Anodyne is the perfect Milwaukee wedding venue!! We had our wedding there in April of this year we we couldn't be happier. Erica is so professional and made us feel taken care of every step of the way - she truly is a gem in the Milwaukee wedding community. All of our guests raved about how beautiful and cozy the venue was. The wood tables and beams are absolutely gorgeous. We had a Grateful Dead cover band (shout out to Seaside Zoo!!). The stage was perfect for them and the sound was AMAZING! My husband got up on stage and was singing with the band - it was truly the best day of our lives! Erica, we are forever grateful!!

We can't say enough good things about Lake Park Bistro! Our ceremony (on the front lawn) was beautiful, the brunch was incredible, the service was outstanding, and the outdoor space/park grounds was perfect for all the kids in attendance. Dan is a dream to work with (as was Whitney, before she transitioned to another Bartolotta's restaurant) - incredibly kind, extremely responsive, and very thorough. We felt like we were in good hands throughout the whole planning process and were so impressed by how smoothly everything went day-of, in no small part because of Dan and the wait staff's attentiveness and professionalism! An added bonus: because LPB is already beautiful without any help and is a full-service restaurant, we loved that we had minimal rentals, decorations, etc.

We are SO happy with our decision to book Lowlands Grand Events - Centraal Grand Cafe & Tappery for our venue space. We initially wanted to elope but decided on a budget friendly smaller wedding (~95 people). We had been to Centraal for dinner and brunch when we lived in Bayview but never knew they could be used as a wedding venue. In our research, I saw a blog post from Married in Milwaukee, where a couple mentioned Centraal was their venue. When we reached out, we learned that there was no venue fee- just a food and drink minimum. After looking at other photos of weddings held in their Gallery/Courtyard Patio - we knew it was the right fit. We also worked with Molly very closely from the Lowlands Event Planning Group who was so great to work with and so flexible. She really brought our vision to life. She was responsive, professional, and helped execute so well. The space was great for us- The brick wall and ivy are so beautiful that we didn't even need much decor to dress it up. All of the tables were modular so we were really able to use the space in a way that made sense for our guests. The deck doubles as a dance floor and it was just the right size for our group. If we had less than 60 people, we could have flipped the space but we had Oscar seating for the quick ceremony and reception which worked out perfectly. Most of the space was outdoor- which was a risk but we ended up with the best weather ever (65-70 F). The space felt so warm and intimate which was exactly the vibe we were going for. Our guests raved about it and for any Chicago folks, guests were comparing it to the cobblestone courtyard in front of Trivoli Tavern/Green street. The food was amazing, we got so many compliments on it. Service was impeccable- bartenders and other service staff were so friendly and professional. Drinks were great! We are so glad we picked Centraal/Lowlands for our venue

We love Mary of Mader's Catering. We had such an amazing time with her from the tasting all the way to the day of our wedding. We could not have dreamt of better service and such amazing people to make our day special. Just amazing! The quality of food is phenomenal and they are huge portions. Could not get enough of it!

We had an intimate wedding at Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant and had a great experience. The planning team was excellent and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They were also very accommodating with allergies and dietary needs. The service was great, the food was outstanding, and everything was timed perfectly. Our guests loved the conservatory space. A snowstorm during our wedding made the setting even more beautiful. Highly recommend.

I knew years before I was even engaged that I wanted OKG to cater my wedding. When I finally did get engaged they were the first and only place I looked into! The food is amazing (which we already knew), the prices are unbeatable (literally did not believe what I saw online at first) and finally, they are an absolute DREAM to work with! We have been eating OKG for years, and I had a pretty good general idea of what I wanted our wedding menu to be, but they insisted that we come in for a complimentary tasting. We had so much fun at the restaurant during our tasting, we learned a lot and had an amazing time! Not to mention the food was incredible –that was probably one of my favorite restaurant experiences ever! They sent us home with all the leftovers AND CAKE! They rolled with all of the punches of this year with compassion and grace –we changed dates, then location, then cut 75% of our guestlist, then location again, then added more/different food, they never once made me feel like anything was an issue! If you book OKG for your wedding, or any event, you should probably also have some of their business cards. EVERYONE complimented our food! People were pulling out their phones and looking it up/making plans to go there. It was an absolute hit! I cannot recommend OKG enough, if you are even slightly considering hiring them for your next event, just do it! You will not be disappointed.

The rehearsal dinner we hosted for our son's wedding was everything we could have wanted. Working with Katelyn Arnold, the sales and catering manager, was a delightful and pleasant experience. Her attention to detail, friendliness and total competence made working with her an absolute pleasure! All of the plans were carried out to perfection and the evening flowed seamlessly. The food was outstanding and the view from the Captain's Room, overlooking the lake was magic. We were blessed with good weather and were able to enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the patio. Thanks to Katelyn and the Harbor House staff for a memorable evening!

We had our 50 person rehearsal dinner at Onesto and it was perfect. They were very accommodating with what we needed, and helped us create the perfect bar package/ menu for our needs. We also didn't need to do any decorating because the space is so beautiful and they set out candles and chargers for us. It worked great!

Downtown Kitchen has saved my wedding day! approximately 5 months before my wedding I got notice my reception venue was closing at the location I had been promised and was in a tizzy trying to figure out where / how I'd be able to still have my wedding the day we had chosen. Downtown Kitchen, although never have done a wedding before, offered their venue up to us as an option. They are part of the Bartolotta Catering Group and have an amazing, large space. I was a little skeptical because it is a corporate cafeteria, but it has been re-done and is a modern, classy space. They have experience with large 400+ person dinners. I look forward to working with them more fully as the wedding process continues, but they have been accommodating and helpful during this stressful time. I'd like to add almost a year after my wedding, I could not be more grateful for how my wedding turned out. Looking at the pictures, I couldn't imagine it anywhere else. The cocktail hour was set up in the main hallway with the fountains, There was a fairly large private area for my bridal party and myself to retreat to. Everyone transitioned inside to the reception seamlessly and provided a great space with a large expansive bar to accommodate drinks without long lines. I truly appreciate everything they were able to do to make this night one I will never forget. I hope they continue to host weddings, and I hope you consider working with them.

I still can’t believe our luck in finding the Rumpus Room. I wouldn’t be able to pick a more perfect location for our rehearsal dinner. Starting with the grilled cheese bites appetizer all the way up to the genuine cream puff for dessert, the tailored menu totally suited us! The small details like the personalized menu and welcoming chalkboards made this venue head and shoulders over the other locations we were looking at. Dan was amazing to work with and made the last minute planning seem like nothing. We will be choosing the Rumpus room for our next event in Milwaukee, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, cozy atmosphere!
