Amazing to work with
Lisha was amazing to work with both before and during our wedding! She was helpful with finding vendors and ensuring we were on track. She helped us every step of the way - vendor communications, table layouts, linens, and pretty much everything else that we hadn't thought about. Our wedding day went incredibly smoothly and if there were any hiccups, my husband and I weren't aware. I felt so calm and reassured having her there; she made my dream wedding come true. I can't recommend Lisha enough! -

I had the pleasure of working with Lisha at 3Eleven Events as my day-of planner for my wedding, and I can't emphasize enough how grateful I am for her exceptional services. From start to finish, Lisha ensured that my big day was nothing short of perfect, providing a level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail that truly exceeded my expectations.
Right from our initial consultation, Lisha made it her priority to understand our vision and preferences for the wedding. She listened attentively to our ideas, asked insightful questions, and offered valuable suggestions that helped us refine our plans. Her experience and expertise in the wedding industry were evident, as she effortlessly guided us through the entire process.
One of the most remarkable aspects of working with Lisha was her ability to relieve us of wedding-related stress. She took care of all the intricate logistics and handled every minute detail with precision. From coordinating with vendors and overseeing the timeline to managing unexpected challenges on the day itself, Lisha was an absolute pro. Lisha was extremely helpful, organized, and professional in the execution of my wedding. When we were walking the venue during planning she took notes and pictures of key stations to ensure things would flow smoothly day of. She is very knowledgeable of all the intricacies of making the wedding run well day of and made sure to ask those questions ahead of time-- often many questions I had not even thought of! I would recommend her services to friends and family. -

I am a very experienced DJ that does 25-30 weddings per year. I have never worked with Lisha before, so this was my first time running into her. There was no contact with her beforehand as the Bride and Groom were the ones that I spoke to about the timeline and music selection for their wedding day. The B&G gave me a very barebones timeline and I thought it was from Lisha, so I brushed it off thinking, she's gonna be there to coordinate so maybe this is the way she works. Turns out the timeline was made by the B&G. There was no detailed timeline, no notes for my MC about names and timings for announcements during the reception. When I arrived to the venue (2.5 hours before guest arrival), she was not on site. The only people on site were the photographers and videographers who I have worked with many times. I called her and she said that she was late because she had gone to the wrong venue. I asked where I needed to set up and she said "wherever you want", so I chose the best spot I thought a DJ should set up considering the layout of the venue. This was the first time I've ever arrived at a venue before the coordinator.
For the ceremony, Lisha did not take the time to go over the order of entrance and song queues with me so I was just left with the info that I had from my interactions with the Bride and Groom. She was queueing people from the top of the stairs which was out of my line of site, so I had to wing it with the music and go by what I knew the order was. Mid-ceremony entrance, she texts me saying "I think this is the wrong song." which doesn't help me at all and just adds stress to the situation. I ended being able to correct the processional music so although it was stressful, it ended up being okay.
For the reception, along with the B&G entrance, there is supposed to be a traditional Lion dance with a team of performers. When Lisha said we were ready to go, I played the B&G song as they entered. They sat at their head table and then we waited there for the Lion dance performers to come in. They were never queue'd to enter so after some time of silence, the Groom got up and ran out to grab them to tell them that they're supposed to perform now. Lisha was nowhere to be found. I can go into much more detail, but this same thing was happening throughout the whole reception. Whenever we (the vendors) or the B&G needed her for something, she was not around. At some point, me, my MC, and the photographer and videographer decided to take the reception into our own hands to keep everything on schedule since she was unreliable and not doing basic coordinator tasks.
I don't write this review to be mean or destroy another person's business, but Lisha didn't do right by her clients. She was inattentive and unavailable. I hated to see the couple stressed out on their wedding day and I don't want this to happen to anybody else. I can get over the fact that I had to be stressed out as a vendor, but couples invest a lot into their wedding day and nobody deserves this type of bad or ignorant service. -

Going with Lisha at 3 eleven turned out to be a big mistake for my husband and I. Things started out well enough but Lisha made many promises early on with little follow through. We payed for the most extensive wedding planner package only to complete many of the tasks ourselves. I ended up having to design, complete, mail, and track all of our save the dates, invitations, and rsvp’s. It became increasingly clear as the wedding approached that she had not been updating or managing the budget. We were then faced with the choice of canceling certain components of the wedding or paying several thousands of dollars more than we had been anticipating. Lisha would often say she was going to complete a task and then never do it. She would be out of contact with us for weeks of not months at a time and often late to the meetings we did have scheduled. She attempted to take meetings while driving as well where she was in no position to take notes or complete necessary tasks as we discussed them. When it came to the actual wedding, things quickly started coming apart. Lisha texted me the morning of telling me that I needed to organize someone to pick up the wedding cake from the bakery over an hour away from the venue. This caused considerable stress for myself, my bridal party, and family members who went out of their way to solve the issue. None of the decor including table clothes, chairs, place settings etc. were in the colors or designs I had carefully selected. The colors of the florals and cake also did not match any of the established color schemes and were not representative of what had been discussed. Worst of all, the videographer we had met with was not in attendance. It turns out she had completely dropped the ball and never followed through with completing their contract. We were all completely devastated. She took no accountability for this mistake that led to us not having any video footage of this very important day. At this point, I can’t turn back the clock and have the wedding I had wanted but I hope this never ever happens to another couple who deserves their special day. -

After careful consideration and discussions with our vendors, guests, family, and friends, I feel compelled to share our experience with 3Eleven Events. While it has taken me some time to write this review, the feedback we have received from those involved has only confirmed the disappointing nature of our interactions with Lisha.
Regrettably, Lisha lacked accountability and initiative throughout our wedding planning process, except when it came to collecting payments for her services. However, I must acknowledge that she did assist us in finding a new venue after our original one fell through, albeit after some insistence on our part. I appreciate that effort.
Unfortunately, punctuality was not one of Lisha's strong points. She was often late for our appointments and even failed to show up for some. On the day before our wedding, she arrived late for rehearsals and abruptly left after a mere 30 minutes, citing a prior commitment to see a movie. This lack of commitment was disheartening.
To compound matters, multiple vendors described Lisha as inexperienced, non-communicative and unreliable.
A few months before our wedding, we ultimately decided to part ways with her and engage a different planner. Her reaction to our decision was far from professional, as she attempted to undermine our judgment and belittle other wedding planners by comparing herself to a luxury brand while referring to them as mere imitations.
Despite our reservations, we gave Lisha a second chance, hoping she would address our concerns and prove us wrong. Unfortunately, she only further validated our initial disappointment. On our wedding day, she was absent for extended periods of time, where guests from afar had to step in and do her job, stressful guests are seen in our forever wedding video, she also failed to provide direction or effectively communicate with vendors and designated members of the wedding party who were there to assist.
In conclusion, our experience with 3Eleven Events and Lisha left much to be desired. We had hoped for a seamless and memorable wedding day, but the lack of professionalism, punctuality, and communication exhibited by Lisha ultimately marred what should have been a joyous occasion.
