced the bridal party and finally the bride and groom, he had such energy that the whole crowd was getting so into it all! During dinner, he played exceptional music as well. Now onto the dancing. Andy played such an amazing selection of songs that the dance floor was literally packed the entire time. Everyone said it was by far the best music that they had ever heard at a wedding! Andy has a whole lighting system too, so that added to the fun. He even brought out hula hoops at one point, and they were a HUGE hit!!! Our photographers left around 9:30 (they had been there since 12:30), and the reception went until midnight. But did the pictures stop? No! Andy had brought his camera and he took photos from 9:30 until the end, WHILE being an incredible DJ! He can seriously do it all. He gave me all of the photos the next day, and they are absolutely priceless. So, pick Andy! You will not regret it.

Andy was the DJ for our wedding in May and we couldn't have asked for a better DJ. He was able to keep people dancing on the floor and was very enthusiastic the whole night. He took most requests which our guests appreciated and he the volume the whole night was at a reasonable level. Andy is very professional and you can tell that he loves the work that he does. A month after the wedding I still have people calling me and saying what a great time they had and how the DJ was great. Andy was a phenomenal DJ for our wedding in January. If I could describe him in three adjectives they would be: animated, experienced, and ‘THE BEST DJ EVER’. From the first meeting, he made sure to understand us as a couple, and get a feel for the vision we were developing for our wedding reception. He was easy to talk to and had suggestions to help our reception go smoothly. The night of the wedding everything went perfectly. I know a huge part of that is due to Andy’s keen sense of detail. He kept the music going the whole night, and the atmosphere stayed lively and fun. My husband and I are so grateful for all of his help.

Andy was the DJ at our wedding Oct 25th, 2014 (ceremony and reception) and we could not be happier with our choice of DJs! From the beginning Andy is super fun, friendly and extremely organized. Within the first meeting you can tell his love for music is genuine. My now husband, Adam and I had no idea what we were doing or what we wanted music wise. I am more of a pop/country/coffee house-jazz fan and Adam is a classic rock guy. To make things more complicated we also wanted to play Lebanese music at the reception (as Adam is half Lebanese). Andy was amazing, he listened to all of our requests and ideas and helped us plan everything out perfectly. To be honest, I can be a bit of a control freak, and Andy was more on top of things than me (which normally never happens...and it was so refreshing!). At the wedding everything ran smooth and he got everybody up and dancing in no time! I would highly recommend him to anybody who is looking for a DJ who can get the party started!

We hired Andy for our October 11, 2014 wedding and he was absolutely fantastic! We used Andy for our daughter's wedding and we were blown away! He was hands down the best DJ we've ever encountered. Starting with our initial contact, he was incredibly attentive to details and wonderfully sensitive to what we wanted. He spent a lot of time getting to know what type of music we wanted; taking our cues, he was then able to make amazing suggestions. Throughout the entire planning period, Andy was accessible, and thoroughly communicated every detail of the wedding. His attentiveness made us feel truly special.

During the reception,his ability to smoothly transition between activities was seamless. Everything flowed beautifully. Technically, the music, lighting and sound system were perfection. But Andy goes way beyond that. He was the driving force behind the scenes. He kept the energy moving and totally had his finger on the pulse of the room. From the energy in his voice to his dancing along with us behind his table, he totally enhanced the evening. We had many, many people comment on how awesome he was.

We cannot recommend Andy more highly. He is absolutely amazing!!!

Our day was perfect! The music was awesome, everyone was dancing and having a great time! Andy did a phenomenal job from the beginning. Very easy to talk to and responsive. This guy is a rock star! I don't know how our wedding would have ended up without him! Andy did a fantastic job meeting with us prior to our big day to discuss our wants and needs and also the plan for the day of the wedding. He was able to keep us on schedule and the whole evening ran smoothly. Andy did a great job accommodating last minute changes (like impromptu speeches from guests and a song by the groom!) I would definitely encourage you to meet with Andy and discuss your DJ needs! He was absolutely amazing and we would use him again in a heart beat!

