  Highly Recommend !!

  One of the first decisions we made after getting engaged was to book 7DayWeekend. We have seen them multiple times over the years and always had a great time (even my incredibly picky now-husband). Adam was very responsive and made everything simple. All of my guests have been raving about the band since the wedding over a month ago. I have gotten multiple requests for their contact info for future weddings and events. I highly suggest you do the same!

  7DW is wicked fabulous

  We LOVED having 7DayWeekend as our wedding band. They were amazing to work with throughout the process. Adam, the drummer, was our main contact. He got back to us super quickly and kept us updated. We also had one of the band members play at our ceremony which was such a special feature! 7DW is not your typical wedding band - but that is exactly what we wanted! We saw them back at Mohegan sun in 2019 and loved them ever since. When it came to picking a band for our wedding, we did search and search but nothing came close to 7DW! We had to have them rock our wedding - from their fun skits and songs to the throwing of sour patch kids and putting tattoos on people - you can’t get a better party band. They kept the dance floor packed the entire night! All 5 members of the band were such a special part of our day - helping us, or keeping us calm throughout the day! We are so lucky to have had them play at our wedding - truly a dream!!!

  Best Wedding Band - You won't regret it!

  We were first introduced to 7 Day Weekend when we lived in Newport RI and would go to our favorite bars to watch them perform. Then when we decided to get married in Newport we knew we had to call them. Hiring 7DW was BY FAR the best decision we made for our wedding. They are true professionals and went the extra mile every step of the way to make sure we were happy. To this day when people talk about our wedding the first thing they say is how awesome the band was.
  
  In the months leading up to the wedding, communicating with the band was so seamless and easy – Adam was literally available 24/7 and would immediately answer any questions we had. He made the planning process totally stress free from start to finish. On the night of our wedding 7DW went ABOVE and BEYOND all expectations. They put together the timeline for the entire evening, did all of the wedding party introductions, introduced the people who gave speeches, and timed everything perfectly. Then they put on an absolutely electric performance that had 100+ people on the dance floor the entirenight.

  The best of the best of the best

  Where to begin - It took us over a month to draft this review because we have too many amazing things to say about this band. When booking vendors for our Block Island wedding we focused on teams that knew the island and could adapt at a moments notice - 7 Day Weekend more than delivered. We had a number of special requests - a teaser set after introductions, a guest singing God Bless America, the list goes on. Not only did Adam and the rest of the band go above and beyond our expectations, they made us feel comfortable and confident from the moment we booked to our very last song. We can confidently say that they were the best part of our wedding and we look forward to seeing them again very soon (at all of our friends' weddings because they were their favorite part of our wedding too).

  Amazing band

  If you are looking for a fun, exciting, energetic band so you can dance the night away then 7 Day Weekend is the band for you. We found this band when we were out one night and instantly knew we wanted them for our wedding. They are very organized, professional and helped us throughout the entire process. They play all genres so there’s something for everyone to like. All of our wedding guests were raving about how good they were and wondering where they can see them play again. They definitely exceeded our expectations. We would HIGHLY recommend 7 Day Weekend for any wedding or event!

  The best band EVER

  If we could give these guys 100 stars we would. As soon as we saw 7 Day Weekend at Harpoon fest in 2020 we knew we would have them at our wedding. Fastforward almost three years later and we manifested that true. If you are even considering booking a band for your wedding these guys are a must. Our families have not stopped talking about how much they loved the band at our wedding. The dance floor was packed all night long. On top of being amazing musians they guys are awesome people. You will not regret booking them!

  Best part of our wedding!

  When it came down to planning our wedding I knew that I wanted to have a band there, and choosing 7 day weekend was the best decision we made. The band provided music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and then really brought the house down when they started playing! It was a seamless experience and they very attentive and super easy to work with. Everything at the wedding was great, but the one thing we heard most about from our guests was how awesome the band was. EVERYONE at the wedding was on the dance floor, they really know how to get the party going and keep it going. If you're looking for a fun band that plays great music don't hesitate.

  Best Wedding band!!

  Hiring 7 Day weekend was the best decision we made for our wedding!!
  
  They were so easy/ flexible to work with. They did our ceremony music and reception and everything was done perfectly.
  
  They kept the partying going all night and all of our guest kept saying how much they loved them.
  
  If you’re on the fence of hiring them-don’t be! You won’t regret it!

