My wedding was months ago and I still have friends and family talking about how good the food was, thanks to Zac and his team! Planning a wedding in MT from New Jersey has its share if difficulties but from the very beginning he stayed in contact through emails and phone calls and we were even able to meet in his kitchen during a quick stop in Livingston several months before the weddding. He created a menu within our budget and theme and was also very willing to change things based on our preferences (no kale, vegetarians, etc.). The day of he showed up and cooked in the wind, rain, and cold. The food was hot (not easy to do when it’s 50 degrees out!) and his staff looked so professional in their uniforms (not just white and black- embroidered jackets and orange scarf’s- most impressive!), it gave a very elegant feel to the evening. I absolutely would recommend Zacs Montana Kitchen to anyone looking for catering services in area!
