Chris & Chris were both absolutely phenomenal. They managed to capture every single moment, without ever being intrusive. Their attention to details, both big and small, were incredible. Whether it was a candid moment or the details shots, their work is impeccable. We truly feel that no moment was missed, and we are eternally grateful for these photos that we will have for our entire lives. Beyond their talent, both were professional, courteous, and extremely personable. Their keen eyes and attention to detail (literally moving my ring a small amount because it was slightly crooked). Working with them felt incredibly natural and comfortable. They managed our nerves, excitement, and enthusiasm seamlessly, which further highlighted their deep experience. The investment for 26 North Studios was worth every penny. We would recommend 26 North Studios to anyone without hesitation.
Furthermore, the turnaround time for our photos was impressive, and the quality of work we received was breathtaking. When we sent our guests the album, the main feedback we received was how impressed everyone was with their quality and ability to capture what felt like the entire day, through small moments. -

Incredible experience with Chris as our wedding photographer! Planning our wedding from out of the country, he was extremely flexible, responsive and accommodating with the planning process. The photos have turned out so amazing and we are thrilled with them. He was fantastic at giving direction and coordinating our large (and rowdy) wedding party. Also a special shoutout that the fire alarm went off during the "getting ready" time and not only was Chris extremely calm and collected, but his calm presence was so welcome and he really went above and beyond, couldn't have done the day without him. HIGHLY recommend Chris for any couples getting married in the Boston & surrounding area. -

The absolute best!
We could not have asked for a better wedding photographer! From start to finish, Chris was absolutely incredible. He made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, captured every moment so naturally, and went above and beyond to make sure nothing was missed. We are so so so thankful for Chris & 26 North Studios! We met Chris at my best friend's wedding and once we saw his work, we knew we could trust him to capture our own wedding! Photography was the most important aspect of our wedding and Chris went above and beyond - our planning sessions were laid back and he really listened and cared about all of our photos musts! Chris made us feel extremely comfortable at our engagement shoot as well as on our big day. He really went the extra mile to combat a stressful situation on our big day weather wise to still beautifully capture our day! He also got us over 100 photos FOUR days after our wedding that we could share with our friends and family. I am so thankful for all of our beautiful photos.
I would absolutely recommend him to any couple looking for a photographer they can really trust! We will definitely be hiring him in the future for any other photoshoots! -

If you want someone who is incredibly organized, insanely talented, and an overall nice guy to hang out with on your special day, look no further. We are blown away by the quantity and quality of the images Chris took of our wedding. He captured so many little moments between guests that we missed, each and every last detail in our decorations, every bit of our before, during, and after ceremony, and a million family and and couple portraits. Chris was amazing and so easy and fun to work with. From the beginning he walked us through a guideline of how the process would go as well as keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process. He captured both our engagement and wedding day shoots, and his expertise was evident throughout the entire process. He is extremely easy going and helps you relax which results in beautiful photos as well as his turnaround time for photos is so quick! He is extremely organized and provides a timeline and communicates exactly what he needs from you to ensure that the wedding day will go as smoothly as possible. One of the best decisions for our wedding!!! Chris was so easy and fun to work with. From day 1 he ensured we were prepared. He helped us with building our wedding timeline as well, which was so helpful! Our engagement pictures were beautiful and super fun! It was our first professional picture session and he walked us through posing well so we didn’t feel awkward. On the wedding day both photographers (both named Chris) were very professional. Chris #2 was even very helpful holding our 6 month old nephew while we took pictures without him. The packages they offer are perfect for any venue, especially Oceanview of Nahant. Everyone has been commenting on how gorgeous our pictures are and we are so thankful for 26 North Studios! We will have a hard time selecting our favorites to hang in our house. -

The moment we started our engagement session we knew Chris would be amazing for our wedding and all of our photo needs. HE IS MAGIC. We have no idea how he was able to get all of the shots he did. My dad struggles with walking so to capture the photos we wanted before the ceremony and then run around to get the entrance of the wedding was incredible. We had a wedding of 50 people and he got everyone in a photo of some kind. He was responsive and flexible. I don't know any other photographer that has the turn around time of Chris. We had an event the following week and Chris not only got us the 5 or so photos that we asked for, but near 75 photos to choose from within days. Everyone liked Chris and he was able to get my family to do what they were suppose to, which is impressive. Hire Chris and definitely hire Chris if you are at Oceanview. He is their go to for a reason!

