Simply the best!
Jessica is an angel sent down from heaven. Seriously, not even kidding. She saved multiple mishaps at my wedding without breaking a sweat or batting an eye. For example my cake fell the morning of my wedding (a screw up on our bakers end). She found a different baker to send us a fake cake that looked so real none of our guests knew it was fake. She also helped me get a huge stain out of my dress within seconds before having our first dance. Jessica helped ease all of my anxiety and I felt so comfortable around her from the moment I met her. It felt like having a friend around with me all day. Her assistants were also so sweet and absolutely killed it the day of my wedding. They made everything so easy to where I could just relax and enjoy my day. Jessica and team I seriously love you guys and feel so incredibly blessed that I got to have you guys by our side on our big day. -

Their team was so responsive and helpful, and it felt great to have them with me at my meeting with the venue and rehearsal all leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding Jessica and the team went above and beyond and handled everything seamlessly and perfectly, I was never bothered with a single thing and could enjoy my day because they handled everything behind the scenes from setup, décor, talking to vendors etc. Jessica and the 3LB team are kind, supportive and professional and I would 100% recommend working with them! Jessica and the 3LB (3 little birds) team did an amazing job with my daughter’s Parisian themed bat mitzvah with the planning, decorating, and day of planning! The most impressive thing was we shifted venues from outdoors to indoors less than a week before the event and they turned a drab reception hall into a Parisian café wonderland. For their day of coordination, the day went off without a hitch with everything running smoothly down to almost the minute. They helped with planning and pre-party meetings every step of the way. When the event happened, it looked stunningly beautiful and all I had to do was relax and enjoy. Highly recommend! -

People always talk about how stressful planning a wedding is, and I'm so grateful that was not my experience -- thanks to 3 Little Birds!
Our wedding was a whimsical, fantastical event, and from the very beginning, 3LB got the memo, and proceeded to NAIL it!
I had so much fun being creative with Jessica, and I'm happy to say my wedding-planning era will go down as a positive, exciting, and truly fun time, all because 3LB made it so easy. I truly could not have handled so many moving parts on my own (I wouldn't even know where to begin). Planning a wedding is no small feat, and Jess and her team truly have the knowledge, experience, network, and creativity to balance it all with grace, efficiency, and so much love.
The 3LB team went above and beyond to bring every piece of our vision to life in the most magical, seamless, and stress-free way imaginable. I'm beyond impressed by their work ethic, but even more grateful for their warmth and their genuine passion for what they do.

We worked with Jessica and the team at 3LB for our wedding in October. We were married at Valentine in DTLA (who are also great and very organized) and used 3LB for rentals and planning. The most important thing for me was that I did not want to think about a single thing once the day of the wedding arrived. I wanted to enjoy the wedding as much as possible and because of 3LB and all of our amazing vendors, the entire event went off without a hitch. They were juggling a multitude of projects (beyond our wedding) but it didn't matter because they executed perfectly and we didn't worry about a thing during the event or after it all wrapped. -

Working with the 3 Little Birds team was an absolute dream. On the practical side, Jess was incredibly well organized and made sure that we all knew what was coming, when it needed to be done, and got us started with plenty of time to make it happen. I was a member of the bridal party and the officiant, so I worked with Jess very closely.
On the creative side, she and her vendors were INCRERDIBLE. They took the taste and preferences of the bride and groom and developed them into an event that was absolutely breathtaking. From the venue to the flowers to the catering to the schedule, it was all classy, fun and--I can't believe I'm going to say this--EASY! The bride and groom had a great wedding day. They didn't seem stressed at all. They focused on getting ready and taking photos and spending time with their loved ones: enjoying the magic of the day. That was possible because everything was so lovingly planned and thoughtfully and competently carried out.
I'm not exaggerating when I say that two guests at the wedding said it was the best they have ever been to. Jess is fun, kind and also tough when she needs to be. She and her team have my highest recommendation!

