Helpful and quick responses

I used A-1 for burgundy linen napkins to use instead of the venue’s standard ivory linens. Jennifer was always quick to respond and update the quote/items as needed.

I am so pleased with how they do business.

A-1 has gone above and beyond exceeding my expectations. With them being a one stop shop, I was able to decorate, get all my floral, chairs, and other accessories from them which made my life SO much easier. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I will most definitely be using them again in the future!

Wedding July 2020

We loved working with A1 for our rental needs. We had to plan and replan this wedding several times and it was a pleasure to work with A1. Our in-person meeting meant so much to my daughter as she was able to visualize the options she was choosing. Jennifer was great in her ability to explain why she might want to consider other options without making my daughter feel like her original choices were wrong or bad... just gave her some things to consider which ended up making our backyard reception BEAUTIFUL! It was everything my daughter wanted it to be and more. Thanks A1 for all your work and for your awesome suggestions! BTW - The MOST Beautiful flower arrangements we had ever seen!! Everyone commented on them!

Incredible.

Jennifer and her entire team at A1 came thru with the vision that I had time and time again. She worked with us for hours in person, and virtually once Covid-19 hit. When we had to postpone our wedding date and push it back, she was completely flexible and understanding when each and every issue came about. I would highly recommend them for not only rentals but Florals as well. Our day was perfect thanks to her and her team.

Creative and easy to work with

Jennifer did our flowers, bridal bouquet and they were beyond my expectations! We also had to change venue several times due to covid and her ideas and designs were beautiful and perfect.

Amazing Talent and great People.

We were all set to celebrate the marriage of my daughter and then the Pandemic happened. We had to change venues and have a more intimate and small gathering. Jennifer and team were amazing during this already stressful time let alone with a pandemic going on. They are so creative and talented but also extremely flexible and worked with us during the wedding preparations. Jennifer created the most amazing flower arrangements and my daughter’s wedding was beautiful and and lovely. I would highly recommend A-1. Thank You A-1. Amazing amazing amazing

A1 was amazing and went above and beyond in ensuring that our day was perfect. I walked into our meeting with a vague idea of what I wanted, and Jennifer worked with me and my budget to decipher these ideas and turn them into a beautiful, Pinterest-worthy reality. Jennifer and her daughter were both so kind, and always felt like they were in my corner. Along with being creative, visual masters, the A1 team was reliable and trustworthy. They were the most professional and experienced vendors we worked with, hands down. I would recommend A1 to anyone, for rentals and florals! They were absolutely incredible.

A-1 Wedding Rentals did a phenomenal job for my daughter's wedding. (From the greenery on the harlow stands to the Gold Circle arch) Everything looked elegant and beautiful. Jennifer and her daugher were very responsive and easy to work with and they were fast and professional setting up. They had everything we needed: Gold circle arch, gold terrariums, huge "LOVE" letters, napkins and gold stand for the seating chart. They stayed within our budget and did an absolute stunning job! It was truly one of the most magical nights! Their crew even cleaned up promptly and helped us pack up as well.

I 100% recommend Jennifer and her team for any party or wedding needs.

They are absolutely fantastic! I am still obsessed with how they arranged all of our flowers. And they are also very affordable. I have been recommending them to all of my friends who are engaged. I got my flowers, table clothes, silverware, glasses, and some lanterns from them. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations as a bride! Hire them if you want the perfect wedding!!!!

Best In Class

We used A-1 for our florals, linens and place settings. Jennifer and her staff are professional, personable, and flexible. She has a vision/gift/talent with her arrangements and worked well with our wedding coordinator. The flowers were exactly as our daughter had envisioned. This is our third daughter to get married and our first time for a florist to exceed expectations. Arbor pics do not do it justice. A-1 had a beautiful selection of napkins and unique chargers, not run of the mill. Everything was perfect. I could go on and on, would give them 10 Stars. Thanks for making dreams come true.

Working with A1 Rentals was the best decision we ever made! They are excellent to work with and a one stop shop. You can do all rentals through them from linens, to all decor, to fine china and floral! They take so much off of planning your wedding by doing it all and having a single point contact.

There’s nothing A-1 cannot do and they do it amazingly. I gave them a few pictures and some ideas and they took care of the rest! They took care of set up and take down and when I walked into the venue I got to be just as blown away by how beautiful it was as my guests. Made my day stress free!!

We had two beautiful tents ordered for our outdoor wedding. At last minute the weather changed to monsoons! Jennifer at A-1 quickly went in gear and found us a beautiful indoor venue. The wedding and reception went off flawlessly because of Jennifer, Alix and their entire staff. I truly appreciate the above and beyond effort that was made by these talented professionals. I can't say enough about them and I am so thankful we chose A-1 in Denison. If you are having a special event in the Sherman/Denison area, grab these guys as soon as you can!!!! Love, love, love them.

