There are no words to describe how incredible Bryan and the 33 Munroe team are. I initially hired them to do floral design for my wedding after seeing their amazing work at my best friend's wedding. Then the pandemic hit and after changing around my wedding plans multiple times, I decided to cancel at my venue and move forward with a backyard wedding. With less than 6 weeks before the wedding, I contacted Bryan to see if he would be able to help with planning and coordination in addition to floral design.
Throughout the planning process, Bryan was responsive, flexible, understanding, and provided great recommendations and guidance for rentals, catering, tenting, etc. He and the catering company even came out to do a site visit to check out the backyard area which my family and I greatly appreciated.
The day of the wedding, Bryan and his team went above and beyond with coordinating and making sure everything was set up and the events of the day were going smoothly.
The day went perfectly and I owe it all to this amazing team.
The flowers were BEAUTIFUL and better than I could have ever imagined. We received numerous compliments on them and they looked fabulous in all our photos.
Overall, I cannot recommend 33 Munroe enough - if you need planning services or floral design for your wedding, book them now...they are the best of the best! -

Bryan was so easy to communicate with and always had a fun but professional vibe to him. Highly Recommend!
We worked with Bryan and the 33Munroe team for our wedding at the Liberty Hotel in Boston for 150 guests and were SO glad we found them.
From helping us organize our tasting and other important tasks with the hotel, to finding hair & makeup, to documenting our theme & feel for the day, and coordinating our wedding day & vendors to the minute (not even joking), they could not have done a better job, and we would recommend them to anyone having a wedding, big or small!
Bryan and the team are communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and will add huge value to your wedding planning, regardless of what stage you’re at.
We’ve been to a lot of weddings & events and felt like everything was executed to total perfection. Bryan emphasizes that it is your day and about YOU from your first meeting with him. We cannot recommend 33Munroe enough! -

Bryan did an absolutely amazing job with my wedding. He is such a dream to work with and listened to all my my ideas and was able to turn my scattered thoughts into a beautiful design aesthetic. I am still so in love with my bouquet, my chuppah was STUNNING, and my tablescapes were to die for. -

Bryan and his team not only helped us shape our floral vision but brought it to LIFE. He took the time to work through iterations of concepts and helped us land on the most STUNNING color filled fantasy. When we first started the process of looking for a wedding florist, we were overwhelmed by the multitude of options. We found 33Munroe on Instagram and were obsessed with their aesthetic and found ourselves constantly watching their work and knew we had to book them. It was important for us to find someone who identified as queer and/or and ally to our community and Bryan checked all our boxes. He put us at ease throughout the entire process understating exactly what we wanted. We gave him full creative control and he did not disappoint! -

Bryan and his team at 33 Munroe turned our wedding vision of a fairytale garden wedding into a magical reality. We hired Bryan for partial planning (as we had already chosen a venue) and florals. He was so great and fun to work with - realistic when he had to be regarding budget, but always encouraging and with a great “can do” attitude. We were very budget conscious and were actually able to stay well under budget with his help. Our floral market trip with him was so fun and I learned so much. We had an elaborate shared PowerPoint of all our wedding ideas and vision, and HE NAILED IT. On top of being a wedding planner and florist, he’s also a cardiac nurse which makes us love him more - he’s saving lives and brides as I’ve been told. How he does it all, we’re not sure - but he did it for us. All our guests had a glowingly great time and were raving about how well-run and beautiful everything was. My now husband definitely had doubts about whether a planner was necessary, but Bryan made this often stressful process as easy as it could be, and we were actually able to enjoy our day because of this. So grateful we had his help and now can’t imagine doing without. -