Chris is an exceptional photographer and a genuine and kind person. He captured our wedding day in Boston and the pictures came out 100x better than we could have ever imagined. For context, we have only received our highlight photos so far, but the highlight photos are beyond great I could not wait to write a review. The photos were that good. I am also not a bride that is very big into having my photo taken in general, but Chris' professionalism, calm demmeanor and vision settled my nerves and I did not overthink being in front of the camera. My now husband and I would hire 26 North Studios over and over again. 12/10! -

You can’t convince me there’s a better photographer!
Words cannot express how happy I am that we hired Chris as our wedding photographer. From our very first phone conversation, to the delivery of our wedding photos (just one week after our wedding!!!!) he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I were a bit nervous at our engagement shoot and Chris put us right at ease in front of the camera. This made our wedding day much less stressful. After seeing our incredible engagement pictures, I knew we were in good hands for our wedding. I am in shock and awe of Chris’ talent. The photos are better than I could have hoped for and the turnaround time is simply unbelievable. Even our guests have commented how amazing the photographer was and how he was able to capture every single moment - not just our moments, but our guest’s too! Incredible Photographer!
My husband and I hired Chris based on a recommendation from our venue and we can certainly see why he is the preferred vendor. Working with him was so easy as he is talented, professional and passionate about his craft. We had a planning meeting a month before the wedding where we talked through the shot list and even helped us figure out our timeline.
On the day of our wedding, Chris did a tremendous job at helping us feel comfortable in front of the camera. He was so efficient that we got through all of our family portraits quickly and we still had time to join our guests at the cocktail hour. When we realized our wedding day would be rainy, we knew not to worry because Chris’ rain photos are fantastic. He helped us embrace the rain and set up some truly amazing shots.
We received a sneak peak the same night, and received the rest of our photos within 4 days. We absolutely love the photos that Chris delivered, and we have gotten so so many compliments from our guests for not only the photos he captured, but also how pleasant he was to work with. -

An absolutely wonderful photography experience
Chris and his team have a fantastic eye for ways to get a perfect shot, and were very easy and pleasant to work with. He is very personable, and put us at ease as we were not used to being photographed much as a couple. From our first telephone consultation with him to the "day of walk through," he was super thorough, ran through his timeline with us before hand, and he did a great job of organizing large groups of people for group shots. This detail was not lost on the mother of the bride, who was very impressed with this particular skill!
Turn around for our engagement photos and for "teasers" of our wedding photos was quick, and we have received plenty of compliments on our photos. -

Book Chris Now!!
Hiring Chris Connor as your photographer is best decision that you can make for your wedding day!!! Chris is personable and friendly and so easy to talk to. During our engagement shoot, he made us feel comfortable in front of the camera that taking pictures on our wedding day seemed so easy and natural. He has such a good eye and takes the most breathtaking photos. On our wedding day, he literally saw a puddle of rain water, laid down on his stomach, and took the most amazing reflection photos of my husband and I. Not only is Chris a talented photographer, but he also helped me figure out the timeline for my wedding day, recommended vendors to me, and even looked at my videographers videos before I booked him. I honestly would have been lost without Chris and all of his advice. The day-of, he made sure that we stayed on schedule and got all of the family photos that we wanted. He was polite and kind, and able to handle my family’s crazy personalities. His turnaround time is amazing, and I cannot stop looking at the photos and smiling/crying. The best! Professional, great direction, flexible and lightening fast!
Chris was THE BEST! He was willing to work with us on our private ceremony back in May 2020 when no one was working in person and then again on our big vow renewal re-wedding on our third anniversary! He was the right amount of directive to get all the portraits going and suggested the best positioning, as well as capturing the authentic moments that were happening. He got ALL the shots we wanted and discussed, all the little details, the petal throw shot looked just like any of those perfect ones you’d find on the internet. He did a drone shot do to get all 180 of us in the shot for free too! And then we also got the photos within 3 days which is unheard of fast! He really is the best! Highly highly recommend him! -