A class act is owned and run by Andy, he is wonderful. He was very attentive to what we wanted for our reception music and made some outstanding mixes for our entrance! I was so happy with how everything turned out. The music was great, sound phenomenal, lighting fun, and he was super entertaining. He had the crowd going the entire time and played requests right away. He was very cooperative with our special guest and accommodating to our needs. He was very professional and very easy to communicate and get in touch with. Our guests were on the dance floor the entire time and so were we! He did an excellent job and even did a fun dollar dance that we did during our dinner that began the fun night. I couldn't imagine a better DJ for our wedding and I highly recommend him for any event you need a fun, energetic DJ for!

I would recommended A Class Act to anyone in a heartbeat! Andy communicated with me frequently not only on my wedding day but all the way leading up to the big day. He took all of my suggestions and requests for the music played at the reception, making everyone happy. I have never seen a dance floor so packed for the entire night! When looking for a DJ for our wedding, I wanted to find more than just someone to play music. We wanted an MC for the evening event, someone who would keep the party moving from introductions until the evening was over. Through referrals, we were able to find exactly that with Andy.

The service is very professional. We met with him twice to coordinate the event and select music. He was able to help us with selecting a few of the songs to fill out the reception dances.

The evening went perfectly and Andy kept the guests engaged in the celebration and having a great time. He has a complete variety of music and did an excellent job of flowing the music together to keep the dance floor going the entire evening.

Andy Fuzak was an exceptional DJ and emcee for our daughter's recent wedding and came very highly recommended to us by a friend who is a wedding coordinator. We can't recommend him highly enough...really!! He met with the couple twice before the wedding, had everything organized and coordinated with them well in advance, and arrived hours early to set up. He provided both ceremony and dinner/dance music for the outdoor farm wedding, bringing two separate sound systems--one for the ceremony and one for the reception. He also provided mics for the officiant and sound equipment for our vocalists and guitarist. The ceremony music selections were quite unique for a wedding, and selected by the bride and the groom for their lyrics and musical qualities and their "fit" with the farm venue, and having things played at just the right time was really important to them. Andy got everything right--even with a lot of music transitions during this particular ceremony. Sound quality was excellent which was a concern for us with it being an outdoor wedding! Guests young and old have raved about the "epic dancing" at the reception, and we heard from many guests that he was by far "the best DJ they had ever seen." This seems a common phrase in reviews for Andy, and I can attest to the fact that he is a gifted DJ--able to read the crowd and to select the perfect mix of music. There was not an empty spot on the dance floor through till the end, and guests were quite disappointed when we had to stop. The icing on the cake was Andy's emceeing of the reception, again perfectly timed and executed with professionalism. I (the MOB) didn't worry about a thing the whole evening and enjoyed myself immensely, as did my husband and the parents of the groom. It was really fun, too, for all of us to see Andy having such a great time himself. He takes pride in his work but radiates joy at the same time--an infectious combination. I really should have grabbed a bunch of his business cards....

Andy was a spectacular dj! We had SO many people telling us how impressed they were with our dj. I have attended many weddings before, and I have never heard anyone compliment the dj so much! We know we absolutely made the right choice, and we are already referring people to A Class Act DJ! I really appreciated Andy's flexibility and willingness to play whatever songs we wanted. The reception flowed so smoothly, as Andy checked in with me and other people who were "in charge" throughout the night. Coming from a small town, I worried that my quality of choices would be limited, but I can tell you that we got a great value along with an amazing reception.

Andy was great! We met about a month before the wedding and he made sure he had everything we wanted (songs, introductions, etc.) ready to go. Everybody was dancing all night long, we had several people ask us for the playlist! Very professional, dressed in a tux, and took fun pictures throughout the night. He was also flexible and helped us do a slideshow that we only told him about the day before. Great guy and great DJ.

