Hire 802 Events!

Nick gets vibes. We (early 30's) loved how he was able to navigate a room that had just as many older family members as there were friends. He read the room so well throughout the night and made our dance floor last all night long. Our wedding celebration was over 5 hours long (including dinner) so there was a LOT of time to fill and Nick paced out the energy of the room. Entrance/Special Dances: Perfect entrance timing, faded songs and made announcements that felt natural The Dinner: great selection of where old meets new while balancing the music level to allow for conversation Speeches/group photos: kept us on schedule, rolled with our last second changes at ease Dance Floor: Blended oldies with new songs that kept everyone dancing. Balanced the night with a few slow sections that let people catch their breath, grab a second dessert and another drink, or slow dance with a loved one. Then right back to the dance party. As the older relatives went off to bed, he adjusted again to keep the party going for our friends. Couldn't recommend Nick and 802 events enough for his craft and execution on the dance floor.

Dance floor packed ALL NIGHT

Nick was the perfect man for the job! He DJ-ed our full wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). He took some guidance from us -- we knew the "vibe" that would get our guests up and dancing, so we gave him a Spotify playlist for inspiration and he took it and ran with it. Our dance floor was packed all night and our guests told us that it was the funnest wedding they've ever been to. Nick is easy-going, professional, and well-prepared. He has done many Jewish weddings with the Hora, so it was great that he was familiar with the tradition and helped us get the chairs set up, etc. He also incorporated a very last minute request to change our Father Daughter dance song, and didn't even bat an eye. Overall, we can't recommend Nick and 802 Events enough!

Hire Nick!

Nick was an excellent DJ! Extremely professional and not at all cheesy. He sent us a comprehensive survey before the event to get a sense of our preferences/ requests, and then had a long phone call with us following up on it to make sure he understood everything we wanted. He did an excellent job, the dance floor was hopping all night long.

Simply the best

OMG I have so many great things to say about Nick! We found out our DJ got COVID the Monday before our wedding and he cancelled. My husband and I were SCRAMBLING. 802 Events was the first DJ I called and Nick picked up. He was very friendly and said he may have a cancellation for the weekend of our wedding. A few hours later he confirmed that he could DJ for us. Nick sent a very thorough questionnaire and we chatted on the phone about the plan day of. When the day came he was on top of everything! Our guests could hear us at the ceremony (because my husband was mic'd up) and there was no weird feedback. He coordinated with our vendors and has such an eye for the details. He played all of the songs we wanted and really figured out our vibe. I would recommend Nick and 802 Events for any DJ needs! AMAZING.

Professional DJ service who could read the crowd

We were extremely happy with 802 Events as our DJ and sound service for our reception. We were able to plan out an order of events for the evening that made handing off the mic for speeches and a candle lighting ceremony seemless. We were also very happy with the overall music selection which were based on a playlist and vibe we submitted, but changed based on the crowd. We highly recommend 802 Events.

802 Events Made Our Party a Party!

Nick and 802 Events truly elevated our event! He engaged when appropriate with the right amount of energy, and stepped back when needed. I thought the mark of a quality DJ was the music selection, but I was wrong. Nick played our playlist, and other songs, but his overall orchestration was what made our celebration a party. By the end of the night he knew half the guests by name and roped unlikely friends and family to join in on the fun. And the photo booth was a huge hit!

Nick’s attention to detail, before and during the event, put my mind at ease that all was taken care of. I couldn’t recommend Nick more strongly and I just want to go to another party he’s Djing!

Professional, Thorough, a complete package

Not only did Nick read all my crazy spreadsheets and timelines, he incorporated all our needs in a well organized and professional way. Nick worked with our last minute ceremony videographer to accommodate sounds needs during our ceremony. He played music everyone was happy with during our cocktail hour, and he helped move the event along through our wedding reception, announcing important things, pointing guests to the signature cocktail, setting up our photoslide show. Nick even helped us create a custom father/daughter song. And the photobooth was amazing and Nick created a custom design for the photos. He was familiar with our venue, Basin Harbor, and it made everything run so smoothly.

