50/50 photo and video arrived before time ready to work
They talk to you throughout the whole process to see what moments you want captured besides the traditional photo and video. They worked wonderfully with the timeline my venue setup and it was am awesome experience

Awesome memories produced by 50/50

One of our favorite vendors, probably our favorite, is 50/50 Photography. Their customer service was phenomenal! And the end results of the photographs and video, were above and beyond our expectations!

Kathy Hernandez, 50/50 Photographers office manager is so gracious and nice! We made an error with our payment and she worked with us while we figured it out. She also walked us through the process of how to obtain our photographs. We thank her for her professionalism and kindness.

Our photographer, Chad, is fun! kind! and energetic! He was a huge addition to our day! We all loved him!
His photographs and everything he captured was spot on! We thank him for making us all look so good!

The videographer, Jay should make movies or professional videos in Hollywood. It sounds corny, but he really is that good! Everyone in the wedding party said we looked like we were in a music video! It definitely was an unexpected awesome surprise! Nothing like we thought it was going to be! Thank you Jay for your wonderful work and expertise!

With all the praise and kudos to the 50/50 staff, if anyone is looking for the best photographic team and you're lucky enough to get them for your event, I promise you'll have the best to complete your day and memories!

I highly recommend JF Studioz. They did our engagement pictures and wedding photography/videography and surpassed all of our expectations. The quality of work and the professionalism exerted is exceptional. Everyone on the team is very personable and we will definitely continue to use them to capture our special life moments. The iPhoto booth is also bomb and was a hit. We love JF Studioz!

Absolutely Amazing!

To any and every couple out there getting ready to embark on their new journey together and want those memories documented in a very special way, JF Studioz is the perfect partner. We had pretty high expectations and we are very pleased to confess that they exceeded them in stunning fashion. Our engagements photos were perfect, wedding photos were immaculate, highlight video was amazing and we absolutely loved our wedding album. We haven’t received the entire wedding video yet, but there is no doubt that it’s going to be on par with everything else. JF Studioz’ staff was very professional and accommodating 24/7. It took a while for us to pick the photos we actually wanted in our wedding album and they were incredibly patient with us. We’ve told everyone we know that’s getting married about JF and the fantastic job they did with us and will continue to do so as our friends and family members prepare to tie the knot.

An Amazing Team!!

JF Studioz is surely a cut above the rest when it comes to service, quality of products, professionalism, and over all skills, knowledge and creativity in the video and photography world! We had such an amazing experience from start to finish with the company! The staff members worked to assure that each piece of our package was customized to what we desired and needed, it wasn’t just a “select from these options” situation which is what we loved about the company provided our very unique needs for our situation leading up to our reception! We love that although you may be waiting for your finished product, this company gives you a little sneak peak via social media while you are being patient! That makes the waiting game soooo much easier to handle! The staff are very professional and so knowledgeable about their craft! Each component of what we requested was handled with fidelity and professionalism! How can I forgot to mention the one of a kind photo booth!!???! That was a HIT! Our guest were in shock that had the ability to take a full body hands free selfie to show off their style! Just amazing! There was never a need to guess about anything with this company! We love JF studioz and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants to assure top notch service and an amazing product to look back on and cherish for life!

Where to begin with JF Studioz! Alan and his team are nothing short of AMAZING!!! When we were planning our wedding, several close family members and friends shared with us that their biggest regret was that when they got married and needed to cut back on some expenses, they skimped on their photography/video. Their take was that the cake and food will be eaten, the liquor will be gone, and the flowers will die --- but the pictures/video will be what lasts a lifetime. We took that to heart and didn't make the same mistake! I'm so glad we did!

From the moment we booked with Val, JF Studioz has been phenomenal! I had a bridal photo shoot with lead photographer Deddrick and he was AWESOME! He was professional, fun, creative and made me feel like a SUPERMODEL during my shoot! Alan Jones, the owner, is the consummate professional - very responsive (even after hours), very patient (believe me I bugged him to death), and just absolutely FABULOUS.

JF Studioz will be my choice for photography FOREVER! They will not be getting rid of me!!! Thank you JF Studioz for making our entire wedding experience beautiful!