I've been privy to many boring and inexperienced DJ's in my day, so when the wife and I decided to tie the knot, I had a pretty good idea what I wanted in a DJ. Andy Fuzak of A Class Act DJ Service exceeded my expectations. Upon our first meeting I realized Andy was a consumate professional, knew a lot about music and production, had a great deal of pride in his craft, and wasn't a total bore or wash-up. He's a really great guy! He took note of all our song suggestions and then actually played them! He worked with us to decide on the best songs for the specialty dances, and was receptive and friendly when we had to change those songs last minute. He even taught us how to dance when we did our face to face finalizations. He planned out everything to the last detail and made us very comfortable we were going to have awesome entertainment at our wedding, and we did! So many people were dancing and having a great time. Then, when it came time for the Cha-cha Slide, he got out on the dance floor and got his groove on with the guests. It was great! So many people commented on what a great job Andy did and what a great time they had. Many people said it was the best wedding reception they've ever been to. If you're agonizing over DJ selection, you can stop now and breathe a sigh of relief. Call Andy today.

Andy was highly reccommended to me by a dear friend and I'm very glad she did. He is amazing at what he does the best I've seen so far and I've seen a few dj's. Andy started working with us several weeks before our wedding and made sure that everything was from introductions to firsst dances was covered and he put together a schedule for us. After all that good stuff andys amazing talents took over and the dance floor was FULL ALL NIGHT!!! Couldn't believe the time effort perfessionalism and chracter I got from my dj. I kid you not that all my guest were talking about how good he was during reception and now days after. Andy Fuzak is a fantastic DJ and helped make our wedding so much fun! My fiance and I had booked a different DJ originally who was a friend of his sister's. We booked him 8 months before our Oct.2nd wedding. Then some last minute life events happened in that guy's life and he needed to be with his family, and we knew we needed to find someone and fast, because our wedding was only 2 weeks away by that time. My fiance and I had remembered Andy Fuzak from a community center dance class we took over the summer. We grabbed Andy's card at one of the classes b/c we had wished we waited to book a DJ until later so we could've booked him, he was so much FUN! Great dance instructor, had an excellent selection of music, and a wonderful personality. I asked C (fiance) to look up Andy's card and give me the email address on it. I emailed Andy our DJ story real quick and fully realizing that with only 2 weeks notice, chances to book him were slim. We got so lucky! He was available. He was very prompt to get back to my emails, we spoke over the phone several times to verify everything, and did get together once a week before Oct. 2nd to go over things and he wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. He did a great job. Everything at our reception went very smoothly and transitions from introductions of wedding party, cake cutting, first dance, toasts, and dinner went perfect. Once the dance floor got started, it never ended until 9pm which was when the venue said we had to clear everyone out. No one wanted to stop dancing. Not even me, the bride! Andy really does have a great feel for what music to play, he respected our play-list which in our case happened to be primarily funk, classic rock, and oldies. He worked the room, did incorporate a line dance or two, which people loved, and always had a smile on his face. When our photographer left at 7:30, Andy started taking even MORE photos. He is a jack of all trades. I have 2 friends and 2 siblings getting married in the next 2 years, and they've all asked us for Andy's contact information. Thank you so much Andy for making our wedding so fun and memorable!