Nick with 802 Events was amazing! We had a lot of special requests in terms of the music we wanted played and he worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted. He was fantastic throughout making sure everything was moving along according to plan and even found us near the end of the night to see if there were any last requests. The photo booth was also really fun - all of our guests loved it!

Nick was our DJ at our wedding last September and was a pleasure to work with. He was very organized and responsive to emails and phone calls, no matter how minor of a decision. He was also very honest - on the day of our wedding, he recommended that we forego microphones during our ceremony, given our outdoor conditions, and reimbursed us for the cost. The music was fantastic! We weren’t overly-picky with our selection but he read the room and dance floor extremely well. We had such a great time and would recommend him to anyone.

Not only was Nick Stryker the most professional, but he was always available for questions or concerns at any point in time. Weeks before our wedding, Nick was available to speak in person and on the phone, he asked for songs we absolutely wanted, songs we didn't, how we wanted the day run, not only spellings of names in our party but pronunciations, anything special we needed from him, or anything specific we didn't want there. The day of our wedding could not have run more smoothly, and I know it was because of him. I knew Nick/ 802DJ would be good, I had no idea just HOW good they would be. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone, and I can guarantee you will not only be satisfied, but you will leave wondering why anyone would pick any other DJ! Thank you 802DJ!!

Nick Stryker, Owner of 802DJ did an amazing job at our daughters wedding. Nick and his crew helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect. They provided a DJ, Videography, and Photobooth for our wedding day, and we could not have been more pleased. They were patient throughout the whole process, answering all our questions. On the weekend of the wedding, they arrived early to make sure they knew the venue and had everything they needed. Everyone involved with 802 was continually attentive, responsive, accommodating, prepared, friendly, and fun. Having them there and seeing how well they took care of everything put us at ease so we could just focus on having an amazing time and dancing our pants off. Nick was great at getting the crowd moving and played all the songs we had requested. Also, the video came out amazing! So many of our friends have told us how impressed they were with level of professionalism and emotion conveyed through the video. It was also great having all the services (video, photobooth, DJ) through one vendor because they were able to communicate and run the evening seamlessly. I highly recommend 802 for your wedding!

Nick – and everyone from 802DJ – were an absolute pleasure to work with. We got married at Riverside Farm on 9/16/17. Our coordinator, Kim, from RF, referred us to Nick. We began corresponding with him in January and from day one he was extremely professional, helpful, organized, thorough, and always willing to jump on a quick call or provide more details, advice, suggestions, etc. Nick helped us with a plethora of services on our wedding weekend including speakers and a mic for Friday’s Welcome BBQ, mics, a guitar connection and speakers for our ceremony, speakers for our cocktail hour and an amazing photo booth setup for our reception (someone to manage the booth, the equipment and setup, props, and an incredibly thoughtful photo album we were given at the end of the evening). I will have to say, the photo booth was definitely one of the most coveted places to be Saturday night and the photos will be something we will cherish and laugh at for years and years to come. Nick went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He managed the music throughout the weekend (even when the band took a break during the reception). He helped us with the flow – and, to be honest, the overall outline – of our ceremony which was incredibly helpful and helped put our minds at ease. Everything that Nick and 802DJ provided, executed, and helped us with went off without a hitch… truly flawless. My husband and I did not have to worry about a thing the entire weekend – which we had a feeling would be the case as he had been so reliable and helpful for the 8 months leading up to the wedding. It was such a joy to work with Nick and 802DJ – I HIGHLY recommend them as I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed! I really don’t know what we would have done with them!!!

802DJ was the perfect music pairing to our perfect wedding.

802DJ’s expert guidance ushered my bride and I through an efficient process to ensure we received a playlist reflective of our love, and our event. After the on-boarding, they worked independently, timely, flexibly, and quietly behind the scenes on our behalf to ensure the audio portion of our big day was perfect! They are so well versed in the music cues that make a wedding sound great, including the understanding of their role as a piece of the whole production. They were so reliable, going above and beyond the expectation we had.

