Messaging Payments Refund Policy

Within 48 Hours of Payment: Wedding Members must request refunds for payments made to Vendor Members through the Messaging Payment Service within 48 hours of payment. Requests for refunds should be sent to support@weddingwire.com and include the following information: (a) full name of the person requesting the refund; (b) the name of the Vendor Member to whom the payment was made; (c) the amount of the refund; and (d) the date of the payment.
After 48 Hours of Payment: No refunds are available after 48 hours of payment made through the Messaging Payment Service. If, after 48 hours of payment, Wedding Members and Vendor Members negotiate and arrange any refunds, such arrangements are solely between those parties and WeddingWire shall have no liability or responsibility with regard to such transactions.
