The chauffer was very accommodating and friendly. Limo was as advertise. I would recommend this company to anyone. The staff when booking had excellent customer service and great communication. -

I originally reserved the Limo for my Brother’s Wedding but we ended up not being able to utilize it. They still got Married but the Limo just didn’t work out in the plans like I had hoped. Through no fault of 1Up’n Limos. They allowed me to pick another day/event to move the reservation to and I picked the first available Saturday for a 5:00pm pick up time. My mom, husband, kids and I all got in and went to dinner at Red Robin and Ice Cream afterwards. That didn’t take up the full amount of time I had purchased so we went to Best Buy. Our Driver was very considerate and took us wherever we wanted to go. Everyone had a blast! -

We worked with 1Up’n Limos for my daughter’s birthday party. We picked up at a local park and drove the kids around for ice cream and presents. Mike was an amazing driver. He endured lots of eight year old squeals and silly music. The limousine was clean and you can tell this company takes pride in their vehicles. 1Up’n Limos made my daughters birthday a breeze to plan and put on. -

Before we booked, we were able to schedule time to go on-site and check out the vehicles. Booking and scheduling was easy! Kevin was our driver on the day of. We had a few bumps in the road with streets blocked off downtown Springfield and a huge festival where we were taking pictures in Washington Park. Kevin kept the mood high, and did his best working through all the traffic. Speakers were great and bus was spacious for our group! -

Vendor was easy to work with from beginning to end. They were quick to provide a quote, responsive to emails, and great with follow-through. They reached out with driver details the day before our event. Everything with transport went smoothly the day of our event. We rented the E450 Limo Bus and the Ford Transit Limo Bus. Both were very well maintained, clean, and perfect for our group. I wouldn't hesitate to book with 1 Up'n Limousine again. -

Theresa made things very easy, also was very understanding due to my prior booking with a different company went very wrong. Rebecca made the reservation and everything else go extremely smooth, 0 issues with anything. Our driver Anthony was so awesome just wish he was able to come enjoy the party with us. All in all would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a limo service with quality and honestly perfection. Thank you to the 1up limousine family you went above and beyond for my wife's birthday party. Will most definitely be a repeat customer. -

Got the Mercedes Sprinter for a 21st birthday party, was amazing. Driver was professional and met all of our needs. The bus was comfortable with 15 people, with enough room in the aisle for dancing. Bring your own USB cord so everyone's Bluetooth doesn't interrupt your music. Much fun had by all and it was a surprise for the birthday girl, biggest smile when the bus came down the road. Would I use 1 up'n again - for sure. -

We went and saw a few vehicles in their fleet. We initially had our eyes set on one of the vehicles, and after seeing it I was certain it was one I wanted. Our wedding was 90 miles away, and they were honest about some minor issues they were having with this specific vehicle, and said they didn't feel comfortable with us booking it. They told showed us another option that was very similar (and slightly cheaper- so they weren't trying to just up sell) and we ended up getting this one. The day of, we had nothing short of exceptional service. The driver was on time to every stop and very professional. Highly recommend! -

Fabulous! Highly recommended!
Limo was waiting for us at our meeting place.
It was sparkling white! Inside was clean. Our driver Mike was friendly and helped the ladies in and out of limo.
Will definitely use again! -
