5 Star Rental gets 5 Stars from us!
They helped make our wedding vision come to life!
We wanted the decor to have the same vibe as a grand winter feast out of Game of Thrones and we got exactly what we wanted!
The dinnerware and glassware were exactly what we asked for and helped tie our theme together. We loved the tables cape with the blue goblet water glasses and candelabras, and the gold overlay on the cocktail tables was stunning!
We were also able to rent patio heaters from them since our wedding was in February and the ceremony and cocktail hour were outside. Luckily the weather cooperated and we were blessed with a sunny 70 degree day, but when the sun went down the guests were thankful for the heaters during cocktail hour.
With help from our wedding planner, Katie Waara of One Fat Dove and Sara from 5 Star the rental and return process was seamless. We were also able to rent dinnerware for our rehearsal dinner and that was such an easy process.

When it came down to the final touches on the wedding, they were awesome to accommodate our needs at the last minute. The team was helpful in finding the right colors for the table covers, runners, and napkins. On the day of our wedding when they were setting up, they noticed we didn’t have enough napkins and runners and they immediately called the office to get them ready for my now husband to pick up on his way over to the venue. -

Our entire experieince with 5 Star Rental was top notch! While we only rented a couple items, their staff was super helpful with deciding what pieces we needed. We rented drink dispensers and their staff was helpful in decided which size would best suite our reception. The final product turned out perfect! We also rented the fairy light backdrop to go behind our sweetheart table and it was GORGEOUS! I would highly recommend 5 Star Rental. -

They were very active in communication with me. They were great at making sure I had everything I needed and nothing I didn’t. They called and were like hey you know your venue provides this right? They look out for you more than making money. Very pleased! -

Dayna Sent on 07/17/2018We rented a wonderful large cross and our table numbers from 5 Star! The process to reserve and put a deposit down were quite easy! Throughout the entire process, I assumed they would be delivered without asking about this (clearly I had wedding brain), and 3 days before the wedding they were able to find someone to drop off/pick up the items at our wedding location! I am forever grateful and we were truly blessed to have this wonderful company be part of our big day!

Stephanie Sent on 08/07/2017My husband and I were told about 5 Star Rental by our wedding venues' Preferred Vendor List and we could not be any happier with our decision! I did a ton of research on various rental companies, and 5 Star was by far the best option for us. I must have called 50 times with updates, changes, and questions and each person I spoke to was so nice and accommodating. We rented chairs and table linens and the price was very reasonable for the quality we received. The evening before our wedding day brought a lot of rain and we ended up not being able to use the outdoor chairs we had rented; Since we were not even able to unload the chairs for setup, 5 Star Rental was prompt to refund a large portion of the chair rental fees for us. They delivered the items, set them up, and came back and collected the items at the end of the evening for us. Excellent customer service and by far the only rental company we will recommend! -

We rented table cloths and runners from 5 Star Rental. The runners weren't listed on their website, but we were able to add those to our order by email. 5 Star delivered the linens and put the table cloths on the tables for us before we even arrived. At the end of the event, we simply had to put them all in a bag for pickup. So easy and convenient! -

Kristen Sent on 06/05/20175 Star was great. We rented chairs and a small tent from them, plus delivery, setup, and tear down. They were on time (early in fact), very professional, very nice when I spoke with them over the phone. They came and took the items that night after the wedding was over (per my venues instructions) which was an extra fee that I didn't like but understandable. I watched the gentleman setting them up for a little while that morning, and he continually would set back to make sure that everything was lined up perfectly which I really appreciated. Would recommend. Thanks 5 Star! -

Lots of Choices!
I rented our table linens, chargers, and napkins from 5 star. They were great with allowing me to make constant changes all the way up to my wedding. The only reason it is receiving 4 stars instead of 5 is some of the chargers were chipped that I received and I was not expecting to have that. I was expecting them to all be in great condition. We were able to hide most of them with the napkin on top but that was the only downside. -