Cannot recommend working with 33 Munroe highly enough!! We worked with Bryan for our wedding florals, and he and the team created the DREAMIEST settings for our ceremony and reception both! We were a couple with a vision in our heads that we felt like we were bad at communicating, but Bryan knew exactly what to do and provided the most lush and organic ART with our florals and greenery. It all just felt like it was meant to be in the space, and true to the spirit of the day. Bryan was fantastic to work with, helping both calm nerves and translating our ideas into actuality. Here are 4 things that you, as a non-wedding vendor, would never know about Bryan and his astonishingly amazing team.
Let's start with easy statements that you know, and then let me share with you the secrets that I've noticed about Bryan while working alongside him as a Boston wedding photographer.
1) What you know: Bryan is a nurse
What you don't know: One time at a wedding at the Liberty Hotel in 2021, Bryan was running around literally all day making sure all logistics were perfect. His assistant told him to go outside for 5 minutes and take a breather, because everything was under control. He walked outside, looked down at the lobby, and saw someone faint. He rushed downstairs to help her. Seriously. He's a hero that never stops. (Side note: Bryan was a cardiac nurse who was pulled into the COVID ward. Like... what? This guy is amazing)
2) What you know: Bryan is organizedWhat you don't know: Bryan sends out the most beautifully organized game plan to the vendor team weeks before the wedding. Me opening his wonderfully meticulous PDFs is like a squirrel who has just found his stash of hidden acorns. It's complete with everyone's social media handles, inspiration photos of the tablescapes, and a timeline that MAKES SENSE. On the day of, he's constantly checking in with the entire vendor team, making sure we need everything we need to be on our A-game. My favorite is the pre-reception huddle. It makes me feel like I'm on a sports team, but let's be real... I can't catch or throw anything to save my life. It lasts for exactly 3 minutes, and is a perfect rundown so that the photo/video, DJ, venue, and catering team know what's up.
3) What you know: Bryan has an eye for design
What you don't know: One time, I pointed at some wording, and I asked Bryan what the font was. He paused thoughtfully for a moment, and then immediately told me. I was shocked. The name sounded fake, actually. It wasn't. Holy cow, he was right.
4) What you do know: Bryan is really well dressed
What you don't know: Sometimes, he wears casual shirts and functional shoes while he's moving in thousands of flowers with his crew. Then, almost like a timelapse, I'll see him dart all over the room doing a thousand things at once. Then, I'll blink again and all the sudden, he's in a sharp looking suit with the shiniest fancy shoes, ready for your wedding ceremony. WTF. How does he do that...? Did he shower? Why doesn't he get gross and sweaty like I do? Why doesn't my face look that good with glasses? I have so many questions...
5) What you do know: Bryan has a great team
What you don't know: Bryan's team is so supportive, kind, and fun. They say that you are the five people you surround yourself with, and this is no exception. He picks the best people to work with. Side story: One time at a wedding we were working together, the couple's officiant was Chief Margaret Hilary Marshall the former 24th chief justice of the Massachusetts. I've written papers about her. She is my idol. I was so flabbergasted to be in her presence. One of Bryan's team members kindly and confidently asked, "Hi Chief, this is Nicole Chan, the wedding photographer for today. You are her idol and she would love a photo with you." I will never forget this glorious moment.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure I'm going to hit the limit with this Wedding Wire review. I just wanted to share with the world my perspective of Bryan. If I were to have any sort of event, he would be the first I'd call.

Boho dream wedding
From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure working with Bryan! I couldn’t be happier with how everything went, Bryan and his team exceeded all expectations! He was professional and very thorough making sure he fully understood what I needed for the day and the vision I had. The day of the wedding Bryan and his team arrived on time and got right to work creating all the stunning arrangements for the day, they are truly artists and amazing at what they do. Bryan is THE. BEST. If you're perusing reviews right now I can save you a lot of time by promising that booking with Bryan will be the best decision you make in planning your wedding.
We were initially on the fence about whether we wanted to hire a wedding planner. We couldn't have known when we first reached out to Bryan in 2019 that it would be the best decision we could have made in terms of the planning and execution of our day. Navigating 2020 / 2021 would have been impossible without Bryan there to guide us through changing our date, rebooking venues and vendors, and facing all of the many other challenges that came with the pandemic. Even though we went through plans A, B, C, and D and encountered a ton of curveballs throughout the planning process, Bryan made it look effortless and, most importantly, kept it FUN! He is sharp, savvy, knows everyone in the industry, and ensured that we were on track every step of the way.
Fast forward to our wedding day, which was literally PERFECT. Bryan and his team made everything run so smoothly and on-schedule, and made sure that we (and our families and wedding party) didn't have to worry about a single thing in terms of the logistics, which was a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to really just focus on enjoying the day.
And the FLORALS!!!!! We also hired Bryan for our florals, and I cannot recommend highly enough having planning and florals go hand-in-hand with the same company. Because Bryan was handling both, he was able to really hone in on exactly what we were envisioning for the day. The decor was absolutely STUNNING. Our guests are still raving about the bouquets and tablescapes. Everything was so elegant and classic, and Bryan knew exactly the right combination of flowers, colors, and details to pull everything together beautifully.
Throughout the planning process, Bryan was a trusted advisor, an advocate, and above all, he became a close friend. I cannot say enough how grateful we are to Bryan and his stellar team for everything they did to make our wedding the best day of our lives. -

