  Belinda was so reassuring and helpful. Wedding dresses can be extremely expensive but ours, even with making it more modest, was affordable and beautiful. We really appreciated the alteration lady coming to the shop and working with us to make the dress fit perfectly.

  These guys were great to work with. They were so much better than all the other bridal shops I went to before I found them! As the maid of honor in a friend's wedding right before mine, I had a really bad experience with a dress shop so I was really apprehensive about this part of the planning process for my own wedding. And at first, it looked like I was just going to have more of the same. One shop kept trying to steer me towards dresses with sleeves- even though I repeatedly told them I'm not LDS and I don't want sleeves. Another shop got really snotty when I told them I didn't want an empire waist dress- and then kept calling me to try to get me to come back to their store to buy the dress I didn't want. And every other store told me that I looked great in every single dress, no matter what style, and since I'm not diluted enough to believe that I have to believe that they were just trying to get me to buy a dress- any dress. So when I found A Bride Beautiful, and they were so helpful and honest, it was a breath of fresh air. They were so great to work with! Their seamstress, Maria, was great, too. She has such a great sense of humor- she and my grandma kept joking about their hot flashes at my fitting appointment- and I could honestly tell that she wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy with the fit of my dress. She did an awesome job. This was a great store.

  I was so impressed with the customer service and one-on-one attention I received at A Bride Beautiful. I am not from the Utah area, but happened to be there visiting family and my sister-in-law and I went to A Bride Beautiful to try on a dress I found in Arizona. And although the store didn't have it, I ended up finding the perfect dress. The staff was so accomodating and went out of their way to make sure the dress and accessories were delivered to me in Arizona. I was very lucky to be a customer of A Bride Beautiful.

  I was so impressed with the service and help I received from the staff at A Bride Beautiful. From the beginning, I was treated like a princess. I was assigned one consultant who helped me pick out dresses, try them on, etc. Then, when I found one that I liked, it had purple beads on it that weren't quite what I wanted. My consultant offered to call the dress maker and see what could be done to fix it. She also offered to cut all of the beads off herself and sew back on clear ones, if the dress maker could or would not do it. She called and requested a clear bead, and they were more than happy to do it for me for a minimal fee. I can't say enough about how helpful my consultant was through the whole process.

  Belinda was very helpful and understood my situation. I live and my wedding was in Washington but since my mother was sick I came to Utah to get a dress with her. The dress i tried on was this one, it was the first one but I was encouraged by Belinda to go and try other dresses on, and if I wanted to come back and try on the dress again that would be fine. I bought my dress here and since i didn't give her 6 months or more it had to be rush ordered. I had to fly back in to get it altered and was promised if I gave them three days it would be done. I had my dress in two days and had a beautiful wedding. Thank you so much!

  A Bride Beautiful has lots of different wedding dress options and I found my dream dress there. It took a long time to order it in, and with alterations we actually missed my bridal pictures, however the dress was completely worth it. The dress was originally strapless, but the built up the top to have a higher neckline and sleeves for my church wedding. I was amazed at how beautiful and seamless the alterations were- you couldn't tell it wasn't originally designed like that. They were great at listening to my ideas and the dress turned out perfectly. It's one of my favorite parts of my entire wedding! Their dresses were a little outside of my budget (I'm a law student though, so it was a pretty tight budget), but I would go again in a heartbeat because of their great service and the amazing alterations. I loved it and would recommend it to absolutely anyone!

  I bought my dress from A Bride Beautiful's sister store, I Do Bridal. The selection there wasn't vast, but I knew once I tried on my dress it was the one. The owner there was very helpful and sweet.
  
  The alterations at A Bride Beautiful were amazing! Tati is the best. She totally changed the look of my dress. She let out the sides, added straps, changed the neckline, and created a totally unique bustle. She is very professional and talented. A great seamstress to work with. I would highly recommend her to any bride with a dress that needs lots of work.

  The wedding dress there was my 2nd choice, well really it was my top choice but for budget reasons (and comfort issues) I didn't get it. They had great sales though and the salesperson was so nice about giving me price cuts it would only have cost me about $700 including alterations and the dress was originally over $1,000.

  Though my dress was beautiful, I do not recommend this store. The customer service was a mess and the flexibility of the fittings and appointments was a real pain in the neck - especially when it came down to the last week or two of the wedding. My dress arrived with a small tear in it which was quite disappointing for something you pay thousands of dollars for - this is not the dress store's fault of course and they did fix the problem free of charge - however my overall experience was a painful one.

Once I had ordered my dress, in November, I was told that my dress would be shipped by March, April at the latest. After my mom and I had to call her a few times, we finally got in to do fittings in June. Good luck getting a hold of her.   I am from Nevada and went to A Bride Beautiful to find a unique dress. My experience started out great with the first appointment. It declined with the second appointment. My experience greatly declined the third and fourth time I went there. I found the perfect dress, loved it, but the alterations were not done when they said they would be so I had to make a fourth trip! After trying on my dress again, I knew nothing had been done to it. It was supposed to have a custom bustle and it didn't. It was the same length so it didn't even get hemmed. The seamstress Maria didn't do what I paid for. I had to have another seamstress alter my dress.
  One of my bridesmaids couldn't make a trip with me to get her dress, so I ordered her dress and had it shipped to her. I ordered a size 8 and she received a 16. I was embarrassed and very upset. I would of liked to have the great experience the other ladies seemed to have but didn't. I will not be recommending this business.

  Worse experience of my life, I pre-paid my dress and ordered it in March for my wedding in August, the store was closed for several weeks and I never got my wedding gown or any responses to the messages left, Also I never received the gown in time for my wedding around Aug 15th, I had to hurry and buy another dress and they would not give me my money back. Horrible experience, I suspect this business is going to fail very soon. I would not recommend going there, the dresses and the store were filthy, Belinda was by far the most dishonest and dismissive person I have ever encountered, I went with my fiance who is in the service and we were treated with disrespect and contempt,, the woman yelled at us as she said I was being impatient, the dress still is not here and my dress is 3 weeks away.