We had the pleasure of working with Chris at 26 North Studios for both our engagement and wedding photos, and we couldn't be happier with the results! As a couple who isn't always comfortable in front of the camera, we were thrilled that Chris was able to make us feel at ease and capture such beautiful images.
Not only is Chris incredibly skilled at what he does, but he also has a great personality and was a joy to work with. He made the photo sessions feel relaxed and fun, which allowed us to be ourselves and resulted in stunning photos that we will treasure forever.
There was potential for a lot of snow the day of our wedding, and Chris texted us the day before, letting us know he was at a hotel nearby, so we didn’t have to worry about him getting to us. There were also some timing issues along the way, and Chris was able to get us back on track and get all the pictures we had hoped for. He also got us our pictures in record timing, while we were still on our honeymoon!
Overall, we would highly recommend 26 North Studios to anyone looking for a talented and personable photographer who can capture their special moments with ease! -

Photographer for my daughters wedding
Two came here and they were wonderful. works well with everyone. All my guests said they would just ask do you want a photo and they just took as many as you wanted. Now my daughter can look at all of her guests and print what she wants. They did her engagement photos too. All in the same package. -

Thoughtful, professional, experienced
Chris was my absolute favorite vendor from my wedding. He is an extremely experienced photographer with high level of professionalism and passion for what he does. Chris has an air of thoughtfully that helps boost your confidence on your day that is also emulated through the photos he takes. I originally met Chris at a friends wedding. I was immediately impressed with how Chris interacted with the guests. Typically at a large wedding, you can feel the stress of the photographer trying to capture details for the couple along with photos the guests request. But not Chris. Chris genuinely cares about capturing every moment, every guest, all well maintaining a positive attitude. When I received my sneak peak photos, it look my breath away. It was raining during my wedding but the photos are crisp, bright, and have a beautiful light feel to them that I’m obsessed with. Chris included in the sneak peak photos of my flower girl, moments with my family and little thoughtful details that he had picked up on during the day. It stunned me how he met me one on one for the first time on my wedding day but the photos felt like a friend capturing intimate moments. I’m fortunate to have hired a photographer with such passion for what he does. -

When deciding on vendors for our wedding we were most concerned about finding an excellent photographer to capture our day. We knew that while the day would pass quickly, we would have photos for years to come that could remind us of the event and bring us back to our perfect day. This obviously put a lot of pressure on us to find someone who could do this. We found Chris through our venue as a recommended vendor. When we looked at his portfolios, we knew he was the one. Each wedding he had previously captured that we looked at, we felt as though we had attended. He has an incredible gift for photography, and this is very evident in his work. Beyond his pure talent, Chris is a phenomenal person all around. He puts you at ease throughout your engagement session and throughout your wedding day. It felt like having a friend who we had known for years capturing moments which made it super easy to be ourselves throughout the session/wedding day. We are sure there are plenty of people in the greater Boston area who can take photos for your wedding, but we know that Chris is among an elite few who can capture the essence of the day itself--not just images. To say we were blown away by our complete album would be an understatement. We highly recommend Chris and 26North Studios for all your photography needs. -

Chris was an absolute pleasure to have photograph our wedding. He was attentive, considerate, kind, and helpful. He captured the most beautiful photos that will last a lifetime. Hiring Chris as our photographer was such a no-brainer. From the start, Chris was responsive, understanding, easy to ask questions to and always connected if there were any outstanding questions. Comfortable, easygoing and fun!
I can’t say enough good things about Chris Connor of 26 North Studios! He was a top choice of our Wedding Vendor, and once I checked out his gallery, I could see why!
Chris made the whole experience so easy, and the pictures came out beautiful! My husband and I couldn’t be happier, I even had my wedding party/family telling me how much they enjoyed the shoot and how great Chris was.
Chris was professional, but still made us all feel like we were old friends. He guided us through the whole shoot, and was so creative. Our pictures are beautiful, and we got them in less than a week! He even got some pictures of us in front of the sunset!