J.F. Studioz photography did our wedding December 16th, 2016. We couldn’t have asked for any friendlier people to work with. Allen made taking pictures a lot of fun and even could get my 16th month year old nephew to smile in the family pictures. There was not a single regret that we have using them for our big night. They went above and beyond what anyone could ask for because we had a 3-year-old that was a big distraction, but they were both vary patient and were able engage with him to entertain him. Allen made it so much fun and made the bride at ease and captured some great moments that we didn’t even think about taking a picture of: flowers, makeup, reading bride/groom note, venue, mother when bride walked down the aisle, family member expressions when seeing the bride, the groom when the bride walked down the aisle, and so much more. I would recommend this company to anyone that is getting married. It was perfect. We give it 100%.

We cannot say enough great things about JF Studioz! The wedding photography/videography were a very important aspect of our wedding, as we wanted to always have beautiful pictures to look back on! From the first meeting with Allen, we knew that JF Studioz were who we wanted to capture our special day. Allen is very professional, easy going, and passionate about his work. Additionally, his work is absolutely amazing! He really captures the love between brides and grooms, and is able to showcase the atmosphere, beauty, and joy of the wedding day. Once we explained our vision, he took notes and expounded on them giving suggestions on how to make the wedding day run smoothly and maximizing our time with the crew. After booking, we had multiple check-ins with Allen and Val. They were always available to answer any questions, and really made the effort to keep communication open and correct an issues that came up.
On the day of our wedding, the crew showed up early, eager, and excited! They immediately jumped right into capturing our day. They took a lot of amazing candid shots, but also suggested really creative and beautiful poses. The whole crew was such a pleasure to be around that everyone was at ease and having fun! We even had a friendly competition of who would take the best pre-wedding pictures (guys vs. girls). We had so many guest come up to us and tell us how great and amazing our photography/videography crew was. In no time at all we got our pictures and video back and were absolutely in love with them! We had a hard time picking favorites to print because they were all awesome! It was truly like reliving the joy and love of that day. We have not watched the full length video, but with our anniversary coming up, we look forward to reliving the day.
I have suggested them to every future bride that I know, and we have had friends book them for their wedding. We would definitely recommend JF Studioz! We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Made my wedding experience amazing. Relieved alot of stress by not adding to my plate of things to worry about. Very flexible, professional, and down to earth. They really make you apart of their family. Everyone on board with the project was awesome. From the moment we met all questions were answered and I asked alot. Never any hesitation or talking you in circles. Whenever I had a question I had access to both Allen and Keisha and I was always able to reach them. I loved that it wasnt a book your gig and see you on that day. They took time to get to know you and incorporate you and your spouse in every detail. I also really didnt have a vision but wanted it to be amazing. That was no problem at all for Allen. He took us under his wing and we couldnt have made a better choice. The best thing is they work with your budget. They made the environment so relaxing I couldnt believe how amazing my pictures came out not one smile looked forced and thats hard for hours full of pictures. Captured the much needed moments and did an amazing job editing the bloopers. My wedding photos are bragged about at every family function. The very best thing is they gave me full access to my pictures online without a hassle and my Wedding album book is amazing. They are so versatile I just cant say enough. I follow them on fb and none of the wedding shoots look the same. Im just blown away at how they can continue to make magic happen time after time. Dont cheat yourself by going with someone else. My husband and I absolutely love JF Studioz. We loved their photo and video packages. Their pricing was amazing and they provided great quality service. We used them for our engagement photos and the pictures turned out beautiful. Our video sneak peek of our wedding was breathtaking and Allen Jones and crew had it done midway through our wedding reception. I appreciated the quick service. I really cant say enough about JF Studioz entire staff that we had the pleasure of working with leading up to and on our wedding day!!! JF Studioz was our wedding photographer. They are amazing and made sure we had all the pictures we wanted and more! They did our engagement pictures and my bridals too. I was constantly amazed at how they not only incorporated our personalities into the pictures, but had such an amazing eye for photo opportunities. We could not have been happier with our photographer. Everyone is amazed at how gorgeous our wedding pictures are! He was also reasonably priced which was exactly what we were looking for (weddings are so expensive!) I highly recommend JF Studioz! :)

When I contacted JFSTUDIOZ they were very professional and helpful and replied in no time. A week before my wedding the photographer Chad called to get to know me better, things that I like and if I was having any special surprises at the wedding. This was my first time speaking with him because I thought I would be working with Allen, however I was sooooooooooooo happy about him. His whole personality pretty much let me know that he would enjoy shooting my fairytale wedding. He did exactly everything I wanted and even showed up early. My entire wedding party loved his energy and the camera, lol. We called him Kem all night like the singer I mean he was soooo fun to work with. I felt comfortable and no pressure and he even made my husband smile, lol. My views on facebook have received over 1,000 likes because of his talent. I wish I could post my pics on here. I look at them everyday. Thank you so much for helping make my dream come true. Keep up the awesome work.