2020 was no easy year for wedding planning. We had just moved to Boston, started new jobs, and still had board exams to take. We went with Bryan and his team at 33Munroe as he also happened to be a cardiac nurse, so who else would be more fitting to help plan a wedding in the middle of a pandemic. We also chose to condense 3 ceremonies (conventional, Vietnamese tea ceremony, and Khmer knot tying ceremony) into one day given the circumstances. With that said, we opted for the full planning package along with florals.
The team did exceptionally well in organizing the day with good flow and corralling all the family members and guests to the designated areas. They pulled off a tightly packed schedule and kept everyone on track. Bryan is also good at being flexible and with problem-solving. We had a tough time finding a venue back in July 2020 and went through may different versions of the wedding until finally landing on our venue. He is also quite readily available by phone or email and responds in a timely manner.
Florals were also an easy decision to make as evident by Bryan’s portfolio. He is very talented in making arrangements and bouquets and brought our tropical inspiration to life! We had a site visit a few weeks before the wedding, ending going with a different ceremony site, and he was able to add a gorgeous last-minute mantle piece.
We also worked closely with Melissa on the day of the wedding, and she was such a lovely addition, helping make sure we were on track. I was impressed with how she anticipated every next move, and somehow managed to keep all my family members straight, especially in finding them for pictures. She was also so lovely in making sure the bridal party was hydrated and had snacks throughout the evening.
Overall, we ended up with a beautiful day with our family and friends that was made successful by Bryan and his dedicated team. We believe that you will be in good hands with this group. -

33 Munroe helped with my Indian wedding and I couldn't have been happier with the results! I had to make several last minute changes to our wedding plans due to COVID. We eventually decided to host something small at home, but wanted to go BIG with the florals. Having worked in the floral industry for a few years, I was more than picky about our selections but Bryan was incredibly patient with me. He listened to all my ideas, ran every decision by me down to the flower stem. Bryan created this STUNNING floral installation in my parents home and transformed their living room into a gorgeous mandap. Bryan (owner) went above and beyond my imagination for our wedding. He and his team created the most beautiful florals - bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, table arrangements, and a stunning circular floral arrangement by our sweetheart table. I gave very little details about my vision (rustic, charming, romantic and fall New England) and he created the most gorgeous combinations of florals I have ever seen! He also supported me with the website design by simplifying this process and creating a beautiful layout. This made our big day extra special given the changes we had to make due to the pandemic. The best there is!
First off, I want to say that at my wedding someone asked me if Winston’s did my flowers. One of the first things a lot of people mentioned when talking about my wedding afterwards was how beautiful the flowers were. The bouquets, cocktail hour displays, and centerpieces were nothing short of perfect. Bryan really listens to your “vision” and what you are looking for and makes it come to life. He is professional but also fun to work with. You will not be disappointed if you go with 33 Munroe for florals, Bryan’s attention to detail, knowledge and expertise of floral options, and experience in the industry make him the best of the best! -

It’s always amazing to find a planning company that will pay attention to details, and work hard to execute your vision. It’s another thing entirely to become friends with your planner, to the point of them knowing what you want before you even ask them about it. Bryan and his staff at 33 Munroe could not have been more professional, more caring, more meticulous. They were truly outstanding. Our wedding on 9/1 at the State Room in Boston had a lot of moving parts, with a large cultural component that included a dance show and many traditional wedding performances from Eastern Europe and Italy. From the very beginning of our 9 month planning journey, 33 Munroe knew exactly what to ask, who to talk to, and how to put as at ease knowing that everything was under control and exactly how we wanted it. Sometimes, we didn’t even know what we wanted, but somehow Bryan did. From teaching us about different floral options, to sending a text just to check in on our stress, to rolling with last- minute changes due to many guests coming from FL during hurricane Dorian, Bryan surpassed every expectation we had in a planner. I can not recommend him enough. Any brides looking to speak to one of his clients, feel free to ask him to put you in contact with Nina and Mike. We would be so happy to share our experience with 33 Munroe. This company has such a bright future ahead, and we so look forward to watching it blossom. 33 Munroe made our black-tie, multicultural, urban spectacle of a wedding go on without a hitch, and under budget (!!!). It was such a pleasure to work with Bryan on the florals for our wedding this past June. There really are no words to express how grateful we are to Bryan for making our vision come to life. From the very first phone call Bryan was so attentive! he listened carefully to what I wanted and made me feel confident in my thoughts and decisions. All the little tweaks I suggested were met with open arms and even better suggestions from him. I remember getting a little sneak of the florals as I was getting ready on my wedding day and I literally could have cried with how perfect they were. The arbor for the outdoor ceremony was wild & romantic, the center pieces for the farm tables were straight out of a wedding magazine, and don’t even get me started with my FABULOUS bouquet!!! We got so many compliments from our guests for the colors, flowers and greenery chosen. If you are looking for a florist who is not afraid to put your vision as his top priority and who will work passionately and endlessly to make it come to life then Bryan IS IT!