I'll be honest: I was BLOWN AWAY by this incredible team. For years (thanks covid) I was stressed about the logistics of how my very DIY-decor wedding would come together, and Jessica, Kate, Bre, Dustin and Neveah made everything look soooo easy the day of (by busting their asses off). They were so understanding when we had to reschedule, and right from the initial meeting, Jessica brought up some excellent points for us to ponder, which made us super prepared. Kate led us on a wonderful rehearsal AND was the person who got me through being emotional before I walked down the aisle (thanks girl), and Bre was a beast and ran my flowers to me before the first look which I'd nearly forgotten about and kept us on track THE WHOLE DAY, even giving me drinks throughout the night ☺️, and Dustin drove the van full of our wedding stuff to site and Neveah made sure everything was exactly where it should be during set up! Everyone was professional yet kind and I was so, so, SO happy to have them all there. I'm sure there was a thousand things happening behind the scenes, and I was BLISSFULLY unaware of them, because they just had everything under control. - meaning I actually got to enjoy myself and be in the moment!! The entire wedding went PERFECTLY - and I know it was all thanks to them.

Best team!!
Our wedding was held at my mother's which meant that we didn’t have the luxury of having the venue take care of every tiny detail. The last thing we wanted was to be putting out fires on the big day.
Without 3 Little Birds wedding coordinators, the wedding could have easily become a disaster situation but instead, it ended up being one of the best weddings our guests have ever attended.
There were so many situations that came up during our wedding day that they quickly and professionally handled, but one stands out above the rest. About an hour prior to the ceremony, we got word that our bartender would not be coming because he thought the event was canceled. This is obviously a nightmare situation as the open bar with our signature drinks is a crucial aspect of the reception.
Dustin, Kate, and Heather immediately filled in as impromptu bartenders and undoubtedly saved the day. This was not something that was part of their job description prior to the wedding and they stepped up to fill the role without hesitation. Our guests had no idea that they weren’t the actual bartenders who were hired for the event. They did absolutely amazing and deserve all the credit in the world.

We can't say enough great things about Jessica and her team! About a year before our wedding day, we reached out to 3 Little Birds to learn more about their services, and we decided to go with their partial wedding planning package.
For the first several months, we checked in with Jessica on a regular basis just to bounce around ideas and make sure that we were staying on top of everything that needed to get done. Ever since our very first meeting, Jessica brought ideas for vendors that we would have never considered, some of which saved us significant money.
As our big day neared (about 3-4 months out), we were in more frequent contact with her about logistics, and she was always very organized and on top of whatever we needed. On our wedding day itself, we had a few last-minute needs arise, and she dropped everything to make sure that we didn't have to think twice about them. Everything went according to plan!
As we think back on our wedding, we can honestly say that we were able to fully enjoy it in the moment and have cherished the memories from that day ever since. If not for Jessica and her team's seamless management of every detail, we're sure our wedding experience would have been very different! -

3 Little Birds is an amazing rental company. As a wedding coordinator I have worked with many, many vendors and it is always a joy to work with people who are kind and responsive. Their paperwork was on time and correct and they were very responsive to all of my communications. All of the rentals were so beautiful, and they really helped to set the mood for the party. Not only that, but every single person delivering and picking up was so kind and helpful. From helping me set up florals when the florist wasn't able to enter the building to quickly and efficiently setting up and packing up, they were a pleasure to work, and I hope to do so again in the future. -