JF Studioz, wow!!! I don't even know where I should begin.....First thing I will say is AMAZING!! Literally from the first meeting with Allen, his wife, and Chad my husband and I just knew we picked the best photographer/videographer in Houston for our special day. The first meeting I remember Allen being booked for our wedding day, and he informed us that we would be working with Chad to be honest at first we were a little hesitant on Chad and his skills as a photographer... Ha what a mistake we made and he proved us wrong from the beginning. The day of our wedding Chad arrived a couple of hours early just to make sure he was able to capture everything. He was PATIENT, Calm, and had the BEST personality to deal with my crazy family members... He was getting pulled from every direction but remained perfessional at all times, and to top it all off his pictures are BEAUTIFUL!!!! When I tell you choosing JF Studioz was by far the BEST vendor we chose for our wedding!! They will always have a special place in our heart because when We look back at our photos and videos I will always remember our special day and everyone that took a part in helping my husband and I remember our day FOREVER! I'm not really sure that words could express just how GREAT Allen and his team have been. We worked with Allen for both our engagement photos and wedding day.
Not only was his personality great to work with but his ability to take simple backgrounds and create such amazing photos!!!! I am VERY particular and somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to how my hair or smile looks in my photos. Allen paid very close attention to those details throughout the entire night of my wedding! We had so much fun with him and his team!! Just the sneak peaks that we have seen so far have been breathtaking!! JF studioz is now my official company of choice for photography!! I'll be calling you Allen!! Absolutely loved Chads work and professionalism. He was very pleasant in the midst of all the wedding chaos. Even though I was pulling on him from every side, he hung in there with a smile and even stayed a little longer to capture a few more shots.

I spent a lot of time searching for a wedding photographer, and when I found JF Studioz, I instantly feel in love with their work! Their entire team was so helpful with choosing the right package and setting up a pre-wedding meeting with Chad, our amazing photographer! When the wedding day arrived, Chad and Rockey were so perfect to work with. They're extremely professional with great energy, and so creative with some of the shots they suggested! When we received our pictures, we got to relive the wedding all over!! I was literally in tears the pictures were so gorgeous! You can truly feel the love and emotions in the candid shots they captured. Even the shots I forgot to mention I wanted, they captured beautifully!!!! Our wedding day was beyond spectacular and the best day of our lives. Thanks to JF Studioz, Chad, and Rockey, we're able to look at our pictures and relive the moment for the rest of our lives!!

My fiancé found this vendor while searching for photographers online on The Knot. We had had a not-so-good engagement session with another photographer, so we wanted to look for someone new. I took a look at his portfolio, and decided to book. We were not disappointed! Allen was great in service, professionalism, and quality. He showed us several shots on the screen of his camera, and even unedited, the quality was amazing. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great photography isn't cheap, but this is one item of your wedding that you will keep forever. 5 out of 5 stars for us.

My husband and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary by renewing our vows. JF Studioz was referred to us by our daughters, former classmates of Mr. Allen. I was initially a bit apprehensive Knowing that he was such a young man, but after my first meeting with him all apprehension and skepticism quickly went away. After seeing his work and talking with him I knew he was the man for the job. And his professionalism "blew me away". He answered every question I asked without hesitation.

Mr. Allen catered to our every want, need, and desire on the day of our event. In my opinion, he went above and beyond by capturing shots of "special" moments we weren't even aware of. His eye and attention to detail is phenomenal. The photos and professionalism were well worth the price.

I highly recommend JF Studioz for your special day!

