  I own a catering company and have done several events with 4 Girls Events. They are the best of the best! Extremely reliable, attention to detail, innovative, creative and so much fun to work with.

  Christi is a top-notch planner. She helped us work through all the details of our big day, sorting through vendors with us. When we found the location and had our plans together, she made the wedding day hum smoothly. We only found out later about the challenges she faced at the reception venue; she kept the two of us super-happy all the way till we were off to our honeymoon. Highly recommend!

  Christi is absolutely amazing. From day one, she had her game face on, giving my fiance and me her full attention. We started with a phone conversation, where Christi was extremely thorough in getting a sense of our vision for this special event. This continued through our wedding day only six months later. Added to our short engagement, my fiance and I planned our wedding living in two different cities, during the busiest time in our lives professionally thus far, so it was EXCEEDINGLY helpful to have Christi as our pace car. She checked in with us regularly, and was very helpful in calming me down in several stressful moments.
  
  On the day of our wedding, Christi was with me the entire time I was getting ready. And she was the one that opened the doors for my bridal entrance at the ceremony. She has a big heart. Not only was she super-professional and organized during the planning, but she was also warm and loving to us and our families. She provides a calming, reassuring presence, that allows you to focus on enjoying this important day. She is also SUPER-FUN - she loves celebrations, people, and brings a wonderful sense of humor to her work. She has truly found her calling!
  
  It is also important to mention that Christi agreed to do our wedding all the way across the country in Philadelphia! We heard that Christi was an amazing planner, so we asked her if she would be willing to work with us and she agreed! Not one detail was lost even though Christi was not from our area. We already had ideas for vendors in the area, and Christi combed through each contract and gave her expert opinion, with suggestions that vendors needed to include more detail etc - these are items we would have never known to ask for. Christi arrived at our rehearsal off a plane from LA and ready to roll. What a badass.

  If there could have been 25 stars I would have pressed that button! Christi Catalano provided our son and his beautiful bride with incredible service for both families for their wedding in October. The wedding was held in our backyard and while we have given many larger size parties here, nothing on the scale and beauty of this event, so we were incredibly grateful to Christi for her professionalism, creativity and CALM. The bride and groom live in Seattle and we are in Los Angeles and while they traveled here frequently, they had to accomplish many things remotely as well. Christi came out to the house early on in the planning and the tiniest of details were picked up and mentioned along with glaring ones we had not even thought of. (making sure there was a barrier beyond the dinner tables and a small hillside drop) The kids had a sit down dinner for 100 people so there was extensive planning involved. The day of the event as the my husband, myself and Jilly's Mom were completely free of any nervous jitters once Christi and her assistant arrived (also Christie, also amazing). They were on top of everything. Everything. There was no stone left unturned or detail that hadn't been thought of. She and her assistant decorated two of our dining room chairs that were a last minute stroke of creativity and the bride and groom used them for their sweetheart table. They were GORGEOUS. We live in a very trendy area of LA and the police always stop by any outdoor party if there is dance music. Well, even with our letters to our neighbors someone must have called them and they came at 8:00 PM. We never even knew until the end of the wedding! She said the police were delightful, said to turn down the music a little bit, she told the dj and they never returned. The bride and groom never knew nor did we. That is just one of the many things that happened and can happen during this type of event. You need Christi

  My daughter lives in Seattle, I live in the San Francisco area, the wedding was in Los Angeles at the home of the groom - needless to say coordinating a backyard wedding from a distance is not easy. My daughter is an 'A' personality and she loved Christi, this was the best wedding decision she made. Christi was wonderful to work with and had wonderful ideas. The day of the wedding was amazing! Christi and her associate had everything under control, all the wedding party had to do was enjoy the day! I would highly recommend 4GirlsEvents.

  4 Girls Events was the game changer that set my wedding apart from other weddings. We had our wedding in the groom’s parent’s backyard, but we live in a different state, lots of logistics needed to create the “venue” and I needed 4 Girls Events! Christi was my personal wedding cheerleader and perfect ally to navigate me through the wedding planning process. She supported all the decisions we made. She provided the unbiased support that all brides and grooms need. During the months prior she made sure everything was on track. She was tremendously helpful during the rehearsal, setting a relaxed and calm tone for the big day as well as skillfully handling all of our last minute requests. Once I gave her all the vendor information, she took care of coordinating all the delivery, set up times, and she created a phenomenal timeline for the day-of so everyone knew what to do. She was quick and responsive, even when I sent her emails a few days before the wedding close to midnight (sorry!) she responded right away! Christi and her assistant, Christy, were on top of every detail on our wedding day, they were there with safety pins and ingenuity. They made wonderful game-day decisions, our table design looked exquisite. Their knowledge, sense of style and design is impeccable. Christi stepped in and tied the perfect bow on the back of my wedding dress! I don’t know what I would have done without her! The timing from the start of the ceremony to the very end was perfect. Guests are still commenting on how well the evening flowed. Christi and her assistant took a tremendous load of stress off me and our family members, we were able to get ready, EAT and dance! I can’t emphasize enough how hiring Christi was the best wedding decision. We actually received thank you notes from multiple guests for having such a lovely wedding, Christi made that happen. 4 Girls Events made it happen. Perfection!!!!

From our first phone conversation, I knew Christi would be a great fit. She took care of all of our needs, gave great advice and her fees were more than reasonable. Her goal was to make our wedding day fun, easy and worry free and it was!
  Christi toured the ceremony and reception site with us; coordinated with all of the vendors my husband and I hired, ran our rehearsal, and developed a wedding timeline for the wedding party and reception. Christi’s assistant even drove a sick guest back to their hotel.

  Christi is a fantastic wedding planner. As most brides do, I had a clear vision for what I wanted on my wedding day and Christi and her team executed my vision wonderfully. She was very calm and accommodating throughout the entire process which makes a huge difference in the high tension and excitement surrounding the most special day. It was a wonderful day and one my husband and I will remember for our entire lives. Although we had a traditional wedding in some regards, in other ways we did what made sense for us and Christi was really encouraging and helpful in incorporating those elements (my mom walked me down the aisle and we Christened our baby during the ceremony - Why not? Our friends and family were all there already :) I am an interior designer and the attention to detail was evident in the execution of all of the elements. I did provide charts and graphics which were implemented well. Christi executed my vision; and at the end of the day, our wedding was filled with love energy and everyone felt it, mostly us. Thank you Christi!!!!!