Andy Fuzak was the dj for our wedding June 18, 2011. He also had dj'ed some of my other family members weddings, as well as my brother's. Andy was great to work with from the very moment we booked him. He sent us a very detailed and informative package with all of the information we needed from intinerary, song lists, wedding party introductions, etc. Andy helped my husband and I pick a lot of the music for our special dances. We were unsure about some so he played them for us and it really helped us decide! Evreything that we had asked of Andy he did and then some. He kept the party going and the dance floor was never empty thanks to his great job. A hilight of some of our guests was when he brought out a bunch of hoola hoops for them to "play" with....really made for some fun memories!! I would highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for a dj for their wedding or any other event. He is great with people and a lot of fun to work with! Andy was my DJ for my recent wedding and he was fantastic!! From the very beginning we knew that he would be the perfect DJ. He is so full of energy and is just a happy guy. He is truly genuine and cares about you as a client. We couldn't have asked for more! He was very quick to respond to any questions and we met with him several times before the wedding to go over all of the details. He shared suggestions with me to make the flow of the night go better and had absolutely everything covered. We got married outside and he also provided music for the ceremony and a mic for our reverend. Everything went very smooth and Andy really knew how to keep the party going. He was just fantastic and he threw in that extra special personal touch to everything that big time companies won't give you. I can't say enough good things about him. Andy did my wedding this past May, and he was AWESOME! He's super organized, and I really appreciated him asking us which songs were "must play", along with which songs that we absolutely did not want to have played. My main thing was that I wanted for him to play songs that our guests would be able to dance to, because I don't like it when I go to weddings and they play a lot of older rock music that's hard to dance to! We cannot give enough positive feedback about Andy Fuzak and A Class Act DJ Service. He literally made sure to cover every detail of our wedding and make sure that the atmosphere, transitions, and events were exactly how we dreamed they would be. He met with us before the wedding to discuss details, was extremely professional, listened to what we had to say, had wonderful suggestions, and made us feel very comfortable. The reception did not have a single flaw, and this was in large part due to A Class Act's preparedness and talent. A great DJ with wonderful recommendations on music and fun! My guests danced the night away - we couldn't have been happier with choosing A Class Act for our wedding. We definately recommend asking for the hula hoops for a fun touch to the wedding! Andy also provided us with a CD of photos that he captured during the night, which was a nice surprise! Overall, easy DJ to work with - flexible and accomodating to all requests. Our wedding day was also about 100 degrees outside and Andy wore a tux and looked very professional throughout the entire night even in the extreme heat!

Andy loves his job and puts in many hours ahead of time to meet with couples and plan the night so that it goes smoothly. He is very good at reading a crowd and understanding what they respond to - he gets people out on the dance floor having a great time, no matter the venue or the crowd. He also monitors the crowd during particular songs - if no one likes it, he turns it off before it's over and tries another song. He is willing to travel and accommodate people's budgets, which was a great help for our wedding! He always dresses professionally (full tuxedo and clean shaven), which is a lot better than most DJs I've seen. He also cares about his clients. For example, when my husband and I arrived at our reception, we were exhausted. Andy came up to us and congratulated us and asked us if there was anything he could do for us. We asked for some drinks and he went and got them for us. He was genuine and friendly the entire night, and he even stopped by our brunch the next morning before he left town. Completely unnecessary, but much appreciated. He had already been paid, so we knew it was out of the goodness of his heart that he came by to wish us well. He really made our reception the best it could possibly be and I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

I never knew so much work and thought went into the DJ's job at a wedding. Andy met with us as soon as we were ready, then walked us through our reception music ideas and entertainment with great insight. He knows all about how to manage a crowd and keep the party going and what songs to play in order to do that! Andy took the time to get to know us and listen to what we liked and didn't like. Up until the week before our wedding, he was easy to get ahold of and always responded promptly. Our guests loved our DJ, and even if he wasn't our DJ, my husband and I both think it was a pleasure to get to know such a kind and considerate guy.

Andy was the DJ for our wedding in August 2010. He was very fun to work with, and our guests raved about him. We got many compliments on the variety of music played. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family in a heat beat!

Andy wan an amazing DJ and made our wedding so wonderful! He was reliable and knew how to through a good party. We are so thankful to have had him be a part of our wedding experience. It honestly would not have been such a wonderful night of celebration without him there.

We had people on the dance floor the entire night. The music was great, but so was the organization. Andy even spent time with us before the big day teaching us a first dance routine.