We were referred to Jessica & 3 Little Birds by our venue (The Houdini Estate) we wanted to work with someone who was familiar with the ins and outs of that specific venue but we talked to a handful of planners before deciding to go with 3 Little Birds. They were fantastic to work with, very helpful, patient giving guidance where needed but also letting us have a voice opinion and bring our own vendors, asks to the table without any issue. Going through them for rentals made it so much easier as well as helped our budget go further... Jessica was so reassuring for the minute by minute plan for day of putting my nerves at ease and allowing us to fully enjoy the day of! They went above and beyond and really made for an amazing day for us and our guests. We had multiple people compliment us on the "flow" of the day and how smoothly everything ran and transitioned from one moment/location to the next through the day which was all due to Jessica and her team. Jess made my wedding planning experience so easy! We even had to reschedule our wedding THREE times due to covid, and constantly change our plans, and it was still easy as pie. She helped me find awesome vendors that fit our specific vision and never tired during constant re-planning and date changes. The fact that she has her own rental company made the decoration so easy and it was so nice not needing to find another vendor for all that stuff. Then on the day of she assigned us the most amazing coordinators that helped decorate, herd guests, bring us drinks or whatever we needed, and even sewed a bridesmaid into her dress when her zipper broke! We didn't have to worry about a thing, we just sat back and enjoyed the ride and everything just magically happened around us. I couldn't have done it without them! -

I've hosted over 2,000 guests on Airbnb and have planned multiple ~200-person birthday parties. But quickly realized that planning a wedding is a completely different beast. It required the Wedding Planners of the Gods! And for us, that was Jessica and the 3 Little Birds Event Planning team. As avid hosts ourselves, these guys are top-tier and are the MOST competent in the industry.
For context, we hired 3 Little Birds for the the month-of coordination and as our rental provider. We had 4 months to plan an "Alice in Wonderland" themed wedding for 80 guests at Hidden Garden LA. It was in a residential area so everything had to be brought in (headaches) and guest parking got a little complex. There were many moving parts, but their team were able to navigate, connect, and bring synergy to the challenges.
REAL masters at their craft aren't just knowledgeable and experienced, but are able to adapt to ANY situation - with the proper response. That's what makes 3LB special. If there were any moments of drama, you won't ever know about them. POOF! Be gone! Last minute cake toppers or guests? Jessica's on it. She execute with precision and grace and is BOSS when called for, and we REALLY appreciated that.
Jessica isn't just confident and omniscient when it comes to planning weddings. She's genuinely a passionate person with an incredible story. It's about character and personality. She actually CARES about your big day - and will do everything they can to keep it magical. Her work ethic, meticulousness, and no-nonsense approach cannot be understated. She also didn't try to upsell us. In contrast, she made sure we were getting the most out of our budget. It's obvious Jessica is adept at the art of organization - and gets a high from helping people when she can. We felt she simply loves the challenge of bringing your vision into fruition - and beyond. Sometimes she was even more enthusiastic than we were! Always a good sign.
Out of all the wedding expenses, we thought it was best spent with 3 Little Birds. From the comprehensive timeline, vendor hand-off, and high quality rentals (some looked new). To her valet recommendation and helping us load everything after the event. Her team was always smiling and just took care of business. Needless to say, they overdelivered and far exceeded our expectations.
We were stress-free, at ease, and felt completely taken care of. And that level of peace of mind is PRICELESS. I kept thinking throughout the wedding "Jessica's a miracle in so many ways. This day couldn't have gone this smoothly without her." We got our fairytale wedding in spades - and we owe it to 3 Little Birds. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and going beyond the call of duty to make this night so PERFECT. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding and have and will continue to recommend 3 Little Birds Event Planning to all our friends and family. -

Trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic was.. not fun. We changed our date 3 times, changed our venue, and went from 100 people, to 30, to 80. As you can expect, that meant LOTS of emails to Jessica. (Sorry Jessica! Ha)
But, through all the change, Jessica was always kind, always helpful, and NEVER stressed me out when other vendors were not being as “courteous” to the changes we had to make. After a year of back and forth, we ended up having a fantastic celebration at my parents house and it couldn’t have been any more perfect.
The team was so efficient and nice on delivery and pickup. The rental items are absolutely gorgeous and I got so many compliments on them. They brought extra decor as a “just in case”, they placed everything right where we wanted it, and just made the space completely transform. Overall the amount of inventory they have, and the crazy amazing customer service they showed me made them my favorite vendor to work with. I can’t say enough great things about their team! Highly HIGHLY recommend! -