Allen, Keisha, and the crew were awesome from start to finish. They worked with our schedule and were always avaliable for questions. Everything was completed on or before schedule. I loved working with them. They treated us like family and still maintained 100% professionalism. I will only be using them for my future photo ops. They made my wedding day absolutely wonderful. Every guest praised their high quality work once they saw my video and pictures and I had no complaints about them getting in the way of personal photos or being rude. Just people bragging about how nice and courteous they were. Allen even went so far as to help us on the day of our wedding since we didny have a coordinator with a few directions. I am eternally grateful.

A lot of times weddings can be stressful and financially draining and like any bride I was over budget and interested in shaving costs where ever I could. I am sooo happy I went with JF Luxury Studioz. You truly get what you pay for and they super exceeded ALL of my expectations. Their professionalism and creativity made my BIG DAY even more special and out of all the vendors I hired they were the most impressive and it was money well spent. The only thing you can take away from your wedding all the memories and Allen and his crew captured all of them for us to look back for years to come. Allen and his team are the absolute best. When I first contacted him I already had another photographer in mind. I let him know that I would be needing only videography services. That quickly changed when we met for the first time. Seeing his work and hearing all the different ideas he had was just plain exciting. He made me feel confident about his work and promised me amazing pictures!
He was extremely courteous to my requests. I tried not to be bridezilla and if I was he and his team handled it very well. Our communication was wide open and so great throughout the entire process. He was able to answer all my questions within a timely matter which was perfect because as a bride I had TONS! So easy to get along with, he makes sure to understand your vision for your very special day. He has different ideas that work throughout the event, my favorite one being eye contact "THE LOOK", every time I wanted a picture taken all I had to do was look at him and he was right there ready for the shot.
The highlight video I must say is my favorite! The time and effort they put behind their work proves that they LOVE what they do. Can't stress enough how much of a delight it was to work with such an amazing team!

OMG! Words really can't express the experience we had throughout our wedding planning process with JF Studioz. The customer service was awesome as well as the creativity. We loved our photos!!! We were recommended to JF Studioz through a friend and now we owe that friend in a good way, to the highest degree. The unique ideas and creativity that Allen had when doing our photo shoots was phenomenal. We used them for our engagement pics, wedding (photos and videos) and reception. JF Studioz is beyond amazing. From the very beginning Allen and Kiesha Jones made us feel like we were family. They were very polite and took the time to communicate ahead of time so they could deliver just what we wanted. From engagement pictures, bridal portraits, photo book, to wedding pictures, everyone talked about what amazing photographers I had. They were very professional, flexible, and were always prompt for every shoot. My husband and I are a little shy when it comes to taking pictures but this couple made us relax and feel very comfortable as soon as we started shooting. They are super fun, talented, and enthusiastic which is always a plus in my book.

I loved that the photos do not look staged, fake, or cliché – the couple created lovely images that capture the beauty of our location and the excitement and romance of the wedding day. I was looking for someone to capture the day I've dreamed about for years. Allen did just that. To be honest, it wasn't in my initial budget but after reviewing his work my fiance and I had to make it happen. So glad we did! Experience was great and outcome even better.

Allen was very professional and accommodating. I was more than a little late to my maternity shoot and felt completely horrible about it, Allen worked with me and was still able to bring my ideas to life. Although I wouldn't advise anyone to be late, Allen remained professional and very personable with my family and I, he even got my boyfriend to smile!!! which made for a very enjoyable photo session. Everyone loves my pictures!!! I will definitely be calling him again. Thanks Allen!!!

I cannot say enough great things about the team at JF Studioz. They traveled to Atlanta to capture my bridal photos and I could not have been more pleased. Why you might ask? First, they had done their research on ideal locations in Atlanta to do the shoot. I was very impressed considering they are based in Houston. Secondly, any idea I wanted to try while in the moment, they fully supported me! Third, and most importantly we had fun. They did not rush the process. I knew before I left the shoot that I was going to be pleased with the final results.
This was one of the very few times in the crazy wedding hustle and bustle that I truly felt it was all about me! Since I am loving married life, I wont be having another wedding, but JF Studioz will surely be capturing many more memorable moments for my new family.