802DJ provided a pro-level audio service, with wireless recordings of all audio (ceremony vows, readings, announcements, and speeches) so that we could use the technically clean tracks in our post-wedding video. This added immeasurable value to the memorializing of the celebration.

802DJ kept the wedding reception rockin’ all night! They did a great job of 'reading the room’ as every song was enthusiastically greeted by all guests, with a packed dance floor providing the ultimate proof.

Working with Nick of 802 Event Group was a tremendously enjoyable experience. We chose 802 Event Group for our wedding and it made our weekend both memorable and perfect. From our first information request, to the planning of the full details of our day Nick made everything easy. Nick's familiarity with the area and our venue allowed him to easily provide DJ, photobooth and videography services as well as helping me to coordinate my surprise guitar performance during the reception. Every aspect of the weekend was perfectly conducted in a professional and friendly manner. Above-and-beyond service from Nick Stryker on our wedding day! We highly recommend him. He worked tremendously hard to make our day extra special, even in face of some awful weather. Our wedding weekend was a monsoon with a tremendous amount of rain and mud, which flooded our reception sight. Nick not only delivered everything according to our detailed plan, but was flexible when our schedule fell behind, found solutions when lightning preventing us from going under our tent for the reception, even continually mopped up our wet and muddy dance floor so guests wouldn't fall and the party could keep going. He is incredibly hard working and helped us throw the most memorable party of our lives. Our wedding day took a village to pull off, and we couldn't have done it without 802 DJs and Nick Stryker!

We worked with 802DJ for our wedding in August 2016. We worked with Nick, who was beyond fantastic. There are no words to describe how great our wedding experience was, and Nick really created the exact atmosphere that we requested. We had a blending of two cultures for our wedding, half didn't speak English and the other half didn't speak Spanish. Nick asked us for music recommendations and came up with a playlist that literally lasted for the entire night. For each moment at our wedding, Nick had the perfect song. When I told him that my main goal was to dance the night away, Nick made sure that our dance floor was always full. He even arranged a dance circle for my favorite song and surprised both myself and my husband! When the noise ordinance finished, Nick had no problem moving his equipment inside to continue our party in the basement. He was personable, funny, flexible and exceeded all of our expectations. Lastly, the photobooth was a hit! You should get the photobooth! It made for a really great break from dancing and our guests loved it! It was never empty!

Nick is amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ/ Videographer for their wedding. Nick made everything so seamless and provided us with a wonderful photobooth and photobook as a keepsake of pictures after the wedding. Nick also made sure that my husband and I had a drink in hand the entire night and were able to eat our dinner. He worked very well with all staff and other vendors at the wedding as well. Everyone danced all night long and he keep the dance floor packed which was a must for us! Hands down the best DJ in the state. Nick gets 5 plus for his wonderful service and music!

Nick and the crew at 802 DJ were simply fantastic, in EVERY way. First, they were upfront with pricing, so refreshing! Then, while working with them leading up to the wedding it was clear Nick knows his stuff and tracks on every detail. He was so knowledgeable that he helped us think through many things we would not have otherwise, ensuring we were well prepared for our event in advance! On the weekend, the crew was timely, they helped us above and beyond their own set-up needs. In fact I don't know that our ceremony would have worked anywhere near as smoothly if they hadn't taken great interest in ensuring they understood the timing of every part, even making suggestions that only seasoned professionals would know to make. The reception is where everyone thinks of the DJ's, and they certainly didn't disappoint there (I'll get to that in a second), but it was the whole experience. Most of us don't know much about planning a wedding when we start planning our own. Nick and his team get it, they listen, they make helpful suggestions, they work within your priorities and they guide where you need guidance. Ok, back to the reception. Our dance floor was full all night. The sound quality was perfect, the volume was filling the room, but still allowed folks to have conversations off the dance floor (the few that did) and Adam, our DJ for the night, knew how to read the room. We were given the opportunity in advance to lay out the type of music we would want and it was clear that 802 DJ put great thought in what they'd have cued up for us, while leaving it in Adam's hands to be attentive to the feel of the crowd. It is a year after our wedding and I still get comments, REGULARLY, about how fun our wedding was, things like "BEST WEDDING...EVER!!!" That is in large part to Nick, Adam and 802 DJ. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Nick did amazing work at our wedding! He kept everyone dancing, and he helped create such a great energy flowing all around. Lots of our guests commented on what a great DJ he was, and he did an excellent job incorporating guest’s requests into the music flow.