Jessica and her team is nothing short of amazing, and I will never go to another planner for any event that requires one. She was super enjoyable to work with, and she was on top of EVERYTHING. I can be pretty gnarly with micro-managing when I have a specific vision in mind. That said, I literally had to do NOTHING on my wedding day. Nothing! She and her team set up all the decor beautifully, they followed my every request, she was supportive, she walked us through everything, she made sure the vendors got their meals, she made sure everyone and everything was on time down to the second, and because she was so on it, it was one of the most relaxing days of our lives. I’ve never actually heard of that happening before. We were able to just enjoy our day with each other and our loved ones.
Additionally, she worked with us through two postponements in 2020, and followed our venue’s COVID testing requirements without a fuss. You will not regret booking with her, and I will be directing any future brides I know to her. We are SO grateful for 3 Little Birds! Thank you for making our day so special. I can not say enough great things about my experience with 3 Little Birds as my coordinator and rental provider. While trying to plan for a wedding in this crazy year was a whirlwind of changing requirements and precautions, 3 Little Birds really came through for us when we needed to re-evaluate our plans. In the end, our day ran smooth and beautifully in no small part due to their expertise. Jessica was very communicative, had all the right questions to ask so that it was clear how we wanted the day to go, and even helped us scramble to find a new venue and last minute vendors within a month of the wedding. When I was beside myself with stress and concern, they helped me stay in gear and guide us through the process. What was meant to be a 150 person full day wedding ended up being downsized to a 20 person "social distanced" brunch and honestly I feel zero FOMO about what could have been. In the end I married my best friend and celebrated the day safely with close family and friends. All of my vendors pulled through wonderfully which I also credit to the 3LB team for creating a comprehensive timeline for everyone involved. I'm forever grateful to 3LB for coordinating a day I can look back on with joy. -

I have worked in the Hospitality industry my entire career and in Catering and Events for the last 10 years. Three Little Birds Event Planning and Rentals is one of the best partners I have ever had in the industry. They are a joy to work with from start to finish.
Jessica and Dustin, the two primary planners and owners, as well as all of their staff and other planners are hospitable, friendly, accommodating, and above all, extremely experienced.
As a caterer, it is rare to find a planning partner with whom you work very well and on whom you can rely to manage all of the details so you can focus on your job and the tasks you have been hired to handle. I have been working with them for the past 4 years as my exclusive planning team and they have the same great relationship with all of the vendors they work with. To that point, they always have a long list of experienced vendors in every price point who do a stellar job and contribute to a successful event under the orchestration of Three Little Birds. In fact, I have seen them organize a laundry list of needs and vendors while masterfully managing everything from a very tight budget to an all-out extravaganza with a six-figure cost.
If their planning skills and vendor list is not enough, they also have a rental arm that compares to most any dedicated rental company in the entire area. They have a large inventory and will work to acquire new items that fit your taste and need if there is something specific that you simply must have on your special day. The pricing is extremely competitive and the care with which the items are delivered, set-up, and picked up is far superior to any other rental operation I have worked with, ever.
In short, Three Little Birds is a class act who has the skills, know-how, and customer service orientation for which I, as an industry professional, am always on the hunt. I have worked with them daily for the past almost half of a decade and know I will continue to do so for the next decades as they continue to grow and offer even more services to more very happy clients. -

