The space is absolutely beautiful. It was very nice to have them tear down our decor so that we just had to pick it up the next day. Inge and her team were VERY responsive to any questions or messages we sent. The food there was exceptional (tasting, RH dinner, wedding buffet). We really enjoyed having our big day there!

We were beyond happy with our experience with Hereford House. Angie and the staff were so nice, helpful, completely on top of the details and anticipated our needs in advance. It’s a beautiful venue and the food was delicious.

We recently had our wedding and reception here in the club house and it looks amazing inside. I was very please by how it looked and the manager was more than pleasant to work with. I never knew this place existed before we were looking for a venue. They made the time to sit down with us and go over our schedule and what we wanted and made sure that everything would be in place for our wedding day. There were plenty of tables and chairs available and the staff were more than willing to help out. They provided bar tending staff as well that were fabulous and kept up with our open bar and 200 guests. I would recommend Hidden Lakes Gold Course to anyone because the atmosphere is so laid back and the manager and staff were great to work with.

This was a great place for our wedding and reception. Carla the event coordinator was amazing and so helpful! We got to decorate the place and they had a lot of items available (they had the arch and the backdrop and the fairy lights) and it was beautiful! This place is reasonably priced and we had a wonderful time! Go talk to Carla, she was amazing and she'll help all your wedding dreams come true!

The Jayhawk Club is hands down one of the best venues we have worked with from a vendor perspective! First and most importantly, the staff is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Our experience first started out with Samantha. Samantha is the Sales and Event Manager at the Jayhawk Club, of which her title should be “The Jack Of All Trades, Event Mastermind”. Samantha is the most kind, knowledgable, helpful, and organized person you will every meet! She had all of the information when I needed it and had very quick replies to any emails or questions that arose through the planning process. Samantha knew the entire venue inside and out and was incredibly helpful not only during the planning process, but during the wedding as well! On the day of the wedding we were introduced to Jamie. Jamie did everything food and beverage management wise. She like all of the other staff went above and beyond her duties to assist us in any way possible that we needed. Need an extension cord? She’s running it to you. Have an issue with a DJ not bringing a speaker for ceremony? The girls were problem solving and on it! The day would not have been a success without both Samatha and Jamie! The venue and property itself is absolutely stunning! Very clean, beautiful facilities that were very well maintained. This venue is one that needs very minimal decor because it is stunning all on it’s own. Can you decorate and have extravagant decor? Absolutely! But for the minimal bride, it is truly stunning and we had several comments all night from the guests on how beautiful it was!