Overall, he is extremely professional, reliable, personable and made everything run smoothly – giving us gave us the perfect night (even with curve balls like my brother's surprise speech). I couldn’t have imagined a more fun night, or a better DJ.

He was also great in the planning process, he made things easy and created a play list that was personal, yet enjoyable for everyone!

802DJ was fantastic! Eric kept us on the dance floor all night playing great songs for us. He was a great MC, introducing everyone perfectly, and announcing the cake cutting and first dances, even through the emotions of the father(mother)/daughter dance! Christian was awesome at manning the photo booth! we had several children at the wedding who thought the photo booth was such fun! Christian was so patient and accomodating! Everyone got in on the fun, even our waitstaff! We were extremely happy with every aspect of our wedding by using 802DJ! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding.

Our wedding at the West Mountain Inn was such an awesome night and Nick at 802 Events was part of the reason why. He did such a superb job picking when to play our random artist track requests, mixing in guest requests and infusing his own fabulous get-on-your-feet-and-dance selections. His orchestration of the evening got almost every soul attending to dance (if you judge success by how much dancing was done that night, Nick got an A+!) The photo booth was also a must-have addition to the festivities (which was confirmed by smile after smile captured on the photo booth images). So, if you’re reading this, you don’t need to look any farther than Nick. His positive attitude and great service at 802 Events was one of reasons the celebration was so fun and such a success.

Nick was a fantastic DJ for our wedding day. He was referred to us by our venue (West Mountain Inn) as they have had him DJ numerous weddings at the venue. Nick had us fill out a detailed questionnaire, asked us any and all questions that were needed for the day of the wedding. About a week before we had a long phone call with him to literally go over every detail of the day, at previous weddings we had been to their were some technical/mic issues and we wanted reassurance that this would not happen at our wedding which Nick gave us detailed explanation on how he will make sure it will not happen at ours! On our day he made sure that everything for the ceremony went flawlessly and was a hit at the reception. He played every song we had on our 'must play' list and took those suggestions to play some awesome songs that kept the dance floor going the entire night. Literally, the dance floor did not have 1 lull and everyone danced all night. He even let a close family friend get up and put on the DJ headphones which was a crowd hit. Overall Nick was fantastic and we highly recommend him to anyone having a wedding in or around VT!

Nick was so professional and our guests had an absolute blast dancing all night! He checked in with us regularly about how things were going and was able to improvise well when plans changed unexpectedly. He had us fill out a lengthy questionnaire and talk to him on the phone a few weeks out to go over the details of our reception to make sure we were all on the same page. Our guests loved the music selection and he read the crowd beautifully. Everyone at our reception was on the dancefloor for most of the evening, just as we had hoped. Nick was fantastic - hands down - stop your search for a DJ now and go with Nick. He is extremely professional and you can tell he has been doing this for awhile. You will fill out a music questionnaire and he will set up some time to discuss your whole vision for the wedding and answer all questions you have. I felt like I had the most complicated music schedule and questions but he handled them like a pro and made me feel at ease. During the wedding, he would check in with me every now and then to make sure things were going smooth and if I wanted to change anything. I had a few guests that wanted to make impromptu speeches at dinner and Nick was great about checking in with me to see if that was OK (and not letting the mic get passed around from guest to guest). He is also a fantastic improviser - I had requested a bouquet/garter toss during the reception and I had forgotten to put my garter on. He quickly knew what to do and just had my husband throw my bouquet to the guys which ended up being really funny.

