Our wedding cake was delicious and beautiful. However, we had specifically said NO FONDANT, not just once, but numerous times. We had picked this particular cake because it was entirely buttercream. The cake was very pretty but it was covered in fondant. If we had known that our wishes would have been ignored, we would have picked a different cake design. However, the cake was delicious, with the fondant pushed aside, and arrived on time and they otherwise did a great job.

My daughter and her fiancé decided to get married on short notice. There was only two months to plan the small 50 person wedding. After finding the wedding dress, deciding the venue and getting invitations out, I called Amy's Cakes to order the wedding cake. Amy and her assistant, Miranda, went above and beyond to help us choose a cake that met our requirements and tight schedule. Our guests raved about how beautiful and delicious the cake was. Next to the bride, the cake was the most talked about topic. I would highly recommend Amy's Cakes to compliment any size wedding experience. The cake was a work of art. Their baking skill, creativeness and exceptional personal service far exceeded expectations. I can't thank them enough for helping us out on such short notice. Sherry Combs 3/13/2026

Ok, so as a 2025 bride now wife. My husband took this job and decided to help find a wedding cake vendor. Which helped me immensely! He looked at a list and seen some of her cakes she posted online and said he really liked her work. So he contacted her and got information for the deposit an talked to me about the appt dates she provided. Once we made the consult appt. We had a few in mind via pinterest. Once we both looked at some cakes pictures were able to make our own with our colors. She wrote everything down and got a good idea of what we agreed on and had an example on pinterest. The deposit counted toward the total costs of the cake. She gave us information in regards to the delivery and any extra decor needed for the cake on the day of wedding. She did amazing!!! We wanted something simple that reflected us. I definitely recommend her to others but definitely get with asap due to how busy she can get, especially during wedding season!!

We used Janie's Cakes for our wedding cake and groom's cake. Janie went above and beyond my expectations. Our cake was beautiful, and tasted delicious. My husband was amazed at his 3D cake of his truck tire. Everyone at my wedding mentioned how beautiful and yummy our cake was. Janie was so easy to deal with. She is so sweet, and I could tell she truly cared about what we wanted. She was very helpful in letting us know how big our cake needed to be for the amount of people attending. She also delivered and served the cake for a small fee. I could not recommend her enough for your big day!