  They played such a variety of music and everyone danced! They were great to work with from the start to finish and very professional. Joe is a great MC and the band is so organized and helped us stay on a schedule all day and helped the day go smoothly.

  7 Day Weekend did not disappoint! Their energy got the entire room up and dancing! I can’t even count how many compliments we got about how awesome the band was. Their set list was exactly what we wanted to get people dancing. Joe was also a great MC. He was organized and enthusiastic which was perfect! During the reception he even came onto the dance floor and let the best man and groom sing a little! Not only were they incredible during the reception, they were responsive all throughout the planning process. I highly recommend them!

  Kick ass TIME!!!

  If you are looking for a band to remember for the best night of your life, hire these guys! They were absolutely unreal, lively, Talented, amazingly friendly and pleasant to work with...they sure as hell know how to get the crowd going!! The music for our wedding was the most important part and they truly lived up to our expectations. All of our guests were raving the next day about how much fun they had on the dance floor because our band was so amazing. It felt like we were at a fun bar with awesome live music. If you are looking for not your typical wedding band, a band who is way above average and doesnt play Cheesy wedding music, 7 DAY WEEKEND is a must!!! Everything from working together up until the big night was sucha pleasant process. Solid group of nice, talented guys who want everyone to have a good time!!!!!

  Couldn’t have dreamed of a better band for our Block Island Wedding!

  “7 day weekend was the best wedding band ever” was what I heard all night and for the next few weeks from all who attended our wedding! And boy is that an understatement because they are not just the best wedding band they are the best band! My husband and I saw them live in block island at the yellow kittens things may have gotten a little fuzzy that night but we had the most amazing time and we had to hire them as our wedding band & bring them back to block! They play such a variety of music from Disney and Greece to blink 182 and Eminem! If your worried about not having a female singer.... stop they don’t need one they even kill Lizzo songs! With covid things were tough planning but Adam was great with communication and honestly kept me sane when we were told we couldn’t dance and helped me through the stress of covid wedding planning! Once the day came it was perfect!!! Everyone danced all night long, family members who haven’t danced in years! We danced at our tables or outside social distancing but it was beyond amazing!! We all sang along to every song!! Adam even mixed a special song for my mom and I to dance to! When we began planning our wedding our two most important things were our venue and our band so that no one stopped dancing all night and 7 day weekend did just that!! They were all we could have ever asked for and more! They really surpassed all of our expectations! I would highly recommend them!! Some of our guest are already ready to book them for their weddings!!

  5 Stars Are Not Enough!

  When we first began planning our wedding, my husband and I knew without question that the music was one of the most, if not THE most important part of our wedding. We had been to so many weddings where the music either made or ruined the experience for us as guests and we knew we wanted a spectacular live band on our wedding day for us to enjoy with our own guests.
  
  We put a lot of time into looking into bands online and knew we didn't want a traditional wedding band and actually ended up looking at bands that play at non-wedding venues that have live music. We saw that 7 Day Weekend had played at the Yellow Kitten in Block Island and we knew a band that had played there would be able to give us the experience we were looking for.
  
  Once we decided to book 7 Day Weekend, we went to see a few of their live shows and were truly blown away. Not only does the band have the ability to get everyone up on the dance floor, they are all seriously talented and hold themselves to an incredibly high standard in terms of the quality of their music while also making the experience an epic party for all.
  
  We cannot say enough good things about 7 Day Weekend and how incredible they were to work with from the first phone call through the end of our wedding. Adam was our main contact throughout the planning process and was the perfect combination of responsible and relaxed in terms of his communications. He was diligent in making sure he knew all the details from the timeline to our song preferences and had a great sense of humor that always put a smile on our faces when an email or text from him popped up.
  
  Our wedding day was more fun than we could have imagined. 7 Day Weekend were absolutely phenomenal and blew us away. So many of our guests are still raving about our band months later and we could not be happier with our decision to book them for our wedding day. We cannot recommend 7 Day Weekend enough for any couple who wants to have an incredibly special wedding with a quality band that will make sure you and your guests have the most fun. We will always remember our wedding day with 7 Day Weekend as the highlight and look forward to reliving some of those memories at 7 Day Weekend shows for many years to come.

  7 day weekend. Best wedding band!!!