The biggest event of my life was my wedding in the fall of 2013. Because of Allen Jones and JF Studioz Ive been able to revisit those moments. Through their unique style and methods my wedding video is amazing and suprises my guest and I with each viewing. The amount of detail and the order in which my wedding was captured left my wife and I without words. Im very appreciative of the product Allen has given me and am certain he will meet if not exceed anyones expectations. Although it goes without saying his customer service is also exceptional. JF Studioz made our wedding planning process so much easier! When we had our first meeting with JF Studioz, it seemed meant to be. We got the package that included an engagement shoot, a bridal portrait session, 8h wedding coverage, and videography services, among other perks. Money very well spent! We had some hiccups initially with communication but everything was worked out. Dedrick did our engagement, bridal, and most of the wedding photography and Preston was there for video on the wedding day. First off, their personalities really put you at ease which translate to better photos. I actually like how there aren't many posed photos but they just capture moments, which was what my husband and I wanted. We got so many compliments on our engagement photos and for my bridal photos. We're awaiting final proofs for the wedding, but we're so excited to see how they turn out. I would definitely use their services again and plan to recommend them to everyone I know!

We took our engagement photos this past weekend (7/9/17)! And let me tell you, it was such a FUN experience despite the rain. Preston, our videographer, was present to shoot our love story video and Cameron, our photographer, captured all of our moments on camera. These two guys are SUPER creative individuals!! We had a couple of more shots to get when the rain came down on us! Instead of calling it a day, these 2 guys were troopers and WAITED out the rain for us!!! JF Studioz was awesome! I loved my pictures when we first received them but now, four years later we are approaching our anniversary and I appreciate them so much more than I did before. They captured the obvious moments like our kiss and the first dance but it's the unexpected shots that really bring back memories. I laugh every time I see the picture of my nephew with a look of fear as he searches for the ring lol. This company is now embedded in the most important day of my life!

We had two different photographers for our wedding photos versus our bridal & engagement shoot and the quality of the work was very different. From the engagement photos and the bridal shoot there were several pictures that were frameable which made us excited about the wedding day. However once the wedding photos arrived I can honestly say of the 600+Photos we might have 1 photo at most that would be acceptable to frame. There was no appointment set up to discuss the critical photos on the big day which I honestly think could have prevented this problem. We spent a little more with the hopes to get great photos but it did not work out the way we envisioned. I recommend spending the extra money to have two photographers for your wedding to guarantee you get what is needed.

Overall I will be honest that the owner and every person we worked with was beyond professional. They were swift with responding to questions and honestly had we had a consultation prior to the wedding the end result probably would have been fabulous. The quality of the photos were great they were clear. It was really only that we had no good staged photos just a bunch of random shots. We were never asked to schedule an appointment and never even had a phone call regarding the wedding specifically. We had at least two conversations with the photographer for the engagement shoot and bridal photos so we really expected the same for wedding. Once we got closer to the big day things got busy and it wasn't until the day of that we realized we had only talked to the photographer about the arrival times and nothing else. Although my experience was not completely ideal I still would recommend them but just recommend you take time to discuss what shots are most critical to you and your future spouse.

When we booked JF Studioz, we were at our venue’s vendor open house, and we really connected with the owner/main photographer, so we booked them that day. They work often with the DJ we’d already booked, so we figured it would be an amazing team. They were supposed to come to our rehearsal dinner to discuss the wedding and photos we’d like/get to know us before the big day. They didn’t show up, so I called when I got home, and the photographer said he would arrive early to the salon the next day to discuss before we started getting ready. When he arrived, I realized he was not the lead photographer we were expecting - apparently he was double booked and was at another event that day, but nobody mentioned that to us beforehand. They did a good job with our photos - we really liked what we got, but we didn’t get very many photos of just the two of us, nor did I get the quality of photos of our sparkler exit that I expected. I think all of this could have been resolved with some communication beforehand, but unfortunately that didn’t happen and it really dampened my day and experience with them. A few weeks after the wedding, we got our online photo gallery. We waited a couple of months after that, thinking our album and digital photos would be sent to us in the mail. When we hadn’t received anything, or any communication about them, I reached out via email, and was told I needed to pick out photos to use and then they would create it and send a proof. They did, and we eventually got our album and disc of photos, but had I not reached out, I don’t believe I would ever have received it! For the amount of money we spent on photography, I would have expected better quality, better communication, and just overall more professionalism. It’s a year later, and we’re spending more money with a different photographer on anniversary photos so we can finally have some good photos of the two of us - frustrating to have to spend more money to get what we paid for last year.