Andy was a wonderful DJ! Our wedding was the most fun of any other wedding I have been to (yes I am bias, but all our guests said the same thing). We owe a lot of that to Andy. Some other great things about Andy:
- He gave my wife and I dance lessons to help get us ready for our first dance.
- Our power went out in the building less than 2 hours before the start time and Andy was very cool/calm and was the first to suggest to order a generator. Our whole wedding was run on a generator!

We can't speak highly enough about Andy!

Andy Fuzak is an amazing DJ. He was the DJ at our wedding reception and has been the DJ at several wedding receptions that we have attended. He has the ability to read a crowd, play music to their liking and get everyone on the dance floor. The energy he creates at a wedding reception is very memorable. We will continue recommending his services.

Andy Fuzak is a fantastic DJ. When I met him I knew that he was the kind of person that I wanted to be basically in charge of the flow of our wedding reception. He is independent but part of a co-op (in case he gets sick there is always a back up) and he does train people, probably because he's so good, and he is not at all the annoying trendy DJ type. When my husband (to-be at that point) met him to discuss the music plans, he knew exactly why I had chosen Andy and agreed whole-heartedly! Andy is also a dance instructor and gave my dad and I a Skype father/daughter dance lesson (so cool!). And, if the photographer leaves before the very end of the night, Andy takes pretty darn good photos so that not a minute of the event is missed. He's just really good and you will be so happy to have a stress-free and compliment-full reception with him if you choose him.

Andy was the best DJ! He was knew his craft and was able to read the room, playing music to get everyone on the dance floor. We couldn't have asked for things to go better than they did and Andy was a big part in that. He made the night run smooth.

Andy was such a wonderful blessing to have at our wedding reception. He listened to our requests for the evening and had the perfect play list! There were never any awkward moments and he kept the evening very family friendly. He also had a lot of fun games that he incorporated throughout the evening. Andy was the DJ for our wedding at the Hotel Baker in St. Charles. Not only is he an amazing DJ but he is a wonderful person. During our planning sessions Andy was attentive and made us feel like he was going to make our wedding a top priority. His understanding of the venue and its complex audio requirements were apparent, and was passionate about making our wedding a night to remember. We had specific ideas of songs that we wanted and Andy not only incorporated those suggestions but was excited about adding new music to his already very large collection. He was proficient in two key aspects of the evening – the time flow and announcement portion and also the dance portion, always keeping as many people entertained as possible throughout the dancing time. We would recommend Andy to anyone!

We used Andy Fuzak as our DJ. He was recommended to us from a friend. Such an amazing choice! when we met with him, he helped set up our plan for the evening. The entertainment for the evening was one of our top priorities! My husband and I both love to dance and we wanted everyone on the dance floor all evening. We asked for a wide variety of music and we were so happy to see that all guest at our wedding filled the dance floor from beginning to end. Andy did a fantastic job of reading the crowd and making sure to change the selection of music when the dance floored cleared slightly (which was rare.) He also came with lighting and extra goodies: hula hoops, camera and fun entertaining activities. Great price, great quality, and great personality!

We really had a blast and the MUSIC WAS FANTASTIC. We loved it! Thank you Andy!

Class Act did an excellent job. The sound system is unbelievable and the DJ did a great job keep everyone on the Dance floor. For months after the wedding our friends and family said they can't believe how much they danced and that they never danced so much. I would highly recommend Class Act DJ Service as we were highly pleased with this DJ service.

Andy was great to work with. He was very accomodating! There was never a moment when the dance floor was not packed. Everyone of all ages were able to dance. Our guessts all commented about the great music!

Bottom line Andy was a fantastic DJ and announcer. Everyone had a great time at the reception and people really got out on the dance floor. You could tell he was having fun, too, which makes a big difference. Andy impressed us right away with his easygoing demeanor and flexibility with songs, and he really delivered on the big day. He took the time to ensure he got the pronunciation right for all the names of each member of the bridal party. As a bonus, we received a complimentary dance lesson, and dance floor photos, and a few group shots.