Where do I start? Jessica has been a literal life-saver to work with. We hired the 3 Little Birds team for partial planning & event rentals. Jessica, the lead, kept me organized throughout planning, made amazing recommendations for other vendors to help me narrow down decisions and was so thorough and kind and a great value. When our wedding venue cancelled a week before due to COVID, Jessica found us 2 alternative venues within an hour. Least to say, the stay at home orders only got more strict, so we didn't go forward. But if she could solve your venue cancelling on you 9 days before your wedding date at the start of a global pandemic, trust me you are in good hands for any other scenario. Not only that, Jessica also coordinated our reschedule and now the cancellation of our wedding as a result of the uncertainty of 2020 with so much compassion and grace. Despite the extreme challenges her own business has surely felt as a result of this year, Jessica has continued to go above and beyond her scope and has been so kind and considerate throughout everything. Jess is Wonder Woman!
Jessica saved our wedding! We hired her after having to fire our previous planner who was a terrible fit. She was immediately attentive to our needs and understood exactly what we were looking for. We hired her because she was super familiar with Orcutt Ranch, a total DIY venue. She is highly responsive and resourceful. She handled everything from communication with the vendors, to the rehearsal, to the actual day of coordination. She was incredibly respectful of our budget and delivered the most beautiful wedding without breaking the bank. In the days leading up to the wedding, we had some uncharacteristic rain and cold in the forecast. Jess came up with a backup plan in less than 48 hours and saved the wedding once again by organizing tents and heating lamps! When we arrived on wedding day, we were overcome with joy and my wife even cried when she saw how beautiful everything looked. Jess and her husband are a dream team, everything ran flawlessly on the day of despite a downpour. She ran the event with professionalism and expertise. We felt so cared for, Jess gave us total piece of mind. Oh and did we mention she did all of this while being 6 months pregnant?!? Jess is super LGBTQ friendly and will make your wedding one for the ages. We give her our highest possible recommendation. -

Amazing!
Thank you 3 Little Birds Event Planning & Rentals for making our ceremony so incredibly beautiful! We rented the Birchwood Chuppah with draping and a few tables for our reception.
Jessica is so amazing to work with! She answered every question with kindness and was always so quick to respond. My husband and I highly recommend using 3 Little Birds for any event you may have. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Responsive, super organized and friendly!
This team really helped make our wedding day run so smoothly. Our venue required a minimum of a day-of-coordinator. I found 3 Little Birds on wedding wire and Jessica was very responsive to emails. She was well reviewed on Yelp and WW so decided to meet with her at a local coffee shop and she seemed very organized and detailed. I initially asked for a few suggestions on vendors, even though this wasn't really part of the day-of-coordinator duties. She provided some good leads and I even ended up finding a great florist through Jessica.
A couple of months before the wedding, the emails back and forth started to get more and more frequent. We set up a timeline meeting about a month before the wedding, and met for 3 hours (yes 3!) and went over every little detail. We still hadn't figure out the music and some minor decor details, but felt good that the overall timeline was in place. Jessica was also very good about asking for all of the names of family members for the family photos, so that made the photographer's job so much easier on the wedding day. Jessica wasn't able to attend the final walk through meeting at the venue due to labor pains (yes she was approaching her due date during the final timeline meeting!), but Sarah was wonderful during the meeting. The final timeline went out the week of the wedding to all the vendors so that they would be on the same page. Sarah also conducted the rehearsal the day before the wedding and was super friendly and organized. We were also able to drop off all of our decor with Sarah at the rehearsal so we didn't have to worry about it the day of.
On the wedding day, Jessica and her assistant Karly was there. They were super attentive, kept things moving along, and constantly checked in with us to let us know what was next on the timeline and if we needed anything. Karly helped me with my dress when we were taking photos. They also did a great job setting up the decor as we requested, and packing up the gifts and decor toward the end of the evening. We didn't book them for the overtime at the very end of the night, but they packed up what they could and made the rest of it minimal for the venue staff and our friends that helped.