If you're looking for an a amazing wedding photographer who is super easy to work with, 26 North Studios is who you should choose. From the moment we met with Chris, we knew we were making the correct decision. He was so down to earth and the pictures he showed us were incredible. Fantastic!
Chris was amazing to work with! We are so, so happy we booked with him, and we are insanely happy with our engagement and wedding photos! Chris is extremely easy going, easy to talk to, and very organized all adding to our amazing experience with him. He talked us through every step without any stress or worry. On the day of our wedding, Chris was the one who suggested a plan when I was running late, and he always just seemed to have a solution to something even if it was not technically part of his job. He managed to capture every moment without anyone actually knowing he was there--it was pretty magical. Also, the turn around time on our photos (both engagement and wedding shoots) was so fast and the quality is fantastic. We can't say enough good things about our experience. Hire 26 North Studios!
From initial inquiry/phone call to final check in and wedding day, Chris made us feel comfortable and supported. He reminded us of our engagement shoot and helped guide us in our first professional photo shoot. He even took some amazing family portraits of us and our furbabies that we used as our Christmas cards!
We got married at the Oceanview of Nahant. I did not have a wedding coordinator but Chris was truly helpful in that area, letting us know usual timelines of things, providing us helpful tips and coordinating seamlessly with our videographer and limo driver to get the perfect first look. He even helped our videographer get some of his shots in so that it would be in the video. Everyone in my wedding party and parents loved Chris and his friendly manner. He fit in well with my group of friends :) He made sure to capture all the group photos we wanted to and helped gather lost family members! He came early to set up/take photos and stayed til the very end and showed us a quick peak of a photo we wanted at the very end of the night before he left.
I cannot thank Chris enough. When it came to wedding photos, I was not stressed at all knowing that he’d be there to capture the day. His consistent and reliable communication made us feel at ease. I also wanted to note that his turnaround time is incredible! We got our engagement photos the next day and over 60+ teaser photos within 24 hours of our wedding day. Our final wedding photos came less than 2 weeks later. My husband an I were in awe. It is true what they say that your wedding day flies. Thanks to Chris, we can relive that day over and over. We got the package that involves making a wedding album and we are looking forward to working with Chris to put together our favorite photos - which will be hard since his work is honestly amazing. I see myself going to Chris for all future special occasions because he is THAT GOOD. I have since recommended him to everyone I know. 26 North Studios/Chris Connor was the first vendor we hired for our wedding because he had an amazing website/gallery and came highly recommended by our venue. He was delightful to work with on the phone through all the planning steps - so laid back and easy to talk to. The day of our wedding he was a WEDDING SUPERSTAR. He communicated with us about each step of the wedding day (even better than the venue) and he even taught the groomsmen how to put on the boutonnieres! He knows every nuance of a wedding day and is a bonafide Wedding Scientist. To top off a wonderful planning experience and relaxed wedding day/photographs --> we ended up with ALL of our photographs back in under 7 days and they were outstanding. Every aspect of working with Chris was perfect and I would recommend him a thousand times over. -

Chris is the best!
We chose Chris for our wedding at Beauport after I saw how wonderful he was at my sisters wedding at Oceanview. Chris stuck with us and supported us through a postponement due to Covid. I always appreciated how easy going and squared away Chris was throughout wedding planning. I knew that he was going to be prepared and ready to make sure that we had a great time at our wedding while also getting all the photos captured. I often hear couples say that taking engagement and wedding photos can feel awkward. That was not the case with Chris. His direction made it so easy and natural, and we were both so happy with how the photos turned out. He got our photos back to us so quickly, and the quality is amazing. Our wedding was a month ago and I still look at the photos regularly to relive the day. Chris is the best!!! 10/10 I recommend him as your photographer! -

Chris is the best!
We feel so lucky that we found Chris and got to work with him during our engagement shoot and wedding! From our first phone call with Chris we knew we wanted to work with him. For our engagement shoot he came with us to a new location for him and did amazing! He was very creative with our pictures and talked us through the whole process. It was our first time getting professional pictures done and it went so smoothly. Our original wedding plans had to get changed due to COVID and Chris was very flexible with us. When we decided on our new plans Chris used his experience and helped put a timeline for the micro wedding. He worked so well with our other vendors to capture the perfect pictures and have a smooth wedding. After both events we couldn't wait to get our pictures. He got them back right away and we loved every single one! We keep going back and looking at the pictures. We couldn't recommend him more. -

Look no further, this man is the best!
Firstly, the photos came out incredible. I have no idea which ones we want to be printed because they are all THAT good. We had a covid wedding (like many others) and Chris was so relaxing to be around all this craziness because he handled everything and had a plan. The wedding day there were many hiccups what with rain, covid, people being late, etc. and he just made sure everything happened and was always there to take the perfect photo through it all. We hired Chris for our original wedding plans, which were scheduled to take place at Oceanview of Nahant. With the pandemic, like so many couples, we had to drastically shift our plans. Chris was more than willing and excited to help also photograph our microwedding at a venue he had never been to. Let me tell you, CHRIS EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. We have nothing but positive things to say about Chris. We booked him at the end of 2019 for our wedding which was initially planned for June 2020. When we realized that we would not be able to move forward as planned, Chris was extremely accommodating. We exchanged several calls, emails, and texts discussing potential options for plan b in terms of timing, location, etc. It was clear that Chris genuinely wanted to work with us and was actually a part of our wedding team. Not only is Chris helpful and easy to talk to, he is an incredible photographer. He depicted us in such a natural way - even many of the “posed” photos looked like candid shots. It was important to us that our photos did not look cheesy and staged and Chris made sure that was not the case. We have so many choices of photos that we are having a hard time narrowing down which ones we want to frame! Chris’ delivery turnaround time was so speedy. We had our full, edited album just a few days after our wedding. We actually received them while we were still on our honeymoon! We are so grateful for Chris and will absolutely recommend him to friends and family. -

