Beautiful venue
This venue was beautiful and Lucas really helped streamline everything and make the day go as smooth as possible. Everyone had a blast and we all really loved the space. Ceremony and Reception Venue
We absolutely loved our venue and the flexibility we were extended to bring our wedding vision dreams to reality. The entire staff was great to work with; very responsive and professional. The location was also perfect with it being a block away from the beach! The lighting and sound in the venue is superb as well! Lucas was great! He made the day go by smoothly. I had no issues with anything the day of the wedding! Lucas was very responsive to my many emails. Everyone at the venue LOVED IT! They had no idea it was there and thought it was great. I would highly recommend booking this venue. :)Lucas was great! He made the day go by smoothly. Lucas was great to work with! This place is so modern and fun, it was all we were looking for! The space was big enough for almost 180 people with a great dance floor! There are also spaces for kids! The event coordinator is really great to work with. He calmly and professionally handled all my questions and concerns. This is a wonderful venue for a ceremony and a reception. You can also get married on the beach which is one block away and have dinner and dancing at the venue. Lots of parking. Nice big bathrooms.The event coordinator is really great to work with. This is a fairly new venue in Jax Beach. It is beautiful and across the street from the beach. Lucas and his staff are amazing to work with. The space is really open and sleek with great lighting. They provide the tables and chairs, so you don't have to rent them. We brought in our own caterer and bar and was able to start setting up early. The caterers were impressed with the kitchen area. The sound system is over the top. GREAT venue GREAT location GREAT setup.

Best selling point: YOU CAN BRING IN YOUR OWN VENDORS FOR EVERYTHING AND HAVE AN OPEN BAR....Very nice space for ceremony and reception, or because of the location being so close to the beach, you can do a beach ceremony and walk back to the venue. It’s located right across the street from a historic hotel which is convenient for a wedding party. They also have a classroom for a bridal/groom suite. We opted to have the grooms use it and the bridal party stay across the street at the hotel (great place for pics) because of the color splash on the walls in the venue classrooms (didn’t want them to be in my photos getting ready, but you could easily set up a photo backdrop curtain if you need to, as use of the room is included in the rental....if you want to save funds). The host was very responsive. Please keep in mind the rooms that are included in the setup (setup of all rooms was not included but the contract led me to believe it was-however, this did not ruin the event at all). Please be sure to allow as many of your vendors to do a walkthrough (the host made himself available to do this for us which was helpful), particularly the caterer. The kitchen area is small, not a full commercial kitchen, so you want to make sure the caterer knows what they have to work with as far as space, supplies, and appliances. The provide access to their tables and chairs which is nice, but if you use their chairs, be sure to have a more universal option for chair covers or rent chairs from somewhere else if needed (spandex won’t fit). The person responsible for setting events
He was rude the link wouldn’t come through and when I repeatedly asked for different way to get the info because I wanted the beach location I got your not a good fit no need to contact us I been messaging to just get a appointment for 2 and a half months now and still haven’t seen the price quotes or menus board and who ever can send messages like that to a bride looking for a place for her wedding is terribleHe was rude the link wouldn’t come through and when I repeatedly asked for different way to get the info because I wanted the beach location I got your not a good fit no need to contact us I been messaging to just get a appointment for 2 and a half months now and still haven’t seen the price quotes or menus board and who ever can send messages like that to a bride looking for a place for her wedding is terrible -

Save yourself stress and look elsewhere
While the venue is beautiful the event host is so hard to work with. This place would be so much better if it was ran differently. Lucas was not very easy to work with and tried to charge us for stuff we didn’t want or need. He got an attitude with me when I asked about rules he was imposing that wasn’t in the contract. Oh and despite what the website says hours for rental (on sat) he tried charging us more money for anything outside 8 hours. On the website it stated hours avail for rental are 12p -11p he tried saying it was only for 8 hours. Also he tried to charge you extra to use their sound equipment and for an additional person to run the lights. We used our own DJ who had his own equipment and Lucas advised us out of over 100+ weddings he’s done only 1 used their own equipment and lost the ability to play sound. Our DJ had no issues whatsoever so please don’t waste your money paying extra for nothing. A true reputable DJ uses their own equipment anyways. He’s not very accommodating and I was told he kept hitting on the bartender and asking for alcoholic beverages all night. Someone you hire to work SHOULDN’T be drinking on the job period. We ended up running out of alcohol and had he not been drinking our alcohol we would’ve had more for our guests attending. Lucas was a True professional jerk imo!!! Save yourself a headache!! He would not allow us to set up tables the night before our wedding only drop off supplies even though he was there setting up tables.