Getting married in a garden, I knew that florals were important. I also knew that I didn't have a huge flower budget, and needed someone who could help me make an impact within a reasonable budget.
Enter Bryan, who provided me with a very reasonable quote, and some extras that NO other florists offered, like doing a sample bouquet before our big day! As a detail-oriented (read: a little obsessive) bride, this was so helpful to keeping me calm before the wedding. The day of, not only were the flowers GORGEOUS, but Bryan is the type of vendor who makes you feel so good and confident. I would definitely recommend his services to any other brides! -

The absolute BEST for your big day (and all the little/big things leading up to it)!
I found Bryan of 33 Munroe on Instagram! and I am so glad I did. I initially booked Bryan for my flowers and design/decor. About one month before our wedding I asked him to take over the final planning/coordinating and be there on the day of for it all! Not only did he take over with ease but from the beginning he went above and beyond to make sure my vision became a reality (from the bouquets to the centerpieces, to asking him to make sure our cocktail hour was "lit"- well let me tell you IT WAS and mostly for allowing me to truly enjoy my wedding day knowing he had everything handled). His timeliness, attention to detail (including knowing your coffee order when you meet at Starbucks) and just overall being a genuinely nice person to work with are just a few of the things that make him one of a kind. I would recommend Bryan and his team for all your wedding needs! He's a dream come true and my husband and I couldn't be more grateful. -

Even though some of my favorite flowers were out of season, he suggested options that were just as perfect and even better than I would have asked for myself. First off, let me say - Bryan was amazing and really crushed it with our wedding flowers! It can be incredibly hard to find a florist with so many options and no clue where to begin. I found Bryan through the Instagram rabbit hole and I'm so lucky I did. He was one of the many florists I reached out to, but in my opinion, had the most reasonable and flexible prices. I also loved the idea of supporting a small business and fellow nurse! He and his team were really able to bring my vision to life. We connected mostly online and via a shared Pinterest board, but he was also available to meet in person, which I found incredibly helpful to help get my ideas across. He even did a trial before the wedding, where he had a sample bridal bouquet and boutonniere ideas - I even got to keep the bouquet! Everything was perfect on the day of and he really did an incredible job with setting up the reception. He was incredibly easy to work with and has such a calm demeanor that really helps ease any stress you may be feeling from wedding planning. I couldn't recommend him and his team more! -

I honestly can't speak highly enough about Bryan and 33 Munroe! Our photographer recommended 33 Munroe, and I could not be more pleased that she did. Bryan was fantastic during the planning process, constantly being flexible and working with our budget, offering ideas, and adjusting details based on my specific vision and last minute changes. We did all consultations over phone or Google meet, which was great for my busy schedule. On the day of, Bryan and his team were able to bring my Pinterest board and our conversations to life - they absolutely knocked it out of the park and it was truly even more beautiful than I dreamt it to be. He also immediately jumped to the task to make sure my floral crown was perfect, trimming it to my liking up until the First Look. I'm still obsessing over all the details of their work. While I only used 33 Munroe as our florist, I don't doubt that their other services are impeccable as well. Book them if you can! You will NOT regret it. -

I hired Bryan for the partial wedding planning package, as I had already booked many of my vendors and needed help with design and organization.
I had a very negative experience working with Bryan - from the beginning he was slow to respond to emails, often taking 3-5 days (or more) and requiring prompting for a response. As someone that I was depending on for organization, this felt less than ideal.
I was hoping that he would also help to guide me through the design process, as I am not accustomed to all of the details that come with a wedding - but my friends ended up addressing these topics more so than he did.
Ultimately Bryan ended our partnership just 2-3 weeks prior to my wedding, which was incredibly unprofessional and stressful. I was not overly demanding during the wedding process, just asked for respect of my time (eg with email responses and meeting scheduling- he scheduled and canceled meetings last minute).