Jessica is amazing! We hired her as our wedding coordinator and our wedding was very lovely. The communication was very open and never pushed for anything out of our budget (which was incredibly appreciated). She worked with us for a year and a half and executed everything perfectly and made our dream wedding come true. She is a true professional, extremely organized, and has so much experience in wedding planning. If you need equipment, 3LB has a great selection. Highly recommend Jessica and 3LB. -

Incredible! Took our stress away!
We decided to host our wedding in our backyard. This had a cost advantage, but introduced plenty of unique logistical challenges with setup, vendors, supplies, etc.
I (groom) was a bit frightened by the idea of hiring a wedding planner. I had concerns that they would be way too expensive, try to force us to use their own vendors, and be too pushy on creating their own ideas like a crazy reality-TV personality.
Jessica and Dustin eliminated all of those concerns in the first few minutes of our first meeting. They truly were friends to us throughout the whole process.
The pricing was great. We didn't have a whole lot of money to put everything together, and they were wonderful in helping us keep costs exactly where we needed them. They had vendor recommendations which were great- but also were happy to work with any vendors we provided, and they helped us nail exactly what WE wanted our day to be.
They provided rental supplies at better rates than we could get from other vendors, and then were able to control timing of drop-off/setup/pickup themselves, which was a huge help. They were more than happy to have us supplement their rentals with our own supplies. They coordinated with the emcee, band, photographer, and caterer that we selected ourselves seamlessly. They confirmed all the vendors as we got close to the event, and effectively took over responsibility for dealing with them a week or so from the wedding. I can't express enough how helpful this was! That last week of crunch-time while we were dealing with final touches to our house and friends and relatives traveling into town, we literally handed over the vendor contracts that we had negotiated and Jessica and Dustin took over managing those relationships to the end.
On the day of the event, they were rockstars. I'm talking 5-star concierge service. They were impeccably on-point and had a plan for everything. Jessica has an amazing way to keep everything moving on schedule without you feeling like you're following a schedule. Dustin had the best attitude- with any problem or concern that came up, he just smiled and said "I'll take care of it, don't worry about it". And he did! There were weird things that popped up that we didn't even hear about until we returned from our honeymoon because they just took care of it. They even followed up with a vendor for us after the wedding and our contract with them was over.
They gave us 'our special day' for the whole week leading up to, during, and after the wedding. Since then we've rented supplies from them for a couple of parties and received the same amazing experience. I went from "we don't need to pay someone to do this, we can do it ourselves!" to "if we ever host a big event again, we're booking it around when Jessica and Dustin are available."

Best wedding decision ever!!
Three Little Birds (Jessica and Dustin) are amazing!! We had a very diy/decor based wedding and Dustin and team did an amazing job decorating and setting everything up. The set up was better than I even imagined. Our wedding ran so smoothly and it is 100% thanks to Three Little Birds. We also used them for our rentals! Hiring Three Little Birds was the best thing we could have done for our wedding. Thanks again Dustin, Jessica, and team. -

I loved 3 Little Bird's services and having their rentals for my wedding! Jessica was really helpful, kind and generous during all of my interactions with her. If I ever had a question, she was there to answer it. She was very quick to respond to my emails and took the time to provide recommendations when I inquired it. My wife and our guests loved their furnishes and dishware. Our favorite was their tea sets! All unique and beautiful! Perfect for teatime receptions, which was what we had for our wedding! They also have many furnishes that'd be perfect for rustic weddings!

Great experience, great pricing
3LB was recommended to me by my previous venue. We ended up switching venues and 3LB still worked with us for which I'm so grateful! They were right in the price point all others were quoting me for day of coordination. We took a DIY approach to a lot of our wedding and I wasn't sure we were going to get a coordinator but I'm so absolutely thrilled we did. Jessica & Tori both came on our wedding day and were amazing. Friendly, professional, courteous. On the ball for everything that you don't have the time to think of before or during your day; random things like helping with parking, coordinating ice. Nice finishing touches on decor. Tons of experience and were really helpful when I asked for advice on things.. I'd definitely recommend them. They worked with our vendors and ourselves and the stuff we provided as well. -