Jennifer did a beautiful job decorating our chapel and reception hall! Our wedding was at 11:30am and she and her crew made sure everything was set up just the way I wanted-giving me a stress free morning. There is no way I can completely express how wonderful the flowers and rentals are from A-1 Rentals. The name doesn't give justice to the floral creations. But, make no mistake, Jennifer who owns A-1 is truly an extraordinary floral designer. And, to make things even sweeter, she is so easy to work with. My daughter had her wedding at Willowood Ranch March 11, 2017. We started planning the wedding about 10 months earlier. At first, I tried getting a floral designer in Dallas thinking a "big city" designer would be awesome, but I spent months trying to get an estimate and continuously kept getting blown off. When I called Jennifer, the wedding was 3 months away, and I didn't have the time to consult with her in person because I live in San Antonio. She was so accommodating. We talked for over an hour on the phone the first time. After we hung up, we exchanged emails and texts throughout the day, giving each other pictures. By 3:00 that same day, I had a detailed and comprehensive estimate with descriptions of the arrangements and services to be provided. In the 3 months that followed I changed my mind a couple of times and Jennifer was always on the ball and always, ALWAYS so responsive. Not only is she one of the most efficient people I have ever worked with, she is easy going and doesn't make things difficult. I was confident I would have beautiful flowers, but when the wedding actually came, I was stunned. Everyone was stunned by the beauty of her creations. The flowers exceeded my expectations beyond belief! I had sent Jennifer inspiration pictures, but what she delivered was better than the pictures. All the floral arrangements were lush and full, nothing was skimpy or sparse. All the flowers were fresh and vibrant. I got full value for my money. Jennifer also did all the details for the reception, and it was breathtaking and romantic. I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending A-1 for all your wedding needs! From start to finish, it was a pleasure!

As an event planner, I do business with A-1 almost weekly. They have a wealth of inventory from which to choose, and they continue to add great products. Our hospital has worked with the A1 Wedding and Party Rentals team for years now. We have always found them to be nothing short of spectacular! We have them 7 weeks notice ! We attended one their bridal shows and that day we had 90% of our things picked out! Cake, cater, flowers ( to come extent), invitations, linens , and most of the decor ! Fantastic company to work with! My favorite part were my beautiful flowers ! A-1 did an amazing job with everything for our daughter's wedding... From invitations, text rentals, to set up for an out of town receptions for 400. They were extremely efficient and the entire staff was so helpful with every aspect of our wedding/reception. Thank you Jennifer and staff for making Whitney & Quincy's day perfect!

I was very pleased with my experience! I ordered all of my rentals from them for an outdoor wedding of 80 people. I also ordered my bridal bouquet which turned out gorgeous! I did not have any issues with rentals whatsoever, and all of their items were great quality. The only thing that was not perfect were their delivery times, it's more like an approximate time, as one day they were hours early (but called us before coming), and to pick up they were about an hour or two late (also called us before coming). Other than that we had a great experience and their prices are great!

A1 Rentals did an excellent job in decorating the venue. I had so many comments about extra detail that was done throughout the venue. They took a plain jane room and made it look spectacular. They did refer me to an excellent caterer and DJ/Lighting team and photographer. Jennifer Reeves did an outstanding job, more than I expected as my wedding planner. They saw to it that the wedding and reception went smoothly and on time. She saw to it that I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend A1 Rentals and Jennifer Reeves for your next event.

Jennifer Reeves and her team at A-1 are absolutely phenomenal. Our wedding and wedding-planning experience would not have been nearly as incredible as it was without their services. They were incredibly professional and helped ensure that every aspect of our wedding was what we wanted and not overlooked (since I probably wouldn't have even known about half of the things we had to do). We used Jennifer for our wedding planner, and she made sure it was beautiful, on schedule, and worked wonders with our budget. Her team also provided the flowers and rentals for the wedding, which was coordinated fantastically and worked well with our venue. I would recommend their services to anyone who asked because it was worth more than I could ever imagine for Jennifer to alleviate so many of the small-detail-stresses and let us enjoy those special moments with our family instead.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our friend Jennifer Reeves our wedding planner. Jennifer treated us like a best friend. She took our ideas and turned them into a dream. The Willowood Chapel and Ranch were decorated beyond our expectations, she organized ever part of the weekend. We had little surprises along the way to make the wedding even more special, her flowers were gorgeous and exactly what my daughter wanted. Anytime I contacted her with new ideas I had from Pinterest, she was patient and made sure it was in my budget and we went from there. She made sure everything was perfect on the day. Jennifer always answered our calls, emails, and texts with promptness. When my younger daughter gets married we want Jennifer and A-1 Wedding and Rental to coordinate it. Thank you Jennifer.