We had Nick DJ at our wedding this summer. He was extremely organized prior to the event, gave great feedback on our song choices, and took all of our requests into account (including a Beyonce megamix I made him play!). During the entire wedding basically no one was in their seats - the dance floor was packed the whole night and so many people came up to us saying how fantastic the music and the DJ was. Nick was a huge part of why our wedding was so fun and we would recommend him 100 times over!

Nick is the man. He stepped up and ran our rehearsal, helped us with timing the walk down the aisle to get us in sync with two of our friends who played guitar for our ceremony. He didn't have to do that but he went above and beyond. During the wedding he told us to let him know if we had any requests, and he has thousands of songs available. The energy was so high all night because of how good the music was. We had a couple requests for him to make announcements on the spot and to hype people up for a sing-along at the end of the night and he did it even though he had no notice about it. Many people have said our wedding was one of the most energetic parties they have ever been to, thank you Nick!!! He also brought a photo booth as a last minute deal and said he could print two copies (or more) of every photo for us, and would send us a digital file of all the photos. It was so easy to book him. Definitely book 802DJ for your wedding you will not regret it.

Nick was the DJ for our wedding at Stratton Mountain on August 15th and I could not be happier with the service he provided. From the first time my husband called him to talk about services to the last dance, Nick was a pleasure to work with. I decided at the last minute that I wanted him to provide the music for our ceremony at the summit of the mountain and he went above and beyond and investigated power sources, brought a back-up, had extra microphones, and coordinated the sound system with our videographer so the video came out very well. Nick took care to make sure he knew how to pronounce everyone's name in the wedding party, double checking with them right before he announced everyone. He touched base with us throughout the reception to make sure we were happy with the music (which we were) and all of my guests who made requests had nothing but good things to say. If you want a DJ who has your guests standing on the dance floor chanting "one more song" after he's played the last one, and obliges with the perfect song choice, then you won't be disappointed using Nick Stryker as your DJ.

Nick was our DJ for the evening. He is a consummate pro! He was communicative, insightful and was so in touch with what we required. This was the only part of our wedding that we were sticklers about. We've been to weddings in the past with real amateur dj's that made the reception look so sloppy. Nick was the antithesis of the amateur, sloppy dj. He knew the perfect playlist for dinner and dessert and his dance playlist was INsane! He also has a terrific sense of humor. When someone knocked over their wine glass, Nick switched to "Walking on Broken Glass" by Annie Lennox. What other DJ would do that??!! Call Nick right now and chat with him. You WON'T be sorry.

Adam was the DJ at our wedding this past weekend and absolutely set the tone for an amazing night! He came prepared with all of the details we discussed in the weeks leading up to the wedding but was still flexible and happy to adjust the schedule as the night went on. The photo booth was a huge hit, but most importantly Adam kept the dance floor packed with guests of all ages throughout the night! People were having so much fun dancing that we skipped over the bouquet toss entirely because we didn't want to interrupt the party. Clearly, Nick and his team do not need any further rave reviews (as evident by the 25+ 5 star reviews here), but I'm going to write one anyways!! :)
If you want a DJ and photo booth provider that will go completely 120% ABOVE and BEYOND your expectations for your wedding (or any event)... then, hire Nick and 802DJ. I couldn't believe how accommodating, responsive, respectful, and just awesome he was. We had some special requests and the wedding reception was not typical as we had already been married in Italy and Nick was so adaptive and easy-going and was able to provide all of the things that we wanted (including some specific Italian songs that played at our ceremony). I was a bit scattered the day of and he helped to keep things moving along at the pace we wanted and checked in throughout the night to make sure everything was good and going as planned. He went above and beyond helping us set up our slide show and our video from our Italy ceremony. When our guests requested songs, he played them almost immediately. Nick was awesome! We spoke with a couple DJ's before him that didn't seem right and we knew once we spoke with him that he was on the same page as us and would help us get what we were looking for. Boy was that right!
Day of, he nailed all the scheduled stuff perfectly and went above and beyond with the music and lighting. He also checked in with me a couple times about songs and playing longer than the allotted time, and was very attentive to ourselves and our guests. As a groom or bride you are so involved in other things that it is very important to have someone on the ball who doesn't need to rely on you. I always felt like he had the music situation completely handled and he kept the dance floor packed with all generations, which is not an easy task.
Our venue was the Mountain Top Inn and I have told them Nick should be at the top of their recommended list. I would recommend him to anyone!