Chris is Amazing!
Like most couples these days, we started searching for a photographer on Google. Of course for our area, tons of options pop right up so we looked through tons of sites and people. Chris's site had a rolling banner of photos of his from all sorts of weddings and of course one caught our eye. I will save writing what it was, but let's just say, we saw this, and knew that if he would do this for another couple, he could take any of our silly ideas as well and make them look amazing. We talked with him on the phone and met him later in person and were sold so fast it was not even funny. He was professional, and his work was great, but he also was open minded and fun and wanted to do what we needed to have an amazing day. He was quick to respond always, loved some of our silly picture ideas, and took thousands of great shots at our wedding. I wish it was just me being nice to give him all 5 stars, but he was honestly amazing as both a worker and a person and I would recommend him to anyone for any photo needs! -

AMAZING. If you're getting married at the Oceanview, book Chris. if you're getting married anywhere else, book Chris. if you're doing something cool on a Tuesday and want it documented somehow, book Chris. He's absolutely fabulous. I nearly fell over when I saw our engagement photos from him, they were amazing. he's the perfect balance between realistic and artsy, so you get those gorgeous shots that show what everything really looks like, but you also get those artsy silhouette shots. I mean, he was literally lying in the mud to capture one shot of us at our engagement shoot, and it came out so awesome that we used it for our Save The Dates. Of course, he was fabulous at the wedding too, and throughout all of the planning. he even helped us book our DJ. He was so organized and got all of the formal shots done quickly so we could go inside and grab some apps before the reception started. We just received the link to view all of our pics and we are stunned by how gorgeous everything is. Chris is a genius and we are SO happy he was able to capture our wedding day. -

My husband and I chose Chris Connors (26 North Studios) for our 6-7-19 wedding at the Oceanview of Nahant in Mass. From the first phone call I had with Chris (and peek at his web page), I knew he was our guy. He's incredibly laid back, funny, and professional. I knew his style was going to be a great fit for us. He was responsive throughout all the planning and when wedding day came, he was already at the venue when I arrived, ready to go to work. He was absolutely unobtrusive to the wedding guests and party - he is fast and efficient. He will capture everything you need to remember your special day and he finds a way to really reveal and portray who you are as a couple. He let us do a few "fun" bridal party shots as well which have been a HUGE hit with my friends and family (not your typical, boring wedding stuff). He captured our love, our attitudes, our personalities and our new marriage flawlessly. We already got our photos back - way ahead of schedule. Trying to find your photographer for your wedding is a scary thing because after everything is done all you have, are your memories and your photos so it could be the most important decision in the process. We lucked out because we went with Christopher and he was awesome right from the beginning, he made us feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk to, down to earth. You can tell Chris really cared and wanted everything to go just the way we had visioned it. He chatted with us a few times to make sure we were all on the same page and any questions we had he got back to us right away. The day of the wedding went well, by the end of the wedding Chris could of been in the wedding party. He had great ideas and was open to try any of our ideas. Chis thinks outside the box and the photos from our wedding shows that and there absolutely beautiful. He is a true professional who does this for a living, this isn’t a side gig and that shows in his work. If he is available for your wedding it’s a no brainer, you won’t regret it. -

Lauren Sent on 10/07/2018I put out a few feelers for pricing and information, I reached out to about 4 for tographers via email - within an hour Chris at 26 North actually called my phone. He was friendly down-to-earth and funny, the perfect mix for Joseph and I. I did receive a couple of emails with information but no one seemed to care about Joe and I except Chris. We really don't like to have our picture taken and it didn't feel like we were, it just seemed like Chris was a guest at our wedding and he made our photographs so personal and. perfect. It only took a few weeks to get them back and a month later I'm still in awe. Huge recommendations for Christopher Connor at 26 North you won't be disappointed.