Jennifer was a pivotal part of my wedding experience, and I am so thankful to have had her. She made things so easy for me and at the time that was a huge blessing (on top of getting married my now husband and I were also building a house). She made someone who has a hard time making decisions at ease with her many years of experience. Even though we weren't able to have a rehearsal due to some circumstances out of our control our wedding was perfect. It was exactly what I wanted it to be and we had a great time.

A1 made our wedding and reception visions come to life! The rentals and flowers they provided absolutely made the venues our own. Jennifer at A1 also did our planning. She was absolutely amazing and it wouldnt have turned out the way it did without her!! I highly recommend A1 to anyone in the Sherman/Denison area. They will give you the event of your dreams!

Oh my goodness! Jennifer was such a great help. I kept 'finding' things to add to my DIY/vintage style wedding and bringing them to her with apologies and giggles; she always just smiled and said OK - it'll be fine! I don't suggest overwhelming your wedding planner like this but, Jennifer handles it very well all the while being professional and by the wedding day I felt that I had a friend helping me instead of a hired planner. I truely enjoyed the meetings we had and she took what was such a stressful event and made it into a fun, beautiful amazing day that I will never forget. When we walked into the reception hall for the first time right after being announced my husband turned to me and said " wow this looks amazing! You girls have been so busy; thank you!" It was all worth it at that moment and I couldn't of done it without A1!!! TJANK YOU

Jennifer Reeves helped me have absolutely the most beautiful wedding I could have ever imagined! She provided the wedding planning, the flowers, and the rentals. As expected, the weekend could have potentially been very stressful for my husband-to-be and I. However, with Jennifer, everthing went so smoothly. She took care of everything! She was behind the scenes at all times, even at the rehearsal dinner. She went out of her way to provide gift bags in our out-of-towners rooms. Her taste and her flower arrangements were beyond impressive. I've been told by multiple guests how the flowers were the most beautiful they've seen. She also created my invitations, menu cards, and programs.

Since I live more than an our from our wedding location it was difficult to make very many trips out to our venue. The list is endless of how much Jennifer was able to take off my plate for the planning process. I would use her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her.

Jennifer did an awesome job working with our budget to provide us the most "bang for our buck." She is incredibly knowledgeable and could answer all my questions almost immediately. Her and her staff's attention to detail is immaculate. She spent lots of time with me building mock tables and flower arrangements and designing custom invitations. We received numerous comments on the flower arrangements and decor. After attending several weddings after my own, I couldn't help but notice how smoothly mine ran all thanks to Jennifer and her team. She provided the most stress free, beautiful day.

First off, about 85% of the decor items they rent out are extremely reasonably priced, whereas every other rental company tries to rob you blind when renting you items you could buy for almost the same cost. A1 has really great prices and not only that but it's a great value because they have quality items. They are also very flexible. As we change the ceremony and reception decor and number of items needed due to fluctuating guest headcounts A1 is very flexible and courteous to change my order with no hassles. We even drove from Dallas one Friday evening to look at someitems and when we got there we only had 30 minutes until they closed. They owner Jennifer stayed until past closing to assist us. All around great quality!

A1 Wedding & Party Rentals blew it out of the water for our wedding. It has a huge selection of linens, dinnerware, and décor. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll find it. Everything was set-up with care and precision. Jennifer's planning skills and professionalism are unmatched. Our other wedding vendors were happy to have such an organized production. And lastly, the flowers stole everyone's hearts. Equally amazing quality and quantity; full of beautiful colors and arrangements. It was exactly what I wanted. Not friendly or nice owner but still did good service so can't complain too much

I had to give 1 star for professionalism because the lady who helped us when we toured was really bad. I would have gone with a completely different service, but I flew in from arizona to tour them and didn't have time to tour anyone else. I don't remember who helped us but I think it was the lady in charge of the whole business which is extra bad. She was very flat and unintersted the whole time. Didn't seem like she wanted to be at work that day. Wasn't helpful. Basically did the bare minumum and it really stressed me out. In the end I still got everything I needed but I had to keep emailing them to add stuff on because the original lady just did not give a hoot. Who knows, maybe you'll have a better experience than me, but they still delivered everything we needed on time and everything looked good, but man that first appointment was horrible.

For our wedding reception we needed to rent tables, chairs, linens, a dance floor, and champagne flutes. A1 was able to provide all of these with some mixed results. We chose to remove all the tablecloths from our order because it was far more economical to purchase them instead of rent them! Taxes, delivery, and the damage waiver added $200 to the cost of our rentals. The delivery arrived on time and the dance floor was assembled for us. One case of the champagne flutes arrived with lipstick smears and had to be washed before being placed on tables. Except for these trials, our experience with A1 Wedding Rentals was positive. They provided everything we needed in a timely manner at a decent price.

I ordered custom invitations and when I got them SEVERAL of them were glued wrong and looked very bad. I was very upset because I needed to get them mailed asap. They did fix them for no charge... just would have been nice to have them correct the first time considering the $$$ we paid for them.