Nick of 802DJ came highly recommended to us from our venue and for good reason. Nick was a phenomenal DJ, he kept the party going well into the night and had no qualms about staying longer when we asked him to stay for the afterparty. Several of our guests raved about how great the music was and Nick knew how to work in our requests seamlessly. We had an outdoor dancefloor and he was able to set up the lighting perfectly, both outdoors and indoors. He also seemed to really have fun with what he does, which made the night even better!

Nick was amazing to work with through the planning process, incredibly flexible and patient (we tended to procrastinate a bit more than we should). Several weeks before the wedding, he collected requests, special songs and ceremonies, and name pronunciations for the entire wedding party. He also touched base with us the week of the wedding for any updates or changes, and even was ready as a backup for our ceremony music when we found out two days before that our ceremony musician wasn’t sure if she’d make it on-time. Although our musician did end up just making it there for the ceremony, we found out later that Nick even ended up providing pre-ceremony music due to our musician's late arrival. We would definitely recommend 802DJ to any of our friends - he went above and beyond to make sure we had a spectacular day and night.

802 DJ was AMAZING!! He kept the dance floor packed with all ages as well as provided a photo booth that made for lots of laughs. Our guests continue to point out how epic our DJ was to this day, almost two months later, and we cannot thank him enough. He was extremely helpful with providing suggestions for song choices, styles and time lines for our various themes throughout the day without over powering our wants. He never questioned our choices, but rather listened intently and made new recommendations based on our constant indecisiveness changes. He even contacted our vendor directly to make sure that the details of the day went smoothly including what was needed to make his equipment, timelines, and setup work the best. I have never met someone so patient to guide us through such an important day.

Nick Stryker was SO great to work with for my wedding! My wife and I wanted someone who wasn't going to say all that cheesy wedding DJ stuff, and Nick was so professional and easy to work with. My sister played the guitar for my outdoor ceremony. He talked with her before the day, going over any sound equipment she would need, and helped her set up. He has a very thorough wedding questionnaire that really makes you think about what you want played at you wedding, broken down into cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. I wasn't sure my guests would be up for three hours of dancing, but he played such a great mix of stuff that everyone was on the dance floor at one point or another and the dance floor was always full! Nick is very easy-going and happy to accommodate any special requests. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a DJ in Vermont!

Nick did an amazing job at our wedding. He took the time to work with my fiancé and mother in law (at the time ) to come up with a surprise mother/son dance that surprised all the guests including myself. He also helped me out so much with music selection. There is so much music out there and got very overwhelming picking out music. We were a little bit wary about hiring a DJ because of the cliches/assumptions that the DJ would be over-bearing and a little corny at the wedding. However, 802DJ was absolutely perfect and we could not have imagined hiring anyone else. Everything went perfectly and Nick incorporated all of our special requests and shout outs into the reception flawlessly. Nick's presence and demeanor was professional yet fun and exactly what we were looking for. He had the perfect balance between helping us keep the party moving along and make transitions but was not at all intrusive. He was very organized and responsive and thought of many details before we did which helped us visualize and plan the ceremony and reception, including details far beyond music. Nick went above and beyond, even agreeing to work with our live musicians during the ceremony, providing sound support and other equipment. Having been a Bridesmaid a dozen or so times and been to so many "cookie cutter" weddings, you come to expect the standard DJ's playing the standard wedding playlist songs. Nick at 802DJ was anything but--he was by far the best DJ I have ever heard, and he made our wedding so memorable and personal. Nick worked with our music tastes and customized the processional/recessional music, the Cocktail Hour music, and the music to keep the crowd dancing. Never was there that awkward moment of getting people out on the dance floor, and never was there a bad song played. No one stopped dancing, even after the wedding was over our guests were chanting for Nick to play "one more song", which of course he did. Our friends and family keep saying it was the best wedding they have ever been too. We also rented the photo booth through 802 DJ which was a huge hit - I would definitely recommended that as well, our guests loved all the props and kept taking photos all night. Overall, I could not be happier with Nick and the services he provided and I would not hesitate on booking him.

