Hotel Wedding Venues in Rapid City

Justina was seriously so AMAZING and made our night beyond perfect, as well as all of the staff at the Holiday Inn. We couldn’t have asked for a better individual to help with all of the planning. Justina is so good at what she does and truly goes above and beyond to make your special day exactly what you envisioned it as. We are still in awe at how perfect our reception was!

AJ's is great, being located in the center of downtown Rapid with lots of options for dining and entertainment for guests around it. They have their own caterer and the staff is friendly and AWESOME to work with. Finding them was a huge relief, as it was all in one: ceremony, reception, and catering. They have an impressive number of options for food, as well as offering packages with the Wicked Salon and Spa nearby. They'll do set up for the reception in their ballroom as well.

Aleah and Deb helped transform their convention center into a wonderful room for our wedding and reception ceremony. They took care of anything that we were too busy doing - including boxing up the leftover cake for us at the end of the night. Last minute changes and adjustments were handled in such a way that we didn't have to worry about things after asking for it to be taken care of, and the stress that they unloaded from us was worth every penny!

Eliza with Hilton Garden Inn Rapid City has been so incredibly accommodating with us and what we were wanting from them. With us living out of town from our venues, she was very flexible with meetings and getting us information! Awesome to work with.