  We had our wedding at The Spring House on Block Island 9/28/19, and it was the time of our lives!!! I had seen 7 day weekend a few times over the years at Whiskey Priest and East Bay Grille, and I always had a good time when they’d play! Then we realized they did weddings when we attended our friend’s wedding last August...where we literally didn’t leave the dance floor. We hired them right after and they were AMAZING to work with! Despite the crazy schedule they had with shows all summer, they were incredibly responsive and supportive during the planning process. They were very easy-going, down to earth, and flexible, which was a breath of fresh air since so much goes into an Island wedding. These guys seriously made the event, and they were reasonably priced too! The actual wedding day they arrived with big smiles, a sense of calmness, and really gave off the vibe that it was going to be a fun night. Our ceremony was on the front lawn, dinner was on a patio out back, and then dancing inside. Since we required music for the ceremony, audio for speeches during dinner, and obviously needed the band on the dance floor... this venue could have been a challenge! However they made the transition seamless and did an amazing job making sure it all went perfectly. The song line up was unbelievable, so great that you wouldn’t want to take a bathroom break because you didn’t want to miss a song. People came up to me saying things like “My Husband never dances and he won’t get off the dance floor”. They were a blast!!!! Hire them now!!!!

Our ceremony was on the front lawn, dinner was on a patio out back, and then dancing inside. Since we required music for the ceremony, audio for speeches during dinner, and obviously needed the band on the dance floor... this venue could have been a challenge! However they made the transition seamless and did an amazing job making sure it all went perfectly. The song line up was unbelievable, so great that you wouldn’t want to take a bathroom break because you didn’t want to miss a song. People came up to me saying things like “My Husband never dances and he won’t get off the dance floor”. They were a blast!!!! Hire them now!!!!

  7DW Wedding Party

  Working with 7 Day Weekend was an absolute treat. My now wife and I had caught them playing in Newport, RI one weekend and immediately knew we wanted them to play at our wedding. From the moment we discussed hiring them until the day of the wedding Adam was incredibly attentive and thorough with communication and planning with us. Whether it was phone calls, texts, emails or a Google Docs sheet to prepare for the day, planning was a breeze. He kept himself incredibly available when I had any questions or concerns and it quickly allowed me to put full trust in what he promised to do. Let me tell you, they delivered!! We were able to customize our playlists during their breaks, even playing songs that are popular in Brazil (where half of the family is from). Their performance is where they really shine. Joe was very engaging with the guests and got family members on the dance floor I never expected to see out there! Our wedding day was that much more special because of the effort and care they put into it for us. Our family grew 5 members larger that day.

  If you want a band who know's what they are doing, can flex and create whatever you want for your day, has amazing communication, and brings the party harder than anyone else, this is your band! Adam and the whole crew were absolutely amazing throughout the process. We saw them at a local venue (non wedding) where they completely rocked the house. While we were looking for a wedding band 7 Day Weekend popped up and we remembered how much we liked their show. They were completely reasonable from a price perspective and offered everything we needed from DJ/MC to every type of music we could want (which spanned from 80's slow jams to brand new stuff). Not only did they put on an amazing show they accommodated everything we needed. My father and father in law both play guitar and the band allowed them to play a special song plugging into their equipment and taking the stage. The Maid of Honor also had a musical special request for her speech that the band nailed despite only getting about 24 hours notice on it. Our venue was non traditional so they coordinated their own up lighting and came early for a electric and sound check since they were playing under a tent outside. They totally brought down the house, well tent I guess :). The dance floor was packed all night. One of the coolest parts was that they learned to play our first dance song and sang it perfectly even adjusting the timing so that it was not too long and awkward. As far as communication goes, the band was incredible throughout utilizing texts, phone calls, emails and google documents, so that we could collaborate and coordinate on song lists and entrance music. They never went more than a couple hours to answer questions we had. I never had any doubt that they would be terrific but they definitely went above and beyond making us feel totally comfortable and at ease. We had last minute changes (like within 5 days) and had to switch entrance lineup names right before we came in because of a flower girl tan

  7 Day Weekend was the absolute BEST wedding band I could have picked. I first saw them play a East Bay Grille in Plymouth a couple of years ago and at the time my fiance and I both agreed we had to find a way to get these guys to play at our wedding some day (at the time we weren't even engaged). Immediately when we picked a venue and a date, they were the first band we contacted. Adam was SUPER responsive via email and sent me a Google Doc list of everything pertaining to all the information of the bride and grooms, parents, bridal party, cake cutting song, songs we didn't want played, what time they could set up etc. A lot of things I would not have even thought of! I started to fill in the Google Doc form he sent me and within a day he responded back on the document leaving notes and asking questions. It was super helpful. Not only were they responsive via email, but within MINUTES of sending Adam a text he responded answering any questions I had. Adam also would text me random questions to help him clarify how to make my day easy and perfect. I was beyond pleased with how professional these guys were and how quick they were to make sure everything was in its place before the big day.
  