I could not be happier with 3 Little Birds Event Planning. We hired Jessica to put a timeline together for us and to coordinate the wedding. Her services went beyond my expectations to the point where the vendors were impressed with the detailed timeline. I did not stress about one thing the day of the wedding. I felt so at ease. She kept everything moving and on schedule and tended to my every need. They were on time, professional and courteous. It was first class service all the way. She handled last minute changes I threw at her like a pro never skipping a beat. Last minute changes I mean 10 minutes before showtime! There is not one thing I can look back on and say I wish that had been different. Everything was perfect. To top it off come to find out after the ceremony the photographer told us he had worked with her before and said we were in good hands. I highly recommend them and will be using her for any and all events I may have in the future. -

Stop for looking planners and book Jessica NOW. She is cool-under-pressure, professional, accessible, gentle-yet-firm, and every quality you could ever want. We booked her as a DoC upon the recommendation of a friend. We saw her work at their wedding and couldn't help but notice how everything went off without a hitch, and how she made a bare house look like a castle. For our DoC session we had a 2.5-3 hour meeting over dinner where she went into EXTREME detail, down to which relatives would be in how many photos. On the day of the only thing I had to worry about was the threat of rain (thankfully, it didn't!). She has a wide variety of things for rent, which we took advantage of. Jessica is seriously the whole package. -

I thought I had everything planned out perfectly and I'll be stress-free on the day of, but who would have thought there's so many little things and issues that come up last minute. I'm so glad I had Jessica and Dustin preparing everything at my reception venue and got everyone lined up and together for the ceremony and family photos. Jessica was also so good at calming me down when I look a little stressed out before the ceremony. She also checked up on me throughout the night making sure my husband and I had everything we need.
Jessica worked with us on our super detailed timeline about a month before the big day and it was very helpful to all of my other vendors and bridal party. She's very organized and professional and I would highly recommend them to any of my newly engaged friends. THANK YOU for being amazing! -

They worked very well and creatively to stay in the budget!!! which was very important to us. We were extremely tough with them about our budget limit and how we could get the best rate and cut as possible with awesome delivery. We had high taste but with very limited budget. We were still amazed how they could deliver our dream wedding with that budget. We had meetings with all vendors, and all of them were amazing and knew their reputation very well and gave us special rate because of them.
The wedding was very awesome and sooo beautiful! They worked very hard and extra mile. We seriously just came to our wedding with nothing to worry coz they took care of everything!
All our guests very enjoyed the wedding. They complimented us that it's the best wedding party they ever attended!! The timeline was very perfect! They mentioned time flied so fast and they couldn't believe it's already late night. They also posted in instagram and facebook and said many things that the wedding was the most memorable, the best and very beautiful.
The decoration and the setup were beautiful and exactly as we imagined it. They were very detail oriented.
We couldn't believe that the wedding was very smooth like butter!! We also loved the DJ choice of music and the bar.

They took care of so many details and I married a designer who may be the most detail oriented person on this planet! We also asked for random things like extra people to heat meals and hand made arches and were anxious about so many little things. You do not need to be with them though- everything ran so incredibly smooth and fast!

The rental options are impressive, and they are so creative with decor and themes. We had a couple of last minute bumps in the road, and they pushed right through, and improvised accordingly. They made my special day the best it could have ever been. They were extremely professional, organized, and super understanding.

- When we said we wanted only day of coordination, no one tried to upsell us.
- They were very responsive to emails throughout the process.
- They were very detailed and dedicated to executing our vision.
- They were so attentive and kept us sane on the actual wedding day.
These are the reasons we're OBSESSED with them:
- During dinner my little cousin had an horrible allergic reaction to something and they rushed out (During their scheduled break, mind you) to get her the medicine she needed.
- We had an awkward potentially wedding crasher situation they completely handled it.
- They set up our hella complicated DIY photobooth with no assistance at all.
Bottom line: They rock and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