Nick was the best and only DJ we wanted for our wedding. We didn't know the first thing about planning the wedding day events and Nick helped us through each step. I highly recommend 802DJ for any music need. He was so responsive and passionate and dedicated to his craft and to us, his customers. We had never coordinated a wedding and he worked with all of us in a most professional manner, recommending better ideas based upon what we had suggested. Working with him prior to the wedding and during the wedding was a pleasure. He was all set up and ready to go and even set up the sound system for an outside ceremony for our cellist and our JP. He had every song we requested and had all of us up and dancing the entire time. I have received compliments from everyone from the age of 4 to my dad who is 90. Even my mom who uses a walker could not stay in her seat and was up and dancing. She is 85. The 20 somethings had a blast and we couldn't be happier! Nick from 802DJ DJ'd our wedding and I just cannot convey how amazing he made it. The entire experience was outstanding. He was professional and easy to work with, he made sure that he got to know our taste well before the wedding date. We didn't feel like just another wedding for him, he made us feel as though we were the main event of the year for him - and out on the dance floor, it was clear! He had the entire wedding party on their feet for hours and hours and we couldn't of asked for more. He was so easy to work with, we trusted him off the bat, and he came through with flying colors. Nick was the perfect DJ for our wedding. We actually met while he was playing our close friends' wedding in Vermont in 2010, so we were really enthusiastic about getting him to play when we got married three years later in New Hampshire. We were not disappointed - Nick played a terrific set and ensured everyone had a good time. Nick is incredibly professional and he showed up early, ran through everything with us and got everything set up quickly. We had quite a demanding set list but he had no problems sorting that out for us - we really wanted to avoid the cheesy wedding DJ experience and Nick worked with us to make sure we got the tone and tunes we wanted. I am very pleased with the level of service and professionalism that 802DJ provided for our wedding. We chose Nick because he has been working in the entertainment and DJ business for over a 14 years, and knew that there weren't going to be any nasty surprises that would ruin our special day.

We had to plan our wedding within a time span of three months, and Nick started working with us on short notice. He was organized and courteous throughout the entire process. He contacted our wedding planner and the venue management in advance to coordinate the set up. He provided helpful suggestions and even helped us iron out a few details we had never considered.

On our wedding day, Nick arrived early and set up without a hitch. The photobooth was a huge hit with our guests! Nick also provided great lighting for the dance floor. The music, sound quality and equipment were all top notch.

Our daughter got married at an outdoor venue in the mountains. The set-up was extensive and Nick was always on key-very attentive to details-on time with everything, very, very detail oriented! We lost electricity at a crucial moment at the reception when the wedding party was going to be introduced and he saved the day-he found the problem and fixed it, the owner of the venue was even pleasantly shocked at how fast he jumped in to trouble shoot the problem. He came to us and double checked the introduction list and we were on our way! I'll be forever grateful for him that day!!!!!! My daughter's wedding went off without a hitch and he was a big reason for it!!! He even helped suggest some special effects for the day that made the wedding pictures absolutely gorgeous, even the seasoned photographer we had commented on the results. I would recommend him very highly to everyone.