  The night of my wedding they came early to set up their equipment so they could have a seamless entrance after the first acoustic band we had. And it was totally seamless- you would not have even known that there were two different bands playing at the wedding that night. Once 7 Day Weekend started playing everyone was on the dance floor. They kept the crowd jumping and dancing for like 3 hours straight. Their energy on stage and relationship with the audience was absolutely top notch. Their music selection was amazing and the medleys of the different songs put together was amazing. At the end of the night we had friends and family asking for their contact info. I have zero complaints with this band. I HIGHLY recommend- they're the best!!

They sincerely want you and your guests to have the best time possible - and I promise, my guests and myself and my husband had the best time possible! I had seen them play twice before my wedding, so we already knew we had to hire them - no doubt at all. They keep EVERYONE dancing ALL night long! And they even make sure the bride and groom have time to eat. I got compliments from all of my wedding guests (young and old) on how fantastic 7 Day Weekend is! They played top 40 hits, popular 90's songs (which my husband loves), 70's and 80's songs (which my aunts and uncles loved). I mean seriously - the BEST band you could ever hire! On top of them being fun to listen to, they have fun while they are playing too! They don't just play to you, they include you in the performance which makes it so much fun!   We had 7 Day Weekend for our wedding and they were amazing. They made our wedding day that more fun and a night we will never forget. All our guests had the best time and were dancing all night! 7 day weekend is a good band for everyone because they get everyone involved-all ages and sing songs from all different genres. I would recommend them to all my family and friends to hire them. They are very professional and extremely nice and amazing at what they do!

  These guys brought so much energy and fun to our wedding. Adam is a great person to work with, very flexible and professional. We went through songs and timelines with no troubles at all.

He's so organized, thorough and super responsive which made the entire process so stress free. He answered all of our questions and made some great recommendations. As an emcee, they were great too! They made sure they knew how to pronounce everyone's name and kept the flow of our night running so smooth. We didn't have a wedding coordinator so these guys gladly took that task on and were on point all night! All of the guys in the band work so well together...such great chemistry on stage! They are also very interactive with the crowd which was so much fun to see! Our friends and family are still raving about how much fun they had and how great the music was! As the date got closer, we met with the band and discussed all the details. Adam offered to edit our mother/son, father daughter, and first dance songs for us by shortening the lengths and adding a mashup of songs to one of them. He sent them beforehand to us to approve and they came out perfectly! Adam and the band truly cared what we wanted for our wedding and made sure we got it! He gave us tips and suggestions from his and the bands experiences and it honestly felt like we were working with friends.The week leading up to the wedding was the most stressful and Adam was the vendor contact that made me feel the most at ease. I knew that they wouldn't let me down... And they didn't. They were the hit of the night. We instantly had a PACKED dance floor from the first song they played to the very last song (they even played an extra song because we didn't want them to stop!) They play an awesome variety of music that speaks to all ages. They even let me come up and sing my favorite song with them!
  It's rare that you go to a wedding and see 90-95% of people on the dance floor the WHOLE time. Well, that was ours. My wedding was the best night of my life and 7DW was a major part in making my wedding the best night of my life.   first wedding I have ever been to where EVERY person at the event was on the dance floor at one given time. From age 2 to age 83! All dancing and having a great time. It has been over a year and friends still talk about the band we had and how much they loved it.

The band went out of their way to learn about us, understand which songs fit us and our crowd, and even added a few special "extra" songs for us, which they surprised us with throughout the night.

Our wedding pictures were just one after the next of friends and family, young and old, out sweating on the dance floor with huge smiles. Our best photos came from that dance floor.
  
  To stress that point further, the venue had a strict "no music" policy after 10pm, which the band respected — even when various wedding guests came up with fistfuls of cash in an attempt to get the band to comply with their chanted request for just "one more song". It was so much fun to see a wedding where all of the guests (not just the drunk ones) were hoping that the night wouldn't end.
