Because our venue requires couples to use an exclusive caterer, we were initially a little nervous about not being able to explore other options. However, any concerns we had completely disappeared once we started working with Kathleen and the Arthur’s Catering team. Kathleen was incredibly knowledgeable about our venue and guided us through every step of the catering process with confidence and ease. Her expertise made us feel supported from day one. Our tasting experience was absolutely wonderful. Despite my husband’s busy schedule, they were more than accommodating and worked with us to schedule a summer tasting for our December wedding. When we arrived, they had a reserved parking spot waiting for us, a private room set up, and a personalized menu tailored specifically to our preferences. The attention to detail and level of care they put into that experience made us feel so valued. And the food — phenomenal. We were truly blown away. Every dish was beautifully prepared and tasted incredible. What started as hesitation about using an exclusive vendor quickly turned into genuine excitement and confidence in our choice. On the wedding day, everything exceeded expectations. Our guests raved about the food, and the staff was amazing — extremely attentive, professional, and so friendly throughout the entire evening. They made sure everything ran smoothly and that our guests were well taken care of. From the communication and professionalism to the overall experience and quality of the food, Arthur’s Catering surpassed anything we could have hoped for. We could not have been more pleased and would absolutely recommend them to any couple getting married.

Papa Joe's is a family owned Italian restaurant in Central Florida. The Altamonte Springs location provided catering for my reception, which was held at my parent's home. (The restaurant also has another location in Lake Mary, FL). We ordered food for approximately 50 people. Papa Joe's delivered it to the house and provided servingware. They do not provided people to serve the food, however that was not something we needed. Although I love the restaurant and their food, I was nervous about ordering food in mass quantities for buffet style. However, the food was **amazing** and everyone commented on it at the reception. We ordered two chicken dishes, two pasta dishes, and a vegetable medley. I only wish I had ordered more because everyone wanted seconds! Nothing was left over ... In addition, the owner of the establishment was great with my parents in helping them choose which dishes to order based on our guests. Very customer friendly. I would recommend this restaurant in general, but especially for those with a reception similar to mine (low key, buffet style).

Bill and his team were absolutely amazing. The food was FANTASTIC, so much cheaper than other places, and every step of the way Bill made sure we had exactly what we needed. This was the best wedding food I have ever had, and I know for a fact it was probably less than 1/4 of the price of most places. Amazing food aside, the whole team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. For example, our cake knife broke (we ordered a cheap one on amazon.. shocker.) and almost before we even realized it broke, Bill reached out a hand with another knife. Even though he is the manager, he spent the entire evening at our reception serving food, guarding our homemade desserts until after the cake was cut, communicating with the other vendors about the timeline, etc. He and his catering team were there for our every need, even for lighting candles and things that technically are not part of their job. It really helps to have someone so friendly and professional on your vendor team, especially when they will go out of their way to make your special day perfect. Thank you Bill, and thank you TooJay's for an amazing, stress-free experience!
